Given a finite dimensional algebra over a perfect field the text introduces covering functors over the mesh category of any modulated Auslander–Reiten component of the algebra. This is applied to study the composition of irreducible morphisms between indecomposable modules in relation with the powers of the radical of the module category.  相似文献

We study necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of n irreducible morphisms in the bounded derived category of an Artin algebra, with non-zero composite in the n+1-power of the radical. In the case of , the bounded derived category of an Ext-finite hereditary k-category with tilting object, such irreducible morphisms exist if and only if H is derived equivalent to a wild hereditary algebra or to a wild canonical algebra. We also characterize the cluster tilted algebras having such irreducible morphisms.  相似文献

We study irreducible morphisms in the bounded derived category of finitely generated modules over an Artin algebra Λ, denoted , by means of the underlying category of complexes showing that, in fact, we can restrict to the study of certain subcategories of finite complexes. We prove that as in the case of modules there are no irreducible morphisms from X to X if X is an indecomposable complex. In case Λ is a selfinjective Artin algebra we show that for every irreducible morphism f in either fj is split monomorphism for all jZ or split epimorphism, for all jZ. Moreover, we prove that all the non-trivial components of the Auslander-Reiten quiver of are of the form ZA.  相似文献

The AR-quiver and derived equivalence are two important subjects in the representation theory of finite dimensional algebras, and for them there are two important research tools-AR-sequences and D-split sequences. So in order to study the representations of triangular matrix algebra T2 (T ) = T0TT where T is a finite dimensional algebra over a field, it is important to determine its AR-sequences and D-split sequences. The aim of this paper is to construct the right(left) almost split morphisms, irreducible morphisms, almost split sequences and D-split sequences of T2 (T) through the corresponding morphisms and sequences of T. We give necessary conditions for a map to be irreducible (in the category of finitely generated, torsion free modules) over a non-local, commutative ring and sufficient conditions when the ring is Bass. In particular, we show that an irreducible map of ZG, where G is a square free abelian group, must be a monomorphism with a simple cokernel. We also show that local endomorphism rings are necessary and sufficient for the existence of almost split sequences over a commutative Bass ring and we explicitly describe the modules and the maps in those sequences. The results in this paper enable us to describe the Auslander-Reiten quiver of a non-local Bass ring in [8].  相似文献

Weak bimonoids in duoidal categories are introduced. They provide a common generalization of bimonoids in duoidal categories and of weak bimonoids in braided monoidal categories. Under the assumption that idempotent morphisms in the base category split, they are shown to induce weak bimonads (in four symmetric ways). As a consequence, they have four separable Frobenius base (co)monoids, two in each of the underlying monoidal categories. Hopf modules over weak bimonoids are defined by weakly lifting the induced comonad to the Eilenberg–Moore category of the induced monad. Making appropriate assumptions on the duoidal category in question, the fundamental theorem of Hopf modules is proven which says that the category of modules over one of the base monoids is equivalent to the category of Hopf modules if and only if a Galois-type comonad morphism is an isomorphism.  相似文献

We establish two theorems that refine the classical Stone duality between generalized Boolean algebras and locally compact Boolean spaces. In the first theorem, we prove that the category of left-handed skew Boolean algebras whose morphisms are proper skew Boolean algebra homomorphisms is equivalent to the category of étale spaces over locally compact Boolean spaces whose morphisms are étale space cohomomorphisms over continuous proper maps. In the second theorem, we prove that the category of left-handed skew Boolean -algebras whose morphisms are proper skew Boolean -algebra homomorphisms is equivalent to the category of étale spaces with compact clopen equalizers over locally compact Boolean spaces whose morphisms are injective étale space cohomomorphisms over continuous proper maps.  相似文献

In this paper, we study extensions between two finite irreducible conformal modules over the Schrödinger–Virasoro conformal algebra and the extended Schrödinger–Virasoro conformal algebra. Also, we classify all finite nontrivial irreducible conformal modules over the extended Schrödinger–Virasoro conformal algebra. As a byproduct, we obtain a classification of extensions of Heisenberg–Virasoro conformal modules.  相似文献

We introduce the quasi-Poisson enveloping algebra and Poisson enveloping algebra for a non-commutative Poisson algebra. We prove that for a non-commutative Poisson algebra, the category of quasi-Poisson modules is equivalent to the category of left modules over its quasi-Poisson enveloping algebra, and the category of Poisson modules is equivalent to the category of left modules over its Poisson enveloping algebra.  相似文献

