The reactions of benzene-1,2-diamine with 5-substituted 2-(alkylsulfanyl)-4-methylpyrimidin-6(1H)-ones and 2-(propylsulfanyl)- and 5-iodo-2-(propylsulfanyl)-3,4-dihydroquinazolines at 175–185°C under solvent-free conditions unexpectedly afforded benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine, benzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b]-quinazoline, and 2,2′-(benzene-1,2-diyldiimino)bis[pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones]. The described reaction is the first example of synthesis of these heterocyclic systems by fusion of benzimidazole to pyrimidine or quinazoline and is likely to follow ANRORC mechanism.  相似文献

Effective synthesis was developed for 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrido- and pyrido[1,2-a]benzimidazole-7,8-diamines that underlie the preparation of new polyazaheterocycles: pyrido[1,2-а]imidazo[4,5-f]-benzimidazole, 7Н-pyrido[1,2-а]imidazo[4,5-f]benzotriazole, pyrido[1,2-а]imidazo[4,5-g]quinoxaline.  相似文献

2-Cyanomethyl derivatives were obtained of imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine, imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine, and imidazo[2,1-b]thiazole, and their reactivity was investigated by an example of imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine: It was subjected to nitration, bromination, azo coupling and nitrosation. Acylation of the methylene group effected by amino acids esters with a subsequent addition of the amino group to the cyano group resulted in the formation of 5-amino-4-imidazo[1,2-a]-pyridin-2-yl-1-phenyl-1,2-dihydro-3H-pyrrol-3-one and 2-amino-1-ethyl-3-imidazol[1,2-a]pyridin-2-yl-4(1H)-quinolinone.  相似文献

2-Fluoro-4,5-dihydropyrrole-3,4-dicarboxylic acid derivatives were obtained by reaction of difluorocarbene with N-substituted ketone imines in the presence of fumaronitrile, maleonitrile, or dimethyl maleate. The reaction involves intermediate formation of azomethine ylides and their subsequent cycloaddition at the double bond. 11H-Dibenz[b,e]azepine and 3,4-dihydroisoquinolines react with difluorocarbene in the presence of fumaronitrile to give fluoro-substituted dibenzo[c,f]pyrrolo[1,2-a]azepine and pyrrolo[2,1-a]-isoquinoline derivatives. Treatment of 2-fluoro-4,5-dihydropyrrole-3,4-dicarbonitrile with amines and alkoxides affords the corresponding 2-amino- and 2-alkoxy derivatives, while its reactions with hydrazine hydrate and benzimidamide lead to formation of substituted pyrrolo[2,3-c]pyrazole and pyrrolo[2,3-d]-pyrimidine derivatives.  相似文献

By condensation of 2-aryl-substituted pyrimidin-5-ylpropanoic acids with 1,2-ethanediamine and 1,2-benzenediamine in polyphosphoric acid new derivatives of heterocyclic systems were synthesized: imidazo- and benzo[4',5']imidazo[1',2':1,6]pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidines. Unlike that the reaction of substituted 2-mercaptopyrimidin-5-ylpropanoic acid with 1,2-benzenediamine in polyphosphoric acid in the presence of equimolar amount of ZnCl2 proceeds by a tandem mechanism with the formation of 4-methyl-5,6-dihydrobenzo[4',5']imidazo[1',2':1,6]pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2-thiol and the corresponding disulfide.  相似文献

The reaction of chloroethynylphosphonates with N-substituted benzimidazole-2-thiones proceeded chemo- and regioselectively with the formation of cyclic zwitterions, namely alkyl (9H-benzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b]-thiazol-3-yl-4-ium)phosphonates. Chemo- and regioselective reaction of N-unsubstituted benzimidazole-2-thione with chloroethynylphosphonates led to the production of linear Z-1,2-bis(1H-benzimidazol-2-ylsulfanyl)-ethenylphosphonates.  相似文献

