全倒易空间X-射线散射理论分析(FRS—XRSA)是研究与表征择优取向高聚物结晶度与取向分布的一种新方案,它可以解决粉沫法测定结晶度时取向试样难以消取向的困难,测定拉伸和回复过程中正在形变的取向试样的结晶度.在以前的工作中,对双轴取向的薄膜,仅进行了幅度β=0°(MD)与90°(TD)两个轴向,△α=10°的XRS测定,这样推得的结晶度事实上是MT双轴XRS的结晶度,即MT-XRS结晶度X,这种处理包含着XRS沿MT方向作均匀分布的近似.本文为了澄清这一问题,作了下述三点改进:第一,利用FRS中XRS的强度分布,内插计算αi;,βi=0°~90°,△βi=10°的XRS,由此求得较符合理论要求的FRS-XRS结晶度X;第二,进行了FRS-XRS的极角因子cosαi;校正;第三,合理地处理了当极角αi=90°时出现奇点的困难.结果较合理.同时亦获得了晶粒度在FRS中的分布情况. 相似文献

采用热分析、光学显微镜、拉伸测试与广角X-射线衍射等方法研究了双轴拉伸聚丙烯薄膜用均聚聚丙烯(h-BOPP)与含有少量乙烯单体的共聚聚丙烯(c-BOPP)材料的熔融、结晶特性和拉伸性能.研究发现,与均聚样品相比,共聚样品的等规度低,结晶速率慢,在相同的结晶温度条件下,其半结晶时间较长.退火处理后,结晶完善程度增加,均聚和共聚样品的断裂伸长率均比其未退火处理的低.但共聚样品的结晶速率慢,经过退火处理后其结晶完善性稍低于均聚样品,所以其断裂伸长率略大于均聚样品.经过拉伸形变后,样品的结晶结构被部分破坏,取向的非晶的分子链在后续的升温过程中很容易重构为更加完善的结晶结构,由于分子链结构的差异,均聚样品的结晶重构能力更强.阐释了由于链结构的不同导致的BOPP拉伸性能和结晶性能差异的机理. 相似文献

用射频(RF)磁控溅射制备了立方氮化硼(c-BN)薄膜。FTIR光谱和电子衍射实验表明:该薄膜是纯的,其结晶度很高。FTIR光谱研究指出,基板负偏压是c-BN相形成的重要因素,但也由此产生了c-BN薄膜的应力,且负偏压越高,产生的应力越大。比较透射谱和反射谱的结果,c-BN薄膜表面层的应力小于内部的。按照c-BN形成的压力模型,表面应力小到一定程度可能影响c-BN的继续生长。一个特制的分层结构BN薄膜保留了由于应力造成的c-BN的裂纹,这个裂纹分布在一些同心圆上,中心是缺陷或杂质,同心圆之间有明显的分界线,把c-BN表层分割成许多应力区。 相似文献

C. Phycocyanin (PC) and allophycocyanin (APC). as well as the α-subunit of PC. have been isolated from the blue-green alga (cyanobacterium). Spirulina platensis . The effects of partial thermal denaturation of PC and of its state of aggregation have been studied by ps time-resolved, polarized fluorescence spectroscopy. All measurements have been performed under low photon fluxes(1013 photons/pulse cm2 ) to minimize singlet-singlet annihilation processes. A complex decay is obtained under most conditions, which can be fitted satisfactorily with a bi-exponential (T1 =70–400 ps, T2 -1000–3000 ps) for both the isotropic and the polarized part, but with different intensities and time constants for the two decay curves. The data are interpreted in the framework of the model first developed by Teale and Dale [ Biochem. J. 116, 161 (1970)], which divides the spectroscopically different chromophores in (predominantly) sensitizing ( s ) and fluorescing ( f ), ones. If one assumes temperature dependent losses in the energy transfer from the s to the f and between f chromophores. both the biexponential nature of the isotropic fluorescence decay and the polarization data can be rationalized. In the isotropic emission (corresponding to the population of excited states) the short lifetime is related to the sf transfer. the longer one to the "free" decay of the final acceptor( s ) (= f ). The polarized part is dominated by an extremely short decay time. which is related to sf transfer, as well as to resonance transfer between the f -chromophores. 相似文献

