Nitration of 2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one gave its 5-nitro derivative which was subjected to alkylation with dimethyl sulfate, diethyl sulfate, and benzyl(dimethyl)phenylammonium chloride. The resulting 1,3-dimethyl-, 1,3-diethyl-, and 1,3-dibenzyl-5-nitro-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones were reduced to the corresponding 1,3-dialkyl-5-amino-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones, and the latter reacted with itaconic acid to produce 1-(1,3-dialkyl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-yl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acids. 1-(2-Oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-yl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acid was obtained by analogous reaction with 5-amino-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]-pyridin-2-one. 相似文献

N-Allyl-5-amino-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides in reactions with polyphosphoric acid, with N-halosuccinimides in chloroform, and with (chlorosulfanyl)benzenes in nitromethane in the presence of lithium perchlorate underwent cyclization involving the N-allylamide fragment to give 4-[5-methyl(halomethyl)-4,5-dihydrooxazol-2-yl]-1H-pyrazol-5-amines and 2-(5-amino-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-5-[(arylsulfanyl)methyl]-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazolium perchlorates, respectively. Analogous reactions of N-propargyl-5-amino-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides with polyphosphoric acid afforded 4-(5-methyloxazol-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-5-amines, and with (chlorosulfanyl) benzenes, 2-(5-amino-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-5-[(arylsulfanyl)methylidene]-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazolium perchlorates. 相似文献

Condensation of acetylferrocene with 5-phenyl(4-methylphenyl)-1,2-oxazole-3-carbaldehydes afforded (Е)-3-[5-phenyl(4-methylphenyl)-1,2-oxazol-3-yl]-1-ferrocenylprop-2-en-1-ones. Reactions of (Е)-3-[5-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2-oxazol-3-yl]-1-ferrocenylprop-2-en-1-one with semicarbazide, thiosemicarbazide, and hydroxylamine led to the formation of 5-[5-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2-oxazol-3-yl]-3-ferrocenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole- 1-carboxamide, 5-[5-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2-oxazol-3-yl]-3-ferrocenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-1-carbothioamide, and 5-(4-methylphenyl)-3'-ferrocenyl-4',5'-dihydro-3,5'-bi-1,2-oxazole respectively. Reactions of (Е)-3-[5-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2-oxazol-3-yl]-1-ferrocenylprop-2-en-1-one with guanidine and thiourea result in 4-[5-(4-methyl-phenyl)-1,2-oxazol-3-yl]-6-ferrocenylpyrimidin-2-amine and -2-thione respectively. 相似文献

Reaction of methyl 2,4-dioxobutanoates with tetracyanoethylene yielded methyl 3-acyl-4-cyano-5-(dicyanomethylene)-2-hydroxy-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylates. X-Ray diffraction data showed that 3-acyl-4-cyano-5-(dicyanomethylene)-2-hydroxy-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid methyl esters can form supramolecular structures with one-dimensional channels which make possible inclusion of large organic and bioorganic molecules. 相似文献

Cyclocondensation of pent-1-en-4-yn-3-one with phenylhydrazine and p-tolylhydrazine occurs at the positions 1, 3. Proceeding from the 1-aryl-3-ethynyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazoles formed in the reaction in yields up to 95% we prepared potentially biologically active isoxazole derivatives of pyrazoline. A reaction of 3-allyl- and 3-phenylthiohydantoins with 1,5-diphenyl- and 1-phenyl-substituted 3-formyl-2-pyrazolines was used to obtain a series of 5-(pyrazolin-3-ylmethylidene)-2-thioxotetrahydro-4H-imidazol-4-ones, the subsequent alkylation of which with methyl iodide or ethyl chloroacetate gave the corresponding 2-alkylthio-5-(pyrazolin-3-ylmethylidene)-3,5-dihydro-4H-imidazol-4-ones in the yields from 30 to 77%. Oxidation of N-aminophthalimide with lead tetraacetate in the presence of 1,5-diaryl-3-[(E)-2-arylethenyl]-1H-pyrazoles, as well as of 1,3-diphenyl-5-[(E)-2-phenylethenyl]-1H-pyrazole, gives adducts at the exocyclic C=C bond, the corresponding phthalimidoaziridinylpyrazoles. From 1,5-diphenyl-3-[(1E,3E)-4-phenyl-1,3-butadienyl]-1H-pyrazole, only product of addition at both exocyclic C=C bonds was obtained. In the reaction with 1-phenyl-3-[(1E, 3E)-4-phenyl-1,3-butadienyl]-5-[(E)-2-phenylethenyl]-1H-pyrazole, the adduct at the styryl C=C bond was isolated. Analogous 4,5-dihydropyrazoles, 1,5-diphenyl-3-[(1E, 3E)-4-phenyl-1,3-butadienyl]-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole and 1-phenyl-3-[(1E, 3E)-4-phenyl-1,3-butadienyl]-5-[(E)-2-phenylethenyl]-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole, turned out to be inert in oxidative addition of N-aminophthalimide. 相似文献

Methylation of 5(6)-nitro-1H-benzimidazole with methyl iodide in the presence of potassium hydroxide and N-methylpyrrolidin-2-one gave a mixture of isomeric 1-methyl-5-nitro- and 1-methyl-6-nitro-1H-benzimidazoles which were reduced with tin in concentrated aqueous HCl on heating. The resulting amines reacted with furan-2-carbonyl chloride in N-methylpyrrolidin-2-one to give furan-2-carboxamides which were treated with excess P2S5 in pyridine. Oxidation of isomeric furan-2-carbothioamides with K3[Fe(CN)6] in alkaline medium afforded a mixture of intramolecular cyclization products, 2-(furan-2-yl)-6-methyl-6H-imidazo[4,5-g][1,3]benzothiazole and 2-(furan-2-yl)-8-methyl-8H-imidazo[4,5-g][1,3]benzothiazole which were separated by column chromatography and identified. 相似文献

Nitration of 1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one and its N-methyl derivatives at 0–5°C and 60°C gives 5-nitro-and 5,6-dinitro-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones, respectively. The latter can also be obtained by nitration of 5-mononitro derivatives under similar conditions. The nitration of 6-chloro-and 6-bromo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones and their N-methyl-substituted analogs leads to the formation of the corresponding 6-chloro(bromo)-5-nitro compounds. The same products are formed in the nitration of 5,6-dichloro-and 5,6-dibromo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones. In this case, the process involves replacement of the halogen atom in position 5 of the pyridine fragment by nitro group. The nitration of 6-bromo-5-methyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one is accompanied by oxidation of the 5-methyl group to carboxy. 相似文献
