For the first time decomposition was investigated of 4-alkoxy-5-amino-3-methylthiophene-2-carbonitriles under the conditions of electronic (70 eV) and chemical (reagent gas methane) ionization. At the electronic ionization the compounds under study [except for 4-(1-ethoxyethoxy) and 4-(ferrocenylmethoxy) derivatives] form stable molecular ions that decompose mainly by the cleavage of an alkyl radical from the alkoxy-substituent. Further fragmentation of the arising ion [M–Alk]+ depends on the substituent nature in the amino group. In the mass spectrum of 4-(ferrocenylmethoxy)-substituted thiophene peaks of the ion [FcCH2]+ and its fragmentation products prevail. In the mass spectra of chemical ionization predominant peaks belong to ions M, [M + H]+ and [M + C2H5]+, and fragment ions are absent.  相似文献

Previously unknown 5-(1-ethoxyethoxy)-2-methoxy-6-methylsulfanyl-2,3-dihydropyridine, 3-(1-ethoxyethoxy)-2-methylsulfanylpyridine, and 2-methylsulfanylpyridin-3-ol were synthesized from α-lithiated 1-(1-ethoxyethoxy)allene, methoxymethyl isothiocyanate, and methyl iodide, and their fragmentation under electron impact was studied. At ionizing electron energies of 12 and 60 eV in the temperature range from 50 to 250°C, the molecular ions derived from 5-(1-ethoxyethoxy)-2-methoxy-6-methylsulfanyl-2,3-dihydropyridine and 3-(1-ethoxyethoxy)-2-methylsulfanylpyridine decompose along two main pathways: rupture of the C-O bond in the acetal moiety to give oxonium ions with m/z 73 (in the two cases) and 168 (pyridine derivative) and unexpectedly facile McLafferty rearrangement with elimination of ethoxyethene molecule to produce fragment ions with m/z 173 and 141, respectively. The latter pathway was not observed previously for dihydropyridines and acetals, and it predominates in the fragmentation of 3-(1-ethoxyethoxy)-2-methylsulfanylpyridine. Expulsion of methanol molecule from the molecular ion of 5-(1-ethoxyethoxy)-2-methoxy-6- methylsulfanyl-2,3-dihydropyridine occurred only above 170°C.  相似文献

By mass spectrometry methods applying electron ionization (70 eV) and laser desorption/ionization (NALDI, MALDI) 1-(alkyl-, cycloalkyl-, vinyloxyethyl-, and aryl)substituted 2-(alkyl- and propargylsulfanyl)-3-(ferrocenylmethoxy)pyrroles were studied and characterized. At the electron ionization the peak of the molecular ion possesses very low intensity. The main fraction ions are the ferrocenylmethyl ion (the most abundant peak) and its decomposition ions. Under the NALDI conditions molecular ions and protonated molecules [M + H]+ are generated. The general fragmentation rules in the field-free region are determined. By an example of 1-phenyl derivative of pyrrole the MALDI procedure was also demonstrated to be suitable for investigation of 2-(alkylsulfanyl)-3-(ferrocenylmethoxy)pyrroles.  相似文献

The electron impact mass spectra of 1-R-substituted 3-alkoxy-2-(propargylsulfanyl)- and 3-alkoxy-2-(allenylsulfanyl)-1H-pyrroles (R = Me, i-Pr, s-Bu, Ph) have been studied for the first time. These compounds give rise to stable molecular ions whose primary fragmentation follows three competing pathways: cleavage of the C–O bonds with expulsion of alkyl radical, cleavage of the C–S bonds with formation of [M–C3H3]+ ions, and cleavage of the C–N bonds with synchronous hydrogen transfer to give odd-electron [M–CnH2n]+ · ion. The main fragmentation pathway of 2-(propargylsulfanyl) derivatives is cleavage of the C–S bond with formation of [M–C3H3]+ ion.  相似文献

Basic fragmentation reaction of dialkyl alkylphosphinates under the conditions of electron ionization proceeds in two steps. In the first step occurs cleavage of C-O bond and splitting the olefin radical off. The intermediate ion formed therewith exerts further fragmentation by the similar way. Peaks of the intermediate ions occurs in the spectra of all dialkyl alkylphosphonates except O-methyl derivatives. In the case of branching at α-carbon atoms of alkoxy radicals cleavage of the first carbon-carbon bond of the alkoxy radical unlike the case of alkyl fluorophosphonates, in the intermediate ion rather than in molecular ion and accompanied by the elimination of alkane. These found regularities allow to explain principal fragmentation pathways of a wide series of phosphoric acids esters of general formula (RO) n P(O)X n?3 (where X is R, Hal, or OMe) with both linear and branched in α-position alkoxy radicals.  相似文献

