本在2K~20K温区内系统地研究了Er1-xDyxNi2B2C体系中超导转变温度Tc的反铁磁转变温度TN随Dy掺杂含量x的变化.实验发现x=0.3和x=0.8附近的样品具有复杂的磁结构.这些洋品有两个磁转变温度(TN’和TN).对于该体系发现了两个主要的特征:1)在x=0.3附近,超导被抑制,TN’出现一个小的峰值;2)在x=0.8附近,Tc出现一个低谷,TN’出现一个大的宽峰.TN’在x=0.3和x=0.8附近的异常来源于改系统中超导和磁性的共存和相互作用。 相似文献

Commensurate antiferromagnetic ordering has been observed in the superconducting high- Tc cuprate YBa2Cu3O6.5 ( Tc = 55 K) by polarized and unpolarized elastic neutron scattering. The magnetic peak intensity exhibits a marked enhancement at Tc. Zero-field muon-spin-resonance experiments demonstrate that the staggered magnetization is not truly static but fluctuates on a nanosecond time scale. These results point towards an unusual spin density wave state coexisting with superconductivity. 相似文献

A search for superconductivity has been carried out on the hexagonal polymorph of Laves-phase CaLi(2), a compound for which Feng, Ashcroft, and Hoffmann predict highly anomalous behavior under pressure. No superconductivity is observed above 1.10 K at ambient pressure. However, high-pressure ac susceptibility and electrical resistivity studies to 81 GPa reveal bulk superconductivity in CaLi(2) at temperatures as high as 13 K. The normal-state resistivity displays a dramatic increase with pressure. 相似文献

To elucidate the nature of the superconducting ground state of the geometrically frustrated pyrochlore KOs2O6 (Tc=9.6 K), the thermal conductivity was measured down to low temperatures (approximately Tc/100). We found that the quasiparticle mean free path is strikingly enhanced below a transition at Tp=7.8 K, indicating enormous electron inelastic scattering in the normal state. In magnetic fields, the conduction at T-->0 K is nearly constant up to approximately 0.4Hc2, in contrast with the rapid growth expected for superconductors with an anisotropic gap. This unambiguously indicates a fully gapped superconductivity, in contrast with previous studies. These results highlight that KOs2O6 is unique among superconductors with strong electron correlations. 相似文献

We study the effects of pressure on the electron-phonon interaction in MgB2 using density-functional-based methods. Our results show that the superconductivity in MgB2 vanishes by 100 GPa, and then reappears at higher pressures. In particular, we find a superconducting transition temperature Tc approximately 2 K for mu*=0.1 at a pressure of 137 GPa. 相似文献

We have synthesized polycrystalline samples of Eu(1-x)K(x)Fe2As2 (x = 0-1) and carried out systematic characterization using x-ray diffraction, ac and dc magnetic susceptibility, and electrical resistivity measurements. A clear signature of the coexistence of a superconducting transition (T(c) = 5.5 K) with spin density wave (SDW) ordering is observed in our underdoped sample with x = 0.15. The SDW transition disappears completely for the x = 0.3 sample and superconductivity arises below 20 K. The superconducting transition temperature Tc increases with increase in the K content and a maximum Tc = 33 K is reached for x = 0.5, beyond which it decreases again. The doping dependent Tx phase diagram is extracted from the magnetic and electrical transport data. It is found that magnetic ordering of Eu moments coexists with the superconductivity up to x = 0.6. The isothermal magnetization data taken at 2 K for the doped samples suggest the 2+ valence state of the Eu ions. We also present the temperature dependence of the lower critical field H(c1) of the superconducting polycrystalline samples. The values of H(c1)(0) obtained for x = 0.3, 0.5, and 0.7 after taking the demagnetization factor into account are 202, 330, and 212 Oe, respectively. The London penetration depth λ(T) calculated from the lower critical field does not show exponential dependence at low temperature, as would be expected for a fully gapped clean s-wave superconductor. In contrast, it shows a T2 power law feature up to T = 0.3Tc, as observed in Ba(1-x)K(x)Fe2As2 and BaFe(2-x)Co(x)As2. 相似文献

We report superconductivity in a new ternary molybdenum pnictide Rb_2 Mo_3 As_3,synthesized via the solid state reaction method.Powder x-ray diffraction analysis reveals a hexagonal crystal structure with space group P6 m2(No.187), and the refined lattice parameters are a=10.431(5) A,c=4.460(4) A.SEM images show rod-like grains with good ductility,confirming a quasi-one-dimensional(Q1 D) structure.Electrical resistivity and dc magnetic susceptibility characterizations exhibit superconductivity with an onset of T_c=10.5 K.The upper critical field of Rb_2 Mo_3 As_3 is estimated to be 28.2 T at zero temperature,providing an evidence of possible unconventional superconductivity.Our recent discovery of MoAs-based superconductors above 10 K provides a unique platform for the study of exotic superconductivity in 4 d electron systems with Q1 D crystal structures. 相似文献

The layered lithium borocarbide LiBC, isovalent with and structurally similar to the superconductor MgB2, is an insulator due to the modulation within the hexagonal layers (BC vs B2). We show that hole doping of LiBC results in Fermi surfaces of B-C p sigma character that couple very strongly to B-C bond stretching modes, precisely the features that lead to superconductivity at T(c) approximately equal to 40 K in MgB2. Comparison of Li(0.5)BC with MgB2 indicates the former to be a prime candidate for electron-phonon coupled superconductivity at substantially higher temperature than in MgB2. 相似文献

