激光诱导荧光水体污染遥测数据定量分析方法 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
在紫外光的激发下,污染水体中的溶解有机物(DOM)会产生特定的荧光光谱,因此利用激光诱导荧光(LIF)可对水体中的溶解有机物的含量进行定量分析,从而可估计出水体富营养化的程度。提出了一种用于对水质遥测数据进行定量分析的方法,这是一种基于遗传算法(GA)的光谱分离算法。首先确定拉曼散射信号和溶解有机物的荧光在404nm波段的信号强度,然后再利用拉曼散射信号对DOM荧光光谱进行归一化处理。根据浓度校准曲线可得到水体中的溶解有机物的浓度。 相似文献

Investigation of plumes produced by material ablation with two time-delayed femtosecond laser pulses
We experimentally investigated and herewith reported the results of laser ablation of copper and gold with two time-delayed femtosecond laser pulses at 800 nm in vacuum. The ablation plume dynamic was monitored by fast plume imaging and time- and space-resolved optical emission spectroscopy. Optical microscopy was used to follow the ablation depth as a function of the delay between the two laser pulses. Nanoparticles deposition on mica substrates was analysed by atomic force microscopy.We estimate roughly the plume's atomization degree - that is the mass fraction of atomized material over the total ablated mass - from the relative intensities of radiation emitted from atoms and nanoparticles. It is shown that the atomization degree depends critically on the time delay between both laser pulses and on the characteristic time of electron-lattice relaxation. The increase of the atomization degree is accompanied by the decrease of the ablation depth. Atomic force microscopy measurements confirm the partial atomization of nanoparticles, as the analyses of particle deposition on mica substrates show a large decrease of the number of nanoparticles for large delay between the two pulses. 相似文献

Atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) is a commonly employed method for elemental analysis employed with chemical vapor generation procedures due to its low cost and high sensitivity. Advances in AFS are reviewed for 2014 and 2015 involving instrumentation and novel applications. Major advances include novel applications of diffusive gradients in thin films, photochemical vaporization, and novel atom cells. Significant applications were reported in the fields of food, bioanalytical, materials, and environmental analysis. 以太湖水样三维荧光光谱数据为例,提出在采用平行因子分析法(PARAFAC)处理后的荧光数据中提取荧光峰强度计算荧光峰比值进行水环境分析评价的方法,较直接在水样原始荧光谱图中获取的荧光峰强度更加准确客观。天然水体中各水样间由于受荧光团复杂多样性等因素的影响,某类荧光物质荧光峰的激发发射波长位置并不是固定不变的,就同一水样而言各类荧光峰之间的相互重叠干扰也将影响到荧光峰强度和位置的准确判断。而在PARAFAC模型各因子中提取相应荧光峰值可以保证各水样间同类荧光物质荧光峰在同一位置又有效减弱同一水样中各类荧光物质荧光峰之间的相互干扰,更加高效准确的利用荧光峰比值进行水环境分析。区域差异性分析时水样因子得分比值的区域变化与原始荧光峰比值变化趋势是一致的。 相似文献

We report on a diode-laser-based spectrometer, operating at a wavelength of 2 μm, which enables for simultaneous measurements of CO2 and H2O concentrations in gaseous mixtures with high precision and accuracy. We implemented the very simple approach of a direct measurement of absorption in a multiple reflection cell with a pathlength of 50 m. Gas concentration is simply retrieved from the integrated absorbance, without using calibration cells. The spectrometer is equipped with single-mode optical fibers in order to probe remote environments. The possible application in volcanic areas will be discussed. We also investigated the possibility to measure the isotopic ratio 13CO2/12CO2, which is another relevant parameter for monitoring volcanic activity. 相似文献

采用近红外飞秒激光辐照浸泡在硫酸溶液中的N型单晶硅片,激光波长800 nm,脉宽200 fs,重频1 kHz,平均功率为100 mW,而硫酸溶液的质量分数分别选择为0.1%和1%。辐照后硅表面呈直径为5~8 mm,高度15 mm的柱型结构。分析其荧光特性,并通过比较硅材料表面微结构与激光光源、扫描参数、硅片背景环境的关系,确定最佳辐照条件为激光扫描速度750 mm/s,扫描间距5 mm/s。最终在厚度0.5 mm、直径26 mm的硅片上获得10 mm×10 mm的方形扫描区域,荧光光谱显示激光扫描后的区域在700 nm附近有很强的荧光发射。分析结果表明飞秒激光扫描改变了样品的表面微结构尺寸,增大了吸收面积,扩展了荧光激发波长,有效提高了样品的吸收效率和荧光发光相对强度(超过扫描前发光相对强度的2倍),荧光发射谱的变化是由量子限制效应和表面态模型共同作用的结果。 相似文献

The irradiation of ArF excimer laser (193 nm) on Si wafer (〈1 1 1〉, n-type, arsenic-doped, 0.01 Ω cm) in SF6 atmosphere, from vacuum to 1000 mbar, creates a regular self-assembled microstructure owning to a great number of microconical spikes covered with SiF2 (fluorosilyl) layer containing sulfur impurities. The geometry of microstructure as well as the layer thickness varies with the gas pressure and the laser parameters, particularly duration, pulse energy and the dose. In this work, the electrical properties of the layer on the microstructured silicon have been investigated based on electrical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The measured impedance significantly changes regarding to the unirradiated samples. It was shown that the corresponding electrical conductance and the dielectric constants of the layer are strongly dependent on the gas pressure and UV dose. The layer thickness was also determined in terms of SF6 pressures. 相似文献

