A convenient and efficient approach for the construction of aryl trifluoromethyl selenoethers from aryl iodides under mild conditions is reported. Electrochemical activation of stable and inexpensive NiBr2bipy (bipy – bipyridine) complex instead of labile Ni(COD)2 (COD – cyclooctadiene) catalyst. [NMe4][SeCF3] is employed as shelf-stable source of SeCF3 fragment. The reaction tolerates a wide range of substrates, including modification of drug-like molecules. Cyclic voltammetry studies allow insight into the reaction mechanism.  相似文献

Tributyltin aryl selenides are convenient and highly efficient arylselenating agents in reactions with acyl chlorides. The activity of acetic anhydride is considerably lower but it can be involved into the arylselenation reaction in the presence of PdCl2(PPh3)2 or boron trifluoride etherate as catalysts.  相似文献

An efficient palladacycle-catalyzed aromatic carbonylation reaction of aryl formates with aryl iodides or bromides has been developed. Commercially available and easily prepared aryl formates were employed as carbonyl sources without the use of external carbon monoxide. The present catalytic system shows broad functional group tolerance and affords aryl benzoate derivatives in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

The photochemical behaviour of selected aryl sulfonates and phosphates (ArOX) in polar and nonpolar media has been investigated by laser flash photolysis (LFP) experiments. Two main pathways have been identified, namely the photohomolysis of the ArO−X bond or the photoheterolysis of the Ar−OX bond depending on the nature of the leaving group (OX) and on the nature of the substituents on the aromatic ring. In nonpolar solvents the esters are quite photostable due to an efficient triplet deactivation. In polar solvents, the homolytic fragmentation of the ArO−S bond from the exited singlets was found in aryl sulfonates bearing moderately electron-donating groups as well as electron-withdrawing groups. In electron-rich aryl phosphates and sulfonates photoheterolysis of the Ar−OP/Ar−OS bond took place as the exclusive pathway.  相似文献

This study details Ni-catalyzed cross coupling of aryl Grignard reagents with aryl halides in toluene, a nonpolar solvent with a high boiling point. The reaction was applied for the synthesis of various biaryls in good yields without the introduction of a large steric ligand. The Kumada-Tamao-Corriu(KTC) reaction in toluene was then successfully modified to proceed under neat conditions for the efficient syntheses of symmetrical biaryls, particularly in large-scale preparations. Unactivated aryl chlorides show higher reactivity than aryl bromides, particularly under neat conditions. Mechanistic investigations suggest a radical procedure for the catalytic cycle, and the origin of the radical intermediates being aryl halides.  相似文献

Fluoroalkyl aryl ethers are valuable structural motifs in pharmaceuticals because compounds with these motifs are more metabolically stable and more lipophilic than their nonfluorinated analogues. However, hexafluoroisopropyl aryl ethers have not been extensively studied, presumably because of the lack of efficient synthetic methods. Herein, we describe a rhodium-catalyzed nucleophilic aromatic substitution of aryl chlorides or bromides, which act as the limiting reagents, with weakly nucleophilic hexafluoro-2-propanol under mild reaction conditions. This method provides diverse hexafluoroisopropyl aryl ethers. We demonstrated the generality of this method by carrying out reactions of a large array of unactivated aryl halides, and we found that the success of the reactions relied on arene activation by means of η6-coordination.  相似文献

An efficient transnitrilation of aryl boronic acids with dimethylmalononitrile (DMMN) is described. This rhodium‐catalyzed electrophilic cyanation presents a novel approach to prepare aryl nitriles by using a carbon‐bound cyanating reagent which undergoes cross‐coupling with the aryl boronic acid. The reaction expands the degree of functional‐group compatibility exhibited by the transnitrilation of aryl Grignard and aryllithium reagents. A variety of aryl boronic acid derivatives and dialkylmalononitriles were amenable to the transnitrilation.  相似文献

