Reactions of trifluoroacetamide with (1E,3E)-1,4-diphenylbuta-1,3-diene and 1,1,4,4-tetraphenylbuta-1,3-diene in the oxidative system t-BuOCl–NaI have been studied. The reaction with (1E,3E)-1,4-diphenylbuta-1,3-diene afforded three products, N,N′-(phenylmethylene)bis(trifluoroacetamide), 3-chloro-4-iodo- 2,5-diphenyl-1-(trifluoroacetyl)pyrrolidine, and trifluoro-N-[(3E)-2-hydroxy-1,4-diphenylbut-3-en-1-yl]acetamide, with a high overall yield. 1,1,4,4-Tetraphenylbuta-1,3-diene failed to react with trifluoroacetamide.  相似文献

Huisgen reaction of (E)-1,5-diarylpent-2-en-4-yn-1-ones and (E)-1,5-diarylpent-1-en-4-yn-3-ones afforded 1-aryl-3-(5-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)prop-2-en-1-ones and 3-aryl-1-(5-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-prop-2-en-1-ones, respectively. (E)-1-Aryl-3-(5-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)prop-2-en-1-ones reacted with hydrazine hydrate and phenylhydrazine to give 72–93% of 4-(3-aryl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-5-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazoles which underwent dehydrogenation on heating in boiling acetic acid with formation of the corresponding pyrazole derivatives. The molecular structures of (E)-3-phenyl-1-(5-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)prop-2-en-1-one and 4-[3-(4-methylphenyl)-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-5-yl]-5-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole were studied by X-ray analysis. 4-(3-Aryl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-5-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazoles showed toxicity against Daphnia magna.  相似文献

Oxidation of N-aminophthalimide with lead tetraacetate in the presence of 1,5-diaryl-3-[(E)-2-arylethenyl]-1H-pyrazoles, as well as of 1,3-diphenyl-5-[(E)-2-phenylethenyl]-1H-pyrazole, gives adducts at the exocyclic C=C bond, the corresponding phthalimidoaziridinylpyrazoles. From 1,5-diphenyl-3-[(1E,3E)-4-phenyl-1,3-butadienyl]-1H-pyrazole, only product of addition at both exocyclic C=C bonds was obtained. In the reaction with 1-phenyl-3-[(1E, 3E)-4-phenyl-1,3-butadienyl]-5-[(E)-2-phenylethenyl]-1H-pyrazole, the adduct at the styryl C=C bond was isolated. Analogous 4,5-dihydropyrazoles, 1,5-diphenyl-3-[(1E, 3E)-4-phenyl-1,3-butadienyl]-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole and 1-phenyl-3-[(1E, 3E)-4-phenyl-1,3-butadienyl]-5-[(E)-2-phenylethenyl]-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole, turned out to be inert in oxidative addition of N-aminophthalimide.  相似文献

Oxidative cleavage of exo- and endo-alkyl- and hydroxyalkyl-substituted bicyclo[n.1.0]alkan-1-ols with (diacetoxy-λ3-iodanyl)benzene gave the corresponding methyl alkenoates exclusively with E or Z configuration of the double bond. This reaction was used as the key stage in the syntheses of stereoisomerically pure components of pest insect pheromones: (E)-dodec-9-en-1-yl acetate (European pine shoot moth Rhyacionia buoliana), (Z)-tetradec-11-en-1-yl acetate (European oak leafroller Tortrix viridana), and (3E,8Z,11Z)-tetradeca-3,8,11-trien-1-yl acetate (tomato leafminer Tuta absoluta).  相似文献

A series of new (E)-1-{2-[(1-benzyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy]phenyl}-3-(3-aryl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)prop-2-en-1-ones (3a–3i) has been synthesized via copper-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAC) of benzyl azide with substituted (E)-3-(3-aryl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1-[2-(prop-2-ynyloxy)phenyl]prop-2-en-1-ones (2a–2i). The synthesized compounds have been characterized by their IR, lH, 13C NMR spectra, and mass spectroscopy data. All the compounds have been screened for antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

