The spectroscopic properties of benzo[a] phenoxazin-5-one derivatives(3a-3m)including newly synthesized 3k-3m from 4-nitrosoaniline hydrochlorides and ethyl 1,3-dihydroxy-2-naphthoate were studied.Compound 31 was converted into a covalent product with DNA,which had a blue shift of the fluorescence maximum,Compounds 3a-3k were fornd to undergo interation with DNA and their complexes with DNA had a red shift of the fluorescence maximum and showed increasing melting temperature of DNA,compound 3m-DNA had a blue shift of the fluorescence maximum to 3m and showed decreasing melting temperature of DNA. 相似文献

The condensation reaction between 5-amino-4,6-dichloro-2-methylprimidine and 1-acetyl-2-imidazolin-2-one using POCl3 as solvent gave 4,6-dichloro-2-methyl-5-(1-acetyl-tetra-hydro-imidazo-2-ylidene)-aminopyrimidine predominantly and 4,6-dichloro-2-methyl-5-{1-1-(2-oxo-tetrahydro-imidazolyl)]-acetene}-aminopyrimidine as by-product. No 4,6-dichloro-2-methyl-5-(1-acetyl-2-imidazolin-2-yl)-aminopyrimidine was found. The result indicated an esterifi-cation-addition-elimination mechanism. 相似文献

4-Amino-1,2,4-triazol-5-one hydrate (ATO·H2O) was prepared and its structure was analyzed by four-circle diffraction measurement. The obtained results show that the crystal belongs to the triclinic crystal system, space group P 1 with crystal parameters a = 6.432(1), b = 6.551(1), c = 6.740(1) ; = 68.04(1), = 82.18(1), = 81.90(1)°, V = 259.7(7) 3; Z = 2; Dc = 1.510 g/cm3; = 0.131 mm-1; F(000) = 124. ATO·H2O was characterized by FT-IR analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, and single crystal diffraction analysis. 相似文献

以3-溴-1,3,4,5-四氢-2H-1-苯并氮杂--2-酮为起始原料,与苄胺反应制得3-苄氨基-1,3,4,5-四氢-2H-1-苯并氮杂(堇)-2-酮(2);2经5% Pd/C催化加氢合成了3-氨基-1,3,4,5-四氢-2H-1-苯并氮杂——革)-2-酮(3),总收率90%.最佳氢化反应条件为:以无水乙醇为溶剂,5% Pd/C用量为总用量的10%,于100℃/2.5 MPa条件下反应10 h,3的收率95.5%,纯度99.7%.5% Pd/C可套用7次,收率稳定在95%左右. 相似文献

The attempted Baylis-Hillman reactions of sulfonyl aldimines or aryl aldehydes with 3-methylpenta-3,4-dien-2-one or 3-benzylpenta-3,4-dien-2-one gave the corresponding Baylis-Hillman adducts in moderate yields in DMSO under the catalysis of DBU or PMe3, respectively. 在超声辐射和哌啶催化反应条件下,1,3-二氢吲哚-2-酮(1)与芳香醛2a~2m发生Knoevenagel缩合反应,合成了一系列3-芳亚甲基吲哚-2-酮衍生物3a~3m。该方法具有产率高、反应时间短、后处理简单和环境友好等优点,产物通过~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR和HRMS手段进行结构表征,并通过核磁2D NOESY确定了所有化合物几何构型。初步抑菌活性测试结果表明,化合物3d对革兰氏阳性菌具有较好的抑制作用,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为15.6μg/m L,化合物3f、3g、3h和3k对油菜菌核病菌表现出良好的抑制活性,MIC为62.5μg/m L,与阳性对照多菌灵相当。此外,对此类化合物的构效关系进行了讨论。 相似文献
