Gold nanoparticles on the surface of multi-walled carbon nanotubes with glassy carbon electrode were prepared using electrochemical synthesis method. The thin films of gold Nanoparticles/multi-walled carbon nanotubes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, and cyclic voltammetry. Electrochemical behavior of adrenaline hydrochloride at gold nanoparticles/multi-walled carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode was investigated. A simple, sensitive, and inexpensive method for determination of adrenaline hydrochloride was proposed.  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified with the nickel(II)-bis(1,10-phenanthroline) complex and with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). The nickel complex was electrodeposited on the MWCNTs by cyclic voltammetry. The modified GCE displays excellent electrocatalytic activity to the oxidation of ascorbic acid (AA). The effects of fraction of MWCNTs, film thickness and pH values were optimized. Response to AA is linear in the 10 to 630 μM concentration range, and the detection limit is 4 μM (at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3:1). The modified electrode was applied to determine AA in vitamin C tablets and in spiked fruit juice.

We are presenting a sensor for hydroxylamine that is based on an glassy carbon electrode modified with nanoparticles of Prussian Blue and with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). The sensing material was synthesized using a mixture of ferric chloride and potassium ferricyanide solution in the presence of MWCNTs under ambient conditions. Characterization was done by scanning electron microscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared absorption spectrum and cyclic voltammetry. The modified electrode showed two well-defined pairs of redox peaks and dramatic catalytic activity towards the electro-oxidation of hydroxylamine with a linear response ranging from 1.5 µM to 2.0 mM. In addition, tests show the sensor exhibited outstanding stability and reproducibility.  相似文献

The oxidation of acetaminophen was studied at a glassy carbon electrode modified with multi-walled carbon nanotubes and a graphite paste. Cyclic voltammety, differential pulse voltammetry and square wave voltammetry at various pH values, scan rates, and the effect of the ratio of nanotubes to graphite were investigated in order to optimize the parameters for the determination of acetaminophen. Square wave voltammetry is the most appropriate technique in giving a characteristic peak at 0.52 V at pH 5. The porous nanostructure of the electrode improves the surface area which results in an increase in the peak current. The voltammetric response is linear in the range between 75 and 2000 ng.mL?1, with standard deviations between 0.25 and 7.8%, and a limit of detection of 25 ng.mL?1. The method has been successfully applied to the analysis of acetaminophen in tablets and biological fluids.  相似文献

利用电化学方法在多壁碳纳米管修饰的玻碳电极表面聚合一层普鲁士蓝,制备普鲁士蓝/多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极,运用循环伏安法研究了维生素C(vc)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为.该修饰电极对Vc显示出快速的电化学响应和较好的电催化活性,在pH为4.0的磷酸盐溶液中,Ve浓度与其氧化峰电流在8.0×10-4~1.0×10-2 mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9993,检测限为6.4×10-5mol/L.该电极具有较好的稳定性和重现性.  相似文献

An electrochemical sensor has been constructed for the determination of adriamycin (ADM) that is based on a glassy carbon electrode modified with silver nanoparticles and multi-walled carbon nanotubes with carboxy groups. The modified electrode was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and exhibits a large enhancement of the differential pulse voltammetric response to ADM. Signals are linear with the concentrations of ADM in the range from 8.2?×?10?9 M to 19.0?×?10?9 M, with a detection limit of 1.7?×?10?9 M. The sensor is highly reproducible and exhibits excellent stability. It was to detect calf thymus DNA.  相似文献

Risperidone (RIS), one of the typical antipsychotics drugs, originally approved to be used for the mental illness treatment, especially schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism and major depression. In the present study, different carbon nanostructures including functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes (F-MWCNTs), carbon nanoparticles, nanodiamond-graphite and reduced graphene oxide were employed for modification of the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE) for ultrasensitive detection of RIS. The most significant increase in the anodic peak current of RIS was observed on F-MWCNTs-modified electrode (compared to the other modified electrodes and bare GCE). The influence of different experimental parameters such as pH of the buffered solutions, the amount of the modifier and time and potential of the accumulation was optimized by monitoring the LSV responses toward RIS for the selected modified electrode. A wide linear dynamic range of 0.04–7 µM with a low detection limit of 12 nM was obtained. The results exhibit an acceptable performance of the proposed electrode for determination of RIS in the pharmaceutical and clinical preparations.  相似文献

We have developed a highly sensitive and selective sensor for lead(II) ions. A glassy carbon electrode was modified with Fe3O4 nanospheres and multi-walled carbon nanotubes, and this material was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The electrode displays good electrochemical activity toward Pb(II) and gives anodic and cathodic peaks with potentials at ?496 mV and ?638 mV (vs. Ag/AgCl) in pH?6.0 solution. The sensor exhibits a sensitive and fairly selective response to Pb(II) ion, with a linear range between 20 pM and 1.6 nM, and a detection limit as low as 6.0 pM (at a signal-to noise ratio of 3). The sensor was successfully applied to monitor Pb(II) in spiked water samples.

