In this paper, we focus on the traveling wave solutions of the coupled Higgs field equation from the perspective of dynamical systems. Through the phase portraits, in addition to periodic wave solutions and solitary wave solutions, we also obtain explicit periodic singular wave solutions, singular wave solutions and kink wave solutions, which were not found in the previous works. The dynamical behavior of these solutions and their internal relations are revealed through asymptotic analysis. The results will help supplement the study of field equation.  相似文献

The solvability of a class of singular integral equations with reflection in weighted Lebesgue spaces is analyzed, and the corresponding solutions are obtained. The main techniques are based on the consideration of certain complementary projections and operator identities. Therefore, the equations under study are associated with systems of pure singular integral equations. These systems will be then analyzed by means of a corresponding Riemann boundary value problem. As a consequence of such a procedure, the solutions of the initial equations are constructed from the solutions of Riemann boundary value problems. In the final part of the paper, the method is also applied to singular integral equations with the so-called commutative and anti-commutative weighted Carleman shifts.  相似文献

New Sobolev type embeddings for some weighted Banach spaces are established. Using such embeddings and the singular positive radial entire solutions, we construct singular positive weak solutions with a prescribed singular set for a weighted elliptic equation. In this paper, we investigate a singular elliptic system, which involves the critical Sobolev exponent and multiple Hardy-type terms. By employing variational methods, the existence of its positive solutions is established. We study the structure of solutions for some important classes of singular elliptic systems in the plane. In particular, it is proved that the solutions of such systems have principally nonanalytic behavior in neighborhoods of fixed singular points. The paper suggests an alternative formulation of the Boundary Element Method, in which singular solutions generated by unit dislocations are required and moreover the stresses at the interior points of the body are directly computed from the boundary quantities, without passing through the displacements. The Frenet-Serret equations of classical differential geometry are used to describe the quickest descent tunneling path problem. The optimal tunnel is shown to have a constant turn rate with zero torsion and is equivalent to Edelbaum's hypocycloid solution. The solutions are obtained using the maximum principle and singular arc conditions. The optimal curvature is a first-order singular arc and the optimal torsion is a second-order singular arc. Our treatment includes both the normal and the abnormal optimal control problems. Our problem is abnormal for the case where the final speed is zero. Analytical solutions for the optimal time histories are derived for all states and all adjoint states. One of Leitmann's sufficiency field theorems is used to establish optimality of the solutions.  相似文献

In this paper we study the confluence of two regular singular points of the hypergeometric equation into an irregular one. We study the consequence of the divergence of solutions at the irregular singular point for the unfolded system. Our study covers a full neighborhood of the origin in the confluence parameter space. In particular, we show how the divergence of solutions at the irregular singular point explains the presence of logarithmic terms in the solutions at a regular singular point of the unfolded system. For this study, we consider values of the confluence parameter taken in two sectors covering the complex plane. In each sector, we study the monodromy of a first integral of a Riccati system related to the hypergeometric equation. Then, on each sector, we include the presence of logarithmic terms into a continuous phenomenon and view a Stokes multiplier related to a 1-summable solution as the limit of an obstruction that prevents a pair of eigenvectors of the monodromy operators, one at each singular point, to coincide.  相似文献

This study explores the boundary methods for the two‐dimensional homogeneous Stokes equations and investigates the particular solutions (PS) satisfying the Stokes equations. Smooth solutions for the Stokes equations are provided by explicit fundamental solutions (FS) and PS in this study, and singular corner solutions are also provided from linear elastostatics given in Li et al. ([Eng. Anal. Bound. Elem. 34 (2009), 533‐648, 2009). A new singularity model with an interior crack is proposed and solved by the collocation Trefftz method (CTM). The proposed method achieves highly accurate solutions with the first leading coefficient having 10 significant digits. These solutions may be used as a benchmark for testing results obtained by other numerical methods. Error bounds are derived for the CTM solutions using the PS. For a general corner, the exponent νk in r can only be obtained by numerical solutions of a system of nonlinear algebraic equations. Therefore, the combined method using many FS plus a few singular solutions is inevitable in most applications. For singularity problems, combining a few singular solutions with the FS is an advanced topic and is successfully implemented in Lee et al. (Eng. Anal. Bound. Elem. 24 (2010), 632–654); however, combining a few singular solutions with the smooth PS fails to converge in the first leading coefficient. As a result, the aforementioned method is not applicable to the singularity problems addressed in this article. With the help of particular and singular solutions, the hybrid Trefftz method with Lagrange multipliers can be developed for the Stokes equations. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The author studies the structure of solutions to the interface problems for second order linear elliptic partial differential equations in three space dimension.The set of singular points consists of some singular lines and some isolated singular points.It is proved that near a singular line or a singular point,each weak solution can be decomposed into two parts,a singular part and a regular part.The singular parts are some finite sum of particular solutions to some simpler equations,and the regular parts are bounded in some norms,which are slightly weaker than that in the Sobolev space H~2.  相似文献
