Motivated by τ-tilting theory developed by T. Adachi, O. Iyama, I. Reiten, for a finite-dimensional algebra Λ with action by a finite group G; we introduce the notion of G-stable support τ-tilting modules. Then we establish bijections among G-stable support τ-tilting modules over Λ; G-stable two-term silting complexes in the homotopy category of bounded complexes of finitely generated projective Λ-modules, and G-stable functorially finite torsion classes in the category of finitely generated left Λ-modules. In the case when Λ is the endomorphism of a G-stable cluster-tilting object T over a Hom-finite 2-Calabi-Yau triangulated category C with a G-action, these are also in bijection with G-stable cluster-tilting objects in C. Moreover, we investigate the relationship between stable support τ-tilitng modules over Λ and the skew group algebra ΛG  相似文献

Generalizing an idea used by Bouc, Thévenaz, Webb and others, we introduce the notion of an admissible R-linear category for a commutative unital ring R. Given an R-linear category \(\mathcal {L}\), we define an \(\mathcal {L}\)-functor to be a functor from \(\mathcal {L}\) to the category of R-modules. In the case where \(\mathcal {L}\) is admissible, we establish a bijective correspondence between the isomorphism classes of simple functors and the equivalence classes of pairs (G, V) where G is an object and V is a module of a certain quotient of the endomorphism algebra of G. Here, two pairs (F, U) and (G, V) are equivalent provided there exists an isomorphism FG effecting transport to U from V. We apply this to the category of finite abelian p-groups and to a class of subcategories of the biset category.  相似文献

Let k be the algebraic closure of a finite field F_q and A be a finite dimensional k-algebra with a Frobenius morphism F.In the present paper we establish a relation between the stable module category of the repetitive algebra  of A and that of the repetitive algebra of the fixed-point algebra A~F.As an application,it is shown that the derived category of A~F is equivalent to the subcategory of F-stable objects in the derived category of A when A has a finite global dimension.  相似文献

We study the decomposition of tensor products between a Steinberg module and a costandard module, both as a module for the algebraic group G and when restricted to either a Frobenius kernel G r or a finite Chevalley group \(G(\mathbb {F}_q)\). In all three cases, we give formulas reducing this to standard character data for G. Along the way, we use a bilinear form on the characters of finite dimensional G-modules to give formulas for the dimension of homomorphism spaces between certain G-modules when restricted to either G r or \(G(\mathbb {F}_q)\). Further, this form allows us to give a new proof of the reciprocity between tilting modules and simple modules for G which has slightly weaker assumptions than earlier such proofs. Finally, we prove that in a suitable formulation, this reciprocity is equivalent to Donkin’s tilting conjecture.  相似文献

Let M be a compact connected Kähler manifold and G a connected linear algebraic group defined over \({\mathbb{C}}\) . A Higgs field on a holomorphic principal G-bundle ε G over M is a holomorphic section θ of \(\text{ad}(\epsilon_{G})\otimes {\Omega}^{1}_{M}\) such that θθ = 0. Let L(G) be the Levi quotient of G and (ε G (L(G)), θ l ) the Higgs L(G)-bundle associated with (ε G , θ). The Higgs bundle (ε G , θ) will be called semistable (respectively, stable) if (ε G (L(G)), θ l ) is semistable (respectively, stable). A semistable Higgs G-bundle (ε G , θ) will be called pseudostable if the adjoint vector bundle ad(ε G (L(G))) admits a filtration by subbundles, compatible with θ, such that the associated graded object is a polystable Higgs vector bundle. We construct an equivalence of categories between the category of flat G-bundles over M and the category of pseudostable Higgs G-bundles over M with vanishing characteristic classes of degree one and degree two. This equivalence is actually constructed in the more general equivariant set-up where a finite group acts on the Kähler manifold. As an application, we give various equivalent conditions for a holomorphic G-bundle over a complex torus to admit a flat holomorphic connection.  相似文献

For a finite group G denote by N(G) the set of conjugacy class sizes of G. In 1980s, J.G.Thompson posed the following conjecture: If L is a finite nonabelian simple group, G is a finite group with trivial center and N(G) = N(L), then G ? L. We prove this conjecture for an infinite class of simple groups. Let p be an odd prime. We show that every finite group G with the property Z(G) = 1 and N(G) = N(A i ) is necessarily isomorphic to A i , where i ∈ {2p, 2p + 1}.  相似文献

Let R be a commutative ring, M an R-module and G a group of R-automorphisms of M, usually with some sort of rank restriction on G. We study the transfer of hypotheses between M/C M (G) and [M,G] such as Noetherian or having finite composition length. In this we extend recent work of Dixon, Kurdachenko and Otal and of Kurdachenko, Subbotin and Chupordia. For example, suppose [M,G] is R-Noetherian. If G has finite rank, then M/C M (G) also is R-Noetherian. Further, if [M,G] is R-Noetherian and if only certain abelian sections of G have finite rank, then G has finite rank and is soluble-by-finite. If M/C M (G) is R-Noetherian and G has finite rank, then [M,G] need not be R-Noetherian.  相似文献

Let G be a finite group, and let V be a completely reducible faithful Gmodule. It has been known for a long time that if G is abelian, then G has a regular orbit on V. In this paper we generalize this result as follows. Assuming G to be solvable, we show that G has an orbit of size at least |G/G′| on V. This also strengthens a result of Aschbacher and Guralnick in that situation. Additionally, we prove a similar generalization of the well-known result that if G is nilpotent, then G has an orbit of size at least \(\sqrt {\left| G \right|} \) on V.  相似文献

