The π N forward-scattering data are analyzed using an expansion method, where the invariant amplitudes are represented by expansions satisfying the forward dispersion relations. The experimental errors of the data are taken into account through the covariance matrix of the coefficients of the expansions in a careful error analysis. From the results, some coefficients, c n0 ± , of the subthreshold expansions have been calculated with proper error bars.  相似文献

We first review the results of an analysis of ππ interactions in S, P and D waves for the two-pion effective mass from threshold to about 1.4GeV. In particular, we show a recent improvement of this analysis above the Kˉ threshold using more data for phase shifts and including the S0-wave inelasticity from ππKˉ. In addition, we have improved the fit to the f 2(1270)-resonance and used a more flexible P-wave parametrization above the Kˉ threshold and included an estimation of the D2-wave inelasticity. The better accuracy thus achieved also required a refinement of the Regge analysis above 1.42GeV. Finally, in this work we check that the ππ scattering amplitudes obtained in this approach satisfy remarkably well forward dispersion relations and Roy's equations.  相似文献

The total cross sections for pionic charge exchange on hydrogen were measured using a transmission technique on thin CH2 and C targets. Data were taken for ππ lab energies from 39 to 247 MeV with total errors of typically 2% over the Δ-resonance and up to 10% at the lowest energies. Deviations from the predictions of the SAID phase shift analysis in the 60–80 MeV region are interpreted as evidence for isospin-symmetry breaking in the s-wave amplitudes. The charge dependence of the Δ-resonance properties appears to be smaller than previously reported.  相似文献

The quark-antiquark (q^-q) spectrum is studied by solving the Schrōdinger equation in the framework of nonrelativistic constituent quark model. An overall good fit to the experimental data of meson is obtained. The interactions between quark and antiquark consist of quadratic colour confinement-exchange, one-gluon-exchange, and Goldstone-boson-exchange potentials.  相似文献

The quark-delocalization colour-screening model is employed to study the kaonic nuclear cluster K-pp system. The calculation shows that there is a strong effective attraction between kaon and protons. The bound state can be formed and the binding energy is estimated to be about 80 MeV, and the space configuration is a symmetrical linear triatomic molecule with radius 1.15 fm. The results also show that the quark delocalization is responsible for the strong attraction in the system and the colour screening adds a little attraction in this case.  相似文献

We study whether the broad enhancement X(1576) arises from the final state interaction (FSI) of p(1450, 1700)→p^+ p^- →K^+ K^-decay,Both the absorptive and dispersive contributions of the above amplitudes are considered since the intermediate states are very close to p(1450, 1700). AThe same mechanism leads to a similar enhancement around 1580 MeV in the π^+ π^- specturm in the J/ψ →π^0 π^+ π^- channel, which can be used to test whether X(1576) can be ascribed to the FSI effect ofp(1450, 1700) → p^+ p^-.  相似文献

Within the meson-exchange model we calculate f 0-meson production cross section in πN and NN reactions and investigate the possibility for f 0 observation via the KˉK decay mode in pp collisions. Our studies indicate that an extraction of the f 0 signal is unlikely due to the large background from other reaction channels. Received: 14 October 1998 / Revised version: 17 November 1998  相似文献

We report on our measurement of the inclusive spectrum of positive pions from the reaction pp→π++X on a CH 2 internal target of the ITEP proton synchrotron at 1.5 GeV/c with a missing mass resolution of about 1 MeV/c2. The goal of our experiment was the search for the hypothetical narrow πNN resonance (0.5\ MeV/c2 width and a mass of 2.06\ GeV/c2) with I(J P P)=even(0), called d′. We do not see any statistically significant d′-signal. The upper limit for d′ production cross-section in pp-interactions is near 2μb at 84%C.L. Received: 5 November 1997  相似文献

Using the Quark-Gluon Strings Model --combined with Regge phenomenology-- we perform a comparative analysis of Λ, Σ0, Λ(1520) and Θ+ production in binary reactions induced by photon, pion and proton beams on the nucleon. We find that the existing experimental data on the γpK+Λ differential and total cross-sections can be described very well by the model for photon energies 1-16 GeV and - t < 2 GeV2 assuming a dominant contribution of the K* Regge trajectory. Moreover, using the same parameters we also reproduce the total γpK+Σ0 and γpK+Λ(1520) cross-sections suggesting a “universality” of the Regge model. In order to check the consistency of the approach we evaluate the differential and total cross-sections for the reaction π-pK0Λ which is also found to be dominated by the K* Regge trajectory. Using the apparent “universality” of the Regge model we extend our scheme to the analysis of the binary reactions γp↦¯0Θ+, π-pK-Θ+ and pp↦Σ+Θ+ as well as the exclusive and inclusive Θ+ production in the reactions ppp¯0Θ+ and pp↦Θ+X. Our detailed studies demonstrate that Θ+ production does not follow the “universality” principle, thus suggesting an essentially different internal structure of the exotic baryon relative to conventional hyperons or hyperon resonances.  相似文献

