Alkylation products were obtained from ethyl 2-(hydroxyimino)-7-methyl-3-oxo-5-aryl-2,3- dihydro-5H-[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-6-carboxylates at the treatment with alkyl halides, dimethyl sulfate, and diazomethane. Diazomethane alkylated the initial substrate at the oxygen atom of the carbonyl group of the thiazolidine fragment, the other reagents, at the oxygen atom of the hydroxyimino group. 相似文献

4-Hydroxy-6H-1,3-oxazin-6-ones with a coumarin fragment in position 2 of the oxazine ring were synthesized. Their hydrolysis, alcoholysis, and hydrazinolysis afforded a number of new coumarin derivatives containing malonamic acid and 1,2,4-triazole residues. The low stability of the title compounds toward oxygencentered nucleophiles was interpreted by quantum chemical calculations. 相似文献

4-Hydroxy-6H-1,3-oxazin-6-ones containing a 3-vinylchromone fragment in the 2-position were synthesized. The direction of their reactions with hydrazine hydrate was found to depend on the solvent nature. The reaction in protic solvents (methanol, acetic acid) resulted in recyclization of both oxazine ring to 1,2,4-triazole and pyranone ring to pyrazole. Aprotic acetonitrile favored attack of hydrazine exclusively on the oxazine ring, while the 3-vinylchromone fragment remained intact. 相似文献

The electronic structures of complexes of cobalt(II) halides with 2-(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-4(3H)-pyrimidinone have been studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The Co2p 3/2 lines of cobalt atoms, N1s lines of nitrogen atoms, and O1s lines of oxygen atoms in the X-ray photoelectron spectra have been analyzed. Based on these data for the free and coordinated ligands, the atoms of the ligand coordinated to the central metal atom are determined. The coordinated organic compound serves as an electron-donating ligand. The results obtained are consistent with IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic data. 相似文献

Summary. 3-Carboxamides and 3-carboxanilides of 6-alkyl and 6-aryldihydropyridin-2(1H)-ones have been prepared via different reaction pathways. All synthesized amides show hydrogen bonds in their NMR spectra. The 4-hydroxy compounds were obtained as a mixture of tautomers. The reactions of 5-arylfuran-2(3H)- ones with thioacetamide afforded 4-aryl-N-{1-[5-aryl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydrofuran-3-ylidene]ethyl}-4-oxobutanamides. A number of furan-2-ylmethylidene-substituted lactones were synthesized by condensation of 5-alkylfuran-2(3H)-ones and 4-alkyldihydrofuran-2(3H)-ones with 5-substituted furan-2-carbaldehydes. The reactivity of furan-2(3H)-ones was higher than that of furan-2(5H)-ones due to formation of intermediate conjugated anion. The condensation of 4-alkyldihydrofuran-2(3H)-ones with furan-2-carbaldehydes required more severe conditions than the condensation with furan-2(3H)-ones. The substituent in the furan ring affects the reaction time and yield. 相似文献
