以3-叠氮-1,2,4-三唑为配体,PA–(苦味酸根)或HTNR–(2,4,6-三硝基间苯二酚脱去一个羟基的质子后形成的离子)为外阴离子,制备得到了两种新的配合物:[Zn(AZT)4(H2O)2](PA)2∙4H2O和[Zn(AZT)2(H2O)4](HTNR)2∙4H2O。[Zn(AZT)4(H2O)2](PA)2∙ 4H2O的X射线晶体数据表明,中心Zn2+离子与来自4个AZT分子的N原子和2个H2O分子的O原子配位;而对于[Zn(AZT)2(H2O)4](HTNR)2∙4H2O来说,6个配位原子来自2个AZT分子的N原子和4个H2O分子的O原子。在两种配合物中,AZT配体分子的配位点都是三唑环上的4位N原子。H2O分子对于分子间氢键的形成起到了重要的作用,在分子间氢键的作用下形成了配合物的晶体结构。在[Zn(AZT)4(H2O)2](PA)2∙4H2O的晶体结构中,还存在错位面对面π-π堆积作用,它对于晶体结构的形成和稳定性也起到了重要作用。TG-DTG和DSC分析结果显示,[Zn(AZT)2(H2O)4](HTNR)2∙4H2O的热分解过程不如[Zn(AZT)4(H2O)2](PA)2∙4H2O剧烈,原因在于前者分子中含有较多配位水分子和较少AZT配体分子。感度测试结果表明,[Zn(AZT)4(H2O)2](PA)2∙4H2O有一定的火焰感度,而[Zn(AZT)2(H2O)4](HTNR)2∙4H2O却对热不敏感;两种化合物在撞击和摩擦作用下都表现钝感。  相似文献

相同的水热反应条件下4-氨基-二(2-吡啶基)-1,2,4-三氮唑(abpt)、KSCN与钴盐(CoCl2·6H2O)反应合成了2种新的钴配合物:零维的单核配合物[CoSCN(abpt)](1α)和二维的无机层状配合物K2[Co3(OH)2(SO4)3(H2O)2](1β),并通过元素分析和红外光谱对其进行了表征.配合物1α的晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群.配合物1β晶体属于正交晶系,Cmc21空间群.在配合物1α中,abpt和SCN-配体都参与配位与Co(Ⅱ)离子形成了2个不同的单核单元,这些单核单元又通过S原子和N原子之间的氢键作用连成了三维超分子结构;在配合物1β中,abpt配体没有参与配位,而SCN-配体则被氧化成了SO42-离子并与Co(Ⅱ)离子配位形成了二维配位层状结构,相邻层之间进一步通过氢键作用形成了沿c轴方向有孔道的三维超分子网络,这些孔道里面填充着反离子K+.  相似文献

合成了2个通过不同的Salamo型香豆素类配体H2L1和H2L2构筑的配合物,[Cu(L1)(H2O)](1)和[Co3(L2)2(μ2-OAc)2(Me OH)2]·3CH2Cl2(2),并通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱以及X射线单晶衍射法对其进行了表征。配合物1中配位的铜(Ⅱ)离子的空间构型是扭曲的四方锥,并且配合物1通过分子间的氢键作用形成了二聚体。配合物2中所有配位的钴(Ⅱ)离子的配位数均为六,并且3个钴(Ⅱ)离子的配位空间构型均为扭曲的八面体。同时,配合物2通过分子间的氢键作用形成了一维的超分子链状结构。此外,还分别对配体H2L1和H2L2的荧光性质进行了研究,并且通过荧光滴定实验进一步验证了配合物1和2的晶体结构。  相似文献

以1,2,4,5-均苯四羧酸(btec)和二-吡啶-(3,2-d:2,3'-f)-二氮萘(Dpq)为混合配体,水热合成了一种三维超分子配合物: [Co2(Dpq)2(btec)(H2O)6]•2H2O (1), 并通过元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析和X-射线衍射法对其结构进行了表征。晶体结构解析结果表明,该配合物属单斜晶系,P21/c 空间群,晶胞参数为:a=0.8978(5)nm, b= 2.9822(16)nm, c= 0.7058(4)nm, β= 94.199(6)º, V= 1.8848(18)nm3, Z= 2, R1= 0.0350, wR2= 0.0796。该化合物由1,2,4,5-均苯四羧酸中羧基氧原子、二-吡啶-(3,2-d:2,3'-f)-二氮萘的螯合氮原子及水分子中氧原子与中心Co(II)离子配位, 形成六配位的扭曲八面体几何构型。羧酸作为桥连配体连接两个相邻的中心Co(II)离子形成钴配合物的双核单元,双核单元之间通过氢键及π-π堆积作用相互连接构成三维超分子网状结构。电化学实验结果表明,钴配合物修饰碳糊电极(1-CPE)在0.1 M 乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中电位范围+600 – –300 mV内有一对归属于Co(II)/Co(III) 的氧化还原峰,而且此修饰电极对亚硝酸根的氧化有很好的电催化效果。  相似文献

