It is discovered that the use of biscyclohexylamine (Cy2NH) as an additive can greatly enhance the enantioselectivity for the reaction of linear alkyl alkynes with linear aldehydes. The combination of (S)-BINOL (20 mol %), Cy2NH (5 mol %), ZnEt2 (2 equiv), and Ti(OiPr)4 (0.5 equiv) catalyzes the reaction at room temperature in diethyl ether solution with 81-89% ee and 57-77% yield.  相似文献

N-(3-Pyridinyl)-substituted secondary and tertiary sulfonamides have been synthesized in good to excellent yields by the reaction of 3-bromopyridine with primary and secondary alkyl and aryl sulfonamides (MeSO2NH2, MeSO2NHMe, TolSO2NH2, TolSO2NHMe, 1,3-propanesultam, and 1,4-butanesultam), catalyzed by CuI (20 mol %) and 1,3-di(pyridin-2-yl)propane-1,3-dione (20 mol %) with K2CO3 (200 mol %) in DMF (0.17 M for ArBr) at 110-120 °C over 36-40 h. 2-Bromopyridine, 4-bromopyridine, and a wide variety of substituted phenyl bromides can also be successfully coupled with sulfonamides under these reaction conditions.  相似文献

Treatment of 3-en-1-ynyl imines with TpRuPPh3(CH3CN)2PF6 catalyst (1 mol %) in DCE (50 °C, 6 h) effected catalytic cyclization with suitable nucleophiles and gave functionalized pyrroles in good yields. The reaction mechanism is proposed to proceed via (2-pyrrolyl)carbenoid intermediates derived from 5-exo-dig cyclization. This catalytic reaction works well with various nucleophiles, including water, alcohols and anilines.  相似文献

Hydroxy-amino-diphosphonates HO-Cn-NH2, with 2 ? n ? 11, have been successfully synthesized via the Kabachnick-Field reaction at 70 °C with high yields. These hydroxy compounds are then reacted with methacryloyl chloride to lead to novel amino-diphosphonate methacrylates MACnNP2 (with 2 ? n ? 11). These highly pure methacrylate monomers were obtained with yields higher than 75%. Radical copolymerizations of MACnNP2 (with 2 ? n ? 11) with MMA have been conducted and the r1 values (related to MACnNP2) are in the range of 1.1-1.3, and r2 values (related to MMA) about 0.8; this shows that the diphosphonate groups are statistically bonded to the methacrylic backbone.  相似文献

The reaction of trichlorosilane (1a) at 250 °C with cycloalkenes, such as cyclopentene (2a), cyclohexene (2b), cycloheptene (2c), and cyclooctene (2d), gave cycloalkyltrichlorosilanes [CnH2n−1SiCl3: n = 5 (3a), 6 (3b), 7 (3c), 8 (3d)] within 6 h in excellent yields (97-98%), but the similar reactions using methyldichlorosilane (1b) instead of 1a required a longer reaction time of 40 h and afforded cycloalkyl(methyl)dichlorosilanes [CnH2n−1SiMeCl2: n = 5 (3e), 6 (3f), 7 (3g), 8 (3h)] in 88-92% yields with 4-8% recovery of reactant 2. In large (2, 0.29 mol)-scale preparations, the reactions of 2a and 2b with 1a (0.58 mol) under the same condition gave 3a and 3b in 95% and 94% isolated yields, respectively. The relative reactivity of four hydrosilanes [HSiCl3−mMem: m = 0-3] in the reaction with 2a indicates that as the number of chlorine-substituent(s) on the silicon increases the rate of the reaction decreases in the following order: n = 3 > 2 > 1 ? 0. In the reaction with 1a, the relative reactivity of four cycloalkenes (ring size = 5-8) decreases in the following order: 2d > 2a > 2c > 2b. Meanwhile linear alkenes like 1-hexene undergo two reactions of self-isomerization and hydrosilylation with hydrosilane to give a mixture of the three isomers (1-, 2-, and 3-silylated hexanes). In this reaction, the reactivity of the terminal 1-hexene is higher than the internal 2- and 3-hexene. The redistribution of hydrosilane 1 and the polymerization of olefin 2 occurred rarely under the thermal reaction condition.  相似文献

