Sodium azide has rarely been studied in gas phase or in the form of cluster ions and as a model of solid energetic substances and inorganic azide salt was ionized by electrospray ionization (ESI) and studied by high resolution Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance (FT-ICR) mass spectrometry (MS) systematically. This paper highlights the effects of experimental conditions on the formation of salt cluster and the collision activation dissociation pathways of cluster ions to develop a microscopic understanding of inorganic azide salt clusters.  相似文献

The roles of the matrix and salt concentration on the formation of cluster ions during fast atom bombardment of tetraalkylammonium halide salts have been studied. The occurrence of anomalous ion intensity regions at certain cluster numbers (n) is found to depend strongly on the salt concentration in the matrix. In addition the time-dependent nature of the spectra is examined and cluster ion formation is explained by postulating that equilibrium processes occur during bombardment of the salt solution.  相似文献

A new intercluster salt crystal [epsilon-Al13O4(OH)24(H2O)12]2[V2W4O19]3(OH)2).27H2O (1) was synthesized from the reaction of octahedral Lindqvist-type polyoxometalate [V2W4O19](4-) and truncated tetrahedral Keggin-type [epsilon-Al13O4(OH)24-H2O)(12)](7+) cluster ions. The crystal structure shows that the oppositely charged cluster ions are arranged alternately and have their contacting faces parallel to each other for maximal interactions, both electrostatic and hydrogen bonding. The face-to-face interaction mode of the clusters allows analysis of the crystal structure in an analogy to the bond directionality of conventional inorganic crystals. Therefore, the packing of clusters in 1 is that of As2O3 (Claudetite-II). With the bond directionality, the crystal has large one-dimensional channels with a cross-sectional area of 14.17 x 13.88 A(2) that are filled by lattice water and charge-balancing OH-.  相似文献

Summary Chromatographic behavior of 51 inorganic ions has been systematically studied on layers of sulfoethyl (SE) cellulose, a strongly acidic exchanger, in hydrochloric acid and in acid-ammonium thiocyanate media. The sorption of most of the ions on he SE-cellulose decreases with increasing concentration of the acid and the thiocyanate. The characteristic retention of some metal ions of SE-cellulose layer can be recognized over a low concentration of the acid or the salt. Feasibilities for separations of analytical interest are also presented in both systems.  相似文献

The mass spectrometry of a group of inorganic oxidizers was studied using the electrospray ionization technique. It was found that a series of cluster ions were predominant in both positive- and negative-ion mode, allowing for the characterization of the investigated oxidizers. The identity of the recorded cluster ions was further confirmed by using some isotopically labeled compounds and tandem mass spectrometry with collision-induced dissociation. The use of electrospray ionization mass spectrometry for positive identification of major oxidizer components in explosive formulations was demonstrated by three samples of forensic interest.  相似文献

绘制和分析了十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB) 月桂酸钠(SL)组成的表面活性剂混合体系相图,系统研究了温度和无机盐等因素对该体系表面活性剂双水相 (ASTP) 影响的规律性.结果表明:与富含负离子表面活性剂双水相 (ASTP A) 相比较,富含正离子表面活性剂双水相(ASTP C)区域更大、更稳定;温度升高,无机盐(NaBr)的浓度增大,都引起 ASTP 体系上相体积的减小和下相体积的增加;囊泡普遍存在于ASTP的上下相之中.  相似文献

The chromatographic behavior of 30 inorganic cations has been studied on thin layers of titanium phosphate ion-exchanger using several aqueous,organic and mixed mobile phases.The separation of one ion from several other ions and also ternary and binary separations have been developed.Some important analytical separations are reported.The effect of pH of the mobile phase on retention factor(Rf)values of the cations in the presence of complex-forming anion along with the separation power of the ion-exchanger were studied.This ion-exchanger exhibits high sorption capacity and varying selectivity towards metal ions and makes it a suitable stationary phase in thin layer chromatography.  相似文献

