本文给出了基于个人超出值的无限模糊联盟合作博弈最小二乘预核仁的求解模型,得到该模型的显式解析解,并研究该解的若干重要性质。证明了:本文给出的无限模糊联盟合作博弈的最小二乘预核仁与基于个人超出值的相等解(The equalizer solution),基于个人超出值的字典序解三者相等。进一步证明了:基于Owen线性多维扩展的无限模糊联盟合作博弈的最小二乘预核仁与基于个人超出值的经典合作博弈最小二乘预核仁相等。最后,通过数值实例说明本文提出的无限模糊联盟合作博弈求解模型的实用性与有效性。  相似文献

为解决最小二乘支持向量机参数设置的盲目性,利用果蝇优化算法对其参数进行优化选择,进而构建了果蝇优化最小二乘支持向量机混合预测模型.以我国物流需求量预测为例,验证了该模型的可行性和有效性.实例验证结果表明:与单一最小二乘支持向量机和模拟退火算法优化最小二乘支持向量机预测模型相比,该模型不仅能够有效选择参数值,而且预测精度更高.  相似文献

在具有模糊观测数据的线性回归问题中,通过定义模糊序指标实现模糊数的排序,借助经典最小二乘法原理,给出了使平方误差和在此排序方法下达到最小的模糊回归系数最小二乘序估计方法。三个例子的结果表明,文中的最小二乘方法能很好的对输入和输出为模糊数,回归系数为精确值的回归模型进行估计,更重要的是,此方法不仅对三角模糊数适用,对其他类型的模糊观测数据也适用。  相似文献

针对输入、输出以及系数为LR-型模糊数的情况,建立模糊线性回归模型,提出该模型的最小二乘估计以及模型性能评价方法。当输入、输出以及系数都退化为精确值时,该估计退化为经典的最小二乘估计。该方法不仅适用于三角模糊数,也适用于其它LR-型模糊数(如指数型模糊数)。数值模拟表明,该方法的拟合效果较好。  相似文献

结合偏最小二乘法和支持向量机的优缺点,提出基于偏最小二乘支持向量机的天然气消费量预测模型。首先,利用偏最小二乘法确定影响天然气消费量的新综合变量,建立以新综合变量为输入,天然气消费量为输出的支持向量机模型,对天然气消费量进行了预测;然后,与多元回归、偏最小二乘回归、普通支持向量机做误差检验比较,验证该方法的可行性与正确性。结果表明,此天然气消费量预测模型具有较高的精确度和应用价值。  相似文献

本文提出了一种新的回归模型,剔除相关性的最小二乘,它有效的克服了变量间的相关性,兼顾到变量的筛选。并与最小二乘、向后删除变量法、偏最小二乘比较分析。发现剔除相关性的最小二乘能很好的处理自变量间多重相关性,对变量进行有效的筛选,克服了回归系数反常的现象。  相似文献

猪肉产量受诸多因素影响,因此数据波动性大,并且具有小样本性及贫信息等特点.本文采用基于最小二乘法的GM(1,1)模型对我国未来几年内猪肉产量进行了短期预测.首先,介绍了GM(1,1)模型;然后,通过最小二乘法的原理弱化波动较大的数据,减少随机性,加强规律性,建立基于最小二乘法的GM(1,1)模型;其次,结合2008至2014年我国猪肉产量数据建立预测模型;最后,使用2014年数据对模型的可靠性进行验证,基于最小二乘法的GM(1,1)模型的预测结果更加接近实际值.预测结果显示未来3年中国猪肉产量将持续增加.该模型为其他相关预测提供了理论依据,也便于我国对未来猪肉产品市场进行宏观调控,维持猪肉市场平衡,避免猪肉价格波动风险.  相似文献

偏最小二乘logistic回归模型是一种新型的多元分析方法,它在自变量之间存在强多重共线性、或者当样本量偏小以及样本中有缺失值的情况下,可以较好地解决普通logistic回归模型的计算结果不稳定的问题.本文利用偏最小二乘logistic回归算法,根据鄱阳湖地区1953~1998年观测的水文数据,分析各月连续最大五天降水量和长江各月最大流量对鄱阳湖洪涝灾害的影响,建立了预测洪涝灾害程度的发生概率的判别模型.研究结果表明,偏最小二乘logistic回归模型在相关领域的研究中具有很好的适用性.  相似文献

在非线性回归模型参数拟合问题中,当数据中的每个变量都存在不可忽略的误差时,在普通的最小二乘准则下拟合出的参数不是最优的.按照总体最小二乘准则,以观测点到拟合曲线或拟合曲面垂直距离平方和为目标函数,然后用最优化方法搜索出使目标函数值取最小值的参数和数据点估计,从而给出求最优模型参数的算法,最后,通过计算机仿真和与文献比较,验证了提出方法的正确性.  相似文献

为快速、准确地进行公路建设项目投资估算,提出了一种新型的公路建设项目投资估算模型.该模型首先基于独立分量分析技术,根据最小互信息原理,有效分离出公路建设项目投资估算的独立影响因素源.然后,将这些独立影响因素源用于最小二乘支持向量机的训练,从而建立了基于独立分量分析技术—最小二乘支持向量机的公路建设项目投资估算模型.该模型将独立分量分析技术的盲信号分离能力与最小二乘支持向量机处理有限样本条件下非线性回归问题的优势有机结合,提高了模型预测的准确性.  相似文献

