One of the purposes of this paper is to construct the twisted q-Euler numbers by using p-adic invariant integral on Zp in the fermionic sense. Moreover, we consider the twisted Euler q-zeta functions and q-l-functions which interpolate the twisted q-Euler numbers and polynomials at a negative integer.  相似文献

By using partial differential equations (PDEs) of the generating functions for the unification of the Bernoulli, Euler and Genocchi polynomials and numbers, we derive many new identities and recurrence relations for these polynomials and numbers. In [33], Srivastava et al. defined a unified presentation of certain meromorphic functions related to the families of the partial zeta type functions. By using these functions, we construct p-adic functions which are related to the partial zeta type functions. By applying these p-adic function, we construct unified presentation of p-adic L-functions. These functions give us generalization of the Kubota–Leopoldt p-adic L-functions, which are related to the Bernoulli numbers and the other p-adic L-functions, which are related to the Euler numbers and polynomials. We also give some remarks and comments on these functions.  相似文献

We use modular symbols to construct p-adic L-functions for cohomological cuspidal automorphic representations on GL(2n), which admit a Shalika model. Our construction differs from former ones in that it systematically makes use of the representation theory of p-adic groups.  相似文献

An elementary proof is given for the existence of the Kubota-Leopoldt p-adic L-functions. Also, an explicit formula is obtained for these functions, and a relationship between the values of the p-adic and classical L-functions at positive integers is discussed.  相似文献

We define p-adic multiple zeta and log gamma functions using multiple Volkenborn integrals, and develop some of their properties. Although our functions are close analogues of classical Barnes multiple zeta and log gamma functions and have many properties similar to them, we find that our p-adic analogues also satisfy reflection functional equations which have no analogues to the complex case. We conclude with a Laurent series expansion of the p-adic multiple log gamma function for (p-adically) large x which agrees exactly with Barnes?s asymptotic expansion for the (complex) multiple log gamma function, with the fortunate exception that the error term vanishes. Indeed, it was the possibility of such an expansion which served as the motivation for our functions, since we can use these expansions computationally to p-adically investigate conjectures of Gross, Kashio, and Yoshida over totally real number fields.

We introduce the p-adic analogue of Arakelov intersection theory on arithmetic surfaces. The intersection pairing in an extension of the p-adic height pairing for divisors of degree 0 in the form described by Coleman and Gross. It also uses Coleman integration and is related to work of Colmez on p-adic Green functions. We introduce the p-adic version of a metrized line bundle and define the metric on the determinant of its cohomology in the style of Faltings. We also prove analogues of the Adjunction formula and the Riemann-Roch formula.  相似文献

In these lectures we survey some relations between L-functions and the BC-system, including new results obtained in collaboration with C. Consani. For each prime p and embedding σ of the multiplicative group of an algebraic closure of \mathbb Fp{\mathbb {F}_p} as complex roots of unity, we construct a p-adic indecomposable representation πσ of the integral BC-system. This construction is done using the identification of the big Witt ring of [`(\mathbb F)]p{\bar{\mathbb F}_p} and by implementing the Artin–Hasse exponentials. The obtained representations are the p-adic analogues of the complex, extremal KMS states of the BC-system. We use the theory of p-adic L-functions to determine the partition function. Together with the analogue of the Witt construction in characteristic one, these results provide further evidence towards the construction of an analogue, for the global field of rational numbers, of the curve which provides the geometric support for the arithmetic of function fields.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to study the structure of congruence modules (or modules of congruences) associated with Eisenstein series in various contexts in the Λ-adic theory of elliptic modular forms. For a prime p and a positive integer g, by making use of certain lifting procedures, we study some constructions of p-adic families of Siegel modular forms of genus g and associated p-adic L-functions. Describing L-functions attached to Siegel modular forms and their analytic properties from the point of view of motivic L-functions studied by Deligne and Yoshida, we discuss critical values of the L-functions and p-adic interpolation problems. In particular, we formulate a general conjecture on the existence of the modularity lifting from GSp r × GSp2m to GSp r+2m for some positive integers r and m.  相似文献