Salt cluster ions formed from 0.05 M solutions of CaCl(2), CuCl(2) and Na(A)B (where A = 1 or 2 and B = CO(3)(2-), HCO(3)(-), H(2)PO(4)(-) and HPO(4)(2-)) were studied by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry. The effects on salt cluster ions of droplet pH and of redox reactions induced by electrospray provide information on the electrospray process. CaCl(2) solution yielded salt cluster ions of the form (CaCl(2))(n)(CaCl)(x)(x+) and (CaCl(2))(n)(Cl)(y)(y-), where x, y = 1-3, in positive- and negative-ion modes, respectively. Upon collision induced dissociation (CID), singly charged CaCl(2) cluster ions fragmented, doubly charged cluster ions generated either singly or both singly and doubly charged fragment ions, depending on the cluster mass, and triply charged clusters fragmented predominantly by the loss of charged species. CuCl(2) solution yielded nine series of cluster ions of the form (CuCl(2))(n)(CuCl)(m) plus Cu(+), CuCl(+), or Cl(-). CuCl, the reductive product of CuCl(2), was observed as a neutral component of positively and negatively charged cluster ions. Free electrons were formed in a visible discharge that bridged the gap between the electrospray capillary and the sampling cone brought about the reduction of Cu(2+) to Cu(+). Upon CID, these cluster ions fragmented to lose CuCl(2), CuCl, Cl, and Cl(2). Na(2)CO(3) and NaHCO(3) solutions yielded cluster ions of the form (Na(2)CO(3))(n) plus Na(+) or NaCO(3)(-). Small numbers of NaHCO(3) molecules were found in some cluster ions obtained with the NaHCO(3) solution. For both Na(2)HPO(4) and NaH(2)PO(4) solutions, ions of the form (Na(2)HPO(4))(h), (NaH(2)PO(4))(i), (Na(3)PO(4))(j), (NaPO(3))(k) plus Na(+), PO(3)(-) or H(2)PO(4)(-) were observed. In addition, ions having one or two phosphoric acid (H(3)PO(4)) molecules were observed from the NaH(2)PO(4) solution while ions containing one sodium hydroxide (NaOH) molecule were observed from the Na(2)HPO(4) solution. The cluster ions observed from these four salts of polyatomic acid groups indicate that changes in pH occur in both directions during the electrospray process principally by solvent evaporation; the pH value of the acidic solution became lower and that of the basic solution higher.  相似文献

The speciation of inorganic Sb(III) and Sb(V) ions in aqueous solution was studied. The adsorption behavior of Sb(III) and Sb(V) ions were investigated as iodo and ammonium pyrollidine dithiocarbamate (APDC) complexes on a column filled with Amberlite XAD-8 resin. Sb(III) and Sb(V) ions were recovered quantitatively and simultaneously from a solution containing 0.8 M NaI and 0.2 M H2SO4 by the XAD-8 column. Sb(III) ions were also adsorbed quantitatively as an APDC complex, but the recovery of the Sb(V)-APDC complex was found to be <10% at pH 5. According to these data, the concentrations of total antimony as Sb(III)+Sb(V) ions and Sb(III) ion were determined with XAD-8/NaI+H2SO4 and XAD-8/APDC systems, respectively. The Sb(V) ion concentration was calculated by subtracting the Sb(III) concentration found with XAD-8/APDC system from the total antimony concentration found with XAD-8/NaI+H2SO4 system. The developed method was applied to determine Sb(III) and Sb(V) ions in samples of artificial seawater and wastewater.  相似文献

Salt cluster ions of alkali metal chlorides ACl (A = Li(+), Na(+), K(+), Rb(+) and Cs(+)) and sodium salts NaB (B = I(-), HCOO(-), CH(3)COO(-), NO(2)(-), and NO(3)(-)), formed by electrospray ionization, were studied systematically by mass spectrometry. The influences on the total positive ion and negative ion currents of variation of solvent, solution concentration, desolvation temperature, solution flow-rate, capillary voltage and cone voltage were investigated. Only cone voltage was found to influence dramatically the distribution of salt cluster ions in the mass spectra observed. Under conditions of normal cone voltage of approximately 70 V, cluster ions having magic numbers of molecules are detected with high relative signal intensity. Under conditions of low cone voltage of approximately 10 V, the distribution of cluster ions detected is characterized by a relatively low average mass/charge ratio due to the presence of multiply charged cluster ions; in addition, there is a marked reduction in cluster ions having a magic number of molecules. Product ion mass spectra obtained by tandem mass spectrometry of cluster ions are characterized by a base peak having a magic number of molecules that is less than and closest to the number of molecules in the precursor ion. Structures have been proposed for some dications and some quadruply charged ions. At pH 3 and 11, the mass spectra of NaCl clusters show the presence of mixed clusters of NaCl with HCl and NaOH, respectively. The effects of ionic radius on 20 distributions of cluster ions for 10 salts were investigated; however, the fine structure of these effects is not readily discerned.  相似文献

