14C releases in the stack air of the NPPs V1 and V2, Jaslovske Bohunice was determined during the year 2004–2010. Radioactivity concentration of 14C in the stack air was determined in the forms of inorganic 14CO2 and 14C n H m . The annual average activity concentration in the stacks air samples varies between 12 and 121 Bq m−3. NPP V1, starting with 45 Bq m−3 in 2005 is decreasing due to the shutting down of the reactors (the first reactor was shut down in December 2006 and the second reactor in December 2008). The average value of radioactivity concentration for power unit V2 was 32 Bq m−3 in 2004 and reached the value of 102 Bq m−3 in the first-quarter of the 2010. The average normalized yearly discharge rates were between 0.39 and 0.64 TBq GWe−1 year−1 (2005–2008), NPP V1 and 0.19–0.61 TBq GWe−1 year−1 (2004–first-quarter 2010) for NPP V2, Jaslovske Bohunice. Most of the discharged 14C is in a hydrocarbon form, (95% for Jaslovske Bohunice NPP V2), but the CO2 fraction may reach 37% in the air stack for Jaslovske Bohunice V1.  相似文献

The design, fabrication, and testing of a 4H-SiC Schottky betavoltaic nuclear battery based on MEMS fabrication technology are presented in this paper. It uses a Schottky diode with an active area of 3.14 mm2 to collect the charge from a 4 mCi/cm2 63Ni source. Some of the critical steps in process integration for fabricating silicon carbide-based Schottky diode were addressed. A prototype of this battery was fabricated and tested under the illumination of the 63Ni source with an activity of 0.12 mCi. An open circuit voltage (V OC) of 0.27 V and a short circuit current density (J SC) of 25.57 nA/cm2 are measured. The maximum output power density (P max) of 4.08 nW/cm2 and power conversion efficiency (η) of 1.01% is obtained. The performance of this battery is expected to be significantly improved by using larger activity and optimizing the design and processing technology of the battery. By achieving comparable performance with previously constructed p–n or p–i–n junction energy conversion structures, the Schottky barrier diode proves to be a feasible approach to achieve practical betavoltaics.  相似文献

This article presents, 122Sb (T 1/2 = 2.723 days, I β- = 97.59%) was produced via the natSn(p,xn) nuclear process at the AMIRS (Cyclone-30, IBA, Belgium). The electrodeposition experiments were carried out by potassium stannate trihydrate (K2Sn(OH)6) and potassium hydroxide. The optimum conditions of the electrodeposition of tin were as follows: 40 g/L natSn, 20 g/L KOH, 115 g/L K2Sn(OH)6, DC current density of 5 A/dm2 with a bath temperature of 75 °C. The electroplated Tin-target was irradiated with 26.5 MeV protons at current of 180 μA for 20 min. Solvent extraction of no-carrier-added 122Sb from irradiated Tin-natural target hydrochloric solution was investigated using di-n-butyl ether (C8H18O). Yields of about 3.61 MBq/μAh were experimentally obtained.  相似文献

Pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ), an essential nutrient, antioxidant, redox modulator and nerve growth factor found in a class of enzymes called quinoproteins, was labeled with 99mTc by using stannous fluoride (SnF2) method. Radiolabeling qualification, quality control and characterization of 99mTc-PQQ and its biodistribution studies in mice were performed and discussed. Effects of pH values, temperature, time and reducing agents concentration on the radiolabeling yield were investigated. The quality control procedure of 99mTc-PQQ was determined by thin layer chromatography (TLC), radio high-performance liquid chromatography (RHPLC) and paper electrophoresis methods. The average radiolabeling yield was 94 ± 1% under optimum conditions of 0.99 mg of PQQ, 30 μg of SnF2, 0.5 mg of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt (EDTA-2Na) and 18.5 MBq of Na99mTcO4 at pH 6 and 25 °C with a response volume of 1 ± 0.1 mL. 99mTc-PQQ was stable and anionic. Lipid–water partition coefficient of 99mTc-PQQ was −1.49 ± 0.16. The pharmacokinetics parameters of 99mTc-PQQ were t 1/2α = 18.16 min, t 1/2β = 100.45 min, K 12 = 0.013 min−1, K 21 = 0.017 min−1, K e = 0.016 min−1, AUC (area under the curve) = 1040.78 ID% g−1 min and CL (plasma clearance) = 0.096 mL min−1. The dual-exponential equation was Y = 10.88e−0.038t  + 5.21e−0.0069t . The biodistribution of 99mTc-PQQ was studied in ICR (Institute for Cancer Research 7701 Burhelme Are., Fox Chase, Philadelphia, PA 1911 USA) mice. In vitro autoradiographic studies clearly showed that the 99mTc-PQQ radioactivity accumulated predominantly in the hippocampus and cortex, which had a high density of N-methyl-d-aspartate Receptor (NMDAR). The enrichment can be blocked by NMDAR redox modulatory site antagonists-ebselen (EB) and 99mTc-PQQ is therefore a promising candidate for the molecular imaging of NMDAR. The results of Luciola mingrelica firefly luciferase stabilization by genetic engineering methods are reviewed. The Cys62, Cys146, and Cys164 to Ser mutant enzymes with an enhanced thermostability and lower sensitivity to dithiothreitol were obtained by site-directed mutagenesis. The double mutant G216N, A217L was obtained, which displayed a higher thermostability and resistance to DMSO in comparison with WT luciferase. Random mutagenesis of the gene region encoding residues 1–225 and subsequent screening of the mutants resulted in the production of the mutant MT8 with a higher thermostability, as well as mutants MT3 and MT4 with higher resistance to dimethyl sulfoxide. The mutant 4TS was obtained by the method of directed evolution of the gene site encoding residues 130–390, which was shown to contain eight replacements after four cycles of mutagenesis and had two-fold higher specific activity, eight-fold lower K m value for ATP, and stability at 42°C, which was 65-fold higher that of WT luciferase. The stabilization mechanism of this mutant is discussed.  相似文献

Structural information on free transition metal doped aluminum clusters, Al n TM + (TM = Ti, V, Cr), was obtained by studying their ability for argon physisorption. Systematic size (n = 5 – 35) and temperature (T = 145 – 300 K) dependent investigations reveal that bare Al n + clusters are inert toward argon, while Al n TM + clusters attach one argon atom up to a critical cluster size. This size is interpreted as the geometrical transition from surface-located dopant atoms to endohedrally doped aluminum clusters with the transition metal atom residing in an aluminum cage. The critical size, n crit , is found to be surprisingly large, namely n crit = 16 and n crit = 19 – 21 for TM = V, Cr, and TM = Ti, respectively. Experimental cluster–argon bond dissociation energies have been derived as function of cluster size from equilibrium mass spectra and are in the 0.1–0.3 eV range.  相似文献

In the present study, ytterbium-169 was produced via the 169Tm(p, n)169Yb nuclear process at the AMIRS (Cyclone-30, IBA, Belgium) cyclotron, irradiating Tm2O3 with proton particles of 15 MeV primary energy and 20 μA current for 20 min. Deposition of Tm2O3 on Cu substrate was carried out via by the sedimentation method. The 543 mg of thulium(III)oxide with 108 mg of ethyl cellulose and 8 mL of acetone were used to prepare a Tm2O3 layer of 11.69 cm2. Yields of about 0.643 MBq 169Yb per μAh were experimentally obtained. 169Yb was separated in 80 ± 5% radiochemical yield using liquid–liquid extraction. Solvent extraction of no-carrier-added 169Yb from irradiated thulium(III)oxide target hydrochloric solution was investigated using di-(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid (HDEHP).  相似文献

Three chromium(III) complexes with asparagine (Asn) and histidine (His) of the [Cr(ox)2(Aa)]2− type, where Aa = N,O–Asn, N,O–His or N,N′–His, were obtained and characterized in solution. The complexes with N,O–Aa undergo acid-catalysed aquation to give a free amino acid and cis-[Cr(ox)2(H2O)2], whereas the complex with N,N′–His undergoes parallel reaction paths: (1) isomerization to the N,O–His complex and (2) liberation of an oxalate ligand. Kinetics of the N,O–Aa complexes in HClO4 media were studied spectrophotometrically under pseudo-first-order conditions. The absorbance changes were attributed to the chelate ring opening at the Cr–N bond. The linear dependence of rate constants on [H+] was established, and a mechanism for the chelate ring cleavage was postulated. The existence of a metastable intermediate with O-monodentate Aa ligand was proved experimentally. Effect of [Cr(ox)2(Aa)]2− on 3T3 fibroblasts proliferation was studied. The tests revealed low cytotoxicity of the complexes. Complexes with Ala, His and Cys are good candidates for biochromium sources.  相似文献

