Primary alcohols were selectively tetrahydropyranylated in good to excellent yields at room temperature using PdCl2(CH3CN)2 as catalyst in tetrahydrofuran (THF) in the presence of phenols, secondary, and tertiary alcohols. The tetrahydropyranyl (THP) group could be efficiently removed using PdCl2(CH3CN)2 as catalyst in CH3CN, while other protection groups such as p-toluenesulfonyl (Ts), tert-butyldiphenylsilyl (TBDPS), benzyloxycarbonyl (Cbz), allyl, benzyl (Bn), and benzoyl (Bz) remained intact under these conditions.  相似文献

A simple and efficient method for the conversion of alcohols and phenols into their corresponding THP and THF ethers at room temperature has been developed using 1 mol % aluminium triflate as catalyst. The deprotection reaction in the presence of methanol using Al(OTf)3 was equally successful and could be performed at ambient temperature in high yields.  相似文献

The thermal dissociation of the complexes, [Co(NH3)6]X3(X?=Cl, Br), was studied in vacuo using the techniques of thermogravimetry, evolved gas analysis and mass spectrometric analysis. It was found that the reaction stoichiometry was identical to that previously determined in air but that the type of intermediate compounds formed were different. Direct reduction of seven benzoic acids to alcohols via sodium borohydride-bromine (NaBH_4-Br_2)reagent was developed.The isolated yields for the seven acids to reduce reached 60.6-90.1%.This new synthesis route has the advantages of simple of application,low cost,mild nature,and satisfactory yields.  相似文献

The CBr4-photoirradiation in methanol generates a controlled source of HBr, which can chemoselectively deprotect commonly used hydroxyl-protecting groups in saccharides and nucleosides, such as tert-butyldimethylsilyl, isopropylidene, benzylidene and triphenyl ethers in the presence of other acid-labile functional groups.  相似文献

The X-ray diffraction study of crystals isolated from solutions obtained by reaction of Ba(OMe)2 with Ti(OMe)4 (molar ratio 1:2) in methyl alcohol was carried out; the crystals of the methanol solvate of the double barium-titanium methoxide, [Ba2Ti4O(OMe)18(MeOH)7]·MeOH (1), contain two Ba2+ cations with different environments and two kinds of anionic binuclear titanium complexes with and without oxo-ligand, and thus can be formulated as [Ba(MeOH)2]2+[Ba(MeOH)5]2+[Ti2O(OMe)8]2−[Ti2(OMe)10]2−·MeOH.  相似文献

The reaction of [60]fullerene with primary aliphatic alcohols (ROH, R = Et, Me, Pr) mediated by cerium(IV) ammonium nitrate [(NH4)2Ce(NO3)3] affords the corresponding alkoxy-derivatives with a hydroxy group, C60(OR)x(OH) (x = 3, 4) in high yield. The reaction is characterized by a free radical mechanism confirmed by an EPR study of the alkoxy fullerenyl radical (g = 2.0023).  相似文献

Reactions of CpMoIr3(μ-CO)3(CO)8 (1) with stoichiometric amounts of phosphines afford the substitution products CpMoIr3(μ-CO)3(CO)8−x (L)x (L = PPh3, x = 1 (2), 2 (3); L = PMe3, x = 1 (4), 2 (5), 3 (6)) in fair to good yields (23–54%); the yields of both 3 and 6 are increased on reacting 1 with excess phosphine. Products 2–5 are fluxional in solution, with the interconverting isomers resolvable at low temperatures. A structural study of one isomer of 2 reveals that the three edges of an MoIr2 face of the tetrahedral core are spanned by bridging carbonyls, and that the iridium-bound triphenyiphosphine ligates radially and the molybdenum-bound cyclopentadienyl coordinates axially with respect to this Molr2 face. Information from this crystal structure, 31P NMR data (both solution and solid-state), and results with analogous tungsten—triiridium and tetrairidium clusters have been employed to suggest coordination geometries for the isomeric derivatives.  相似文献

A simple methodology for pivalamide (trimethylacetamide, pivaloylamino) hydrolysis has been discovered using Fe(NO3)3 in MeOH at room temperature. The pivalamido group of 2-pivalamido-3H-pyrimidin-4-ones or fused 2-pivalamido-3H-pyrimidin-4-ones such as 2-pivalamido-3H-quinazolin-4-ones and 2-pivalamido-3H-pteridines have been hydrolysed under these conditions to afford the corresponding amine.  相似文献

Reaction of Ru(PPh3)2Br2 with the NNS chelating tridentate ligand 2-pyridyl-N-(2′-methylthiophenyl)methyleneimine (L) led to the isolation of the ruthenium(II) complex [Ru(L)(PPh3)Br2]. Reactivity of this complex with different bidentate chelating ligands revealed that the products are quite different from those obtained by reacting Ru(L)(PPh3)Cl2 (the corresponding cis dichloro complex) with the same ligands under comparable conditions. The mixed chelates were isolated and characterised by elemental analysis, magnetic moment measurement and by different spectroscopic methods along with their precursor. Electrochemistry of the complexes was examined by cyclic voltammetry using a platinum working electrode and a Ag/AgCl electrode as reference. The crystal structure of [Ru(L)(PPh3)Br2] disclosed that, unlike Ru(L)(PPh3)Cl2, the two bromo ligands are in trans position and this explained the difference in its reactivity pattern from the corresponding chloro complex.  相似文献