建立了基于微波辅助-顶空液相微萃取在线联用、高效液相色谱法测定水样中邻硝基苯酚的分析方法。采用L16(45)正交实验设计对影响萃取的各种因素,如萃取有机溶剂、微波辐射功率、萃取时间、离子强度、样品液体积,进行了优化。优化后萃取条件为,以乙酸丁酯作为萃取溶剂,功率和时间分别为100W和12min条件下,离子强度为0的样品溶液体积为20mL。在优化萃取条件下,邻硝基苯酚的检出限LOD(S/N=3)为0.94μg/L,萃取富集倍数为30,实际水样的加标回收率为85.2%。理论分析和实验结果表明,微波辅助-顶空液相微萃取在线联用方法具有简便、快速、高效、节省溶剂、选择性好、应用范围广的特点。  相似文献

The high-pressure behavior of nitrogen in NaN(3) was studied to 160 GPa at 120-3300 K using Raman spectroscopy, electrical conductivity, laser heating, and shear deformation methods. Nitrogen in sodium azide is in a molecularlike form; azide ions N(3-) are straight chains of three atoms linked with covalent bonds and weakly interact with each other. By application of high pressures we strongly increased interaction between ions. We found that at pressures above 19 GPa a new phase appeared, indicating a strong coupling between the azide ions. Another transformation occurs at about 50 GPa, accompanied by the appearance of new Raman peaks and a darkening of the sample. With increasing pressure, the sample becomes completely opaque above 120 GPa, and the azide molecular vibron disappears, evidencing completion of the transformation to a nonmolecular nitrogen state with amorphouslike structure which crystallizes after laser heating up to 3300 K. Laser heating and the application of shear stress accelerates the transformation and causes the transformations to occur at lower pressures. These changes can be interpreted in terms of a transformation of the azide ions to larger nitrogen clusters and then polymeric nitrogen net. The polymeric forms can be preserved on decompression in the diamond anvil cell but transform back to the starting azide and other new phases under ambient conditions.  相似文献

Two novel coordination polymers have been hydrothermally synthesized by reactions of Cu(II), Mn(II) salt with 2-carboxyethyl(phenyl)phosphinic acid (H2L), namely, [Cu(L)(H2O)]n (1) and [Mn(HL)2]n (2). Both compounds were well characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopic, power X-ray diffraction and magnetic studies. Compound 1 crystallizes in a noncentrosymmetric monoclinic Cc space group and presents an inorganic two-dimensional (2D) network, whereas compound 2 adopts a noncentrosymmetric Pca21 space group and exhibits a 2D layer structure. Magnetic studies reveal a dominant ferromagnetic interaction in 1, and weak antiferromagnetic coupling between the Mn(II) ions in 2 mediated by phosphinico group, respectively.  相似文献

Laccase has been immobilized on the carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode surface by adsorption. As‐prepared laccase retains good electrocatalytic activity to oxygen reduction by using 2,2′‐azino‐bis‐(3‐ethylbenzthiazoline‐6‐sulfonic acid) as the mediator. It can be used as a biosensor for the determination of catechol with broad linear range. Especially, azide, one of inhibitors of laccase, shows sensitive inhibition to catalytic activity of the laccase modified electrode. In addition, the inhibition by fluoride ions has also been studied. These demonstrate that the as‐prepared electrode can be used to detect halide and some the toxic pollutants, e.g., catechol and azide based on catalytic or inhibition reaction of laccase. The simple preparation procedure makes the system can be developed as non‐inhibition or inhibition biosensor.  相似文献

综述了离子色谱法(IC)分析金属离子的研究进展,对目前应用于分析金属离子的阳离子交换IC、阴离子交换IC和螯合离子色谱进行了评述。阳离子交换IC是IC分析金属离子的主要形式,固定相为强酸(磺酸)型阳离子交换剂和弱酸(羧酸)型阳离子交换剂,结合适当的检测方法,阳离子交换IC可以测定碱金属、碱土金属、过渡金属、稀土离子、铵离子及低相对分子质量的有机胺类分子等。阴离子交换IC可以分析碱土金属、过渡金属、稀土离子等,对金属离子的分析具有更好的选择性,并可以实现金属离子和无机阴离子的同时测定。螯合离子色谱可以对复杂基体中的痕量金属离子进行测定。引用文献125篇。  相似文献

