报道了一种新的囊泡合成方法——荷电固体纳米颗粒诱导囊泡的自发形成. 研究发现, 将5.0 g/L带结构正电荷的Mg3Al类水滑石(HTlc)溶胶和0.02 mol/L由两性表面活性剂十二烷基甜菜碱(C12BE)和阴离子表面活性剂双(2-乙基己基)琥珀酸磺酸钠(AOT)组成的溶液(C12BE与AOT物质的量比为3∶2)混合, 当HTlc溶胶与表面活性剂溶液的体积比在1∶9~4∶6范围内, 在HTlc纳米颗粒的诱导下可自发形成囊泡, 并获得稳定的HTlc-囊泡复合分散体系.  相似文献

六重氢键的异互补寡聚芳酰胺双股分子链在自组装过程中表现出极高的顺序专一性.本文借助扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和动态光散射(DLS)等实验手段,研究了氢键编码顺序为DADDAD-DADDAD的寡聚芳酰胺分子1及异互补分子2(ADAADA-ADAADA)存在下的自组装行为.实验结果表明,分子1在四氢呋喃/甲醇(体积比为85/15)和单一溶剂丙酮中都能组装成大小均匀的囊泡结构,并且囊泡的尺寸随着溶液浓度的增加而增大;当加入异互补分子2后,囊泡则转变成实心球.利用荧光显微镜,发现该囊泡能很好地包裹荧光分子(罗丹明B),通过进一步分子结构修饰有可能实现药物包埋和缓释方面的应用.  相似文献

通过电子显微镜观察了阴离子gemini表面活性剂C11- p-PhCNa和阳离子传统表面活性剂DTAB混合体系双水相中囊泡形貌随体系组成和浓度的转变。结果表明,双水相较浓的一相中形成了多层囊泡,囊泡的大小和壁厚随相的组成和浓度而改变,两组分等电荷混合有利于形成较大且壁较厚的囊泡。分析表明, gemini表面活性剂在聚集体中采取的反式构象可能是其容易形成厚壁多层囊泡的重要原因,C11- p-PhCNa联接链上的苯氧基与DTA+之间的p-阳离子相互作用以及两组分相反电性头基之间的静电吸引使囊泡壁的多层结构更加稳定。  相似文献

利用两亲性线性-超支化多臂共聚物聚乙二醇-聚乙烯亚胺-聚谷氨酸苄酯(PEG-PEI-PBLG)在水溶液中自组装为阳离子囊泡. 利用透射电镜、动态光散射、静态光散射和zeta电位仪对囊泡结构进行了表征. PEG-PEI-PBLG囊泡具有双分子层结构, 壁厚5~10 nm, 直径在100 nm左右. 由于PEI在水溶液中的质子化作用, 囊泡表面携带有正电荷, 其表面电势为+25。2 mV, 因此PEG-PEI-PBLG阳离子囊泡具有担载负电性蛋白的能力.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了一系列不同Mn含量的纳米Ru-Mn催化剂,考察了纳米ZrO2作分散剂时它们催化苯选择加氢制环己烯的反应性能,并采用X射线衍射、透射电镜、N2物理吸附、X射线荧光、原子吸收光谱和俄歇电子能谱等手段对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,Ru-Mn催化剂上Mn以Mn3O4存在于Ru的表面上.在加氢过程中,Mn3O4可以与浆液中ZnSO4发生化学反应生成一种难溶性的(Zn(OH)2)3(ZnSO4)(H2O)3盐.该盐易化学吸附在Ru催化剂表面上,从而在提高Ru催化剂上环己烯选择性起关键作用.当催化剂中Mn含量为5.4%时,环己烯收率为61.3%,同时具有良好的稳定性和重复使用性能.  相似文献

在三种带有不同电荷的表面活性剂构建的反胶束体系中(AOT/异辛烷、Oπ-10/环已烷、CTAB/正已醇)合成了BaMoO4的纳米粒子, 采用透射电镜(TEM)观察其粒子呈球形, 粒径在17~46 nm范围内, 分布均匀; 使用染料罗丹明B作为探针, 采用紫外-可见光谱(UV-vis)和荧光光谱研究反胶束水池中罗丹明B与BaMoO4纳米粒子的相互作用; 由于反胶束水池的空间和极性的限定, 染料的光谱特征与其在纯水中发生很大变化, 不同的反胶束体系中, 由于染料分子所处的微观环境不同, 导致其光谱特征也有较大区别.  相似文献

