The title phenolic oxygen bridged dinuclear Schiff base zinc(II) complex [Zn2Br2- (C15H14BrN2O)2] was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 9.2279(17), b = 12.096(2), c = 16.286(3) A, α = 75.402(3), β = 87.464(3), γ= 72.746(3)°, V = 1679.1(5) A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.833 g/cm^3, Mr = 926.94, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 A, μ= 6.221 mm^-1, F(000) = 904, the final R = 0.0601 and wR = 0.1155. A total of 7453 unique reflections were collected, of which 3425 with I 〉 2σ(I) were observed. One Zn atom is six-coordinate in an octahedral geometry, and the other one is four-coordinate in a tetrahedral geometry. The Zn...Zn distance is 3.106(2) A. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked through intermolecular hydrogen bonds typed N-H...Br and C-H...Br, forming zigzag chains running along the b axis. The complex shows potent cytotoxic property to both normal and carcinoma cells.  相似文献

The title azide-bridged dinuclear Schiff base zinc(Ⅱ) complex [Zn2(C12H16N3O3)2-(μ1,1-N3)2] was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group F21/n with a = 8.736(2), b = 14.850(3), c = 11.775(2) (A), β = 102.42(3)°, V= 1491.8(5) (A)3, Z= 2, Dc = 1.593 g/cm3, Mr = 715.36, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 (A), μ = 1.669 mm-1, F(000) = 736, the final R = 0.0338 and wR = 0.0789. A total of 3411 unique reflections were collected, of which 2777 with Ⅰ>2σ(Ⅰ) were observed. The molecule of the complex is located on a crystallographic inversion centre. Each Zn atom in the complex is five-coordinated by one Schiff base ligand and two bridging azide groups, forming a trigonal bipyramidal configuration. The Zn…Zn distance is 3.328(2) (A). In the crystal structure, molecules are linked through intermolecular C-H…N hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the bc plane. The complex shows low cytotoxic property to both normal and carcinoma cells.  相似文献

The complex crystallizes with two half-molecules per asymmetric unit and each mononuclear molecule is centrosymmetric. The Zn atom lying at the inversion centre is six-coordinated in a slightly distorted octahedral geometry by two phenolate O atoms and two imine N atoms from two Schiff base ligands, as well as two N atoms from two thiocyanate anions. In the crystal structure, the combination of π-π stacking interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds (N-H…Br, N-H…O, N-H…N, C-H…O, C-H…S and C-H…Cl) leads to a three-dimensional network.  相似文献

A new Zn(Ⅱ) complex [Zn(Phen)_2(C_(12)H_6O_4N_2)(H_2O)]·3H_2O with 2,2?-bipyridine-3,3?-dicarboxylic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline(Phen) as ligands was synthesized, and the crystal data are as follows: monoclinic, space group P2_(1/n), a=12.5581(11), b=17.3382(17), c=15.6687(14) ?, β=110.579(2)o, M_r=731.02, V=3193.9(5) ?~3, Dc=1.520 g/cm~3, Z=4, μ(Mo Kα)=0.833 mm~(-1), F(000)=1508, the final R=0.0431 and w R=0.0936. In the title complex, the central Zn(Ⅱ) ion is located in a distorted octahedral coordination environment. The electrochemical and fluorescent properties were studied. The title complex possesses irreversible electron transfer in the electrode reaction, and it has a strong emission peak in the range of 470~505 nm, with the excitation wavelength being 488 nm.  相似文献

A total of 3420 unique reflections were collected, of which 2575 with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ) were observed. There is a crystallographic inversion centre at the midpoint of the two metal atoms in the complex. Each CdⅡ atom in the complex is in a distorted octahedral coordination. A new O,O'-bis(4-tert-butylphenyl)dithiophosphate complex Ni[SSP(OC6H4But- p)2]2 (1) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 12.8440(3), b = 6.18686(12), c=26.3018(5) , β=92.6135(18)°, V = 2087.87(7) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.345 g/cm3, μ = 0.780 mm-1, the final R = 0.0316 and wR = 0.0748 (Ⅰ >2σ(Ⅰ)). A total of 4269 unique reflections were collected, of which 3621 with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ) were observed. The NiII atom lies on an inversion center and is chelated by two (p-ButC6H4O)2PSS-ligands in a [NiS4] square-planar geometry with Ni-S bonds of 2.2408(5) and 2.2444(5) , respectively. A stepwise 1D chain structure is constructed via intermolecular S…S and C-H…S interactions. According to our knowledge this is the first case that intermolecular S…S interaction is observed in mononuclear transition metal complex of O,O'-dialkyldithiophosphates.  相似文献

It crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a=0.70479(14),b=1.1211(2),c=1.6718(3) nm,α=103.806(3),β=90.795(3),γ=104.207(3)o,V=1.2399(4) nm3,Mr=512.41,Dc=1.373 g/cm3,Z=2,F(000)=532,μ=0.733 mm-1,R= 0.0432 and wR=0.0957. The crystal structural analysis shows that the cobalt atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two p-methylbenzoic acids and one water molecule and two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2′-bipyridine,forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex is also reported.  相似文献

Mononuclear copper( Ⅰ ) complex [Cu(PPh3)2(BH4)] has been synthesized by ligand replacement reaction in methanol and characterized by elemental analyses, molecular weight determination, IR spectra and X-ray single crystal analysis,its conductivity has also been measured. The crystal is monoclinic, space group C2/c, a =24.776(4), b=9.173(7), c=15.564(2)A; β=116.10(1)°, V=3176.73 A3, Z =4, F(000)=1256, μ(MoKα)=8.11 cm-1, Dc=1. 26 g/cm3, M=602.79, R=0. 039, Rw= 0. 050. The results show that PPh3 coordinates as monodentate ligand to the Cu ( Ⅰ ) atoms, and BH4 behaves as a bidentate ligand in the prepared complex.The central copper atom belongs to tetrahedron coordination geometry.  相似文献

It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a =6.9533(9), b=9.805(1), c=15.248(2)A, a=94.608(2), β=92.328(2),γ=105.840(2)°,C16H24N3O9Zn, Mr=467.75, V=994.8(2) A3, Z=2, Dc=1.562 g/cm3,μ(MoKa)=1.289 mm-1,F(000)=486, the final R=0.0243 and wR=0.0622 for 3505 independent reflections with Rint=0.0125. The Zn(Ⅱ) adopts a distorted five-coordinate triangle bipyramidal geometry. The basic framework structure of the complex is a 1-D chain. The intrachain hydrogen bonds are helpful to stabilize the 1-D chain structure. Furthermore, the chains are connected by O-H…O hydrogen bonds to give a 2-D double-layer network.  相似文献

A chloro-bridged dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex with ligand 2-pyridylme-thylene-furfurylamine has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,and its inhibitory activity on xanthine oxidase(XO)Was also evaluated.It crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P-1 with a=8.0441(16),b=8.5663(17),c=10.060(2)(A),α=77.52(3),β=72.04(3),γ=70.12(3)°,V=615.3(2)(A)3,Z=1,Dc=1.731 g/cm3,F(000)=322,the final R=0.0401 and wR=0.0934 for 1971 observed reflections with Ⅰ>2σ(Ⅰ).X-ray analysis reveals that the Cu(Ⅱ)cation is five-coordinated by two N atoms of Schiff base and three C1 anions.The C-H…Cl intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds connect the molecules to form a three-dimensional network.Tilis copper(Ⅱ) complex shows more potent inhibitory activity against XO with Ⅰ C50=3.48/μM than the standard inhibitor allopurinol.  相似文献

A new complex has been synthesized with o-methylbenzoyl-benzoic acid(HL) and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) in the mixture of water and ethanol. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 13.6328(18), b = 17.7876(18), c = 19.998(2), β = 104.720(4)o, C54H48N4O11Zn, Mr = 994.33, V = 4690.2(9)3, Dc = 1.408 g/cm3, Z = 4, F(000) = 2072, μ(MoKα) = 0.59 mm-1, R = 0.0736 and wR = 0.2029. The crystal structure shows that the zinc ions are coordinated with two oxygen atoms from two HL molecules and four nitrogen atoms from two phen molecules, forming distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The fluorescent and thermal stability properties of the complex are studied. The result shows that it has one fluorescent emission band at around 412 nm. In addition, the complex is stable under 210 ℃.  相似文献

The novel europium complex Eu3(dpa dioxide)4·(CF3COO)5·H2O (dpa dioxide = di-2-pyridylamine N,N'-dioxide) was prepared by the reaction of Eu(CF3CO2)3 with Dpa dioxide in acetonitrile under 95 ℃ and determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 41.632(8), b = 14.662(3), c = 23.300(4)(A),β= 100.862(5)°, Z = 8, D = 1.775 g/cm3, V = 13968(4)(A)3, F(000) = 7232, the final R = 0.0464 and wR = 0.1168. In this tri-nuclear complex, each europium(Ⅲ) is nine-coordinated to adopt an unequal sphere geometry.  相似文献