Functionalized β-lactams were synthesized by reaction of (E)-1-(furan-2-yl)-N-[(4-methoxyphenyl)-methyl]methanimine with ketenes generated in situ from chloro- and dichloroacetic acids and 3-(methoxyimino) butanoic acid. Tautomers of N-allyl- and N-propargyl-substituted trifluoromethanesulfonimides (CF3SO2)2NR (R = CH2CH=CH2, Z/E-CH=CHMe, CH2C≡CH, CH=CH=CH2, C≡CCH2) were calculated by the DFT (B3LYP, wB97XD, PBE1PBE), MP2, and CBS-QB3 methods. The results were compared with the theoretical data for the corresponding amines and amides NHRR1 (R1 = H, CF3SO2). It was shown that there is no conjugation between the nitrogen atom and C=C bond and that conjugation exists with the C≡C bond with electron density displacement toward the nitrogen atom. The calculations of anions derived from N-allyl- and N-propargyl-trifluoromethanesulfonimides revealed the possibility of their rearrangement with elimination of trifluoromethanesulfinate anion and formation of its H-complex with N-(prop-2-en-1-ylidene)trifluoromethanesulfonamide or N-(prop-2-yn-1-ylidene)trifluoromethanesulfonamide.  相似文献

The reaction of chloroacetyl chloride with 1,2-dichloroethene in the presence of AlCl3 unexpectedly led to the formation of (E)-1,1,4-trichlorobut-3-en-2-one whose structure was proved by 1H and 13C NMR, IR, and mass spectra and independent synthesis. A probable reaction scheme was proposed, which involves transformation of initially formed 1,2,4-trichloro-3-oxobutan-2-yl cation by the action of AlCl3. The high reactivity of the vinylic halogen atom in (E)-1,1,4-trichlorobut-3-en-2-one was demonstrated by its reactions with nitrogen-centered nucleophiles (triethylamine, aniline, 3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole) and sodium sulfide. These reactions involved only the C-Cl bond in the vinyl fragment and afforded (4,4-dichloro-3-oxobut-2-en-1-yl)triethylammonium chloride, 1,1-dichloro-4-phenylaminobut-3-en-2-one, 1-(4,4-dichloro-3-oxobut-2-en-1-yl)-3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole, and 4,4′-thiobis(1,1-dichlorobut-3-en-2-one), respectively. The reaction of 1,1,4-trichlorobut-3-en-2-one with benzylhydrazine gave a mixture of 1,3- and 1,5-disubstituted pyrazoles.  相似文献

X-ray diffraction analysis established that 3-(4-N,N-dimethylaminophenyl)-2-nitro-1-phenylprop-2-en-1-one has E configuration both in crystal and in solution. The benzoyl group deviates from the styrene plane by 89.83°. The elongation of the C=C bond and shortening of its surrounding single bonds points to a high polarization of the molecule, implying a great contribution of the bipolar structure to the ground state.  相似文献

Aurones, pyrazole and thiophene scaffolds are known for their potential antimicrobial activity. Herein, we have synthesized hybrid compounds containing three substituted (Z)-2-{[1-phenyl-3-(thiophen-2-yl)- 1H-pyrazol-4-yl]methylene}benzofuran-3(2H)-ones that had been produced from substituted (E)-1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)- 3-[1-phenyl-3-(thiophen-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]prop-2-en-1-ones in high yields. All synthesized compounds were tested in vitro for their antimicrobial activity. Several of those demonstrated promising activity against some fungal and bacterial strains.  相似文献

Intramolecular [3+2]-cycloaddition was studied of munchnones generated at heating syn- and anti-atropisomers of N-acyl-N-[6-methyl-2-(cyclopent-2-en-1-yl)phenyl]glycines with acetic anhydride. By spectral and X-ray diffraction analysis syn-isomers of acids and tetrahydro-1,4,7-methanetriyl[1,3]oxazolo[3,4-a][1]- bensazocin-3(3aH)-ones were identified.  相似文献

Two copper complexes with long rigid ligands, Cu(Tta)2(L1) (I), and Cu(Tta)2(L2) (II), where L1 = (E)-3-(4-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-1-yl)-(4-phenyl)phenyl)-1-phenylprop-2-en-1-one, L2 = (E)-3-(4-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)phenyl)-1-(4-phenyl)phenyl)prop-2-en-1-one), have been synthesized and characterized. The single-crystal X-ray analysis (CIF files CCDC nos. 1409671 (I) and 1409672 (II)) for complexes I and II demonstrates that each copper ion assumes a distorted square-pyramidal MO4N polyhedron in which four oxygen atoms come from the Tta ligands, and one nitrogen atom comes from the N-donor ligand. Both of the complexes are linked into 3D networks through weak intermolecular interactions.  相似文献
