The alkylation of methyl 4H-thieno[3,2-b]pyrrole-5-carboxylate with methyl iodide and allyl, propargyl, and benzyl bromides in the presence of sodium hydride in THF afforded the corresponding N-substituted derivatives. Some reactions of the alkylation products were studied.  相似文献

N-Allyl-5-amino-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides in reactions with polyphosphoric acid, with N-halosuccinimides in chloroform, and with (chlorosulfanyl)benzenes in nitromethane in the presence of lithium perchlorate underwent cyclization involving the N-allylamide fragment to give 4-[5-methyl(halomethyl)-4,5-dihydrooxazol-2-yl]-1H-pyrazol-5-amines and 2-(5-amino-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-5-[(arylsulfanyl)methyl]-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazolium perchlorates, respectively. Analogous reactions of N-propargyl-5-amino-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides with polyphosphoric acid afforded 4-(5-methyloxazol-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-5-amines, and with (chlorosulfanyl) benzenes, 2-(5-amino-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-5-[(arylsulfanyl)methylidene]-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazolium perchlorates.  相似文献

The condensation of 3-hydroxyamino-3-methylbutan-2-one or 3-ethyl-3-hydroxyamino-pentan-2-one with aldehydes and ammonia afforded a series of new 1-hydroxy-4-methyl-2,5-dihydroimidazoles, whose oxidation gave rise to the corresponding 5-methyl-4H-imidazole 3-oxides. The latter, like 1-hydroxy-4-methyl-2,5-dihydroimidazoles, react with PriONO in the presence of bases to form 4H-imidazole-5-carbaldoxime 3-oxides, which are transformed into 4H-imidazole-5-carbonitrile 3-oxides in the reaction with TsCl in the presence of Et3N. The by-products produced in different steps of the synthesis were isolated and characterized. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. A series of 2-aryl-5-arylmethylidene-1,3-oxazol-5(4H)-ones and 2-aryl-5-arylmethylidene-N-methyl-3,5-dihydro-4H-imidazol-4-ones was synthesized as structural analogs of combret- astatin A-4 (a compound possessing antitumor activity). (5Z)-5-[(4-Methoxyphenyl)methyl-idene]-3-methyl-2-(4-methylphenyl)-3,5-dihydro-4H-imidazol-4-one was found to exhibit the highest cytotoxicity against cells of human A549 lung carcinoma line (EC50 = 6±0.8 μmol L?1).  相似文献

Reactions of N-aryl-3-oxobutanethioamides with 1H-1,2,4-triazole-5-amine give mixtures of 7-arylamino-5-methyl[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines, 5-methyl-4,7-dihydro[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-7-thione, 7-methyl-4,5-dihydro[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-5-thione, and 5-arylamino-7-methyl[1,2,4]triazolo[ 1,5-a]pyrimidines whose ratio depends on the substituent in the aryl group of initial N-aryl-3-oxobutanethioamide and solvent nature (the presence of a proton-donor solvent).  相似文献

A convenient method was developed for the synthesis of previously unknown 1,2-diketones, based on the condensation of 5-hydroxy-2-methyl-4H-pyran-4-one with arylglyoxals. The study demonstrated the possibility of using these compounds to synthesize nitrogen-containing hetero cyclic systems bearing the 3-hydroxypyran-4-one moiety.  相似文献

5-Substituted 2-(1-aryl-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazoles were synthesized by reaction of 1-aryl-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbonyl chlorides with the corresponding 5-substituted 1H-tetrazoles. 5-Methyl-1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbonyl chloride reacted with N′-hydroxybenzimidamides to give 3-aryl-5-(5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-1,2,4-oxadiazoles. Reactions of 4-(5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)benzoic acid with N′-hydroxybenzimidamides resulted in the formation of 3-aryl-5-[4-(5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)phenyl]-1,2,4-oxadiazoles.  相似文献

4-Hydroxy-6H-1,3-oxazin-6-ones containing a 3-vinylchromone fragment in the 2-position were synthesized. The direction of their reactions with hydrazine hydrate was found to depend on the solvent nature. The reaction in protic solvents (methanol, acetic acid) resulted in recyclization of both oxazine ring to 1,2,4-triazole and pyranone ring to pyrazole. Aprotic acetonitrile favored attack of hydrazine exclusively on the oxazine ring, while the 3-vinylchromone fragment remained intact.  相似文献
