[reaction: see text] Design and synthesis of a novel family of furancarbothioamide-based palladacycles are reported herein. These palladacycles are thermally stable, not sensitive to air or moisture, and are applied effectively in the Heck reaction of aryl halides with terminal olefins and in the Suzuki reaction of aryl halides with arylboronic acids. These reactions were performed under aerobic conditions, leading to turnover numbers (TONs) up to 1 x 10(5).  相似文献

A new palladium-bidentate complex [m-C6H4(CH2ImMe)2(PdCl2)] (III) was prepared in two steps. In the first step, [m-C6H4(CH2ImMeAgCl)2] (II) (Im = imidazole moiety) was obtained by reacting imidazolium salt [m-C6H4(CH2ImMe)2]Cl2 (I) (prepared by quaternisation of Nmethylimidazole with 1,3-bis(chloromethyl)benzene) and Ag2O in CH2Cl2. In the next step, treatment of (II) with Pd(CH3CN)2Cl2 afforded complex III which was evaluated for its catalytic activity for C-C bond-formation reactions by examining the coupling reaction of 3-iodoanisole with phenylacetylene in the Sonogashira reaction. In addition, 3-methoxybiphenyls were obtained with good to excellent yields by Suzuki coupling reactions of 3-iodoanisole with phenylboronic acids or phenylborates salts in the presence of this complex.  相似文献

Three monomeric triphenylphosphite palladacycles of the formula [PdCl(P-C)(im)], where P-C = P(OC6H4)(OC6H5)2, im = 1-methylimidazole, 2, 1,2-dimethylimidazole, 3, and 1-butylimidazole, 4, were obtained in reaction of [PdCl(P-C)]2, 1, with the respective imidazoles. These complexes exhibited high catalytic activity in the Suzuki-Miyaura reaction in ethane-1,2-diol and in the Sonogashira reaction in ionic liquids, [bmim]BF4 and [bmim]PF6. While the application of two imidazoles per palladium caused improvement of the reaction yield, an inhibiting effect was found in both reactions when 1-methylimidazole or 1-butylimidazole was used in 20-fold excess relative to palladium.  相似文献

The polystyrene-immobilised palladacyclic complexes [Pd(TFA)(kappa2-N,C-C6H4CH2NMe2){P(C6H4-4-PS)Cy2}] and [PdCl(kappa2-P,C-{P(OC6H2-2,4-tBu2)(OC6H3-2,4-tBu2)2}{P(C6H4-4-PS)Cy2}](PS = polystyrene) and the homogeneous analogues [Pd(TFA)(kappa2-N,C-C6H4CH2NMe2)(PPhCy2)] and PdCl(kappa2-P,C-{P(OC6H2-2,4-tBu2)(OC6H3-2,4-tBu2)2}(PPhCy2)] were synthesised and characterised. The X-ray structure of one of the homogeneous analogues, [Pd(TFA)(kappa2-N,C-C6H4CH2NMe2)(PPhCy2)] was determined. All the complexes have been tested and show good activity in the Suzuki coupling of aryl chloride substrates. While the polystyrene-immobilised complexes are not recyclable, they are easily extracted and show low levels of palladium leaching.  相似文献

A new series of chiral N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) palladium complexes were synthesized from a relatively inexpensive amino acid, l-phenylalanine. All these compounds were fully characterized by (1)H-NMR, (13)C-NMR and elemental analysis. The X-ray molecular structures of two of the complexes were reported. The catalytic activity of the four palladium complexes was successfully tested in the Sonogashira reaction under copper free conditions in air. The palladium complex 3a provided good activity in the Sonogashira coupling reaction.  相似文献

The reaction of tricyclohexylphosphine with the S-based palladacycle [(Pd(mu-OAc)(kappa2-S,C-C(6)H(4)CH(2)SMe))(2)] gives several products, regardless of stoichiometry, one of which, [Pd(kappa1-OAc)(eta1-C(6)H(4)CH(2)SMe)(PCy3)2], has been characterised crystallographically. Despite this, catalysts formed in situ from di- and tri-alkylphosphines and [(Pd(mu-OAc)(kappa2-S,C-C(6)H(4)CH(2)SMe))2] show excellent activity in the Suzuki coupling of a range of deactivated, non-activated and activated aryl chloride substrates.  相似文献