Simultaneous determination of dihydroxybenzene isomers in neutral condition was successfully realized by a simple and easy prepared modified electrode without previous chemical or physical separations. The multi-walled carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode (MWCNTs/GCE), which was prepared by the drop-coating method, was characterized by FE-SEM and TEM. Then, the electrochemical behavior of dihydroxybenzene isomers at MWCNTs/GCE was systematically studied at different temperature and pH conditions. The oxidation peak potentials were separated in neutral condition with 105 mV to hydroquinone (HQ) and catechol (CC) and 390 mV to CC and resorcinol (RS). And in neutral condition, the amperometric current were found to be linear with concentration of HQ, CC, and RS (20–140 μM) with the presence of 100 μM other isomers. Furthermore, excellent anti-interference, stability, and reproducibility were also presented by this modified electrode.  相似文献

通过滴涂及电聚合方式分别将多壁碳纳米管和赖氨酸共修饰于玻碳电极上,制备出聚赖氨酸/多壁碳纳米管修饰电极,并建立了阳极溶出伏安法测定铅离子的新方法。采用线性扫描伏安法及循环伏安法研究了铅离子在修饰电极上的电化学行为,并考察了测定底液、底液p H值、富集电位、富集时间等条件的影响。在最佳实验条件下,铅离子的溶出峰电流与其浓度在2.0×10-7~8.0×10-5mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-7mol·L-1。利用所制备的修饰电极对大米样品进行加标回收实验,回收率为98%~102%。该方法具有良好的灵敏度和稳定性,已成功应用于大米样品中铅离子的测定。  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode was prepared that was coated with a composite film containing electropolymerized poly(amidosulfonic acid) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes. It was used to study the electrochemical response of procaine by differential pulse voltammetry. The results indicate that the electrode exhibits a remarkable improvement in the oxidation peak of procaine, and this led to a simple and sensitive method for the electroanalytical determination of procaine. The peak current is proportional to the concentration of procaine from 80 nM to 1.0 µM. The detection limit is 25 nM (S/N?=?3). The modified electrode was successfully applied to the direct determination of procaine in pharmaceutical formulations.  相似文献

We describe a sensitive chronocoulometric biosensor for the sequence-specific detection of DNA. It is based on a glassy carbon electrode modified with multi-walled carbon nanotubes, polydopamine, and gold nanoparticles. The ruthenium(III)hexammine complex acts as the electrochemical indicator. Electrochemical impedance spectra and scanning electron microscopy are employed to investigate the assembly of the electrode surface. The signals of the ruthenium complex electrostatically bound to the anionic phospho groups of the DNA strands are measured by chronocoulometry before and after hybridization. The difference in signal intensity is linearly related to the logarithm of the concentration of the target DNA in the range of 1.0 nM to 10 fM with a detection limit of 3.5fM (S/N?=?3) under optimal conditions. This biosensor exhibits excellent sensitivity and selectivity and has been used for an assay of complementary target DNA in human serum sample with satisfactory results.

通过在多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极上电聚合亚甲基蓝,制备了聚亚甲基蓝/碳纳米管/玻碳电极(pMB/MWNTs/GC)。用循环伏安法研究了3种苯二酚异构体在该电极上的电化学行为,结果表明,在pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,该修饰电极对苯二酚异构体的氧化表现出优异的电催化性能和选择性,对苯二酚、邻苯二酚和间苯二酚的氧化峰分别为0.104、0.203、0.609 V(vs.SCE),峰电位差值分别为99、406 mV。基于苯二酚异构体在pMB/MWNTs/GC修饰电极上的伏安行为,建立了苯二酚3种异构体同时分析的新方法。考察了各影响因素对测定的影响,最优实验条件下,在5.0×10-6~1.5×10-4mol.L-1范围内,3种苯二酚异构体的阳极峰电流与其浓度存在线性关系,检出限均为1.0×10-6mol.L-1。将该法用于水体及冲洗废液中苯二酚异构体含量的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

Tetracarboxyphenoxy phthalocyanine was covalently linked to multi-walled carbon nanotubes and the conjugate was used for modification of glassy carbon electrodes for the detection of hydrogen peroxide. The electrocatalytic behavior was examined by cyclic voltammetry, square wave voltammetry, and rotating disk electrode. The results show that covalent linking is attractive in terms of high detecting currents, low overpotential, and high catalytic rate constants. Very low detection limits were observed with CoTCPhPc-DAMN-MWCNT(linked)-GCE at 0.33 nM. The resulting catalytic rate constant was 1.1 × 103 M?1s?1.  相似文献