Argon gas cluster ion beam sources are likely to become much more widely available on XPS and SIMS instruments in the next few years. Much attention has been devoted to their ability to depth profile organic materials with minimum damage. What has not been the focus of attention (possibly because it has been very difficult to measure) is the large ratio of sputter yield for organic materials compared with inorganic materials using these sources and the special opportunities this presents for studies of organic/inorganic interfaces. Traditional depth profiling by monatomic argon ions introduces significant damage into the organic overlayer, and because sputter rates in both organic and inorganic are similar for monatomic ions the interface is often ‘blurred’ due to knock‐on and other damage mechanisms. We have used a quartz crystal technique to measure the total sputter yield for argon cluster ions in a number of materials important in medical implants, biomaterials and diagnostic devices, including polymethyl methacrylate, collagen, hydroxyapatite, borosilicate glass, soda lime glass, silicon dioxide and the native oxides on titanium and stainless steel. These data fit a simple semi‐empirical equation very well, so that the total sputter yield can now be estimated for any of them for the entire range of cluster ion energy typical in XPS or SIMS. On the basis of our total sputter yield measurements, we discuss three useful ‘figures‐of‐merit’ for choosing the optimum cluster ion energy to use in depth profiling organic/inorganic samples. For highest selectivity in removing the organic but not the inorganic material the energy‐per‐atom in the cluster should be below 6 eV. A practical balance between selectivity and reasonably rapid depth profiling is achieved by choosing a cluster ion energy having between around 3 and 9 eV energy‐per‐atom. Rate constants for ligand substitution by bromide, thiocyanate and azide ions at iron(III) ion in dimethyl sulfoxide as solvent, determined by stopped-flow spectrophotometry, are similar and are consistent with a dissociative mechanism. In addition, azide ion gives a second much slower, reaction, attributed to formation of a binuclear complex. Results of similar measurements with thiocyanate ion in acetonitrile were more complicated, attributed to a marked influence of residual water on the reactivity of iron (III) ion.  相似文献

A series of metal complexes were achieved from the metal-assisted solvolysis reaction of di-pyridylketone azine (dpka). The tetranuclear nickel cluster , [Ni(2)[dpk(O)(OH)][dpk(O)(OCH(3))](N(3))(2)](2), is centrosymmetric with a central core described as an edge-shared triangle core. Neighboring Ni(II) ions are alternately bridged by (micro(2)-N(3), micro(3)-O) and (micro(2)-O, micro(3)-O) double bridges. Complex , [Cu(4)[dpk(O)(OCH(3))](4)(N(3))(2)](CuCl(2))(2) contains a tetranuclear cluster and two identical [CuCl(2)]M(-) anions. The tetranuclear structure has two crystallographically imposed twofold axes, in which the four copper ions are arranged to be rhombic shape. The neighboring copper(ii) ions along the lateral are bridged by single micro(2)-O from the ligand dpk(O)(OCH(3)) and the short diagonal copper ions are bridged by two symmetric end-on azides. In dinuclear Cu(ii) complex [Cu(2)[dpka(OCH(2)CH(3))]Cl(2)](ClO(4)) (3), the metal centers are coordinated in a planar configuration and bridged by a -N-N- bridge. It is also observed that the Cl atom coordinated to one Cu(II) center is also weakly coordinated to another inversion related Cu(II) to generate a centrosymmetric dimer. The metal centers in one-dimensional polymeric Cu(ii) complex [Cu(2)[dpka(OCH(3))](N(3))(2)(ClO(4))](n) (4), however, are bridged by a -N-N- bridge and an end-to-end azide bridge, alternately. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that shows ferromagnetic interaction within the tetranuclear cluster, and that displays moderately strong antiferromagnetic interaction (J = -56.7 cm(-1)) for the bis(micro-N(3)) bridge. For compound , it shows strong antiferromagnetic coupling (J = -286 cm(-1)) between the intradinuclear Cu(II) ions mediated by the single N-N bridge and negligible magnetic interactions between the adjacent dinuclear Cu(II) ions mediated by the single end-to-end azide bridge. The mechanism of the metal-assisted solvolysis reaction was also discussed.  相似文献

以离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑对甲苯磺酸盐([EMIm]TS)为背景电解质,采用双端进样方式,实现了毛细管电泳-间接紫外检测法同时分析测定葡萄酒中无机阳离子(K+、Ca2+、Na+、Mg2+和Li+)和阴离子(Cl-、SO■和ClO-3)。[EMIm]TS作为电泳缓冲溶液的同时,其阳离子和阴离子分别作为样品中阳离子和阴离子组分的间接紫外检测的背景电解质。在最佳分析条件下,可在6.5 min内完成8种无机离子的同时分离检测,其线性范围为0.005~0.7 g/L,相关系数为0.963~0.995,检出限(S/N=3)为1.2~12.5 mg/L。该方法成功测定了3种不同品牌的市售葡萄酒中8种无机离子。在3个加标水平下,8种无机离子的回收率为90.1%~110.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤4.8%。结果表明,该方法可应用于葡萄酒中无机阴、阳离子的同时分离检测,且方法简单、快速且结果可靠。  相似文献