The product isolated from the reaction of (μ-H)2Os3(CO)9(PPh3) with ethylene is shown to be the ethylidene complex (μ-H)2Os3(CO)9(PPh3)(μ-CHCH3) (1) rather than the ethylene complex (μ-H)(H)Os3(CO)9(PPh3)(C2H4), as previously claimed. The characterization of 1 is based on a combination of 1H and 13C NMR results. The 1H NMR data (δ 6.84 (1 HD), 2.53 (3 HC), J(CD) = 7.4 Hz) establish the presence of the ethylidene moiety, whereas detailed analysis of the 1-D and 2-D 13C NMR spectra of 13CO-enriched 1 indicates the relative positions of the ethylidene, hydride, and phosphine ligands on the triosmium framework.  相似文献

By replacing Mn in YCa3(MnO)3(BO3)4 with trivalent Al and Ga, two new borates with the compositions of YCa3(MO)3(BO3)4 (M=Al, Ga) were prepared by solid-state reaction. Structure refinements from X-ray powder diffraction data revealed that both of them are isostructural to gaudefroyite with a hexagonal space group P63/m. Cell parameters of a=10.38775(13)Å, c=5.69198(10)Å for the Al-containing compound and a=10.5167(3)Å, c=5.8146(2)Å for the Ga analog were obtained from the refinements. The structure is constituted of AlO6 or GaO6 octahedral chains interconnected by BO3 groups in the ab plane to form a Kagomé-type lattice, leaving trigonal and apatite-like tunnels. It is found that most rare-earth and Cr, Mn ions can be substituted into the Y3+ and M3+ sites, respectively, and the preference of rare-earth ions to locate in the trigonal tunnel is correlated to the sizes of the M3+ ions.  相似文献

Three new hydrated scandium selenites have been hydrothermally synthesized as single crystals and structurally and physically characterized. Sc2(SeO3)3·H2O crystallizes as a new structure type containing novel ScO7 pentagonal bipyramidal and ScO6+1 capped octahedral coordination polyhedra. Sc2(SeO3)3·3H2O contains typical ScO6 octahedra and is isostructural with its M2(SeO3)3·3H2O (M=Al, Cr, Fe, Ga) congeners. CsSc3(SeO3)4(HSeO3)2·2H2O contains near-regular ScO6 octahedra and has essentially the same structure as its indium-containing analogue. All three phases contain the expected pyramidal [SeO3]2- selenite groups. The reaction between Ru3(CO)12 and a cyclic olefin (cis-cyclooctene or trans-cyclododecene) at 100 °C for several hours gives the title compounds (μ-H)2RU3(CO)932-C8H12) (1), and (μ-H)RU3(CO)933-C12H19) (2), both of which have been characterized by X-ray diffraction studies, IR and NMR spectral measurements and elemental analysis. The prolonged reaction between Ru3(CO)12 and cis-cyclooctene gives compound HRu3(CO)9(C8H11) (3). Compound 3 has been characterized with IR and NMR spectral analyses. In 1 the cyclooctene ring is linked via a μ32-alkyne type of bonding to the face of the Ru3 cluster. It is formally σ-bonded to two of the three Ru atoms and π-bonded to the third Ru. The two hydrides in 1 are bridging Ru---Ru bonds. In 2 the cyclododecene ring is bonded to the Ru3 face via the μ33-CCHC linkage. There are two formal σ-bonds from the allyl part to the hydrido-bridged Ru atoms and the η3-allyl linkage to the third Ru atom.  相似文献

Triphenylbismuth diaroxides Ph3Bi(OAr)2 (Ar = C6H3(Br2-2,4) (I), C6H2(Br2-2,6)(NO2-4) (II), and C6H2[(NO2)3-2,4,6] (III) are synthesized in yields up to 74% by the reaction of triphenylbismuth with phenols in the presence of hydrogen peroxide (taken at a molar ratio 1: 2: 1, respectively) in ether. According to X-ray diffraction data, the bismuth atoms in compounds I-III have distorted trigonal-bipyramidal coordination with the aroxyl substituents in the axial positions; the Bi-C, Bi-O bond lengths and the OBiO, CBiC angles vary in the intervals 2.162–2.204, 2.150–2.299 ? and 172.4°–176.1°, 109.6°–139.9°, respectively. Compound II exhibits intramolecular contacts between the central atom and ortho-Br atoms (3.924, 4.101 ?), and compound III has similar contacts of the Bi atom with the O atoms of the ortho-nitro groups (3.114, 3.313 ?). A new ruthenium-rhodium mixed-metal cluster HRuRh3(CO)12 and its derivatives HRuRh3(CO)10(PPh3)2 and HRuCo3(CO)10(PPh3)2 have been synthesized and characterized. The following crystal and molecular structures are reported: HRuRh3(CO)12: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a 9.230(4), b 11.790(5), c 17.124(9) Å, β 91.29(4)°, Z = 4; HRuRh3(CO)10(PPh3)2·C6H14: triclinic, space group P1, a 11.777(2), b 14.079(2), c 17.010(2) Å, α 86.99(1), β 76.91(1), γ 72.49(1)°, Z = 2; HRuCo3(CO)10(PPh3)2·CH2Cl2: triclinic, space group P1, a 11.577(7), b 13.729(7), c 16.777(10) Å, α 81.39(4), β 77.84(5), γ 65.56°, Z = 2. The reaction between Rh(CO)4? and (Ru(CO)3Cl2)2 tetrahydrofuran followed by acid treatment yields HRuRh3(CO)12 in high yield. Its structural analysis was complicated by a 80–20% packing disorder. More detailed structural data were obtained from the fully ordered structure of HRuRh3(CO)10(PPh3)2, which is closely related to HRuCo3(CO)10(PPh3)2 and HFeCo3(CO)10(PPh3)2.
