Reactions of 2-{[2-(ethenyloxy)ethoxy]methyl}oxirane with N-unsubstituted oxazolidin-2-ones give mixtures of isomeric 3-{3-[2-(ethenyloxy)ethoxy]-2-hydroxypropyl}- and 5-{[2-(ethenyloxy)ethoxy]- methyl}-3-(2-hydroxyalkyl)oxazolidin-2-ones. If the initial oxazolidin-2-one contains two alkyl groups on C4, 3-{3-[2-(ethenyloxy)ethoxy]-2-hydroxypropyl}oxazolidin-2-ones are selectively formed. 相似文献

研究了3-(1-萘氧基)-1,2-环氧丙烷[(R,S)-1]在Salen Co(Ⅲ)催化下的水解动力学拆分(HKR)。以转化率和ee值为指标,考察了催化剂用量、底物用量、反应温度、反应时间、溶剂种类等对HKR反应的影响。最佳HKR条件为:(R,S)-1 10 mmol,w[Salen Co(Ⅲ)]=0.75%,THF 1 mL,水0.5 eq,于25℃水解40 h,(R,S)-1的转化率为49.5%,(S)-1的ee为99.5%。 相似文献

8-Oxo-8H-4,5,6,7-tetrahydropyrazolo[5,4-c]azepine and a mixture of 2-phenyl-8-oxo-8H-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro [3,4-c]azepine and 2,3-dioxo-4-formylhexahydroazepine 4-phenylhydrazone were obtained in the reactions of 2,3-dioxo-4-(N,N-dimethylaminomethylene)-hexahydroazepine with hydrazine and phenylhydrazine, respectively. Cyclization of 2,3-dioxo-4-formylhexahydroazepine 4-phenylhydrazone gave 1-phenyl-8-oxo-8H-4,5,6,7-tetrahydropyrazolo [5,4-c]azepine. The reaction of 2,3-dioxo-4-(N,N-dimethylaminomethylene)hexahydroazepine with semicarbazide and thiosemicarbazide gives 2,3-dioxo-4-formylhexahydroazepine 4-semicarbazone and 4-thiosemicarbazone.Communication XXX from the series Research on Lactams. 1 引言 表面活性剂在工农业生产及人类日常生活中的应用越来越广泛,研究表明活性剂在环境中的转化、迁移及对生理过程的影响以及对它的测定是十分有意义的课题,常规测定阳离子表面活性剂的方法有称重、萃取、滴定、电张力、交流示波极谱法、气相色谱法、光化学等,但这些方法大多操作繁琐、复杂,并且灵敏度不高.实验发现邻{2-[α-(2-羟基- 磺酸苯偶氮)-亚苄基]肼基}苯甲酸(ZCN)与溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)在pH 5.0的缓冲溶液中相互作用,致使UV光谱发生变化,最大吸收峰红移80~110 nm,具有较好的对比性.同时发现此法具有较高的灵敏度和较宽的线性范围. 相似文献

The condensation of 2-(hydroxyimino)-3-oxobutanal with primary aliphatic amines, cyclohexanamine, and amines containing an adamantane fragment afforded 4-(alkylamino)- and 4-(cyclohexylamino)-3- nitrosobut-3-en-2-ones. Analogous reaction with substituted anilines RC6H4NH2 (R = H, 4-Me, 4-OMe, 4-NH2, 4-Br, 4-I, 3-NO2) led to the formation of 4-aryl-3-hydroxyiminobutan-2-ones. 相似文献