The experimental results for the concerted molecular decomposition of alkyl iodides RI to olefin and HI were analyzed in terms of the intersecting parabolas model (IPM). The activation energies (E) and rate constants (k) of the earlier unstudied reactions of the concerted molecular decomposition of RI were calculated on the basis of the enthalpy of the reaction and IPM algorithms. The factors that influence on E of RI decay were established: the enthalpy of the reaction, the energy of stabilization of radical R*, the length and force constant of the C—I bond, and the size of the halogen atom. The values of E and k for the backward reactions of HI addition to olefins were estimated.  相似文献

Negative ion mass spectra for a series of organophosphorus compounds were obtained and negative ion fragmentation processes were treated theoretically. Using O-isopropyl and O-pinacolyl methylphosphonofluoridates as examples, electron affinities of molecules and their fragments were estimated using the UB3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) quantum-chemical approach and energetically more favorable and characteristic routes of dissociative electron attachment, including simple bond cleavage and rearrangements, were determined. Based on the obtained experimental and theoretical data, hypothetic fragmentation patterns were proposed and a special algorithm was compiled to predict negative ion mass spectra for some groups of organophosphorus compounds, such as О-alkyl methylphosphonofluoridates, О,О-alkyl phosphonodichloridates, and О,О′-dialkyl phosphonochloridates. The simulated mass spectra showed a good agreement with the experimental ones, confirming reasonable reliability of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

LC–MS/MS method to determine hydrophobic N-alkyloxy substituted amidines: N-(2-ethylhexyloxy)pyridine-2-carboximidamide, N-(2-ethylhexyloxy)pyridine-3-carboximidamide, N-(2-ethylhexyloxy)pyridine-4-carboximidamide, N-decyloxy pyridine-2-carboximidamide, N-decyloxypyridine-3-carboximidamide and N-decyloxypyridine-4-carboximidamide was developed and validated in terms of linearity, precision and accuracy. The developed method was successfully applied to monitor and control the synthesis process. The experimental data points indicated that the straight chain alkyl bromide reacted most rapidly than branched alkyl bromide and the enhancement of the reaction efficiency strongly depended on reaction temperature.  相似文献

Thermooxidative decomposition of pyridine N-oxide, 4-(4-dimethylaminostyryl)pyridine N-oxide, 4-(4-methoxystyryl)pyridine N-oxide, quinoline N-oxide, 2-methylquinoline N-oxide, 4-chloroquinoline N-oxide, 2-styrylquinoline N-oxide, and 2-(4-dimethylaminostyryl)quinoline N-oxide was studied. The kinetic parameters of the thermooxidative processes were calculated according to three independent procedures. The relation between the nature of heterocyclic N-oxide and its stability to thermal oxidation was analyzed.  相似文献

The reaction between 4-methylpyridine, alkyl propiolates, and secondary phosphine oxides proceeded as N-vinylation-C-phosphorylation with stereo- and regioselective formation of (E)-N-ethenyl-C2- phosphoryl-1,2-dihydropyridines [when using bis(2-phenylethyl)phosphine oxide] or (E)-N-ethenyl-C4- phosphoryl-1,4-dihydropyridines (when using diphenylphosphine oxide). The process occurred at 60–62°C within 3 h to give functional dihydropyridines in 40–82% yield. Under similar conditions, bis(2-phenylethyl) phosphine sulfide and selenide reacted with alkyl propiolates preferably by nucleophilic PH-monoaddition at the triple bond.  相似文献

One-pot anti-Mannich reaction of vanillin, aniline and cyclohexanone was successfully catalyzed by ionic liquid triethanolammonium chloroacetate, at room temperature. Yield of the obtained Mannich base was very good and excellent diastereoselectivity was achieved. Mechanism of the reaction was investigated using the density functional theory. The reaction started with a nucleophilic attack of aniline nitrogen at the carbonyl group of vanillin. The intermediate α-amino alcohol formed in this way was further subjected to protonation by the triethanolammonium ion yielding the imminium ion. Theoretically, the obtained imminium ion and the enol form of cyclohexanone can build the protonated Mannich base via the anti and syn pathways. The chloroacetic anion spontaneously abstracts the proton yielding the final product of the reaction anti 2-[1-(N-phenylamino)-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)]methylcyclohexanone (MB-H). The syn pathway requires lower activation energy but the anti pathway yields a thermodynamically more stable product, which implies that the examined Mannich reaction is thermodynamically controlled.  相似文献