The structure of the H particle is studied in the framework of chiral quark model by solving the resonating group equation of coupled-channel. Four physical channels and eleven hidden colour channels are taken into account. Hidden colour channel coupling is found to cause an obvious decrease of eigenenergy of the H particle (about IO MeV). The most favourable hidden colour channel of the H particle is given.  相似文献

We calculated the one pion loop contributions to the form factors of the rho-nucleon interaction within a field theoretical model using effective Lagrangians. The results show that the tensor interaction is likely to be described well within such an approach. We obtain a magnetic coupling in the range of 3.5–7.1 atQ 2=0, depending on the choice of pion-nucleon form factor and a dipole form for theQ 2 dependence tensor form factor with a scale of roughly 900 MeV for space-like momentum transfer. The results agree with the findings of the recent analysis of thep-N interaction and support a small scale parameter (0.5 GeV) for the pion-nucleon form factor. This work is supported by BMFT (06BO7027) and COSY-KFA Jülich (41140512)  相似文献

In the framework of a chiral constituent quark model, considering the contributions of π annihilation and one-gluon annihilation, the proton--antiproton s-wave elastic scattering cross section experimental data can bereproduced by adjusting properly one-gluon annihilation coupling constant. After fixing the model parameters, we perform a dynamical calculation for all possible s-wave nucleon--antinucleon states. The results show that there is no s-wave bound state as indicated by a strong enhancement at threshold of p¯p in J/Ψ and B decay.  相似文献

Within the framework of the improved isospin dependent quantum molecular dynamics (ImIQMD) model, pion emission in heavy-ion collisions in the region 1 A GeV is investigated systematically, in which the pion is considered to be mainly produced by the decay of resonances △(1232) and N^*(1440). The in-medium dependence and Coulomb effects of pion production are included in the calculation. Total pion multiplicity and π^-/π^+ yields are calculated for the reaction ^197Au+^197Au in central collisions for selected Skyrme parameters SkP, SLy6, Ska, SⅢ and compared with the measured data of the FOPI collaboration.  相似文献

We construct a phenomenologica/KN interaction which reproduces the two resonances: the energy of the first resonance is 1420MeV and the other is 1392MeV. The A(1405) is found by a superposition of the two reso- nances with appropriate weights. Within the framework of the Brueckner-Hartree-Fock theory, we have studied K- - 3He(T = 0) and K- - 4He(T = 1/2). The binding energy BK- is 93MeV(72MeV) and the width F is 13 MeV(25 MeV) for K- - 3He(T =0) ( K- - 4He(T = 1/2)).  相似文献

We present some Quantum Field Theory (QFT) results concerning the Yukawa model, solved non-perturbatively with the help of lattice techniques. In particular we focus on the possibility of generating a two-nucleon bound state, as compared to the non-relativistic limit of the same model. Preliminary results show the appearance of zero modes of the Dirac operator. They limit the numerical solution of the model to values of the coupling constant which are too small to allow binding of the two-nucleon system.  相似文献

We perform a study of the final-state interactions of the K + and the d systems in the reactions ppdK + and ppdπ+η. Since the two-meson system couples strongly to the a 0(980) resonance, these reactions are expected to be an additional source of information about the controversial scalar sector. We also show that these reactions present peculiar features which can shed additional light on the much debated meson-baryon scalar sector with strangeness -1. We deduce the general structure of the amplitudes close to the dK + threshold, allowing for primary K + as well as π+η production with the two mesons in relative S- or P-wave. The interactions of the mesons are accounted for by using chiral unitary techniques, which generate dynamically the a 0(980) resonance, and the d interaction is also taken into account. General formulae are derived that allow to incorporate the final-state interactions in these systems for any model of the production mechanism. We illustrate this approach by considering two specific production mechanisms based on three flavor meson-baryon chiral perturbation theory. It is demonstrated that in this scenario the d interactions are very important and can change the cross-section by as much as one order of magnitude. The amount of π+ηversus K + production is shown to depend critically on the primary mixture of the two mechanisms, with large interference effects due to final-state interactions. These effects are also shown to occur in the event distributions of invariant masses which are drastically modified by the final-state interactions of the two-meson or the d system. A series of nucleon–nucleon bremsstrahlung (NNγ) experiments at 190 MeV incident beam energy have been performed at KVI in order to gain more insight into the dynamics governing the bremsstrahlung reaction. After initial measurements wherein the bremsstrahlung process was studied far away from the elastic limit, a new study was used to probe the process nearer to the elastic limit by measuring at lower photon energies. Measured cross sections and analyzing powers are compared with the predictions of a microscopic model and those of two soft-photon models. The theoretical calculations overestimate the data by up to ≈30%, for some kinematics.  相似文献