We discovered that under pressure SnO with α-PbO structure, the same structure as in many Fe-based superconductors, e.g., β-FeSe, undergoes a transition to a superconducting state for p?6 GPa with a maximum Tc of 1.4 K at p=9.3 GPa. The pressure dependence of Tc reveals a domelike shape and superconductivity disappears for p?16 GPa. It is further shown from band structure calculations that SnO under pressure exhibits a Fermi surface topology similar to that reported for some Fe-based superconductors and that the nesting between the hole and electron pockets correlates with the change of Tc as a function of pressure. 相似文献

We report a site selective Cu-NMR study on underdoped Hg-based five-layered high-Tc cuprate HgBa2Ca4CU5O(12+delta) with a Tc = 72 K. Antiferromagnetism (AFM) has been found to take place at T(N) = 290 K, exhibiting a large antiferromagnetic moment of 0.67-0.69 microB at three inner planes (IP). This value is comparable to the values reported for nondoped cuprates, suggesting that the IP may be in a nearly nondoped regime. Most surprisingly, the AFM order is also detected with M(AFM)(OP) = 0.1 microB even at two outer planes (OP) that are responsible for the onset of superconductivity (SC). The high-Tc SC at Tc = 72 K can uniformly coexist on a microscopic level with the AFM at OP's. This is the first microscopic evidence for the uniform mixed phase of AFM and SC on a single CuO2 plane in a simple environment without any vortex lattice and/or stripe order. 相似文献

Here we report bulk superconductivity in BaFe1.8Co0.2As2 single crystals below Tc=22 K, as demonstrated by resistivity, magnetic susceptibility, and specific heat data. Hall data indicate that the dominant carriers are electrons, as expected from simple chemical reasoning. This is the first example of superconductivity induced by electron doping in this family of materials. In contrast with cuprates, the BaFe2As2 system appears to tolerate considerable disorder in the FeAs planes. First principles calculations for BaFe1.8Co0.2As2 indicate the interband scattering due to Co is weak. 相似文献

The superconducting state of Ca-intercalated graphite CaC6 has been investigated by specific heat measurements. The characteristic anomaly at the superconducting transition (Tc = 11.4 K) indicates clearly the bulk nature of the superconductivity. The temperature and magnetic field dependence of the electronic specific heat are consistent with a fully gapped superconducting order parameter. The estimated electron-phonon coupling constant is lambda = 0.70 +/- 0.04, suggesting that the relatively high Tc of CaC6 can be explained within the intermediate coupling BCS approach. 相似文献

We report specific heat measurements on neutron-irradiated MgB2 samples, for which the critical temperature is lowered to 8.7 K, but the superconducting transition remains extremely sharp, indicative of a defect structure extremely homogeneous. Our results evidence the presence of two superconducting gaps in the temperature range above 21 K, while single-gap superconductivity is well established as a bulk property, not associated with local disorder fluctuations, when Tc decreases to 11 K. 相似文献

The electronic structure near the Fermi level (EF) of the beta-pyrochlore superconductor KOs2O6 is studied using laser-excited ultrahigh-resolution photoemission spectroscopy. The superconducting gap clearly opens across the superconducting transition (Tc=9.6 K), with the strong electron-phonon coupling value of 2Delta(0)/k B Tc>or=4.56. A fitting analysis identifies clear anomalies at Tp=7.5 K in the temperature dependencies of the superconducting gap size and the quasiparticle relaxation lifetime. These anomalies and the fine spectral structures arising from phonons suggest that the existence of the rattling behavior of K ions significantly affects the superconductivity in KOs2O6. 相似文献

Superconductivity of Y-Ba-Cu-O system is studied in the composition 2:2:3 and 1:2:3 of Y:Ba:Cu. The effect of replacement of Y or Ba by divalent Sr and Ca, trivalent Ce and tetravalent Zr is studied. X-ray diffraction, SEM and TEM techniques are used for materials characterization. Superconducting transition temperatures are measured resistively. Rapid resistance drop observed above 230 K in Y-Ba-Sr-Cu-O and Y-Ba-Ca-Cu-O systems indicate the possible existence of superconductivity above 230 K. Substitution of Ce in place of Y is found to reduce the onset Tc from 95 K to 80 K. For the first time, replacement of Cu by Zr in Y-Ba-Cu-O has yielded the onset Tc of about 105 K. 相似文献

掺入Dy2O3的YBa2Cu3O7-δ(YBCO)粉末样品采用固相反应方法制备获得。XRD的Rietveld精修和SEM都显示Dy2O3和YBCO并存。随着添加相成分的增加,YBCO的开始转变温度Ton、超导临界温度Tc和零电阻温度Tc0都单调减小。对于某一固定的磁场,温度为77K,当x=0.05时,样品的临界电流密度Jc有最大值。磁场中,微量的Dy2O3的添加,使得YBCO临界电流密度增大。Jc的这些特征行为来自D2O3的添加导致的两方面的共同作用,一方面是超导性的变化,另一方面纳米尺寸范围内的空间分布的非均匀性。 相似文献
