在供应有限的情况下,研究常规补货和快速补货下商品动态定价问题.首先,建立了动态规划模型,理论证明了最优库存策略是基于(s,S)策略下改进的基本库存策略.其次,提出了一种启发式策略求复杂系统的最优策略,启发式算法能够求出最优价格和最优库存水平.最后,数值算例研究表明,库存管理中采用快速补货提高了零售商的利润;初始库存水平越高零售商的利润越高.  相似文献

传统的多阶段库存控制主要致力于库存持有以及过多库存的经济性研究.随机库存模型经常假定需求分布已知,这样可以产生容易解决的方案.但随着销售信息的不断更新,需求分布函数的参数常常未知.这样传统的多阶段库存模型很难产生最优的库存控制策略.当前文献对未知需求分布函数条件下的多阶段库存管理问题研究得不多,当需求分布函数随时间变化,是个多阶段随机规划问题,通常情况难以直接进行求解.针对一般非平稳需求,还缺少有效的库存管理方法.本文致力于变换核估计和优化理论相结合的方法研究未知需求分布函数条件下多阶段库存控制策略,提供一条多阶段库存控制的新思路.可以很好地确定各阶段的最优订货点、最高库存、最低库存等来达到整个系统的最优,从而节省更多的成本,达到营运资本的永久性减少、更高的销售量和客户满意度,从而增加企业的竞争力.  相似文献

随着市场竞争的加剧,企业之间的竞争已经演变为了供应链之间的竞争.传统的库存管理主要侧重于单个企业的库存最优,而供应链环境下的库存管理需要最大程度地实现供应链的库存整体最优.本文分析了供应链环境下的库存成本结构和供应链内成本,在此基础上,建立了多个供应商、一个核心制造企业、多个分销商的供应链库存成本模型,在分析免疫遗传算法(IGA)原理的基础上,详细说明基于免疫遗传算法的供应链库存成本模型的求解方法,最后通过算例仿真验证了模型和算法的可行性和有效性.  相似文献

本文研究服务水平约束下的动态定价与库存管理问题。企业在有限期内销售某种产品,产品的需求为随机需求,且期望需求依赖于产品价格。在每一期期初,企业需要在满足服务水平约束的条件下同时决定订货量和产品价格。本文首先构建了动态定价和订购联合决策的随机动态规划模型,并证明了最优解的存在性。进一步,通过对最优解的结构进行刻画,将原问题的求解转化为若干子问题的求解,降低了问题求解的难度。通过对最优解的分析发现,当期初库存增大时,产品最优价格降低。通过分析目标服务水平对利润的影响,证明了服务水平与利润之间存在权衡,实现高的服务水平需要承受利润损失。数值模拟表明,相对于传统的静态定价策略,采用动态定价策略可以降低追求服务水平所带来的利润损失,验证了动态定价策略的有效性。  相似文献

This paper addresses the cost allocation problem that arises from an inventory system with multiple item and several agents that place joint orders according to an EOQ policy. In this setting, the cost per a new order has two components: a fixed cost and a variable cost. We assume that the variable part is given by a general function, not necessarily additive. We obtain the optimal policy and we evaluate some proposals of allocation rule for the ordering costs.  相似文献

The inventory policy, meant as a replenishment rule, has a considerable impact on most firms. The paper considers the determination of optimal inventory policy of firms from a global viewpoint of top management. The inventory is represented as a fuzzy system with the fuzzy inventory level as the output, the fuzzy replenishment as the input and fuzzy demand. The control problem is formulated in terms of decision-making in a fuzzy environment with fuzzy constraints imposed on replenishments, a fuzzy goal for preferable inventory levels to be attained and the fuzzy decision as the intersection of fuzzy constraints and the fuzzy goal at subsequent stages. The planning horizon is infinite. The problem is to find an optimal time-invariant strategy relating the optimal replenishments to the current inventory levels, maximizing the membership function of fuzzy decision. The existence of such a strategy is proved and an algorithm for its determination is given. The optimal time-invariant strategy obtained is represented as a fuzzy conditional statement equated with a fuzzy relation which is the firm's optimal fuzzy replenishment rule.  相似文献