The structure, spectroscopic, and electrochemical properties of [Co{(BA)2pn}(L)2]ClO4 complexes, where (BA)2pn = N,N′-bis(benzoylacetone)-1,3-propylenediimine dianion and the two ancillary ligands (L) are pyridine, py (1), and 4-methylpyridine, 4-Mepy (2), have been investigated. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV–Vis and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structure of [Co{(BA)2pn}(py)2]ClO4 (1) has been determined by X-ray diffraction. The coordination geometry around cobalt(III) is best described as a distorted octahedron. The electrochemical reduction of these complexes at a glassy carbon electrode in acetonitrile solution indicates that the first reduction process corresponding to CoIII–CoII is electrochemically irreversible, which is accompanied by the dissociation of the axial N(py)–cobalt bonds. This process becomes quasi-reversible upon the addition of excess py ligands. The second reduction step of CoII/I shows reversible behavior and is not influenced by the nature of the axial ligands. A new insoluble solid functionalized ligand system bearing chelating ligand group of the general formula P-(CH2)3-N[CH2CONH(C6H4)NH2]2, where P represents [Si–O] n polysiloxane network, was prepared by the reaction of the immobilized diethyliminodiacetate polysiloxane ligand system, P-(CH2)3N(CH2CO2Et)2 with 1,2-diaminobenzene in toluene. 13C CP-MAS NMR, XPS and FTIR results showed that most ethylacetate groups (–COOEt) were converted into the amide groups (–N–C=O). The new functionalized ligand system exhibits high capacity for extraction and removal of the metal ions (Fe3+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+) with efficiency of 95–97% after recovery from its primary metal complexes. This functionalized ligand system formed 1:1 metal to ligand complexes.  相似文献

Hydridosilazane compounds containing Si–N and Si–H bonds can be used as precursors of SiOx materials. The hydrolysis-condensation reactions of tetramethyldisilazane, as a polyhydridosilazane model compound, were investigated by 1H and 29Si liquid NMR spectroscopy. These reactions were carried out at room temperature for up to 120 min in presence of water. The identified products are short linear siloxane species (hydride terminated polydimethylsiloxanes MHDxMH) and cyclosiloxanes. Silicon hydride persistence in the reactional mixture suggested that silazane group is more sensitive to hydrolysis reaction than silicon hydride group. Moreover, additional experiments evidenced that the low steric hindrance of the silicon hydride influences the silazane hydrolysis kinetic. Hence the presence of ammonia released during silazane hydrolysis reaction was demonstrated to be a catalyst of the silicon hydride hydrolysis reaction.  相似文献

A rapid bioassay for 90Sr was developed involving preconcentration of 90Sr/90Y from human urine samples with a cation exchange polymer (poly–acrylamido–methyl–propanesulfonic acid) coated onto magnetic nanoparticles, followed by selective elution of 90Sr (over 90Y) with phosphate for determination by liquid scintillation analysis. The minimum detectable activity for this method (4.9 ± 0.5 Bq/L) is lower than the required sensitivity of 19 Bq/L for 90Sr in human urine samples, as defined in the requirements for radiation emergency bioassay techniques for the public and first responders based on the dose threshold for possible medical attention recommended by the International Commission on Radiological Protection. The relative bias was 9.2%, the relative precision was 3.2%, and the linear dynamic range covered 12–600 Bq/L. This simple and rapid bioassay method is found to be in compliance with the HPS ANSI N13.30 performance criteria for radiobioassay.  相似文献

Ag+ assisted aquation of blue cis-trans-cis-RuCl2(RaaiR′)2 (4–6) leads to the synthesis of solvento species, blue-violet cis-trans-cis-[Ru(OH2)2(RaaiR′)2](ClO4)2 [Raai R′=p-R-C6H4 N=N–C3H2–NN–1–R′, (1–3), abbreviated as N,N′-chelator, where N(imidazole) and N(azo) represent N and N′, respectively; R = H (a), OMe (b), NO2 (c) and R′ = Me (1/4/7/10), CH2CH3 (2/5/8/11), CH2Ph (3/6/9/12)] that have been reacted with NO2in warm EtOH resulting in violet dinitro complexes of the type, Ru(NO2)2(RaaiR′)2 (7–9). The nitrite complexes are useful synthons of electrophilic nitrosyls, and on triturating the compounds, (7b–9b) with conc. HClO4 nitro-nitrosyl derivatives, [Ru(NO2)(NO)(OMeaaiR′)2](ClO4)2 (10b–12b) are isolated. The solution structure and stereoretentive transformation in each step have been established from 1H n.m.r. results. All the complexes exhibit strong MLCT transitions in the visible region. They are redox active and display one metal-centred oxidation and successive ligand-based reductions. The redox potentials of Ru(III)/Ru(II) (E1/2M) of (10b–12b) are anodically shifted by ∼ ∼0.2 V as compared to those of dinitro precursors, (7b–9b). The ν(NO) >1900 cm−1 strongly suggests the presence of linear Ru–NO bonding. The electrophilic behaviour of metal bound nitrosyl has been proved in one case (12b) by reacting with a bicyclic ketone, camphor, containing an active methylene group and an arylhydrazone with an active methine group, and the heteroleptic tris chelates thus formed have been characterised.  相似文献

