采用分散聚合法,以正丁醇为分散介质、苯乙烯为单体、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂、偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,制备单分散聚苯乙烯微球作为色谱填料的种子。实验以微球的平均粒径为主要考察指标,以GSD为次要考察指标,通过部分析因设计,获得了粒径为10μm的单分散(GSD=1.06)微球。  相似文献

以黄陵县生漆为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,经过离心,然后以Pd/C为催化剂,加氢还原制备粗饱和漆酚。以石油醚-乙酸乙酯为洗脱剂,通过柱层析分离纯化,得饱和漆酚。LCMS分析发现,以脂肪支链为C_(15)的饱和漆酚为主且饱和漆酚在酸性介质中主要以醌的形式存在;进一步研究了以饱和漆酚、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料,以ε-己内酰胺为封端剂,合成了透明的饱和漆酚基功能涂料,用红外分析证实了产物的结构。测试了饱和漆酚基功能涂料涂膜的抗溶剂性能、耐酸碱性能和抗老化性能,结果表明漆膜具有良好的性能。  相似文献

多核铂配合物作为非经典铂抗肿瘤药物,其抗肿瘤机制与现有铂类抗肿瘤药物不同,因而在克服现有铂类抗肿瘤药物耐药性方面有着巨大的潜力。本文综述了多核铂类抗肿瘤药物的研究进展,以连接铂原子的桥配体结构的不同,可分为六大类:以烷基二胺及其衍生物为桥的多核铂配合物、以含氮杂环为桥的多核铂配合物、以羧酸根为桥的多核铂配合物、以卤素离子为桥的多核铂配合物、以含硫配体为桥的多核铂配合物及以其他配体为桥的多核铂配合物。本文还介绍了这几类多核铂配合物的抗肿瘤机理及在克服顺铂耐药性机理方面的研究进展。  相似文献

A spectrometric microtitrator was developed from a spectrometer with a microreaction chamber and a tri-colour light-emitting diode (LED) as the light source. A novel, vertical, optical geometry of the spectrometric microtitration chamber was introduced and tested. This novel geometry also required a new method for mixing the titrated solution. A laboratory-made 50 μl syringe pump was used for the addition of the titration reagent. The 10-channel module for light effects, which makes possible a low-cost hardware approach to changing the titration protocols, was used for coordinating the operation of the microtitration set up. The system, with 10 channels and a regulated speed of operation, is flexible enough to allow an operator to generate different titration protocols. The performance test showed that the speed of titration-reagent addition can be regulated in the range from 0.87 to 21.8 μl min−1. The smallest achievable volume addition is equal to 35 nl. The mixing rate can be continuously regulated by an electrical pulse that initiates the mixing cycle. The quickest rate is every 1.6 s, and the slowest rate is every 4.8 s. The spectrometric microtitration set up was successfully tested for several different real-life spectrometric titrations, including an iodometric titration, a determination of CO2 in deionised water, and EDTA titrations of copper(II) ions with no indicator. The volume of the examined solution can be as small as 220 μl. The titration-reagent consumption is usually between 10 and 35 μl. Coefficients of variation of the end point volume determination (n = 5) at different experimental conditions and different average volumes of consumed reagents (7.06, 12.17 and 22.88 μl) were 2.4, 1.3 and 1.2%, respectively. The novel geometry of the spectrometric microtitration chamber proved to be useful for real-life applications.  相似文献

本文报道了示波极谱滴定法测定诺氟沙星的含量。用PH4.4的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液溶解药样,并与过量的四苯硼钠作用生成沉淀。过滤后,用硫酸亚铊回滴过量的Na-TPB,由示波极谱图[dE/dt=f(E)]上TPB切口的消失指示滴定络点,进而在该溶液中进行空白实验。  相似文献

本文提出了络合体系中的相对滴定分析法,它以滴定到一定的状态时,滴定剂体积与被测物的基之间的线性关系为定量基础,用仪器分析的定量方法进行定量,适应于所有类型的络合体系,即使对滴定突跃很小或根本无突跃的体系也同样适用。用氟离子滴定铝离子的实验结果表明本方法的精密度很高。一般相对误差小于0.1%。即使对于铝离子的量小到10-7mol/L时,在最佳实验条件下的相对误差也不大于0.2%。该方法既具有滴定分析法的高精密度,又具有仪器分析法可以测量微量物质的优点,并且设备和方法简单。  相似文献

An indirect complexometric method is described for the determination of cadmium(II), 1,10-phenanthroline being used as masking agent. Cadmium(II) in a given sample solution is initially complexed with an excess of EDTA and the surplus EDTA is titrated with lead nitrate solution at pH 5.0–6.0 (hexamine), using xylenol orange as indicator. An excess of 1,10-phenanthroline is then added and the EDTA released from the Cd-EDTA complex is titrated with standard lead nitrate solution. Results are obtained for 1.5–57 mg of Cd with relative errors 0.90% and standard deviations 0.06 mg. Cu(II), Co(II), Hg(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Pd(II), Tl(III), Au(III) and Sn(IV) interfere, but can be easily masked. The method is applied for the determination of cadmium in synthetic alloy solutions.  相似文献

A complexo-titrimetric method for the determination of copper(II) in the presence of other metal ions is described, based on the selective masking ability of 2-mercaptoethanol towards copper(II). Copper and other ions in a given sample solution are initially complexed with an excess of EDTA and the surplus EDTA is titrated with zinc sulfate solution at pH 5.0–6.0 (hexamine), using xylenol orange as indicator. A known excess of 2-mercaptoethanol solution (10%) is then added, the mixture is shaken well and the released EDTA from the Cu-EDTA complex is titrated against standard zinc sulfate solution. The interferences of various ions are studied and the method is applied to the determination of copper in its ores, alloys and complexes. Reproducible and accurate results are obtained for 2.5–40 mg of Cu with relative errors 0.4% and standard deviations 0.04 mg.  相似文献