Area integral functions are introduced for sectorial operators on Lp-spaces. We establish the equivalence between the square and area integral functions for sectorial operators on Lp spaces. This follows that the results of Cowling, Doust, McIntosh, Yagi, and Le Merdy on Hinfin functional calculus of sectorial operators on Lp-spaces hold true when the square functions are replaced by the area integral functions.  相似文献

Restriction of functions from a reductive p-adic group G to its compact subgroups defines an operator on the Hochschild and cyclic homology of the Hecke algebra of G. We study the commutation relations between this operator and others coming from representation theory: Jacquet functors, idempotents in the Bernstein centre, and characters of admissible representations.  相似文献

Vatsal (Duke Math J 98(2):397–419, 1999) proved that there are congruences between the p-adic L-functions (constructed by Mazur and Swinnerton-Dyer in Invent Math 25:1–61, 1974) of congruent modular forms of the same weight under some conditions. On the other hand, Kim (J Number Theory 144: 188–218, 2014), the second author, constructed two-variable p-adic L-functions of modular forms attached to imaginary quadratic fields generalizing Hida’s work (Invent Math 79:159–195, 1985), and the novelty of his construction was that it works whether p is an ordinary prime or not. In this paper, we prove congruences between the two-variable p-adic L-functions (of the second author) of congruent modular forms of different but congruent weights under some conditions when p is a nonordinary prime for the modular forms. This result generalizes the work of Emerton et al. (Invent Math 163(3): 523–580, 2006), who proved similar congruences between the p-adic L-functions of congruent modular forms of congruent weights when p is an ordinary prime.  相似文献

In the past decade, many relation formulas for the multiple zeta values, further for the multiple L-values at positive integers have been discovered. Recently Matsumoto suggested that it is important to reveal whether those relations are valid only at integer points, or valid also at other values. Indeed the famous Euler formula for ζ(2k) can be regarded as a part of the functional equation of ζ(s). In this paper, we give certain analytic functional relations between the Mordell-Tornheim double L-functions and the Dirichlet L-functions of conductor 3 and 4. These can be regarded as continuous generalizations of the known discrete relations between the Mordell-Tornheim L-values and the Dirichlet L-values of conductor 3 and 4 at positive integers.  相似文献

We prove an omega estimate related to the general Euler totient function associated to a polynomial Euler product satisfying some natural analytic properties. For convenience, we work with a set of L-functions similar to the Selberg class, but in principle our results can be proved in a still more general setup. In a recent paper the authors treated a special case of Dirichlet L-functions with real characters. Greater generality of the present paper invites new technical difficulties. Effectiveness of the main theorem is illustrated by corollaries concerning Euler totient functions associated to the shifted Riemann zeta function, shifted Dirichlet L-functions and shifted L-functions of modular forms. Results are either of the same quality as the best known estimates or are entirely new.  相似文献

Fractional exponential that are invariant under fractional derivatives, elementary and special fractional functions are introduced. Approximate solutions to fractional Burgers equation, by using the homotopy perturbation method, are obtained. Using an integral transform with a mild singularity, we obtain series representations valid for specific regions in the complex plane involving trigonometric functions and the central binomial coefficient which are analogues of the types of series representations first studied by Ramanujan over certain intervals on the real line. We then study an exponential type series rapidly converging to the special values of L-functions and the Riemann zeta function. In this way, a new series converging to Catalan?s constant with geometric rate of convergence less than a quarter is deduced. Further evaluations of some series involving hyperbolic functions are also given.  相似文献

In this paper, some classes much more general than the one in [N.M. Chuong, Yu.V. Egorov, A. Khrennikov, Y. Meyer, D. Mumford (Eds.), Harmonic, Wavelet and p-Adic Analysis, World Scientific, Singapore, 2007] of Cauchy problems for an interesting class of pseudodifferential equations over p-adic fields are studied. The used functions belong to mixed classes of real and p-adic functions. Even for p-adic partial differential equations such problems in such function spaces have not been discussed yet. The established mathematical foundation requires very complicated and very difficult proofs. Days after days, these equations occur increasingly in mathematical physics, quantum mechanics. Explicit solutions of such problems are very needed for specialists on applied mathematics, physics, and engineering.  相似文献