A simple flow injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL) method was proposed for the determination of nitrofurazone. Strong CL signal was generated during the reaction of nitrofurazone with H2O2 and N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) in alkaline condition. The CL signal was proportional to the nitrofurazone concentration in the range 1.0 × 10−7 to 1.0 × 10−5 g mL−1. The detection limit was 2 × 10−8 g mL−1 nitrofurazone and the relative standard deviation was less than 4% (6.0 × 10−6 g mL−1 nitrofurazone, n = 11). The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of nitrofurazone in compound furacillin nasal drops, human plasma and urine samples. The CL reaction mechanism was also discussed briefly. Singlet oxygen generated in the reaction between H2O2 and NBS was suggested to be participated in the CL reaction.  相似文献

A new chemiluminescence biochemical oxygen demand (BODCL) determining method was studied by employing redox reaction between quinone and Baker's yeast. The measurement was carried out by utilizing luminol chemiluminescence (CL) reaction catalyzed by ferricyanide with oxidized quinone of menadione, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae using a batch-type luminometer. In this study, dimethyl sulfoxide was used as a solvent for menadione. After optimization of the measuring conditions, the CL response to hydrogen peroxide in the incubation mixture had a linear response between 0.1 and 100 μM H2O2 (r2 = 0.9999, 8 points, n = 3, average of relative standard deviation; R.S.D.av = 4.22%). Next, a practical relationship between the BODCL response and the glucose glutamic acid concentration was obtained over a range of 11-220 mg O2 L−1 (6 points, n = 3, R.S.D.av 3.71%) with a detection limit of 5.5 mg O2 L−1 when using a reaction mixture and incubating for only 5 min. Subsequently, the characterization of this method was studied. First, the BODCL responses to 16 pure organic substances were examined. Second, the influences of chloride ions, artificial seawater, and heavy metal ions on the BODCL response were investigated. Real sample measurements using river water were performed. Finally, BODCL responses were obtained for at least 8 days when the S. cerevisiae suspension was stored at 4 °C (response reduction, 69.9%; R.S.D. for 5 testing days, 18.7%). BODCL responses after 8 days and 24 days were decreased to 69.9% and 35.8%, respectively, from their original values (R.S.D. for 8 days involving 5 testing days, 18.7%).  相似文献

New atom-economical catalytic systems consisting of [CpIrCl2]2/NaOAc (Cp=pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) for the N-alkylation of carbamates and amides using alcohols as alkylating agents under solvent-free conditions have been developed. For example, the reaction of n-butyl carbamate with benzyl alcohol in the presence of [CpIrCl2]2 (5.0 mol % Ir) and NaOAc (5.0 mol %) at 130 °C under the absence of solvent gives n-butyl N-benzylcarbamate in the yield of 94%. The present catalytic system is applicable to not only carbamates but also amides, and only harmless water is produced as co-product.  相似文献

The enantioselective conjugate addition of dialkylzinc (R2Zn) to cyclic enones was examined using chiral binaphthyldiamine-copper(I) catalysts. Under the present reaction conditions, chiral C2-symmetric [RZn(II)]2-diamine-Cu(I) complexes were formed from chiral binaphthyldiamine, R2Zn, and copper(I or II) chloride in situ. The reaction of 2-cyclohexenone with Et2Zn proceeded smoothly in the presence of the corresponding chiral copper(I) complex (5 mol %) and achiral 2,6-diphenylaniline (10 mol %), and the desired Et-adduct was obtained with up to 76% ee in 95% yield.  相似文献

A new strategy to 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid (HNPA) and 4-hydroxybenzoic acid from 2,6-diisopropylnaphthalene and p-cymene, respectively, was developed using the NHPI-catalyzed aerobic oxidation as a principal reaction. 2,6-Diisopropylnaphthalene was oxidized by the oxidation with O2 (1 atm) by NHPI (10 mol %) combined with Co(OAc)2 (0.5 mol %) to give 6-acetyl-2-isopropylnaphthalene, which then was converted to 6-isopropyl-2-naphthoic acid under O2 (1 atm) in the presence of Co(OAc)2 (0.5 mol %) and Mn(OAc)2 (0.5 mol %). Esterification of the resulting acid followed by the aerobic oxidation produced methyl 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoate whose hydrolysis led to the desired HNPA. An alternative route involves the oxidation of 6-acetyl-2-isopropylnaphthalene to 6-acetyl-2-naphthol on which subsequent oxidation and deacetylation gave HNPA. This method was successfully extended to the synthesis of 4-hydroxybenzoic acid from p-cymene.  相似文献