Reactions of furyl(diethoxyphosphoryl)acetic aldehyde containing ester or cyano group in the furan ring with ethoxycarbonylmethylenetriphenylphosphorane has been shown to afford alkyl E-4-(furyl)-4-(diethoxyphosphoryl)but-3(2)-enoates. When treated with potassium tert-butoxide the mixture of alkyl E-4-(3-ethoxycarbonylfur-2-yl)-4-(diethoxyphosphoryl)but-2-enoate and -but-3-enoate gives a potassium salt of CHacid. Its acidifying results in a mixture of starting compounds with a larger amount of -but-3-enoate. Under analogous conditions the mixture of alkyl E-4-(2-ethoxycarbonylfur-3-yl)-4-(diethoxyphosphoryl)but-2-enoate and -but-3-enoate undergoes cyclization to a phosphorylated derivative of alkyl 7-hydroxybenzofuran-6-carboxylate. The cyclization of the mixture of alkyl E-4-(4-ethoxycarbonylfur-3-yl)-4-(diethoxyphosphoryl)but-2-enoate and -but-3-enoate gives analogous derivative of isobenzofuran.  相似文献

Twenty two new complexes of some tervalent metals (aluminum, chromium, iron, and lanthanides) with nitrozohydroxylamine N-alkyl(benzyl) derivatives ML3m · nH2O, (m = 1?5) were synthesized and isolated in a crystalline state. The crystal and molecular structures of the iron(III) complex with N-(2-fluorobenzyl)-N-nitrozohydroxylamine were determined by X-ray diffraction. An octahedral coordination of the central ion and a bidentate chelating coordination of the organic ligand were established. The spectral criteria of coordination of nitrozohydroxylamine alkyl(benzyl) derivatives were determined, and the complexation processes in solutions were studied.  相似文献

The production and the composition of the compounds (mono-, sesquiterpenes and acetylenic thiophenes) obtained by the steam distillation of Tagetes patula L. have been investigated. The volatile oil was produced by steam distillation. GC was carried out on three types of stationary phase using flame ionization and mass selective detection. Percentage data were calculated by the area normalization method with very good repeatability (RSD below 5%). Oils from flower-heads were rich in β-caryophyllene (53.5%) and the leaves contained terpinolene in high concentration (21.1%). The main volatile component of the hairy roots and intact roots was 5-(3-buten-1-ynyl)-2,2'-bithienyl (BBT) yielding 28.5% and 44.0% in the oils. Three new minor constituents were identified as α-gurjunene, β-caryophyllene and (E)-β-farnesene. A flash chromatographic method was developed for the isolation of thiophenes from a solvent extract of intact roots. The collected fractions were screened by TLC and analyzed by GC-MS. Three thiophene fractions were obtained containing BBT, 5-(4-acetoxy-1-butynyl)-2,2'-bithienyl (BBTOAc) and 5-(4-hydroxy-1-butynyl)-2,2'-bithienyl (BBTOH).  相似文献

Ethyl 4-[(E)-1-chloro-3-oxoprop-1-en-1-yl]-3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylate reacted with substituted hydrazines in different solvents to give mixtures of regioisomeric 3- and 5-substituted pyrazoles. The influence of bis[4,6-di-tert-butyl-N-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-o-iminobenzosemiquinonato]cobalt(ii) and 4,6-di-tert-butyl-N-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)-o-iminobenzosemiquinonato]-[4,6-di-tert-butyl-N-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)-o-amidophenolate]manganese(iii) on polymerization of methyl methacrylate and acrylonitrile in the presence of azobisisobutyronitrile (as a traditional radical initiator) and alkyl halides (used for initiation of controlled atom transfer radical polymerization process) was studied. The effect of the nature of the activating agents (amines) and the temperature conditions on the overall polymerization rate of the indicated monomers, as well as molecular weight characteristics of the synthesized polymers, were analyzed. The optimal conditions for the synthesis of polyacrylonitrile and poly(methyl methacrylate) with a relatively narrow molecular weight distribution were selected.  相似文献

The reaction of chloroethynylphosphonates with N-substituted benzimidazole-2-thiones proceeded chemo- and regioselectively with the formation of cyclic zwitterions, namely alkyl (9H-benzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b]-thiazol-3-yl-4-ium)phosphonates. Chemo- and regioselective reaction of N-unsubstituted benzimidazole-2-thione with chloroethynylphosphonates led to the production of linear Z-1,2-bis(1H-benzimidazol-2-ylsulfanyl)-ethenylphosphonates.  相似文献

The Cu3p and Cu2p resonance photoelectron spectra of the valence bands and core levels as well as Ti and CuL 2,3 absorption spectra for monocrystals 1T-Cu x TiSe2 were studied. The valence spectra obtained at Cu3p and Cu2p resonance drastically differ from each other. For Cu 3p-3d resonance, there are several bands corresponding to different channels of excited state decay. Spectra of the valence bands at Cu 2p-3d resonance are virtually identical to the spectra of pure TiSe2. As follows from the absorption spectra, titanium atoms have the oxidation state 4+, whereas copper atoms are close to the free ion state.  相似文献