We consider the dynamic responses of a beam with a frictional joint. The frictional force at the joint is modeled using the Coulomb friction model. The frictional force at the joint makes the nature of the boundary conditions at the joint uncertain. Therefore, this problem represents a type of nonlinear problems where the boundary conditions are coupled to the solutions. Using numerical integration of the resulting differential equations obtained by combining the finite element method and the Lagrange equations, we study the steady-state solutions of the system to sinusoidal excitations. We explore the dependence of the system responses to various parameters including the frictional force, the forcing frequency and the forcing amplitude. A result of special interest is the existence of an optimum friction force if the frictional joint is used to control the system response amplitude. We also examine the ways that friction affects the resonance frequency of the structure. Experiments are carried out, which agree qualitatively with the numerical results.  相似文献

The new friction model proposed in this paper takes all types of friction into account: sliding, pivoting and rolling friction. The model depends on two parameters. With a zero value of one parameter it is converted into the Contensou–Zhuravlev model, and with a zero value of the other parameter it is converted into the Coulomb model.The interaction of a body with the bearing surface during translational motion of the body is described fairly adequately by the classical model of dry friction (Coulomb's law). In the case of plane-parallel translational motion of the body, the Contensou–Zhuravlev model must be used;1, 2 this model takes both sliding friction and pivoting friction into account. The friction model proposed below is suitable for describing arbitrary translational motion of the body.  相似文献

Friction induced vibrations are a widely studied field in which the friction coefficient is one of the most important parameters. Measurements show that the friction coefficient underlies stochastic fluctuations. To gain more knowledge about the friction coefficient a finite element study is carried out in order to simulate the friction forces. The Bowden-Tabor model is implemented which calculates the friction force as the force which is needed to shear apart contact areas hold together by welding or adhesion. The dependency of the friction value on sliding velocity and normal pressure can be determined with this model. Different realization are studied and the stochastic properties of the friction value such as mean value, standard deviation, amplitude spectrum and correlation coefficient can be calculated depending on the roughness of the surface. In this paper, the clamp band joint commonly used to connect cylindrical shells with end flanges is modeled using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The joint model is validated by a series of static experiments. Then the response of the joint components to the preload and the axial load is analyzed in detail, from which the axial load capability, the axial stiffness and the damping characteristics of the clamp band joint are discussed. Finally, parametric studies are carried out to investigate the effects of the preload, the wedge angle, the friction coefficient, and the number and size of the V-segment on the behavior of the clamp band joint. This paper presents the general mechanical behavior of the clamp band joint subjected to axial loads.  相似文献

The subinertial internal Kelvin wave solutions of a linearized system of the ocean dynamics equations for a semi-infinite two-layer f-plane model basin of constant depth bordering a straight, vertical coast are imposed. A rigid lid surface condition and no-slip wall boundary condition are imposed. Some trapped wave equations are presented and approximate solutions using an asymptotic method are constructed. In the absence of bottom friction, the solution consists of a frictionally modified Kelvin wave and a vertical viscous boundary layer. With a no-slip bottom boundary condition, the solution consists of a modified Kelvin wave, two vertical viscous boundary layers, and a large cross-section scale component. The numerical solutions for Kelvin waves are obtained for model parameters that take account of a joint effect of lateral viscosity, bottom friction, and friction between the layers.  相似文献

Consider a Toda chain with uniform friction. Starting with an initial condition that represents a soliton, we investigate its decay. The main result is that the solitary character is almost completely preserved.During the decay the wave activates other nonlinear modes. The corresponding actions appear to be bounded uniformly in time, proportional to the square of the friction coefficient.We focus upon the interaction with the same soliton but opposite direction of propagation. Comparing the numerical observations with an analytical model we conclude that the activated wave is well described by a linear equation, inhomogeneously driven by the main wave. The main wave itself decays as a nonlinear damped oscillator with one degree of freedom.  相似文献

对灰色Verhulst模型的拟合精度进行了分析,表明初值的选取对模型精度有重要影响.为提高灰色模型的拟合精度,利用最小二乘原理确定初值中的待定常数,给出了初值修正的灰色Verhulst模型.进一步利用修正模型和传统灰色Verhulst模型建立了组合灰色Verhulst模型,在平均相对误差最小的原则下,利用蚁群算法确定组合权系数.最后通过两个应用实例进行了计算和分析,结果表明,通过初值修正和组合模型能够提高灰色Verhulst模型的拟合精度,便于通过程序实现.  相似文献

A self-excited friction oscillator has been designed and manufactured to carry out experimental analysis of dry friction phenomenon. A mathematical model of this oscillator has been formulated. The influence of the different types of classical friction characteristics on the dynamical behaviour of the model is investigated by way of numerical analysis. A comparison with dynamics of real oscillator is presented and some reasons of observed differences are explained. A particular analysis of experimental data leads to the confirmation of non-reversible friction characteristics and allows to formulate a hypothesis that a course of such characteristics also depends on value (not only on the sign) of acceleration.  相似文献