采用脉冲激光沉积(PLD)方法在Si(100)衬底上制备了NaF薄膜。在激光重复频率2 Hz,能量密度3 J/cm2,本底真空度5×10-5 Pa的条件下,研究衬底温度对薄膜沉积速率及结构的影响。台阶仪分析表明:薄膜的沉积速率随衬底温度增加呈指数函数增加,算出NaF薄膜的反应激活能为48.67 kJ/mol。原子力显微镜分析表明:薄膜致密而光滑,均方根粗糙度为0.553 nm。扫描电镜截面微观形貌分析表明:薄膜呈现柱状结构。X射线衍射分析表明:NaF薄膜为面心立方晶体结构,并具有显著的择优取向;当衬底温度约为400 ℃时,平均晶粒尺寸最大(129.6 nm),晶格微应变最小(0.225%)。 相似文献

The nanosecond desorption of ground-state K atoms from potassium halides was investigated for the first time using a laser-induced fluorescence method with synchrotron radiation and laser pulses. It was found that the desorption consists of a nanosecond component and a slow one of > 180 ns response time. The fast desorption is several orders of magnitude faster than existing results for the time response of ground-state alkali desorption. Therefore, the fast desorption of ground-state alkali atoms cannot be interpreted in terms of the existing mechanisms based on thermal processes and requires a new desorption model. We suggest that the lattice instability due to electronic excitation in the surface layer may play an important role in the fast desorption of ground-state alkali atoms. 相似文献

An accurate and reasonable technique combining direct absorption spectroscopy and laser-induced fluorescence(LIF)methods is developed to quantitatively measure the concentrations of hydroxyl in CH_4/air flat laminar flame. In our approach, particular attention is paid to the linear laser-induced fluorescence and absorption processes, and experimental details as well. Through measuring the temperature, LIF signal distribution and integrated absorption, spatially absolute OH concentrations profiles are successfully resolved. These experimental results are then compared with the numerical simulation. It is proved that the good quality of the results implies that this method is suitable for calibrating the OH-PLIF measurement in a practical combustor. 相似文献

We have used a combination laser/electrospark method for fast determination of carbon content in soil. Excitation of the spectra
is carried out both directly in a laser ablation plume and when a pulsed electric discharge is applied to it. We have plotted
a calibration curve that is linear for the major concentration range of practical importance for the analyte element, all
the way up to 8.6%. The carbon detection limit for the combination discharge approach is 0.07%. We have analyzed the ratio
of the nitrogen and carbon contents, and also the hydrogen and carbon contents as a function of the carbon concentration in
the studied soils samples.

We investigate experimentally and numerically the quantitative dependence of characteristics of a low-velocity intensity source(LVIS) of atomic beam on light parameters, especially the polarization of cooling laser along the atomic beam axis(pushing beam). By changing the polarization of the pushing beam, the longitudinal mean velocity of a rubidium atomic beam can be tuned continuously from 10 to 20 m/s and the flux can range from 3 × 10~8 to 1 × 10~9 atoms/s, corresponding to the maximum sensitivity of the velocity with respect to the polarization angle of 20(m/s)/rad and the mean sensitivity of flux of 1.2 × 10~9(atoms/s)/rad. The mechanism is explained with a Monte-Carlo based numerical simulation method, which shows a qualitative agreement with the experimental result. This is also a demonstration of a method enabling the fast and continuous modulation of a low-velocity intense source of cold atomic beam on the velocity or flux,which can be used in many fields, like the development of a cold atomic beam interferometer and atom lithography. 相似文献

We investigated the subpicosecond laser ablation of copper and fused silica under 100 fs laser irradiation at 800 nm in vacuum by means of fast plume imaging and time- and space-resolved optical emission spectroscopy. We found that, to the difference of copper ablation, the laser-generated plasma from a fused silica target exhibited one “main” component only. The “slow” plasma component, observed during copper ablation and usually assigned to optical emission from nanoparticles was not detected by either plasma fast imaging or optical emission spectroscopy even when fused silica targets were submitted to the highest incident fluences used in our experiments. The characteristic expansion velocity of this unique component was about three times larger than the velocity of the fast plume component observed during copper ablation. The dependence of laser fluence on both plasma expansion and ablation rate was investigated and discussed in terms of ablation efficiency and initiation mechanisms. 相似文献

The electric field in a surface discharge type ac-PDP cell with He or He/Xe(0.1%) mixture has been measured over a wide range of pressure (5-50 kPa) using laser induced fluorescence detection. The wall voltage was estimated from the measured electric field. The Stark manifolds of triplet atomic helium Rydberg state (2s^3S) with principal quantum numbers (n=8 and 9) have been used to measure the electric field, as the lifetime of 2s^3S is longer than the single atomic helium Rydberg state (2s^1S) in high pressure discharge. Comparison of the Stark manifolds between the n=9 and n=8 shows that the measurement accuracy of electric field can be increased by 10%. The maximum electric field strength during discharge and the wall voltage at the end of pulse decreases with the increase of pressure. The comparison of He and He/Xe(0.1%) discharge at 13 kPa showed that He/Xe gas mixture discharge can accumulate more wall charge on MgO surface and the electric field was somewhat higher than those of pure helium discharge during pulse off period under the same discharge conditions. 相似文献