The thermal reaction of chiral 2-phenyl-4-(p-X-phenyl)-5-(p-Y-phenyl)-4-tert-butyldimethylsilylperoxy-4H-isoimidazoles (5b: X = CF3, Y = OMe; 5c: X = CF3, Y = F) was carried out in DMSO. The chiral 2-phenyl-5-(p-X-phenyl)-5-(p-Y-phenyl)-5H-imidazol-4-ones (4b: X = CF3, Y = OMe; 4c: X = CF3, Y = F) were quantitatively obtained in 50-60% enantiomer excess (ee). The mechanism for the reaction was proved to be stereoselective 1,5-phenyl migration. Although the sigmatropic 1,5-phenyl migration should be thermally allowed according to the Woodward-Hoffmann rule, the migration actually includes a stepwise process.  相似文献

N-n-Propyl-2-pyridylmethanimine, 1, N-n-octyl-2-pyridylmethanimine, 2, N-n-lauryl-2-pyridylmethanimine, 3, and N-n-octadecyl-2-pyridylmethanimine, 4 have been used in conjunction with copper(II) bromide and azo initiators for the reverse atom transfer radical polymerisation of a range of methacrylates. AIBN to CuIIBr2 ratios of 0.5:1, 0.75:1 and 1:1 give PMMA with Mn 11 500 g mol−1 (PDi = 1.24) (at 22% conversion), 12 500 g mol−1 (PDi = 1.06) (at 83% conversion) and 10 900 g mol−1 (PDi = 1.11) (at 84% conversion), respectively. A CuIIBr2 complex is demonstrated to be needed at the start of the reaction for good control over molecular weight and polydispersity as reactions using Cu(I)Br as catalyst yielded PMMA of Mn 31 000 g mol−1 (PDi = 2.90), reactions with no copper yield PMMA of Mn 33 000 g mol−1 (PDi = 2.95). The RATRP of styrene was carried out using CuIIBr2 as catalyst. AIBN to CuIIBr2 ratio of 0.5:1, 0.75:1 and 1:1 gave PS with Mn = 12 400 g mol−1 (PDi = 1.27) at low conversion, Mn = 15 500 g mol−1 (PDi = 1.11) and 12 400 g mol−1 (PDi = 1.38), respectively at ∼85% conversion. A series of block copolymers of MMA with BMA, BzMA and DMEAMA (15 600 g mol−1 (PDi = 1.18), 13 300 g mol−1 (PDi = 1.14) 15 300 g mol−1 (PDi) = 1.16), using a PMMA macroinitiator were prepared. Emulsion polymerisation of MMA using [initiator]:[Cu(II)Br2] ratio = 0.5:1 with Brij surfactant gave a linear increase of Mn with respect to conversion, final Mn = 112 800 g mol−1 (PDi = 1.42). Further reactions were carried out with [initiator]:[Cu(II)Br2] ratio = 0.75:1 and 1:1. Both giving PMMA with Mn ∼ 32 000 g mol−1 (PDi ∼ 2.4). These reactions exhibit no control, this is because the azo initiator is present in excess and all of the monomer is consumed by a free radical polymerisation as opposed to a controlled reaction. Particle size analysis (DLS) showed the particle size between 160 and170 nm in all cases.  相似文献

The reaction of the ortho-alkynylarylimines 1 with allyltributylstannane and allyl chloride in the presence of allylpalladium chloride dimer (5 mol %) and Cu(OAc)2 (20 mol %) in CH3CN at 50 °C gave the 1,4-diallyl-1,2-dihydroisoquinolines 2 in good yields. A highly efficient copper(I)-catalyzed N-arylation of azaheterocycles with various aryl halides is reported. The N-arylation reaction can be carried out using as low as 0.5 mol % of (Cu(I)OTf)2·PhH and 1.0 mol % of 4,7-dichloro-1,10-phenanthroline as the ligand. Furthermore, cheap and stable copper precursors like Cu(I)I and Cu(II)(OAc)2·H2O and the cheap and mild base K2CO3 can be used.  相似文献

Some achiral β-amino alcohols have been shown as efficient ligands for the ruthenium-catalysed asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of N-(tert-butylsulfinyl)imines in isopropanol. The ruthenium complex prepared from [RuCl2(p-cymene)]2 (2.5 mol %) and 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (5 mol %) leads to α-branched chiral primary amines with very high optical purities (up to 98% ee) by the diastereoselective reduction of the imines followed by removal of the sulfinyl group under mild acidic conditions. Short reaction times (2-3 h) were needed to complete the reduction reactions when they were performed at 50 °C.  相似文献