利用2,6-二甲基吡啶作为起始物合成了不对称前驱体6-乙酰基-2-乙酯基吡啶,在此基础上合成了单亚胺吡啶配体(5)和相应的Co(II)配合物二氯·{2-乙氧甲酰基-6-[1-[(2,6-二乙基苯)亚胺基]乙基]吡啶}合钴(II)(6)。晶体结构分析表明:配体5作为三齿配体以[N, N, O]原子和两个氯离子与中心钴(II)配位,形成畸变的三角双锥配位环境,其中吡啶氮原子和两个氯原子形成赤道平面。将该钴配合物作为催化剂应用于乙烯的聚合过程,以MAO为助催化剂,在15.5ºC下作用1 h,可达到1.820×104 g/mol-Co∙h∙atm的催化活性。  相似文献

四唑酸(–CN4H)与羧酸(–COOH)具有相似的酸性。对苯酚四唑硫酮(H2L)可以作为单齿(–S或–N)或双齿(–N, N或–N, S)配体与金属离子配位形成配位化合物。合成了4个以H2L为配体的金属(II)配合物:Co(HL)2(Py)2(H2O)2 (1), [Mn(HL)2(H2O)4]·2H2O (2), Mn(HL)2(Phen)2 (3), and [Zn(HL)2(Phen)2]·0.5H2O·1.5CH3OH (4),并用X−射线单晶衍射法测定了晶体结构。晶体结构分析表明,在这些配合物中所有的中心金属原子均呈现六配位的八面体构型。在配合物1和2中,HL–配体以氧原子与中心金属原子配位,而在配合物3和4中HL–配体则以硫原子与中心金属原子配位。  相似文献

摘要 在水和甲醇混合溶液中合成了3个配合物[Zn(DNBC)2(Im)2](1), [Cu(DNBC)2(Im)(H2O)](2) [Co1.5(DNBC)4(Im)(CH3OH)(H2O)2](3) (DNBC = 3,5-二硝基苯甲酸, Im = 咪唑), 并进行了常规表征,单晶X-射线衍射测定了3个配合物的晶体结构。结果表明,配合物1采用四配位,且形成扭曲的四面体形式,通过分子间氢键及范德华力形成了三维网状的超分子框架结构。配合物2中金属铜原子采用五配位,分别与四个氧原子和一个咪唑氮原子配位,形成一个扭曲的四方锥体,而且通过羧基和硝基与金属铜连接形成一个一维Z字链的超分子链状结构。配合物3的空间群为p2(1)/n, a = 1.20876(7)nm, b = 2.63287(16)nm, c = 1.36466(9)nm, V = 4.3045(5)nm3, Z = 4, F(000) = 2166, Co…Co原子之间的距离为0.3587nm。在配合物3中,由八面体配位的Co(II)离子与μ-OH2组成的三核金属钴通过氢键与相邻的三核金属钴连接,Co(II)离子与μ-OH2形成一维Z字链,并且配合物的空腔中包含未配位的咪唑和甲醇分子。配合物3的磁学性质测试表明,三核金属Co(II)之间存在着很好的反铁磁交换作用。  相似文献

合成了1个酰胺氮桥联的双核钴(Ⅲ)配合物[Co2(bpmb)2(CN)2].H2O(bpmb2-=1,2-bis(pyridine-2-carboxamido)-4-methylbenze-nate)(1),并通过X-射线单晶衍射分析表征其结构特征。结果表明:吡啶甲酰胺配体H2bpmb的甲酰胺氮原子脱去氢原子形成带两个负电荷的扭曲的四配位螯合配体bpmb2-。1个钴(Ⅲ)离子与2个吡啶氮原子,2个bpmb2-配体上的桥联酰胺氮原子和2个氰基碳原子配位得到六配位、变形的八面体CoN4C2;另1个钴(Ⅲ)离子与2个吡啶氮原子,配体bpmb2-上的2个未桥联甲酰胺氮原子和2个桥联的甲酰胺氮原子六配位,形成扭曲的八面体CoN6配位构型。[Co2(bpmb)2(CN)2]单元通过自由水分子和氰基氮原子和甲酰胺氧原子之间O-H…N和O-H…O氢键形成锯齿型链状超分子亚结构,这些链状亚结构通过π-π相互作用连接起来形成网状的超分子结构。  相似文献

