A catalytic synthetic route to highly functionalized chiral cyclopropane derivatives was developed by Michael-initiated cyclopropanation of α-substituted acroleins with aryl- and alkyl diazoacetates. In the presence of chiral (S)-oxazaborolidinium cation 1b as a catalyst, the reaction proceeded in high yield (up to 93%) with high to excellent diastereoselectivity (up to 98% de) and enantioselectivity (up to 95% ee).  相似文献

The rhodium-catalyzed diastereo- and enantioselective Michael addition of arylboronic acids to 3-alkylenyloxindoles has been developed with (R)-binap as a ligand. A wide variety of the desired functionalized oxindoles are smoothly obtained in high yields (up to 99%) with high enantioselectivities (up to 92% ee) and good diastereoselectivities (up to 82:18).  相似文献

Different chiral cyclic amino acid alkali metal and ammonium salts were used as catalysts for the asymmetric Michael addition of aldehydes to nitrostyrene. The reaction yield and stereoselectivity depend slightly on the salt cation. The highest yield of the reaction (up to 100%) was obtained with (S)-morpholine-3-carboxylic acid salts, which gave moderate to good enantioselectivities (up to 72% ee) and diastereoselectivities (dr up to 89:11) whereas the highest selectivity was obtained with proline sodium salt (ee 88%).  相似文献

An acid-catalyzed reaction of (–)-caryophyllene oxide with tert-butanethiol led to sulfides with the clovane structure of the sesquiterpene fragment in up to 63% yields. The oxidation of these sulfides gave sulfoxides in up to 38% yields (de 59%) and sulfones in up to 89%.  相似文献

The readily available and inexpensive new chiral oxazolidine in combination with Ti(O(i)Pr)(4) was found to catalyze the reaction of an alkynylzinc reagent with various types of aldehydes to generate chiral propargylic alcohols with high enantioselectivities (up to 95%) and excellent yields (up to 98%).  相似文献

Chiral metalloporphyrins [Mn(Por*)(OH)(MeOH)] (1) and [Ru(Por*)(CO)(EtOH)] (2) catalyze asymmetric aziridination of aromatic alkenes and asymmetric amidation of benzylic hydrocarbons to give moderate enantiomeric excesses. The mass balance in these nitrogen-atom-transfer processes has been examined. With PhI=NTs as the nitrogen source, the aziridination of styrenes, trans-stilbene, 2-vinylnaphthalene, indene, and 2,2-dimethylchromene catalyzed by complex 1 or 2 resulted in up to 99 % substrate conversions and up to 94 % aziridine selectivities, whereas the amidation of ethylbenzenes, indan, tetralin, 1-, and 2-ethylnaphthalene catalyzed by complex 2 led to substrate conversions of up to 32 % and amide selectivities of up to 91 %. Complex 1 or 2 can also catalyze the asymmetric amidation of 4-methoxyethylbenzene, tetralin, and 2-ethylnaphthalene with "PhI(OAc)(2) + NH(2)SO(2)Me", affording the N-substituted methanesulfonamides in up to 56 % ee with substrate conversions of up to 34 % and amide selectivities of up to 92 %. Extension of the "complex 1 + PhI=NTs" or "complex 1 + PhI(OAc)(2) + NH(2)R (R=Ts, Ns)" amidation protocol to a steroid resulted in diastereoselective amidation of cholesteryl acetate at the allylic C-H bonds at C-7 with substrate conversions of up to 49 % and amide selectivities of up to 90 % (alpha:beta ratio: up to 4.2:1). An aziridination- and amidation-active chiral bis(tosylimido)ruthenium(VI) porphyrin, [Ru(Por*)(NTs)(2)] (3), and a ruthenium porphyrin aziridine adduct, [Ru(Por*)(CO)(TsAz)] (4, TsAz=N-tosyl-2- (4-chlorophenyl)aziridine), have been isolated from the reaction of 2 with PhI=NTs and N-tosyl-2-(4-chlorophenyl)aziridine, respectively. The imidoruthenium porphyrin 3 could be an active species in the aziridination or amidation catalyzed by complex 2 described above. The second-order rate constants for the reactions of 3 with styrenes, 2-vinylnaphthalene, indene, ethylbenzenes, and 2-ethylnaphthalene range from 3.7-42.5x10(-3) dm(3) mol(-1) s(-1). An X-ray structure determination of complex 4 reveals an O- rather than N-coordination of the aziridine axial ligand. The fact that the N-tosylaziridine in 4 does not adopt an N-coordination mode disfavors a concerted pathway in the aziridination by a tosylimido ruthenium porphyrin active species.  相似文献