利用循环伏安法合成了1,5-萘二胺(1,5DAN)聚合物膜.从反应的介质、膜的厚度以及掺杂酸的种类等方面,讨论了制备电活性聚1,5-萘二胺(P1,5DAN)膜的影响,结果发现,在酸性水溶液中,初始的电活性比较高,但是,随着循环的继续,聚合物膜的电量损耗比较大,而在乙腈溶液中电量损耗较小;同时还发现,P1,5DAN电活性膜的厚度并不随总电量的增加而增厚;活性聚合物膜是受扩散控制,扩散系数(D)与酸根离子有关.最后,结合电化学,讨论了不同掺杂状态下的紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis),并用FT-IR对所合成的聚合物作了结构表征. 相似文献

Monomeric chlorophyll a (Chl a ) was obtained from the isolated core antenna complex CP47 of photo-system II after incubation with the detergent triton X-100 and was studied by low-temperature polarized light spectroscopy with the aim to obtain model spectra for Chi a in intact photosynthetic complexes. Evidence is presented by circular dichroism and anisotropy measurements that the isolated chlorophyll is monomeric. The absorption bandwidths are relatively large compared to those found in photosynthetic complexes due to inhomogeneous broadening introduced by the detergent. By selective laser excitation at low temperature, considerable narrowing can be achieved. A number of vibrational bands are resolved in the site-selected, polarized absorption and fluorescence emission spectra. The emission spectrum of Chi a in detergent-damaged CP47 is compared with that of Chi a in the intact light-harvesting complex of photosystem II (LHC-II) from green plants. The spectra are remarkably similar indicating that the low-temperature thermal emitter in LHC-II has spectral properties that are very similar to those of monomeric Chl a . 相似文献

利用静电纺丝技术,以聚丙烯腈(PAN)和苯胺(ANI)为前驱物,用过硫酸胺(APS)溶液在低温下缓慢氧化聚合,制备了PAN/PANI复合纳米纤维,直径约500 nm.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和激光拉曼(RAMAN)光谱仪等测试手段对材料的形貌和结构进行了表征.探讨了材料制备过程中影响纤维形貌、尺寸、均匀度的因素和PANI含量对复合纤维导电性能的影响,结果表明,PAN浓度、ANI的加入量和电压是影响纤维特性的主要因素;PANI在PAN基体中呈纳米尺寸分布,复合纳米纤维具有良好的导电性能,导电率可达10-2S/cm. 相似文献

用热释电极化温度扫描法在温度间隔为5℃的条件下研究了经过双向拉伸具有不同平面取向度的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯PET驻极体试样,分离出对解俘获电流峰贡献的各分立陷阶电流峰.随平面取向度和脂肪链反式构象含量的提高,各分立陷阶深度增加.结构缺陷种类的增多使分立陷阱数由二个增至六个,并导致分立陷阱深度分布加宽. 相似文献

用固体高分辨核磁共振碳谱方法对不同拉伸比的聚醚酯嵌段共聚物的聚集态结构和分子运动进行了研究,发现共聚物中的聚四氢呋喃(PTMO)链段在拉伸比为2 0时开始就出现结晶,且结晶度和晶片厚度都随着拉伸比增加而明显增加,而样品中未结晶部分的高频分子运动随拉伸比的变化则不明显,拉伸导致的PTMO结晶主要发生在“纯”的PTMO非晶区.通过1 H自旋扩散实验,估算出在拉伸比为4 . 0倍时,PTMO非晶区与结晶区的界面层厚度为1 .1nm ,PTMO非晶区与硬段的结晶区的界面厚度约为3 .1nm . 相似文献