The Meerwein reaction of 1-methylquinolin-2(1H)-one with 4-acetylbenzenediazonium chloride gave 3-(4-acetylphenyl)-1-methylquinolin-2(1H)-one which was brominated to 3-[4-(2-bromoacetyl)phenyl]-1-methylquinolin-2(1H)-one. The latter reacted with pyridine, 4-methylpyridine, quinoline, benzo[f]quinoline, and triphenylphosphine to afford the corresponding quaternary salts, and its reactions with thioacetamide, thiourea, 2-aminopyridine, and 2-aminopyrimidine led to the corresponding thiazole, imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine, and imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine derivatives containing a 2-oxoquinoline fragment. 3-(4-{2-[2-(Arylmethylidene)-hydrazinyl]-1,3-thiazol-4-yl}phenyl)-1-methylquinolin-2(1H)-ones were obtained by condensation of 3-[4-(2-bromoacetyl)phenyl]-1-methylquinolin-2(1H)-one with thiosemicarbazide and aromatic aldehydes.  相似文献

6-Allylsulfanyl-1-arylpyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-ones react with iodine and sulfuric acid to give angular pyrazolothiazolopyrimidine derivatives. The reaction of 6-(prop-2-yn-1-ylsulfanyl)-1-(4-tolyl)-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-one with sulfuric acid gives angularly fused pyrazolo[4,3-e][1,3]thiazolo-[3,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one, whereas in the reaction with sodium methoxide linearly fused pyrazolo[3,4-d][1,3]-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one was formed. Linearly fused pyrazolo[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazole derivatives were also obtained by reaction of 1-aryl-6-(3-phenylprop-2-en-1-ylsulfanyl)pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-ones with sulfuric acid.  相似文献

Reaction of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone with 5-amino-4-chloroquinolines gave derivatives of a new fused heterocyclic system, substituted quinolino[4,5-bc][1,5]benzoxazepines. The molecular structure of 9,11-di-tert-butyl-2,4,6-trimethyl-7H-quinolino[4,5-bc][1,5]benzoxazepine was determined by X-ray analysis. 3,5-Di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone reacted with o-nitro-, o-acyl-, and o-methoxycarbonylanilines and some amino-substituted nitrogen-containing heterocycles to form the corresponding sterically hindered N-aryl-(hetaryl)-o-aminophenols. Di-tert-butyl-substituted phenoxazines were obtained as a result of thermal cyclization of intermediately formed quinone imines.  相似文献

Nitration of 2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one gave its 5-nitro derivative which was subjected to alkylation with dimethyl sulfate, diethyl sulfate, and benzyl(dimethyl)phenylammonium chloride. The resulting 1,3-dimethyl-, 1,3-diethyl-, and 1,3-dibenzyl-5-nitro-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones were reduced to the corresponding 1,3-dialkyl-5-amino-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones, and the latter reacted with itaconic acid to produce 1-(1,3-dialkyl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-yl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acids. 1-(2-Oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-yl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acid was obtained by analogous reaction with 5-amino-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]-pyridin-2-one.  相似文献

1,3-Dialkyl-5-amino-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones reacted with acetylacetone to give the corresponding 4-(1,3-dialkyl-2-oxo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-ylamino)pent-3-en-2-ones which underwent intramolecular cyclization to 1,3-dialkyl-5,7-dimethyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]-[1,8]naphthyridin-2-ones on heating in polyphosphoric acid or diphenyl ether. Analogous reaction of 1,3-dialkyl-5-amino-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones with ethyl acetoacetate led to the formation of ethyl 3-(1,3-dialkyl-2-oxo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-ylamino)but-2-enoates whose cyclization afforded 1,3-dialkyl-8-hydroxy-7-methyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[5,4-b][1,8]naphthyridin-2-ones.  相似文献

Two novel donor–acceptor (D–A) copolymers P1 and P2 with the thiazoloquinoxaline repeating acceptor moiety and different donor moieties of benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']dithiophene and isomeric benzo[2,1-b:3,4-b']dithiophene have been prepared. The polymers show light absorption at 300–1200 nm and a band gap width of 0.98 and 1.14 eV, respectively. The energies of the HOMO (–5.42 and–5.29 eV) and LUMO (–3.90 and–3.83 eV) levels of polymers P1 and P2 have been determined. The absorption maximum for polymer P1 in the long-wavelength region is red-shifted by 161 nm, which is caused by stronger charge transfer in P1 as compared with P2. This fact indicates that the benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']dithiophene structural moiety has a higher electron-donating ability than the benzo[2,1-b:3,4-b']dithiophene moiety. The red shift of the absorption spectrum of polymer P1 in comparison with that of P2 indicates that interchain π–π stacking interactions are more efficient in P1 than in P2.  相似文献