The reaction of Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O with N‐benzesulfonyl‐L‐glutamic acid in the presence of 2, 2′‐bipyridine (bipy) or 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) produced two novel complexes [Pb2(Bs‐glu)2(bipy)2] ( 1 ) and [Pb2(Bs‐glu)2(phen)2] ( 2 ) (Bs‐glu = N‐benzesulfonyl‐L‐glutamic acid dianion). In 1 chains bearing alternative 16‐membered rings and Pb2O3 nodes are constructed from the interactions of PbII ions with the carboxylates of Bs‐glu ligands. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first lead(II) complex of carboxylates with the formation of chains of Pb2O3. In 2 the 16‐membered ring units are connected by centrosymmetric Pb2O2 nodes to form chains. Complexes 1 and 2 construct the 3‐D supramolecular architectures through versatile hydrogen bonds and π‐π stacking interactions.  相似文献

Eight new and eight known 2‐(2‐phenylethyl)chromone (=2‐(2‐phenylethyl)‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐one) derivatives, i.e., 1 – 8 and 9 – 16 , respectively, together with the two known sesquiterpenoids 17 and 18 were isolated from a 70% MeOH extract of Aquilaria malaccensis (AM) agarwood chips. Substituted 2‐(benzylamino)‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazin‐3(4H)‐ones are unstable under alkaline and acidic conditions, undergoing opening of the benzoxazinone ring. 2‐Bromo‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazin‐3(4H)‐ones show similar degradation under alkaline conditions, while replacement of Br at C(2) to give 2‐hydroxy‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazin‐3(4H)‐ones was observed only under mild alkaline conditions. Mechanisms of ring opening and degradation to 2‐aminophenol derivatives are proposed.  相似文献

A convenient one‐pot method for the preparation of (4Z)‐4‐(arylmethylidene)‐5‐ethoxy‐1,3‐oxazolidine‐2‐thiones 2 and 3 from ethyl (2Z)‐3‐aryl‐2‐isothiocyanatoprop‐2‐enoates 1 , which can be easily prepared from ethyl 2‐azidoacetate and aromatic aldehydes, has been developed. A series of novel 3‐((4‐(t‐butyl)‐2‐(2‐benzylidenehydrazinyl)thiazol‐5‐yl)methyl)quinolin‐2(1H)‐ones ( 7a – 7z ) were designed, synthesized and evaluated for their ability of inhibiting neuraminidase (NA) of in?uenza H1N1 virus. Some compounds displayed moderate influenza NA inhibitory activity. Compound 7l with the scaffold of 2‐(2‐(2‐methoxybenzylidene)hydrazinyl)thiazole was the best one, exhibiting moderate NA inhibitory activity with IC50 of 44.66 µmol/L. Structure‐activity relationship showed that compounds with methoxy or hydroxy groups at the ortho position, fluorine and nitro groups at the meta position and chlorine and bromine groups at the para position of phenyl ring were more active. Docking study indicated that compound 7l has important interactions with some key residues (including Asp151, Glu119, Arg292, Tyr406, and Asn347) and binds to 430‐cavity adjacent to NA active site.  相似文献

2‐(1‐Aryl‐2‐methoxyethenyl)benzaldehydes 2 , obtained by successive treatment of 1‐(1‐aryl‐2‐methoxyethenyl)‐2‐bromobenzenes 1 with BuLi and 1‐formylpiperidine, were transformed to the corresponding phenylhydrazones 3 on treatment with PhNHNH2. When these hydrazones were allowed to react with conc. HBr, cyclization, followed by dehydrogenation with air occurred, furnished 3‐aryl‐2‐methoxyinden‐1‐one (Z)‐phenylhydrazones 4 .  相似文献

4‐Arylisocoumarins (=4‐aryl‐1H‐2‐benzopyran‐1‐ones) 6 were prepared from 2‐(1‐aryl‐2‐methoxyethenyl)‐1‐bromobenzenes 1 . Successive treatment of these bromo styrenes with BuLi and 1‐formylpiperidine gave a mixture of (E)‐ and (Z)‐2‐(1‐aryl‐2‐methoxyethenyl)benzaldehydes 2 . Hydrolysis of (Z)‐isomers with conc. HBr, followed by pyridinium chlorochromate (PCC) oxidation of the resulting 1H‐2‐benzopyran‐1‐ol derivatives 4 (and 5 ), afforded the desired products.  相似文献