A new Ni4 distorted cubane complex [Ni43-OMe)4Q4(MeOH)4] (1) (where Q is the anion of 8-quinolinol) is obtained from the reaction of NaQ with Ni(OAc)2 · 4H2O in refluxing MeOH via solvent derived μ3-OMe assisted self-assembly of four nickel(II) centres. The periphery of [Ni4(OMe)4] cubane is covered by four Q and four MeOH molecules. This methanol specific reaction is not supported in solvent glycinol (Hgl; NH2(CH2)2OH), an amine substituted ethanol, producing monomeric [NiQ2(Hgl)2] · 2H2O (2 · 2H2O) instead and is able to cleave 1 to yield 2 · 2H2O. The cryomagnetic susceptibility data of powdered 1 can be modeled by a two J equation yielding J1 = −1.8(1) cm−1, J2 = 3.9(1) cm−1 and g = 2.24.  相似文献

A spectrometric method was investigated to measure the activities of recombinant human cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4), based on the use of malachite green (MLG) to quantify phosphate released from adenosine-5′-monophosphate (AMP) by the action of calf intestinal alkaline phosphatase (CIAP). Glycerol at 2% stabilized the complex between MLG and phosphomolybdate, whose absorbance at 630 nm was proportional to phosphate concentrations with resistance to common substances in PDE4 reaction mixtures except papaverine. CIAP had the Michaelis-Menten constant (Km) of (12.0 ± 2.1) μM (n = 3) for AMP at pH 7.4, and was resistant to EDTA below 0.20 mM. By the coupled end-point assay at 30.0 U L−1 CIAP with reaction durations within 30 min, the rates to release phosphate in PDE4 reaction mixtures containing 10.0 mM MgCl2 and 0.10 mM EDTA linearly responded to the amounts of PDE4 over wide ranges. Meanwhile, Km of PDE4 was (8.8 ± 0.2) μM (n = 2), zinc ion inhibited PDE4 and rolipram had the inhibition constant about 10 nM. These results supported that by the coupled end-point assay, this method was promising to screen of PDE inhibitors that had no interference with the MLG assay of phosphate.  相似文献

For a series of benzaldehydes only with a leaving group or with both a leaving group and a single methoxy substituent 18F-fluorination via nucleophilic aromatic substitution (SNAr) was studied in DMF and Me2SO. In general, the radiochemical yields were clearly higher in DMF than in Me2SO. In the fluorodehalogenation reaction (leaving group: halogen = Br, Cl), extremely low radiochemical yields were observed in Me2SO (<1%). By monitoring labeling reactions using HPLC, oxidation of the aldehyde function of the precursor was detected. Especially, 2-bromobenzaldehyde was oxidized fastest in Me2SO (within 3 min reaction time, 90% of the precursor was consumed; radiochemical yield = 1.0 ± 0.5%); however, in DMF oxidation was always kept at a low level during the entire reaction (<5% of the precursor was oxidized; radiochemical yield = 73.0 ± 0.2%). In DMF, nitrobenzaldehydes with a methoxy substituent (methoxy group in meta-position to the nitro group) were labeled with good radiochemical yields (4-methoxy-2-nitrobenzaldehyde: 87 ± 3%; 2-methoxy-4-nitrobenzaldehyde: 83 ± 3%; 2-methoxy-6-nitrobenzaldehyde: 79 ± 4%) comparable to the non-substituted nitrobenzaldehydes (2-nitrobenzaldehyde: 84 ± 3%; 4-nitrobenzaldehyde: 81 ± 5%). Moreover, for structurally similar compounds, radiochemical yields showed a good correlation with 13C-NMR ppm values of the aromatic carbon atom bearing the leaving group.  相似文献

The reaction of [60]fullerene with primary aliphatic alcohols (ROH, R = Et, Me, Pr) mediated by cerium(IV) ammonium nitrate [(NH4)2Ce(NO3)3] affords the corresponding alkoxy-derivatives with a hydroxy group, C60(OR)x(OH) (x = 3, 4) in high yield. The reaction is characterized by a free radical mechanism confirmed by an EPR study of the alkoxy fullerenyl radical (g = 2.0023).  相似文献