使用L-半胱氨酸作为连接剂, 利用硼氢化钠原位还原预先吸附在介孔氧化亚铜表面的氯金酸根离子,得到了Au/Cu2O异质结构. 应用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见(UV-Vis)光谱和N2物理吸附等手段对催化剂进行表征, 并以λ>400 nm的可见光作为光源, 评价了该催化剂光催化降解亚甲基蓝(MB)的活性. 实验结果表明, 直径为4 nm的金颗粒完好地负载在介孔氧化亚铜的表面, 并且介孔氧化亚铜的细微结构与孔径均未发生变化. 研究表明, 以乙醇作为反应溶剂有效抑制了AuCl4-与Cu2O之间的氧化还原反应, 从而有利于氧化亚铜介孔结构的保持及金颗粒的原位还原. 光催化降解亚甲基蓝的结果表明, Au/Cu2O异质结构的光催化活性比纯氧化亚铜光催化活性有明显提高. 推测其光催化性能提高的主要原因如下: 一方面, 金颗粒良好的导电性有利于氧化亚铜表面电子的快速转移, 实现电子-空穴分离; 另一方面, 金颗粒可能存在的表面等离子共振现象加速了光生电子的产生.  相似文献

以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和三氯甲烷(CHCl3)为油相制备反胶束微乳液, 依靠表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)自组装形成的“微反应器”作为模板成功地制备了PMMA/Eu(OH)3/EG和PMMA/Ni(OH)2/EG纳米复合材料. 并用红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和差热-热重(TG-DTA)对该复合材料进行了表征和分析. 研究结果表明, 反胶束法可以有效地应用于有机-无机纳米复合材料的制备.  相似文献

以3-巯基丙酸为稳定剂在水相中合成了Cu掺杂的ZnSe量子点(QDs), 并利用硫脲(CH4N2S)对其进行表面修饰, 制备出核壳结构的ZnSe:Cu/ZnS 量子点. 制得的量子点呈闪锌矿结构, 尺寸约为5 nm, 有较好的分散性, 其荧光发射峰在460 nm左右. 经CH4N2S修饰后, 量子点表面形成了宽禁带的ZnS包覆层, 将电子和空穴限域在了ZnSe:Cu 核内, 减少了表面发生非辐射复合的载流子, 显著提高了量子点的荧光强度. 与Na2S、硫代乙酰胺(TAA)等常用硫源相比, 以CH4N2S为硫源制得的ZnSe:Cu/ZnS 量子点壳层厚度可控, 表面钝化效果更好, 显示出更佳的荧光效率和稳定性. ZnSe:Cu/ZnS 量子点经过紫外线照射后消除了表面的悬空键, 进一步提高了其量子产率, 最终获到了具有较好荧光性质的ZnSe:Cu/ZnS量子点.  相似文献

摘要 合成了含有识别基团苯硼酸、喹啉发色团的新型双亲化合物,N-硼苄基-8-16烷基溴化喹啉(N-(boronobenzyl)-8-hexadecyloxyquinolinium bromide (BHQB)).该化合物在可选择性溶剂中自组织成囊泡,囊泡的相变温度为52.4℃;研究了BHQB囊泡的荧光性质,结果表明:当向囊泡体系加入糖时,喹啉在425nm 峰逐渐增强而508nm峰急剧减弱,变化趋势为葡萄糖>果糖.实验结果表明,BHQB囊泡可以作为可植入、连续检测血糖浓度的荧光囊泡传感器,可望用于临床实际应用.  相似文献

The effects of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) on the properties of hemoglobin (Hb) at low CTAB concentration were studied in Hb/acyclovir/CTAB system by the methods of UV-Vis spectrum, fluorescence, zeta potential, conductivity and negative-staining transmission electron microscope (TEM). With the increase of CTAB concentration, the UV peak intensity at 276 nm, the intrinsic fluorescence, the zeta potential of Hb and the system conductivity were all enhanced. Hb was easily oxidized to oxyHb and hemichrome. In Hb/acyclovir/CTAB system, CTAB made the UV-Vis spectrum, fluorescence, conductivity and conformation of Hb tend to be returned to those of the original Hb but the zeta potential not to do so. The UV absorption peak of Hb-acyclovir complex disappeared and the tight structure of Hb aroused by acyclovir was refolded. When CTAB concentration was higher than 5 × 10 ^5 mol/L, the two absorption peaks at 536 and 576 nm appeared again, and the Hb structure became looser again.  相似文献

