This study concerns with the robust H synchronization problem for a class of nonlinear feedback control systems, which are subject to a vector-valued periodic nonlinearity in the feedback path. Under such synchronization configuration, the master system is assumed to be subject to an energy bounded input disturbance, and the slave one is under control. Sufficient conditions for controller design are proposed in terms of linear matrix inequalities by respectively utilizing the output feedback control and the dynamic output control strategies, such that the master system robustly synchronizes the slave one with a guaranteed H performance. The derived methods can be applied to the robust H synchronization of many practical systems, and effectiveness of the obtained results are demonstrated through a concrete example of phase-locked loops (PLL).  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a one-dimensional dam-river system studied by Chentouf and Wang (SIAM J. Control Optim. 47: 2275–2302, 2008). Then, using the frequency multiplier method, we provide a simple and alternative proof of stabilization and regulation results obtained in the work cited above. Moreover, we relax the conditions on the feedback gains involved in the feedback law and give a partial answer to the open problem left by the authors Chentouf and Wang (J. Optim. Theory Appl. 134: 223–239, 2007 and SIAM J. Control Optim. 47: 2275–2302, 2008) concerning the tuning of the gains.  相似文献

Robust Depth-Weighted Wavelet for Nonparametric Regression Models   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
In the nonparametric regression models, the original regression estimators including kernel estimator, Fourier series estimator and wavelet estimator are always constructed by the weighted sum of data, and the weights depend only on the distance between the design points and estimation points. As a result these estimators are not robust to the perturbations in data. In order to avoid this problem, a new nonparametric regression model, called the depth-weighted regression model, is introduced and then the depth-weighted wavelet estimation is defined. The new estimation is robust to the perturbations in data, which attains very high breakdown value close to 1/2. On the other hand, some asymptotic behaviours such as asymptotic normality are obtained. Some simulations illustrate that the proposed wavelet estimator is more robust than the original wavelet estimator and, as a price to pay for the robustness, the new method is slightly less efficient than the original method.  相似文献

We study the structure of solutions of a discrete-time control system with a compact metric space of states X which arises in economic dynamics. This control system is described by a nonempty closed set Ω⊂X×X which determines a class of admissible trajectories (programs) and by a bounded upper semicontinuous objective function v:Ω→R 1 which determines an optimality criterion. We are interested in turnpike properties of the approximate solutions which are independent of the length of the interval, for all sufficiently large intervals. In the present paper, we show that these turnpike properties are stable under perturbations of the objective function v.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the problems of robust delay-dependent ℒ2 gain analysis and feedback control synthesis for a class of nominally-linear switched discrete-time systems with time-varying delays, bounded nonlinearities and real convex bounded parametric uncertainties in all system matrices under arbitrary switching sequences. We develop new criteria for such class of switched systems based on the constructive use of an appropriate switched Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional coupled with Finsler’s Lemma and a free-weighting parameter matrix. We establish an LMI characterization of delay-dependent conditions under which the nonlinear switched delay system is robustly asymptotically stable with an ℒ2-gain smaller than a prescribed constant level. Switched feedback schemes, based on state measurements, output measurements or by using dynamic output feedback, are designed to guarantee that the corresponding switched closed-loop system enjoys the delay-dependent asymptotic stability with an ℒ2 gain smaller than a prescribed constant level. All the developed results are expressed in terms of convex optimization over LMIs and tested on representative examples.  相似文献

In this paper we consider a system of two coupled viscoelastic equations with Dirichlet boundary condition which describes the interaction between two different fields arising in viscoelasticity. For certain class of relaxation functions and certain initial data, we prove that the decay rate of the solution energy is similar to that of relaxation functions which is not necessarily of exponential or polynomial type. This result improves earlier one of Messaoudi and Tatar (Appl. Anal. 87(3):247–263, 2008) and extends some existing results concerning the general decay for a single equation to the case of a system.  相似文献