We define exact functors from categories of Harish–Chandra modules for certain real classical groups to finite-dimensional modules over an associated graded affine Hecke algebra with parameters. We then study some of the basic properties of these functors. In particular, we show that they map irreducible spherical representations to irreducible spherical representations and, moreover, that they preserve unitarity. In the case of split classical groups, we thus obtain a functorial inclusion of the real spherical unitary dual (with “real infinitesimal character”) into the corresponding p-adic spherical unitary dual.  相似文献

We propose a notion of algebra of twisted chiral differential operators over algebraic manifolds with vanishing 1st Pontrjagin class. We show that such algebras possess families of modules depending on infinitely many complex parameters, which we classify in terms of the corresponding algebra of twisted differential operators. If the underlying manifold is a flag manifold, our construction recovers modules over an affine Lie algebra parameterized by opers over the Langlands dual Lie algebra. The spaces of global sections of “smallest” such modules are irreducible [^(\mathfrakg)]{{\hat{{\mathfrak{g}}}}} -modules, and all irreducible \mathfrakg{{\mathfrak{g}}} -integrable [^(\mathfrakg)]{{\hat{{\mathfrak{g}}}}} -modules at the critical level arise in this way.  相似文献

We construct irreducible modules of centrally-extended classical Lie algebras over left ideals of the algebra of differential operators on the circle, through certain irreducible modules of centrally-extended classical Lie algebras of infinite matrices with finite number of nonzero entries. The structures of vertex algebras associated with the vacuum representations of these algebras are determined. Moreover, we prove that under certain conditions, the highest-weight irreducible modules of centrally-extended classical Lie algebras of infinite matrices with finite number of nonzero entries naturally give rise to the irreducible modules of the simple quotients of these vertex algebras. From vertex algebra and its representation point of view, our results with positive integral central charge are high-order differential operator analogues of the well-known WZW models in conformal field theory associated with affine Kac-Moody algebras. Indeed, when the left ideals are the algebra of differential operators, our Lie algebras do contain affine Kac-Moody algebras as subalgebras and our results restricted on them are exactly the representation contents in WZW models. Similar results with negative central charge are also obtained.  相似文献

We give an alternative proof to the fact that, if the square of the infinite radical of the module category of an Artin algebra is equal to zero, then the algebra is of finite type by making use of the theory of postprojective and preinjective partitions. Further, we use this new approach in order to get a characterization of finite subcategories of Δ-good modules of a quasi-hereditary algebra in terms of depth of morphisms similar to a recently obtained characterization of Artin algebras of finite type.  相似文献

In this article, we consider the category of unitary right modules over an (associative) ring and the category of firm right modules over an idempotent ring. We study monomorphisms in these categories and give conditions under which morphisms are monomorphisms in the category of firm modules. We also prove that the lattice of categorically defined subobjects of a firm module is isomorphic to the lattice of unitary submodules of that module.  相似文献

Lie-Yamaguti algebras (or generalized Lie triple systems) are binary-ternary algebras intimately related to reductive homogeneous spaces. The Lie-Yamaguti algebras which are irreducible as modules over their Lie inner derivation algebra are the algebraic counterpart of the isotropy irreducible homogeneous spaces.These systems will be shown to split into three disjoint types: adjoint type, non-simple type and generic type. The systems of the first two types will be classified and most of them will be shown to be related to a Generalized Tits Construction of Lie algebras.  相似文献

We know that in Ringel–Hall algebra of Dynkin type, the set of all skew commutator relations between the iso-classes of indecomposable modules forms a minimal Gr?bner–Shirshov basis,and the corresponding irreducible elements forms a PBW type basis of the Ringel–Hall algebra. We aim to generalize this result to the derived Hall algebra DH(A_n) of type A_n. First, we compute all skew commutator relations between the iso-classes of indecomposable objects in the bounded derived category D~b(A_n) using the Auslander–Reiten quiver of D~b(A_n), and then we prove that all possible compositions between these skew commutator relations are trivial. In this paper, some irreducible graded modules with 1-dimensional homogeneous spaces over the Virasoro-like algebra and its q-analogs are constructed. The unitarizability of these modules, and the conditions under which two of such irreducible graded modules are ismorphic are determined. Some other kinds of irreducible graded modules with 1-dimensional homogeneous spaces over the Virasorolike algebra and its q-analogs are also given.  相似文献

We introduce the category of t-fold modules which is a full subcategory of graded modules over a graded algebra. We show that this subcategory and hence the subcategory of t-Koszul modules are both closed under extensions and cokernels of monomorphisms. We study the one-point extension algebras, and a necessary and sufficient condition for such an algebra to be t-Koszul is given. We also consider the conditions such that the category of t-Koszul modules and the category of quadratic modules coincide.  相似文献
