Various 4H-benzo[b]pyran derivatives were synthesized via a one-pot three-component condensation of arylaldehyde, malononitrile and dimedone in water using β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) as an efficient catalyst. This method provides several advantages, including mild reaction conditions, operational simplicity, high yields and minimal pollution of the environment.  相似文献

Abstract  

A tetrazole-supported polymeric ligand has been synthesized. The palladium complex derived from the polymeric material has been evaluated as a catalyst for the Heck reaction of aryl iodides and bromides with styrene to provide the corresponding products in high yields. The reaction proceeded smoothly in the presence of 1 mol% with respect to Pd of catalyst in DMF at 125 or 140 °C within 1–3 h. Recycling studies showed that the catalyst can be readily recovered and reused for several times without significant loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

This work describes the synthesis of Pd nanoparticles that are stabilized on CaAl-layered double hydroxide functionalized with Tris (tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane). Superparamagnetic Fe3O4 is shown to act as a very efficient catalyst for the one-pot, three-component synthesis of α-aminonitriles from aldehydes, amines, and TMSCN. The catalyst is easily recovered by the use of an external magnet and reused in several reactions without any noticeable loss of activity. The products are obtained rapidly at room temperature in good purity upon separation of the catalyst and evaporation of the volatiles of the reaction mixture.  相似文献

Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (THAM) is a highly efficient and recyclable organobase catalyst for the nucleophilic phosphonylation of benzylidene malononitrile under solvent-free conditions. This new catalytic methodology is applicable without a solvent, eco-friendly, economically viable, avoids conventional isolation procedures, and has a facile work-up procedure and wide scope. THAM is an inexpensive, commercially available, non-toxic, and biodegradable novel organocatalyst. Furthermore, it can be reused in up to five cycles without loss in catalytic activity, and no chromatographic separation is needed to obtain the desired products.  相似文献

A series of coumarin-chalcone hybrid compounds and coumarins linked to pyrazoline was synthe-sized in good yield and short time using a simple and efficient method. This method involved the one-pot reaction of salicylaldehyde, an α-ketoester and an aromatic aldehyde (in the case of the coumarin-chalcone derivatives) in addition to hydrazine hydrate (in the case of the pyrazolyl cou-marins) in the presence of a catalytic amount of bismuth triflate [Bi(OTf)3, 5 mol%]. The synthesized compounds showed scavenging activity towards the free radical 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl. All compounds were characterized using IR,1H NMR and13C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Aldehydes undergo smooth nucleophilic addition with 2-trimethylsilyloxyfuran in the presence of 10 mol % of iodine under mild and neutral conditions to produce the corresponding δ-silyloxy-α,β-unsaturated-γ-lactones in high yields and with moderate diastereoselectivity. ortho-Substituted benzaldehydes afford the syn-isomer predominantly. The use of iodine makes this procedure quite simple, more convenient and cost-effective.  相似文献

Aza-Michael reaction of (E)-4-(diphenylphosphoryl)but-3-en-2-one (1) with a number of mono-and bicyclic nitrogen heterocycles proceeds regioselectively in the absence of catalysts with the formation of corresponding β-azahetaryl β-diphenylphosphoryl ketones; in the case of imidazole, the presence of chiral organic catalysts allows one to increase the yields of the adducts and to obtain them in enantiomerically enriched form.

A facile and efficient method for the synthesis of tetrasubstituted olefins in supercritical carbon dioxide was developed by using carbon nanotubes-supported palladium nanoparticles (Pd/CNTs) as the catalyst. Compared with common Pd/C, Pd/CNTs could more effectively catalyze the reaction of dibromo-substituted olefins with boronic acids, affording the corresponding tetrasubstituted olefins with moderate to good yields. The present Letter describes the use of magnetically separable palladium–graphene nanocomposite, a complete magnetically separable catalyst for the synthesis of 2-alkyl quinolines via reaction of anilines with alkenyl ethers. Because of the uniform decoration of the Pd nanoparticles on support, the catalyst exhibited higher catalytic efficiency and it remains unaltered even after six repeated cycles.  相似文献
