Reaction was studied of 3,4-dihydroxyhexa-2,4-diene-1,6-dioic acid esters with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine that led to the formation of esters of (3E)-3-[2-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-hydrazinylidene]-4-oxohexane-1,6-dioic and (3E,4E)-3,4-bis[2-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)hydrazinylidene]-hexane-1,6-dioic acids. The structural features of compounds synthesized were established from the data of IR and NMR spectra and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis.  相似文献

Conclusions 2-Qxo-3-methyl-5-chloro-3-hexene and trans-2-oxo-5-chloro-3-heptene, adequate low-molecular-weight models of labile carbonylallyl groups in poly(vinyl chloride) macromolecules, were synthesized. An efficient route to a variety of 2-phenylindolin-3-ones from amino acid methyl esters has been developed. The reaction of amino acid methyl esters with benzyne prepared from 2-(trimethylsilyl)phenyl triflate and CsF gave 2-phenylindolin-3-ones in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

A simple and rapid method to achieve colorimetric monitoring of resin-bound aldehydes, based on ambient temperature reaction with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) in the presence of dilute acid, has been developed as an adjunct to solid-phase organic synthesis and combinatorial chemistry. By this test, the presence of aldehydes is indicated by a red to dark-orange appearance, within a minute. Alternatively, resins that are free of aldehydes or in which aldehyde functions have reacted completely retain their original color. The DNPH test was demonstrated for poly(ethylene glycol)-polystyrene (PEG-PS), aminomethyl polystyrene (AMP), cross-linked ethoxylate acrylate resin (CLEAR), and acryloylated O,O'-bis(2-aminopropyl)poly(ethylene glycol) (PEGA) supports and gave results visible to the naked eye at levels as low as 18 micromol of aldehyde per gram of resin.  相似文献

The reaction of 5-phenylpenta-2,4-dienoic acid with benzene in CF3SO3H, depending on the reaction conditions, gives three products, namely, 5,5-diphenylpent-2-enoic acid and tetralone and indanone derivatives. These carbocyclic compounds are formed through the addition of two benzene molecules to the starting diene acid and subsequent intramolecular acylation.