A stable niosome is prepared from Poly(ethylene glycol) [PEG] 6000/Tween 80/Span 80/H2O lamellar liquid crystal. The niosome structures and properties are studied by the methods of negative-staining transmission electron microscopy and small angle X-ray diffraction. A new calculating method is first put forward to obtain the microstructure and layer number of the niosome membrane. The membrane thickness and layer number of the niosome are 8–22 nm and 1–3.5 in PEG 6000/Tween 80/Span 80/H2O system.  相似文献

Direct electrochemistry of hemoglobin (Hb) was realized on a Nafion and CuS microsphere composite film modified carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE) with N-butylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate (BPPF6) as binder. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry were used to characterize the fabricated Nafion/CuS/Hb/CILE. Experimental results showed that a pair of well-defined quasi-reversible redox peaks appeared with the formal potential as ?0.386 V (vs. SCE) in pH 7.0 Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer solution, which was attributed to the Hb heme Fe(III)/Fe(II) redox couples. The electrochemical parameters of Hb in the composite film were carefully investigated with the charge transfer coefficient (α), the electron transfer number (n) and the electron transfer rate constant (k s) as 0.505, 1.196 and 0.610 s?1, respectively. The composite film provided a favorable microenvironment for retaining the native structure of Hb. The presence of CuS microspheres showed great improvement on the electron transfer rate of Hb with the CILE, which maybe due to the contribution of specific characteristics of CuS microspheres and the inherent advantages of ionic liquid on the modified electrode. The fabricated Hb modified electrode showed good electrocatalytic ability in the reduction of H2O2. The proposed bioelectrode can be used as a new third generation H2O2 biosensor.  相似文献

通过紫外光谱、荧光光谱、zeta电位、电导率、高效液相色谱和影像分析等方法研究了Triton X-100对血红蛋白/利巴韦林/H2O体系中血红蛋白性质和药物控制释放的影响. 研究结果表明, 随着Triton X-100浓度的增大, 荧光强度、荧光偏振、zeta电位和蛋白的形貌均发生较大的变化, Triton X-100能使增溶定位在蛋白表面中的利巴韦林逐渐游离出来. 当Triton X-100浓度大于1×10-5 mol·L-1 时, Triton X-100 与血红蛋白的作用占主导地位, 血红蛋白开始明显变性. 少量Triton X-100能保护蛋白免受药物的影响.  相似文献

A new electrochemical biosensor was constructed by immobilization of hemoglobin (Hb) on a DNA modified carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE), which was prepared by using 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (EMIMBF4) as the modifier. UV‐vis absorption spectroscopic result indicated that Hb remained its native conformation in the composite film. The fabricated Nafion/Hb/DNA/CILE was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). A pair of well‐defined redox peaks was obtained on the modified electrode, indicated that the Nafion and DNA composite film provided an excellent biocompatible microenvironment for keeping the native structure of Hb and promoting the direct electron transfer rate of Hb with the basal electrode. The electrochemical parameters of Hb in the composite film were further calculated with the results of the charge transfer coefficient (α) and the apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant (ks) as 0.41 and 0.31 s?1. The proposed electrochemical biosensor showed good electrocatalytic response to the reduction of trichloroacetic acid (TCA), H2O2, NO and the apparent Michaelis–Menten constant (KMapp) for the electrocatalytic reaction was calculated, respectively.  相似文献

Giant multilameller niosomes containing cholesterol and triton X-100 are studied using fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS). Dynamic light scattering (DLS) data indicates formation of niosomes of broadly two different sizes (diameter)--~150 nm and ~1300 nm. This is confirmed by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and confocal microscopy. The diffusion coefficient (D(t)) of three organic dyes in the niosome immobilized on a glass surface is studied using fluorescence correlation spectroscopy. On addition of the room temperature ionic liquids (RTIL) (1-methyl-3-pentylimidazolium bromide, [pmim][Br] and 1-methyl- 3-pentylimidazolium tetra-fluoroborate, [pmim][BF(4)]) the size of the niosome particles increases. The D(t) of all the organic dyes (DCM, C343 and C480) increases on addition of RTILs, indicating faster diffusion. The viscosity calculated from the D(t) of the three dyes exhibits weak probe dependence. Unlike lipid or catanionic vesicle, the D(t) values in a niosome exhibit very narrow distribution. This indicates that the niosomes are fairly homogeneous with small variation of viscosity.  相似文献