采购管理是企业经营活动的一个重要组成部分,更加有效的采购管理策略可以大大减少采购费用,对于企业的经营业绩非常重要。在现实的经济活动中交易费用和持有成本在企业管理费用中占很大一部分比率,而采购过程影响着交易费用和持有成本。所以在前人研究的基础上,将交易费用和持有成本引入到局内采购管理模型中,使得运用该策略无论以后采购价格如何变化,局内人的采购成本总是对应局外问题最优采购成本的一定比例c之内,并得到c与原模型相同。但是引入交易费用和持有成本后每天的采购量将发生变化,原模型是在不考虑交易费用和持有成本的前提下得得到的每天采购量和最优竞争比,如果考虑到现实经济活动中不可忽略的交易费用和持有成本,仍然按照原模型来确定每天的采购量来采购就不能得到最优竞争比c。所以本文考虑到了交易费用和持有成本,并得到和原模型不同的每天采购量,并求出最优竞争比c。  相似文献

世界经济的快速发展和工业化进程的推进促使各国电力需求激增,电力供需矛盾为能源回购项目的发展提供了条件。为能够实现错峰用电和缓解能源需求的紧张,能源回购项目在每个阶段出现能源短缺时,将根据短缺的不同程度为限产(或停产)企业提供了金额不同的资金补偿。因此,在该能源回购补偿机制下,企业需要确定每个阶段是否参加能源回购项目及其相应的生产库存策略,来实现其期望折扣成本的最小化。本文研究了能源回购补偿机制下企业以最小化期望折扣成本为目标的无限阶段最优生产/库存策略。引入启动成本和多个能源需求状态的资金补偿水平后,在合理的假设条件下,证明了每个阶段生产商的最优生产/库存策略在高峰状态为(si,S)策略,在非高峰状态为(s0,S,A)策略。  相似文献

Environmental legislation and customer expectations increasingly force manufacturers to take back their products after use. Returned products may enter the production process again as input resources. Material management has to be modified accordingly.One of the areas concerned is inventory management. The present paper provides a step towards a systematic analysis of inventory control in the context of reuse. A basic inventory model is presented comprising Poisson demand and returns. For this model, an optimal control policy is derived and optimal control parameters are computed. Moreover, a numerical analysis is provided of the impact of the return-flow on the inventory system. Comparison with traditional (s,Q)-inventory models is central throughout the analysis.  相似文献

They provide the necessary and sufficient conditions of the existence and uniqueness of the optimal solutions that could maximize the retailer’s average profit per unit time. Basically, their paper is correct and interesting. Recently, several researchers have been showing a huge interest in developing simple and easy to implement solution procedures in management science. Therefore this paper indicates that Min et al.’s solution procedure can be further improved and simplified. So, the main purpose of this paper is to present simple and easy to understand solution procedures to locate the optimal solutions of an inventory model that considers deteriorating items under stock-dependent demand and two-level trade credit.  相似文献

Procurement is one of the major activities in the Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II), which is closely coupled with inventory management. Any improvement in this area will have a direct impact on the performance of the entire supply chain. Auction mechanism can be a successful procurement method when there are several potential suppliers available. In this paper, we consider a single-period inventory model when the selection of the supplier is done through a reverse auction with bids consisting of several attributes, namely price, shortage quantity, and lead time. The multi-dimensionality of the bid increases the complexity of the underlying problem creating a need for an approach to determine an approximate optimal target level. This is needed for the initiation of the auction and the procurement process. Monte-Carlo simulation method was used to investigate the performance of the approximation. Simulation results show that the analytical method provides an acceptable approximation for the optimal target inventory level.  相似文献

In this paper, an inventory problem where the inventory cycle must be an integer multiple of a known basic period is considered. Furthermore, the demand rate in each basic period is a power time-dependent function. Shortages are allowed but, taking necessities or interests of the customers into account, only a fixed proportion of the demand during the stock-out period is satisfied with the arrival of the next replenishment. The costs related to the management of the inventory system are the ordering cost, the purchasing cost, the holding cost, the backordering cost and the lost sale cost. The problem is to determine the best inventory policy that maximizes the profit per unit time, which is the difference between the income obtained from the sales of the product and the sum of the previous costs. The modeling of the inventory problem leads to an integer nonlinear mathematical programming problem. To solve this problem, a new and efficient algorithm to calculate the optimal inventory cycle and the economic order quantity is proposed. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate how the algorithm works to determine the best inventory policies. A sensitivity analysis of the optimal policy with respect to some parameters of the inventory system is developed. Finally, conclusions and suggestions for future research lines are given.