A highly efficient catalytic system composed of a simple and commercially available chiral primary diamine (1R,2R)-cyclohexane-1,2-diamine(6) and trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) was employed for asymmetric Aldol reaction in em-PrOH at room temperature. A loading of 10%(molar fraction) catalyst 6 with TFA as a cocatalyst could catalyze the Aldol reactions of various ketones or aldehydes with a series of aromatic aldehydes, furnishing Aldol pro- ducts in moderate to high yields(up to >99%) with enantioselectivities of up to >99% and diastereoselectivities of up to 99:1.  相似文献

Organocatalyzed direct intermolecular aldol reactions have been developed for substituted 4-formylcoumarins with acetone in water using L-proline and phthalimido-prolinamide catalysts without use of additives. Stereoselective products obtained were in excellent yields (up to 97%) with high purity (up to 99%) and enatioselectivities (up to 95%). The isolated compounds were confirmed by infrared, NMR, high-performance liquid chromatography, and mass spectrometry and some of them by single-crystal x-ray crystallography.  相似文献

An organocatalyzed diastereo‐ and enantioselective cascade aza‐Michael/Michael addition of 2‐tosylaminoenones to unsaturated pyrazolones has been developed to afford novel chiral spiropyrazolone tetrahydroquinolines containing three contiguous stereocenters. This cascade reaction proceeded well with 2 mol % chiral bifunctional tertiary amine squaramide catalyst to give the desired products in excellent yields (up to 99 %) with excellent diastereoselectivity (up to >25:1 diastereomeric ratio) and high enantioselectivity (up to 91 % enantiomeric excess).  相似文献

The catalytic enantio- and diastereoselective nitro-Mannich reaction of α-amido sulfones in the mixed solvent of toluene/H(2)O has been realized using a phase-transfer catalyst (PTC) derived from cinchona alkaloids and N-benzotriazole. A highly efficient and enantioselective Ir-catalyzed hydrogenation of unsaturated sulfones was developed. Chiral cyclic and acyclic sulfones were produced in excellent enantioselectivities (up to 98% ee). A molecular evolution model was successfully demonstrated by combining the intramolecular acyl migration on inositol tribenzoates and boron selectors. The addition of boric acid to 12 members of DCL (dynamic combinatorial library) induced the dramatic amplification of myo-I(2,4,6)Bz(3) (1) with up to 94 % under thermodynamic (see Figure 1 c) control while a portion of phenyl boronic acid caused two significant different distributions: under kinetic control, the pre-equilibrium of DCL shifted to induce the exclusive amplification of 1,4,6-tribenzoyl myo-inositol (7) with decrease of other members up to 82 % from the mixture (see Figure 2 b), and changed gradually to form 2,4,6-tribenzoyl myo-inositol (1) with up to 96 % under thermodynamic control (Figure 2 c).  相似文献

Polycyclotrimerization and polycoupling of acetylenic monomers respectively furnish hyperbranched polyarylenes and polyynes with high molecular weights(up to 1×10~6)in high yields(up to 99.9%).The polymers possess low intrinsic viscosities and high thermal stabilities,losing little of their weights when heated to>400℃.Upon pyrolysis at>800℃,the polymers graphitize with high char yields(up to 86%).Hyperbranched polyarylenes efficiently emit deep-blue to blue-green lights with fluorescence quantum yields up to 98% and strongly attenuate intense laser pulses with optical power-limiting performances superior to that of C_(60),a well-known optical lirniter.Poly(alkenephenylenes),poly(aroylarylenes)and polyynes are readily cross-linkable by UV irradiation,serving as excellent photoresist materials for the generation of patterns with nanometer resolution.Thin films of hyperbranched polyynes exhibit very high refractive indexes(n up to 1.86).The internal and terminal acetylene moieties of the polyynes readily form complexes with cobalt carbonyls,which can be transformed into soft ferromagnetic ceramics with high magnetic susceptibilities(M_s up to ca.118 emu/g)and near-zero magnetic losses.  相似文献

Highly enantioselective aldol reactions of aldehydes with cyclic ketones catalyzed by a primary amine derived from cinchonine are reported. Aromatic aldehydes reacted with various cyclic ketones cleanly to afford the anti-aldol adducts in up to 99% yield, with good diastereoselectivities (up to 9 : 1) and excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99% ee).  相似文献

A new class of chiral primary amine catalysts bearing multiple hydrogen-bonding donors have been designed and synthesized. The newly developed bifunctional organocatalysts efficiently catalyzed not only enantioselective conjugate addition of aromatic ketones to nitroolefins in good yields (up to 87%) with excellent enantioselectivities (97→99% ee) but also enantioselective conjugate addition of acetone to nitroolefins in excellent yields (90-96%) with high enantioselectivities (up to 97% ee).  相似文献