For the radiofluorination of benzenes and benzene derivatives, the electrophilic reaction with [18F]F2 is a very common route. Yet, aromatic nucleophilic substitution (SNAr) by n.c.a [18F]fluoride, which can be produced efficiently in high amounts, has been considered to be very desirable. However, to facilitate 18F-labelling via SNAr at an electron rich aromatic system, an appropriate leaving group must be present together with an auxiliary group in ortho or para position to the leaving group. An interesting alternative for the auxiliary group is the heteroatom of a heteroaromatic system, for which pyridine is a leading example. Dolci et al. (J Label Compd Radiopharm 42:975–985, 1999) have evaluated the scope of the nucleophilic aromatic fluorination of 2-substituted pyridine rings using the activated K [18F]F-K222 complex. As methyl and methoxy groups are known to enhance the electron density of an aromatic system by the +I and the +M effect, respectively, SNAr is unlikely to occur. Until now, the effect of these substituents has not been studied towards the 18F-radiofluorination of substituted 2-nitropyridines by use of [18F]fluoride. Therefore, we have investigated the effect of methoxy and methyl groups in 2-nitropyridines. The results showed that 3-methoxy-2-nitropyridine and 3-methyl-2-nitropyridine can efficiently be substituted by [18F]fluoride with high RCY’s (70–89%) in short reaction times (1–30 min) at a reaction temperature of 140 °C. Moreover, 3-methoxy-6-methyl-2-[18F]fluoropyridine was obtained from the corresponding nitro-precursor in a high yield of 81 ± 1% after 30 min at 140 °C. In case of 2-nitropyridines data indicates the effect of methyl and methoxy groups on SNAr to be of minor importance.  相似文献

Sorption behavior of Am<Superscript>3+</Superscript> on suspended pyrite   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
Sorption behavior of 241Am (~10−9 M) on naturally occurring mineral pyrite (particle size: ≤70 μm) has been studied under varying conditions of pH (2–11), and ionic strength (0.01–1.0 M (NaClO4)). The effects of humic acid (2 mg/L), other complexing anions (1 × 10−4 M CO3 2−, SO4 2−, C2O4 2− and PO4 3−), di- and trivalent metal ions (1 × 10−3 M Mg2+, Ca2+ and Nd3+) on sorption behavior of Am3+ at a fixed ionic strength (I = 0.10 M (NaClO4)) have been studied. The sorption of 241Am on pyrite increased with pH from 2.8 (84%) to 8.1 (97%). The sorption of 241Am decreased with ionic strength at low pH values (2 ≤ pH ≤ 4), but was insensitive in the pH range of 4–10, suggesting the formation of outer-sphere complexes on pyrite surface at lower pH, and inner-sphere complexes at higher pH values. The sorption of 241Am increased in the presence of (i) humic acid (5 < pH < 7.5), and (ii) C2O4 2− (2 < pH < 3). By contrast, other complexing anions such as (carbonate, phosphate, and sulphate) showed negligible influence on 241Am sorption. The presence of Mg2+, Ca2+ ions showed marginal effect on the sorption profile of 241Am; while the presence of Nd3+ ion suppressed its sorption significantly under the conditions of present study. The sorption of 241Am on pyrite decreased with increased temperature indicating an exothermic process.  相似文献