This paper considers the problem of the robust H filtering for a class of nonlinear discrete-time Markovian jump systems with real time-varying norm-bounded parameter uncertainty. For each mode, the nonlinearity is assumed to satisfy the global Lipschitz conditions and appears in both the state and measured output equations. The problem that we address is the design of a nonlinear filter which ensures robust stochastic stability and a prescribed H performance level of the filtering error system for all admissible uncertainties. A sufficient condition for the solvability of this problem is obtained in terms of a set of linear matrix inequalities; an explicit expression of a desired nonlinear H filter is also given. Finally, an example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

We implement the dressing method for a novel integrable generalization of the nonlinear Schrödinger equation. As an application, explicit formulas for the N-soliton solutions are derived. As a by-product of the analysis, we find a simplification of the formulas for the N-solitons of the derivative nonlinear Schrödinger equation given by Huang and Chen.  相似文献

In this paper, a higher-order method for the solution of a nonlinear scalar equation is presented. It is proved that the new method is locally convergent with an order of (m+2), where m is the highest order derivative used in the iterative formula. In this paper, we introduce a new system of general variational inequalities in Banach spaces. We establish the equivalence between this system of variational inequalities and fixed point problems involving the nonexpansive mapping. This alternative equivalent formulation is used to suggest and analyze a modified extragradient method for solving the system of general variational inequalities. Using the demi-closedness principle for nonexpansive mappings, we prove the strong convergence of the proposed iterative method under some suitable conditions.  相似文献

It is desirable that an algorithm in unconstrained optimization converges when the guessed initial position is anywhere in a large region containing a minimum point. Furthermore, it is useful to have a measure of the rate of convergence which can easily be computed at every point along a trajectory to a minimum point. The Lyapunov function method provides a powerful tool to study convergence of iterative equations for computing a minimum point of a nonlinear unconstrained function or a solution of a system of nonlinear equations. It is surprising that this popular and powerful tool in the study of dynamical systems is not used directly to analyze the convergence properties of algorithms in optimization. We describe the Lyapunov function method and demonstrate how it can be used to study convergence of algorithms in optimization and in solutions of nonlinear equations. We develop an index which can measure the rate of convergence at all points along a trajectory to a minimum point and not just at points in a small neighborhood of a minimum point. Furthermore this index can be computed when the calculations are being carried out.  相似文献

Optimal control problems with the control variable appearing linearly are studied. A method for optimization with respect to the switching times of controls containing both bang-bang and singular arcs is presented. This method is based on the transformation of the control problem into a finite-dimensional optimization problem. Therein, first and second-order optimality conditions are thoroughly discussed. Explicit representations of first and second-order variational derivatives of the state trajectory with respect to the switching times are given. These formulas are used to prove that the second-order sufficient conditions can be verified on the basis of only first-order variational derivatives of the state trajectory. The effectiveness of the proposed method is tested with two numerical examples.  相似文献

The convergence of a time discretisation with variable time steps is shown for a class of doubly nonlinear evolution equations of second order. This also proves existence of a weak solution. The operator acting on the zero-order term is assumed to be the sum of a linear, bounded, symmetric, strongly positive operator and a nonlinear operator that fulfils a certain growth and a Hölder-type continuity condition. In this paper a new hybrid conjugate gradient algorithm is proposed and analyzed. The parameter β k is computed as a convex combination of the Polak-Ribière-Polyak and the Dai-Yuan conjugate gradient algorithms, i.e. β k N =(1−θ k )β k PRP +θ k β k DY . The parameter θ k in the convex combination is computed in such a way that the conjugacy condition is satisfied, independently of the line search. The line search uses the standard Wolfe conditions. The algorithm generates descent directions and when the iterates jam the directions satisfy the sufficient descent condition. Numerical comparisons with conjugate gradient algorithms using a set of 750 unconstrained optimization problems, some of them from the CUTE library, show that this hybrid computational scheme outperforms the known hybrid conjugate gradient algorithms. The main aim of the paper is to accelerate the existing method for a convex optimization problem over the fixed-point set of a nonexpansive mapping. To achieve this goal, we present an algorithm (Algorithm 3.1) by using the conjugate gradient direction. We present also a convergence analysis (Theorem 3.1) under some assumptions. Finally, to demonstrate the effectiveness and performance of the proposed method, we present numerical comparisons of the existing method with the proposed method.  相似文献