在聚乙二醇二胺(NH_2-PEG-NH_2)修饰的石墨烯量子点(GODs)表面以酰胺键偶联二乙基三胺五乙酸(DTPA)分子,之后将Gd~(3+)离子与其进行配合,得到了GODs-Gd(DTPA)复合纳米粒子,然后再通过酰胺键在GODs-Gd(DTPA)的表面修饰叶酸(FA)靶分子,最后进一步将阿霉素(DOX)通过π-π堆垛吸附在造影剂的表面,制备了FA/GODs-Gd(DTPA)/DOX荧光/MRI双模态靶向肺癌细胞成像诊疗试剂,通过透射电子显微镜、紫外可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱和激光共聚焦扫描显微镜等手段表征了其形貌、发光性能和靶向成像性能。MRI、激光共聚焦扫描显微镜和MTT等结果表明,相对于正常的HLF细胞,所制备的FA/GODs-Gd(DTPA)/DOX纳米粒子能够靶向检测FA受体高表达的肺癌H460细胞,并具有明显的抗肿瘤活性。  相似文献

用壳聚糖对多壁碳纳米管进行修饰,构建了一种用于固定血红蛋白的新型复合材料,并研究了血红蛋白在该碳纳米管上的电化学性质及其对过氧化氢的电催化活性.扫描电镜结果表明,壳聚糖修饰的多壁碳纳米管呈单一的纳米管状,并能均匀分散在玻碳电极表面.紫外光谱分析表明血红蛋白在该复合膜内能很好地保持其原有的二级结构.将该材料固定在玻碳电极上后,血红蛋白能成功地实现其直接电化学.根据峰电位差随着扫描的变化,计算得到血红蛋白在壳聚糖修饰的碳纳米管膜上的电荷转移系数为0.57,表观电子转移速率常数为7.02 s-1.同时,该电极对过氧化氢显示出良好的催化性能,电流响应信号与H2O2浓度在1.0×10-6 ~1.5×10-3 mol/L间呈线性关系,检出限为5.0×10-7 mol/L.修饰电极显示了良好的稳定性.  相似文献

Effects of Triton X-100 on the properties of hemoglobin (Hb) and on the controlled release of ribavirin were studied using the methods of UV-Vis spectrum, fluorescence spectrum, zeta potential, conductivity, high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC), and image morphology in Hb/ribavirin/H2O system. With the increase of concentration of Triton X-100 in the system, the intrinsic fluorescence intensity, synchronous fluorescence intensity, fluorescence polarization, zeta potential, and morphology of Hb all changed gradually, and the ribavirin located on the Hb surface was dissociated and released out. When the concentration of Triton X-100 was higher than 1×10−5 mol·L−1, the stronger interaction of Triton X-100 with Hb was predominant. Hb was unfolded and denaturized. A little Triton X-100 can protect Hb from the effects of ribavirin.  相似文献

研究了用一步水热法制备的掺镧钛酸铋(Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12, BLT)纳米线的光学和可见光催化性能, 并对其晶体结构和微观结构用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)等手段进行了表征. 结果表明, 制备的纳米线为纯相的Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12, 平均直径约为25 nm. 室温光致发光谱(PL)显示BLT纳米线在433和565 nm附近有较强的发射峰, 分别对应激子发射和表面缺陷发光. 紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)表明BLT样品的带隙能约为2.07 eV. 利用可见光(λ>420 nm)照射下的甲基橙降解实验评价了BLT样品的光催化性能. 结果表明, BLT的光催化活性比商用TiO2催化剂P25、掺氮TiO2和纯相钛酸铋(Bi4Ti3O12, BIT)高得多. BLT光催化剂具有更高催化活性的原因是La3+离子掺杂拓展了BIT对可见光的吸收范围, 同时抑制了BIT的光生电子-空穴的复合.  相似文献