Let G be a finite group and k a field of characteristic p > 0. In this paper, we obtain several equivalent conditions to determine whether the principal block B0 of a finite p-solvable group G is p-radical, which means that B0 has the property that e0(kP)G is semisimple as a kG-module, where P is a Sylow p-subgroup of G, kP is the trivial kP-module, (kP)G is the induced module, and e0 is the block idempotent of B0. We also give the complete classification of a finite p-solvable group G which has not more than three simple B0-modules where B0 is p-radical.  相似文献

A faithful compatible module G of a nearring R is 1-affine complete if R equals the set of congruence preserving functions of G that are 0-preserving. The study of 1-affine complete expanded groups G can be approached from this perspective by considering G as a module for the nearring of 0-preserving polynomial functions of G. In this paper, we obtain some strong conditions on the minimal R-ideals of G, when R has dccr and G is 1-affine complete, by using results from papers on units of such nearrings. We then go on to apply these results to obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for G to have a composition series in which each factor of G by a series term is 1-affine complete.  相似文献

We study the group G of uniform permutations of the set of integers with finite dispersion parameters. We prove that every finite subset of G lies in a subgroup of the form Q = AB, where A and B are locally finitely approximable subgroups of G.  相似文献

Let G be a finite group. We say that a subgroup H of G is weakly SΦ-supplemented in G if G has a subgroup T such that G = HT and HT ≤ Φ(H)HsG, where HsG is the subgroup of H generated by all those subgroups of H that are s-permutable in G. In this paper, we investigate the influence of weakly SΦ-supplemented subgroups on the structure of finite groups. Some new characterizations of p-nilpotency and supersolubility of finite groups are obtained.  相似文献

If H is a subgroup of a finite group G then we denote the normal closure of H in G by H G . We call G a PE-group if every minimal subgroup X of G satisfies N G (X) ∩ X G = X. The authors classify the finite non-PE-groups whose maximal subgroups of even order are PE-groups.  相似文献

A group G has all of its subgroups normal-by-finite if H/H G is finite for all subgroups H of G. The Tarski-groups provide examples of p-groups (p a “large” prime) of nonlocally finite groups in which every subgroup is normal-by-finite. The aim of this paper is to prove that a 2-group with every subgroup normal-by-finite is locally finite. We also prove that if |H/H G | 6 2 for every subgroup H of G, then G contains an Abelian subgroup of index at most 8.  相似文献

We construct a finitely generated infinite recursively presented residually finite algorithmically finite group G, thus answering a question of Myasnikov and Osin. The group G here is “strongly infinite” and “strongly algorithmically finite,” which means that G contains an infinite Abelian normal subgroup and all finite Cartesian powers of G are algorithmically finite (i.e., for any n, there is no algorithm writing out infinitely many pairwise distinct elements of the group G n ). We also formulate several open questions concerning this topic.  相似文献

Let G be a finite group and let Γ(G) be the prime graph of G. Assume p prime. We determine the finite groups G such that Γ(G) = Γ(PSL(2, p 2)) and prove that if p ≠ 2, 3, 7 is a prime then k(Γ(PSL(2, p 2))) = 2. We infer that if G is a finite group satisfying |G| = |PSL(2, p 2)| and Γ(G) = Γ(PSL(2, p 2)) then G ? PSL(2, p 2). This enables us to give new proofs for some theorems; e.g., a conjecture of W. Shi and J. Bi. Some applications are also considered of this result to the problem of recognition of finite groups by element orders.  相似文献

We show that if for every prime p, the normalizer of a Sylow p-subgroup of a finite group G admits a p-solvable supplement, then G is solvable. This generalizes a solvability criterion of Hall which asserts that a finite group G is solvable if and only if G has a Hall p′-subgroup for every prime p.  相似文献

Let G be a connected linear algebraic group defined over \({\mathbb C}\). Fix a finite dimensional faithful G-module V 0. A holomorphic principal G-bundle E G over a compact connected Kähler manifold X is called finite if for each subquotient W of the G-module V 0, the holomorphic vector bundle E G (W) over X associated to E G for W is finite. Given a holomorphic principal G-bundle E G over X, we prove that the following four statements are equivalent: (1) The principal G-bundle E G admits a flat holomorphic connection whose monodromy group is finite. (2) There is a finite étale Galois covering \({f: Y \longrightarrow X}\) such that the pullback f*E G is a holomorphically trivializable principal G-bundle over Y. (3) For any finite dimensional complex G-module W, the holomorphic vector bundle E G (W) = E ×  G W over X, associated to the principal G-bundle E G for the G-module W, is finite. (4) The principal G-bundle E G is finite.  相似文献

Let G be a finite group. The main result of this paper is as follows: If G is a finite group, such that Γ(G) = Γ(2G2(q)), where q = 32n+1 for some n ≥ 1, then G has a (unique) nonabelian composition factor isomorphic to 2 G 2(q). We infer that if G is a finite group satisfying |G| = |2 G 2(q)| and Γ(G) = Γ (2 G 2(q)) then G ? = 2 G 2(q). This enables us to give new proofs for some theorems; e.g., a conjecture of W. Shi and J. Bi. Some applications of this result are also considered to the problem of recognition by element orders of finite groups.  相似文献