Abstract

A family of five palladium(II) 2-(arylazo)naphtholate complexes, [PdCl(PPh3)(L)] (L?=?O, N-donor of bidentate 2-(arylazo)naphtholate ligands), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and spectral (FT-IR, UV–Vis, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR) methods. Further, the catalytic efficiency of all the complexes have been investigated for Suzuki and Sonogashira coupling reaction of various aryl halides.  相似文献

3-(2-Chloroquinolin-3-yl)-1,5-bis(3,4,5-trimethoxy-phenyl)-pentane-2,4-dione derivatives 3a–b were conveniently synthesized in excellent yields (82% each) by tandem Knoevenagel condensation reactions of 2-chloro-3-carbaldehyde-quinoline 1ab with 3,4,5-trimethoxy acetophenone, followed by a base catalyzed Michael addition, such as DBU (1,8-diazabicyclo[5,4,0]undec-7-ene) with or without solvent. The reactions of 3a–b with Pd(dba)2 in the presence of PPh3 (1:2) in degassed acetone provided the dinuclear palladium complexes {Pd(C,N-2-C9H4N–CH–[–CH2CO(3,4,5-(OMe-)3–C6H2-]2–3-R-6)Cl(PPh3)}2 [(R = H (4a), R = OMe (4b)] in moderate yields (38% and 43%), which in turn reacted with an excess of isonitrile XyNC (Xy = 2,6-Me2C6H3) to give the corresponding palladacycles 5ab in moderate yields (45% and 43%). The palladacycles 5ab were also obtained in similar yields (32% and 33%) via a one-pot oxidative addition reaction of 3a-b with isonitrile XyNC:Pd(dba)2 (4:1). The products were characterized by satisfactory elemental analysis and spectral studies (IR, 1H, and 31P NMR). The crystal structure of 5a was determined by X-ray crystallography diffraction studies.  相似文献

Polyaniline supported palladium catalysts were prepared from different palladium precursors and all the catalysts are well characterized using ICP-AES, FTIR, TGA-DTA, SEM-EDX and XPS analysis. All the catalysts were tested for Suzuki-Miyaura coupling of bromo- and chloroarenes in water and the catalyst prepared from PdCl2 precursor was found to be the most effective catalyst. The catalyst can easily be recovered by simple filtration and reused for several cycles with almost consistent activity.  相似文献

Palladium(II) complexes with chelating and non-chelating diaminocarbene ligands were assessed as catalysts in the cross-coupling reactions of haloarenes with oct-1-yne (Sonogashira reaction) and phenylboronic acid (Suzuki reaction). Both complexes exhibited a higher catalytic activity than traditional phosphine ligandbased systems in the Sonogashira reaction, and they ensured cross-coupling not only with iodoarenes but also with bromoarenes activated by electron-withdrawing substituents. The catalytic activities of the examined complexes in the Suzuki reaction were appreciably different: the palladium(II) complex with the chelating ligand turned out to be considerably less active than the complex with the non-chelating ligand.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of 1-phenyl-3-alkyl-substituted carbene precursors that were prepared from 1-phenyl substituted benzimidazole and various alkyl halides are reported. The new benzimidazolium salts (1ae) were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT-IR spectroscopic methods and elemental analyses. New in situ generated palladium-benzimidazolium complexes were tested for catalytic activity in the Mizoroki-Heck and Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions.  相似文献

1,1′-Bis(oxazolinyl)ferrocene-based palladium dichloride complexes 2a and 2b were synthesized. X-ray single-crystal diffraction analyses showed that they are of the N,N′-chelating type, and that the coordination mode of 2a, which has an isopropyl group, is of the cis type, whereas that of 2b, which has a tert-butyl group, is the trans one. These two complexes were employed as catalysts for Suzuki and Heck reactions, and showed high catalytic activities in coupling reactions with various aryl halides and counterparts (phenylboronic acid or n-butyl acrylate). Particularly, the catalyst 2a afforded the coupled product of aryl bromide with phenylboronic acid at room temperature.  相似文献

