In the presence of tert-butyl iodide, alkyl azides are converted into the corresponding iodides at room temperature, whereas, N-t-Bu anilines are obtained from aryl azides under the same experimental conditions. A mechanism is proposed to explain this unusual reactivity. 相似文献

Glucosyl dienes 1 have been reacted with the achiral 2H-azirine 4 and with glyoxylates, forming fused structures of type 5 and disaccharide-like compounds 7 with good to excellent selectivity. Glucosyl dienes 1 participated as dienophiles in reactions with Schiff bases derived from anilines forming isoquinolines 10 and 11. The diastereoselectivity of this reaction is poor. 相似文献

A novel, chemoselective mono-N-Boc protection of various structurally diverse amines with di-tert-butoxypyrocarbonate (Boc)2O is described that relies on selective carbonyl activation by hydrogen bond formation. A highly efficient strategy for Cu(OTf)2 mediated SN2-type nucleophilic ring opening followed by [4+2] cycloaddition reactions of enantiopure 2-phenyl-N-tosylazetidines with various aldehydes and ketones afforded a variety of substituted 1,3-oxazinanes and 1,3-amino alcohols in excellent yields, excellent de and good to excellent ee. The proposed SN2-type mechanism of the cycloaddition reaction is supported by experimental evidence. 相似文献

Treatment of aldoximes with N-tert-butyl-N-chlorocyanamide gave hydroximoyl chlorides in quantitative yields in less than a minute, which on dehydrohalogenation in the presence of triethylamine gave the corresponding nitrile oxides. The nitrile oxides underwent 1,3-dipolar addition to dipolarophiles and gave 2-isoxazolines in excellent yields under mild conditions. 相似文献

Syntheses and solid-state structures of zinc and tin(II) compounds, containing the N-silyl-amide ligands (OtBu)(NR)SiMe2, R = tBu (LtBu), or R = p-tolyl (LpTol), are reported. The N-silyl amines were synthesized by modified published procedures from commercially available Me2SiCl2, tBuOH, and tBuNH2, or p-Me-C6H4NH2, respectively. Treatment of SnCl2 with LiLpTol furnished Sn(LpTol)2, which was X-ray structurally characterized and shown to contain two covalent Sn-N bonds and two asymmetrical O → Sn donor bonds. The single-crystal X-ray structure of Sn(LtBu)2 revealed a much more symmetrically-coordinated, pseudo-trigonal-bipyramidal tin atom. Aminolysis of diethylzinc with HLpTol produced [EtZn(LpTol)]2, which crystallized as a centrosymmetric dimer, containing four-coordinate zinc atoms connected by bridging amides. Zinc dichloride, by contrast, reacted with two equivalents of LiLtBu to produce the homoleptic, pseudo-spirocyclic Zn(LtBu)2. 相似文献

(+)-Isoretronecanol (1) has been prepared in four steps and 36% overall yield via the diastereoselective addition of the titanium(IV) enolate derived from N-4-chlorobutyryl-1,3-thiazolidine-2-thione (3) to N-Boc-2-methoxypyrrolidine (5), which afforded 2-substituted pyrrolidine 7 in 84% yield (8:1 diastereoisomeric ratio), followed by reductive recovery of the chiral auxiliary and cyclization. 相似文献

We found a suitable condition for the effective alkynylation of N-tosylimines with aryl acetylenes. The reaction of N-tosylimines and aryl acetylenes in the presence of ZnBr2 and DIEA (N,N-diisopropylethylamine) in CH3CN afforded the desired N-tosyl propargylamines in moderate to good yields. 相似文献

A new and simple PdCl2/DMA catalytic system for the alcohol oxidation has been developed using molecular oxygen as the sole oxidant under mild conditions. The catalytic system could be reused for three runs without significant loss of catalytic activity. A variety of active and non-active alcohols were oxidized to their corresponding carbonyl compounds in good to excellent yields. Gas-uptake kinetics for the catalytic system was also investigated. The ca. 1:1 molar ratio of O2 uptake to product yield is observed, suggesting the in situ formation of H2O2. 相似文献

A catalytic amount of a nickel complex (0.1-5.3 mol %) extraordinarily increases the reaction rate of the addition of dialkylzinc reagents to N-(diphenylphosphinoyl)- or N-(benzenesulfonyl)imines. The reaction of imines derived from both aromatic and aliphatic aldehydes with various dialkylzinc reagents in the presence of several nickel complexes gives the expected addition products in most cases in 1 h and in very good yields. In general, the formation of reduction by-products was not an important side reaction. The process represents a great improvement, with regard to the reaction rate and the yield of the addition products, in comparison with the reactions performed in the absence of the nickel catalyst, and reaction times are much shorter than the ones reported so far using other catalysts. 相似文献

A new family of the end-capped 5-(N,N-dimethylamino)naphthylethynyl chains were synthesized, as terminal acetylenes or poly(yne) structures, by heterocoupling between 5-iodo-N,N-dimethylnaphthalen-1-amine and 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol or 4-(5-iodo-1-naphthyl)-2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol, catalyzed by the palladium-copper system. Catalytic homocoupling of the terminal acetylenes, affords to 1,4-dinaphthyl-1,3-butadiyne nanostructures. X-ray diffraction analysis of 1,4-di(α-naphthyl)-1,3-butadiyne shows that the naphthalene rings are in the anti configuration along the acetylene axis. All the conjugated compounds show an important fluorescent emission radiation. 相似文献

Photocarboxylation of 1,1-diphenylethylene with N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) in MeCN under bubbling of CO2 proceeded with high catalytic efficiency, giving 3,3-diphenylacrylic acid (DPA) and 3-hydroxy-3,3-diphenylpropionic acid (20). The turnover number (TON=(DPA+20)/TMB) reached 17. Similarly, 1-phenyl-1-cyclohexene yielded cis-2-acetamido-2-phenylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid with TON 5.9. As compared with related N,N-dimethylaniline derivatives, TMB is more resistant to photodecomposition, has the much larger absorbance in the S0→S1 transition, and has the lower quenching efficiency by CO2. Probably these factors are partly responsible for the high TON observed for TMB. 相似文献