8,9,10,11-Tetrahydrobenzo[a]acridin-11-one reacted with aromatic aldehydes to give the corresponding 10-arylmethylidene-8,9,10,11-tetrahydrobenzo[a]acridin-11-ones. Nitration of 1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one and its N-methyl derivatives at 0–5°C and 60°C gives 5-nitro-and 5,6-dinitro-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones, respectively. The latter can also be obtained by nitration of 5-mononitro derivatives under similar conditions. The nitration of 6-chloro-and 6-bromo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones and their N-methyl-substituted analogs leads to the formation of the corresponding 6-chloro(bromo)-5-nitro compounds. The same products are formed in the nitration of 5,6-dichloro-and 5,6-dibromo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones. In this case, the process involves replacement of the halogen atom in position 5 of the pyridine fragment by nitro group. The nitration of 6-bromo-5-methyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one is accompanied by oxidation of the 5-methyl group to carboxy.  相似文献

Two new fused quinoxaline-containing monomers—2,3-bis(9-(2-decyltetradecyl)-9H-carbazol-3-yl)dithieno[3,2-f:2'3'-h]quinoxaline (М1) and 2,5-di(nonadecan-3-yl)bis[1,3]thiazolo[4,5-a:5',4'-c]bisthieno[3,2-h:2',3'-j]phenazine (М2)—have been synthesized in high yields of 88 and 83% as promising building blocks of D-A polymers for photovoltaic applications. The optical bandgaps, found from the absorption edge, are 2.79 and 2.88 eV, respectively. The HOMO/LUMO energies of М1 and М2 are–5.83/–2.96 and–5.83/–2.98 eV, respectively. Both monomers have low-lying HOMO levels, which is favorable for a high open-circuit voltage and a high stability in air in the development of PSCs. The E g ec values of monomers М1 and М2 are 2.87 and 2.85 eV and are consistent well with the optical bandgap (2.79 and 2.88 eV, respectively).  相似文献

Computer simulation at the PM7 level of theory of the structures of imidazo[4,5-c]pyridine derivatives (deaza analogs of purines) and their complexes with Aurora kinase A (AURKA) indicated prospects for their use as potential AURKA inhibitors in the treatment of oncological diseases. A number of new compounds of the selected imidazo[4,5-c]pyridine series, for which the highest inhibitory activity against AURKA was predicted, were synthesized in high yields for further biological testing.  相似文献

New derivatives of bis[1,3]thiazolo[4,5-f:5',4'-h]thieno[3,4-b]quinoxaline containing the fused thiadiazoloquinoxaline moiety have been prepared. Monomer M1 shows strong light absorption within 600–800 nm due to intramolecular charge transfer. The optical bandgap E g opt determined from the absorption edge in a film is 1.44 eV. The HOMO and LUMO levels are–5.44 and–3.12 eV, respectively. The new structural fragment has a rather low frontier molecular orbital energies and a small bandgap; therefore, it is a promising building block for the synthesis of polymers for organic electronics.  相似文献

Cross recyclization of 4-substituted 2,6-diamino-4H-thiopyran-3,5-dicarbonitriles with 4-(cyclohex-1-en-1-yl)morpholine, alkyl halides, and cyclohexanone gave the corresponding substituted 2-thioxo-1,2,5,6,7,8-hexahydroquinoline-3-carbonitriles, 2-alkylsulfanyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinoline-3-carbonitriles, 3-amino-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-b]quinoline-2-carboxamides, and 4-oxo-2,2-pentamethylene-1,2,3,4,7,8,9,10-octahydropyrimido[4′,5′:4,5]thieno[2,3-b]quinolines. The structure of 3-(4-bromophenyl)-2,2-pentamethylene-11-(2-thienyl)-1,2,3,4,7,8,9,10-octahydropyrimido[4′,5′:4,5]thieno[2,3-b]quinoline was proved by X-ray analysis.  相似文献