Five non-symmetrical PCN pincer palladium(II) complexes [PdCl{C6H3-2-(CHNR)-6-()}] (R = m-ClC6H4, R′ = Ph (2a); R = Ph, R′ = Ph (2b); R = i-Pr, R′ = Ph (2c); R = m-ClC6H4, R′ = i-Pr (2d); R = (S)-1-phenylethyl, R′ = Ph (2e)) have been easily prepared in only two steps from readily available m-hydroxybenzaldehyde and characterized by HRMS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31P NMR and IR spectra. The molecular structures of 2a and 2b have been further determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The obtained Pd complexes were found to be effective catalysts for the Suzuki and copper-free Sonogashira cross-coupling reactions which could be carried out in the undried solvent under air.  相似文献

A series of novel amphiphilic ferrocenylimines and their cyclopalladated complexes of general formula [Fe(η5-C5H5)(η5-C5H4CR1NR2)] (R1=H, R2=C12H25-n4a, R1=H, R2=C16H33-n4b, R1=CH3, R2=C12H25-n4c, R1=CH3, R2=C16H33-n4d), [PdCl{[(η5-C5H5)]Fe[(η5-C5H3)CR1NR2]}]2 (5a-d), [PdCl{[(η5-C5H5)]Fe[(η5-C5H3)-CR1NR2]}(PPh3)] (6a-d), were prepared and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31P NMR, IR, HRMS, and elemental analysis. The crystal structures of 5c,d were determined by X-ray crystallography. These amphiphilic cyclopalladated complexes are thermally stable and insensitive to oxygen and moisture. The redox properties of 4a-d, 5a-d, 6a-d were also investigated using cyclic voltammetric technique. Compounds 5a-d, 6a-d displayed good activity in the Heck reaction of a variety of aryl halides with ethyl acrylate or styrene and the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction of aryl bromides with phenylboronic acid in bulk solution. They are also suitable for formation of Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films.  相似文献

An efficient heterogeneous Pd catalytic system has been developed, based on immobilization of Pd nanoparticles (PNPs) on a silica‐bonded propylamine–cyanuric–cysteine (SiO2pA–Cyan–Cys) substrate. The synthesized catalyst was characterized by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, FT‐IR, N2 adsorption analysis (BET), TGA and inductively coupled plasma/atomic emission spectroscopy, and catalytic activity of this catalyst was investigated in the Suzuki and Sonogashira cross‐coupling reactions. The catalysts showed excellent performance in these two reactions, including various aryl halide derivatives (except aryl chloride derivatives) with phenylboronic acid and phenylacetylene under green conditions. Moreover, the catalyst was recycled for several runs without any significant loss of catalytic activity. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Palladacycles of pyrido[1,2-a]quinoline complexes were synthesized via a one pot reaction of quinolines with XyNC (Xy = 2,6-Me 2C6H3) in the presence of Pd(dba)2 (4:1). These palladacycles were also obtained via reaction of quinolines with Pd(dba)2 in the presence of PPh 3 (1:2) in acetone to give the intermediate complexes of dinuclear palladaphosphaquinoline complexes. Dinuclear complexes were converted into palladacycles via reaction with XyNC in CH2Cl2. The crystal structure of the dinuclear palladium complex was determined by X-ray diffraction studies. Simple catalytic systems for the Suzuki—Miyaura reaction of aryl chlorides under microwave conditions were tested. Microwave irradiation facilitated the reaction course. The catalyst, base, and solvent effect were studied and two reaction systems offered reasonable to high yields within a short time.  相似文献

A novel linear polymeric pentadentate (O2N2S‐sites) ligand (H3L) bearing both soft and hard donors was prepared by the reaction of a bifunctional carbonyl compound, 4,6‐diacetylresorcinol, with a bifunctional hydrazide compound, thiocarbohydrazide. Mono‐ and binuclear CuII and NiII complexes/each monomeric unit of the polymeric ligand were obtained depending on the pH of the reaction medium and the metal ion. Adducts with 1,10‐phenanthroline (Phen) and 2,2′‐bipyridyl (Bpy) were obtained. Anomalous dimeric CoII/CoIII complexes of the polymeric ligand were obtained in which two molecules of the linear polymeric ligand trapped two cobalt ions (CoII and CoIII) in each monomeric unit. These structures are very interesting in that they contain CoII/CoIII, side by side, as high‐spin square planar coordinated CoII ions and low‐spin (diamagnetic) octahedral coordinated CoIII ions. The suggested structures of the complexes have been elucidated on the basis of elemental and thermal analyses, conductance, and magnetic susceptibility measurements as well as spectral studies (electronic, IR, and ESR spectra). © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
