A novel supramolecular mixed ligand complex of formula [Cu(PTS)2(Him)2(H2O)2] (C20H26CuN4O8S2,PTS=p-toluenesulfonate,Him=imidazole) has been synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by elemental analysis,IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n,Z=2,a=5.650(2),b=14.671(3),c=14.638(3),β=100.10(3)°,V=1194.60(4)3,Dc=1.607 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=1.143 mm-1,F(000)=598,R=0.0615 and wR=0.1503 for 1752 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).The copper(II) ion in the complex adopts a slightly distorted octahedral coordination geometry and is six-coordinated with N2O4 donor set consisting of two nitrogen atoms and four oxygen atoms provided by the ligands of two imidazole molecules, two water molecules and two p-toluenesulfonate ions. The sulfonate group of the PTS ligand remains weak-coordinated and forms a number of hydrogen bonds with water molecules and imidazole ligands.X-ray structural analysis reveals that the coordination molecules are connected to form a 3-D supramolecular framework by electrostatic interaction, weak van der Waals forces, hydrogen bonding and π-π interaction. The thermal behaviour of the title complex was investigated by using DSC and TG-DTG techniques.  相似文献

The title complex has been obtained by the reaction of copper nitrate trihydrate with 4-abaH (4-abaH = 4-aminobenzonic acid) and phenanthroline in ethanol solution,and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography with the following data: monoclinic,space group C2/c, Mr = 1266.13, Cu2C52H54N10O20, a = 25.884(5), b = 10.205(2), c = 20.849(4)(A), β= 106.34(3)°, Z = 4, V= 5284.7(18) (A)3, F(000) = 2616, Dc = 1.591 g/cm3, μ = 0.896 mm-1,the final R = 0.0441 and wR = 0.1148 for 4200 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the molecule of the title complex, the asymmetric unit contains one half molecule. The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is five-coordinated by a terminal water molecule, a bidentate phenanthroline and two monodentate 4-aminobenzoate ligands forming a square pyramidal coordination environment. The two bridging 4-aminobenzoate ligands result in a dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) cluster with a short Cu-Cu distance (3.048 (A)) and a π-πstacking between the adjacent phenanthroline rings (2.96 (A)).  相似文献

A novel biomimetic catalyst of complex Cu (p-OTs)2/ethanolamine (1 : 1 ) was used to oxidize 1, 1′-bi-2naphthol into xanthene derivatives with a relative high yield in a mixed solvents of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and CH3OH. The studies on the effect of some solvents on the yield of xanthene derivatives indicates that the yield reduces dramatically with the increase of the content of H2O in the mixed solvents of H2O and DMSO. No product can be obtained when the content of H2O is up to 70%. The cyclic voltammetric study demonstrated that the copper ion in complex Cu(p-OTs)2/ethanolamine(1:1) is reduced via a twostep one-electron reduction process from Cu (Ⅱ) to Cu in the mixture of DMSO and H2O. Water as a poor solvent in respect to the reactants probably hampered the coordination of 1, 1′-bi-2-naphthol to copper/amine complex and led to the insufficient catalytic efficiency of complex Cu(p-OTs),/ethanolamine(1:1).  相似文献

The structure of the title complex consists of a neutral mononuclear entity. The central Cu (II) atom is five-coordinated by two nitrogen donors of one ligand, two unidentate NO3- ions and one CH3CN molecule. The coordination geometry of Cu (II) can be considered as a distorted trigonal bipyramidal configuration. A novel azide-bridged copper(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cu3(NITpPy)4(N3)6]n (NITpPy = 4-pyridyl-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazline-3-oxide-1-oxyl), was structurally and magnetically characterized. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P with a = 7.6932(10), b = 14.5556(19), c = 16.122(2) , α = 108.443(2), β = 95.251(2), γ = 104.236(2)°, V = 1631.7(4) 3, C48H64Cu3N30O8, Mr = 1379.87, Z = 1, Dc = 1.404 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.041 mm-1, F(000) = 713, the R = 0.0510 and wR = 0.1185 for 4285 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray analysis reveals that the Cu(Ⅱ) ions are linked by nitrogen atom of μ1,1 azido ligands to form a Cu-Cu-Cu unit. The units are linked by μ1,3 azido ligands through a bridging style to form a one-dimensional coordination polymer. The variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility data of the complex show ferromagnetic interactions in the complex.  相似文献

A new dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex with imino nitroxide radicals [Cu2(NO3)2(IM-1′-MeBzIm)2(dca)2] (IM-1′-MeBzIm = 2-{2′-[(l′-methyl)benzimidazolyl]}-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimi-dazoline-1-oxyl, dca = dicyanamide anion) has been prepared and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1, with a = 9.440(5), b = 10.124(6), c = 11.603(7), α = 102.904(7), β = 94.033(6), γ = 104.299(7)°, C34H40Cu2N16O8, Mr = 927.90, V = 1038.2(10) 3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.484 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.093 mm-1, F(000) = 478, R = 0.0609 and wR = 0.1512 for 2889 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray analysis reveals that two Cu(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by two dicyanamides to form a centrosymmetric Cu(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ) dinuclear entity. Every Cu(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated with a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry and IM-1′-MeBzIm ligand coordinates to the metal ion with the κ2 N(1′-MeBzIm), O(IM) mode to avoid steric hindrance with the methyl group in the complex. Meanwhile, the molecules are linked by intermolecular hydrogen bonds, leading to a 1-D chain structure. Moreover, such chains are further linked by π-π stacking interactions to form a 2-D network structure. Magnetic measurement demonstrates that the intramolecular exchange couplings between Cu(Ⅱ) ion and the IM-1′-MeBzIm are ferromagnetic with J = 12.46 cm-1, where the spin Hamitonian is defined as■ = -2J12 within the complex.  相似文献

A new copper(Ⅱ) complex of a non‐symmetric Schiff base, [CuII(saldien)(H2O)]+(1), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and several other spectroscopic methods (Hsaldien = N‐(salicylidene)diethylenetriamine). The crystal structure of 1 has also been determined by X‐ray crystallography. The geometry of the complex cation in 1 was found to be distorted square pyramidal with the mononegative Schiff base coordinating to the copper in a tetradentate mode via the O,N,N’, and N’’‐donor atoms. The remaining coordination site was occupied by the O atom of a H2O molecule in the axial position. The catalytic potential of 1 was tested in the oxidation reactions of cyclooctene and cyclohexene with aqueous 30% H2O2/NaHCO3 in acetonitrile. These reactions proceeded smoothly to give the corresponding epoxides with selectivity levels greater than 99%. This catalytic system also showed high levels of activity and selectivity towards the oxidation of cyclohexane (i.e., cyclohexanol 37% and cyclohexanone 54%) in comparison with most of the other Cu‐based systems reported in the literature.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group Pī with a = 8.3950(5), b = 8.7974(5), c = 9.4496(3)(A。), α = 98.270(3), β = 93.014(3), γ = 100.068(3)°, V = 677.83(6) (A。)3, Dc = 1.635 g/cm3, Z = 2, C11H14CuN2O6, Mr = 333.78, μ = 1.637 mm-1, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 (A。), F(000) = 342, the final R = 0.0616 and wR = 0.1273 for 1621 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure of the complex contains a distorted square pyramidal core with a bipy, a carbonate anion and a water molecule coordinating to a CuⅡ atom. The dihedral angle between the two planes composed of N(1)N(2)Cu(1) and O(1)O(3)Cu(1) is 21.73(8)°. The intermolecular hydrogen bonds (O…O) are observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献