[67Ga]labeled tetraphenyl porphyrin ([67Ga]-TPP) was prepared using freshly prepared [67Ga]GaCl3 and tetraphenyl porphyrin (TPPH2) for 30–60 min at 25 °C (radiochemical purity: >97 ± 1% ITLC, >98 ± 0.5% HPLC, specific activity: 13–14 GBq/mmol). Stability of the complex was checked in final formulation and human serum for 24 h. The partition coefficient was calculated for the compound (log P 1.89). The biodistribution of the labeled compound in vital organs of wild-type rats was studied using scarification studies and SPECT imaging up to 24 h. A detailed comparative pharmacokinetic study performed for 67Ga cation and [67Ga]-TPP. The complex is mostly washed out from the circulation through kidneys and can be an interesting tumor imaging/targeting agent due to low liver uptake and rapid excretion through the urinary tract.  相似文献

Abstract  Formal [2 + 2 + 2] addition reaction of [Cp*Ru(H2O)(NBD)][BF4] (NBD = norbornadiene) with 4,4′-Diethynylbiphenyl generates [C9H96-C6H4(RuCp*)–C6H4(RuCp*)-η6-C9H9][BF4]2. The reaction of [Cp*Ru(H2O)(NBD)][BF4] with 1,4-diphenylbutadiyne generates the unusual [2 + 2 + 2] additional organic compound Ph–C≡C–C9H8–Ph in addition to the organometallic compound [Cp*Ru(η6-C6H5–C≡C–C≡C–Ph)][BF4]. [C9H96-C6H4(RuCp*)–C6H4(RuCp*)-η6-C9H9][BPh4]2 is generated after the reaction of compound [C9H96-C6H4(RuCp*)–C6H4(RuCp*)-η6-C9H9][BF4]2 with Na[BPh4]. The structure of this compound was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. A possible approach to form Ph–C≡C–C9H8–Ph and [Cp*Ru(η6-C6H5–C≡C–C≡C–Ph)][BF4] is suggested. From extraction experiments and γ-activity measurements, the exchange extraction constant corresponding to the equilibrium Ag+(aq) + 1⋅Cs+(nb) ⇆ 1⋅Ag+(nb) + Cs+(aq) taking part in the two-phase water–nitrobenzene system (where 1 = hexaarylbenzene-based receptor; aq = aqueous phase, nb = nitrobenzene phase) was evaluated to be log 10 K ex(Ag+, 1⋅Cs+) = −1.0±0.1. Further, the stability constant of the hexaarylbenzene-based receptor⋅Ag+ complex (abbreviation 1⋅Ag+) in nitrobenzene saturated with water, was calculated at a temperature of 25 °C: log 10 β nb(1⋅Ag+) = 5.5±0.2. By using quantum mechanical DFT calculations, the most probable structure of the 1⋅Ag+ complex species was solved. In this complex having C3 symmetry, the cation Ag+ synergistically interacts with the polar ethereal oxygen fence and with the central hydrophobic benzene ring via cation–π interaction.  相似文献

In recent years, there has been a rapid expansion in the use of radio nuclides for therapeutic purposes. Thulium–167 is an important radionuclide (T 1/2 = 9.25 d) due to it could be used for tumor and bone studies in nuclear medicine. 167Tm complexed with hydroxy ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid (HEDTA) could be used with the aim of bone imaging. 167Tm emits a prominent γ ray of 208 keV energy and low energy electrons. This study describes calculations on the excitation functions of 165Ho(α,2n)167Tm, 167Er(p,n)167Tm, natEr(d,xn)167Tm and natEr(p,xn)167Tm reactions by ALICE/ASH (hybrid and GDH models) and TALYS-1.0 codes. In addition, calculated data by codes were compared to experimental data that earlier were published and TENDL-2010 database. Moreover, optimal thickness of the targets and physical yield were obtained by SRIM (stopping and range of ions in matter) code for each reaction. According to the results, the 167Er(p,n)167Tm and 165Ho(α,2n)167Tm reactions are suggested as the best method to produce 167Tm owing to minimum impurities. The TALYS-1.0 code, predict the maximum cross-section of about 382 mb at 11 MeV and 849 mb at 26 MeV for 167Er(p,n)167Tm and 165Ho(α,2n)167Tm reactions, respectively. Finally, deposition of natEr2O3 on Cu substrate was carried out via the sedimentation method. The 516 mg of erbium(III)oxide with 103.2 mg of ethyl cellulose and 8 mL of acetone were used to prepare a natEr2O3 layer of 11.69 cm2. 167Tm was produced via the natEr(p,n)167Tm nuclear process at 20 μA current and 15 → 7 MeV protons beam (1 h). Yield of about 3.2 MBq 167Tm per μA h were experimentally obtained.  相似文献