The formation of aryl C−S bonds is an important chemical transformation because aryl sulfides are valuable building blocks for the synthesis of biologically and pharmaceutically active molecules and organic materials. Aryl sulfides have traditionally been synthesized through the transition-metal-catalyzed cross-coupling of aryl halides with thiols. However, the aryl halides used are usually bromides and iodides; readily available, low-cost aryl chlorides often not reactive enough. Furthermore, the deactivation of transition-metal catalysts by thiols has forced chemists to use high catalyst loadings, specially designed ligands, high temperatures, and/or strong bases, thus leading to high costs and the incompatibility of some functional groups. Herein, we describe a simple and efficient visible-light photoredox arylation of thiols with aryl halides at room temperature. More importantly, various aryl chlorides are also effective arylation reagents under the present conditions.  相似文献

We report an efficient means of sp2–sp3 cross coupling for a variety of terminal monosubstituted olefins with aryl electrophiles using Pd and CuH catalysis. In addition to its applicability to a range of aryl bromide substrates, this process was also suitable for electron‐deficient aryl chlorides, furnishing higher yields than the corresponding aryl bromides in these cases. The optimized protocol does not require the use of a glovebox and employs air‐stable Cu and Pd complexes as precatalysts. A reaction on 10 mmol scale further highlighted the practical utility of this protocol. Employing a similar protocol, a series of cyclic alkenes were also examined. Cyclopentene was shown to undergo efficient coupling under these conditions. Lastly, deuterium‐labeling studies indicate that deuterium scrambling does not take place in this sp2‐sp3 cross coupling, implying that β‐hydride elimination is not a significant process in this transformation.  相似文献

An efficient procedure for the preparation of aryl azides using sonication is described. The convenient sonication-mediated azidation protocol is applicable to aryl compounds under mild conditions with aqueous solution of sodium dichloroiodate and sodium azide. Aryl azides were obtained in excellent yields from a variety of aryl compounds in short reaction times without affecting sensitive functional groups.  相似文献

A combination of a palladium–NHC catalyst and potassium hexamethyldisilazide enables the amination of aryl sulfides with anilines to afford a wide variety of diarylamines. The reaction conditions are versatile enough for the reaction of even bulky ortho‐substituted aryl sulfides. This amination can be applied to the modular synthesis of N‐aryl carbazoles from the corresponding ortho‐bromothioanisoles. As aryl sulfoxides undergo extended Pummerer reactions to afford ortho‐substituted aryl sulfides, the Pummerer products are thus useful substrates for the amination to culminate in efficient syntheses of a 2‐anilinobenzothiophene and an indole as proof‐of‐principle of the utility of the extended Pummerer reaction/amination cascade.  相似文献

Achieving highly selective oxidation of aryl alkenes to aldehydes is of great significance in chemical industry. Herein, the performance of catalytic aryl alkene oxidation is enhanced via constructing a hierarchical fractal polyoxometalate-based metal–organic framework (POM@MOF) containing hierarchical pores and layered surface structure, which improve the mass transfer efficiency of substrates and increase the accessibility to active POMs clusters. Accordingly, the activity of fractal POM@MOF is increased by 4.8 times compared with microporous counterpart in 4-tert-butylstyrene oxidation to aldehyde product. This work paves a way for designing efficient catalysts for selective oxidation of aryl alkenes via increasing the accessibility of active sites and broadening the diffusion channels by hierarchical construction.  相似文献

铜催化卤代芳烃进行氨解反应是构建碳氮键的重要方法。铜作为催化剂不仅便宜、丰富、相对低毒,而且可以通过几个氧化态进行循环催化。配体的发展则扩展了底物的适用范围,提高了官能团的兼容性和反应的选择性,使得该反应成为一种通用的制备芳胺的方法。本文以铜盐催化剂为线索,对该反应机理进行了简介,对近年来铜催化卤代芳烃的氨解反应的研究进展进行了综述和展望,并指出高活性和高选择性的催化体系依然有限,铜催化剂使用量仍然较大,氨和氯代芳烃的使用还不够广泛,而且关于该类反应详细机理的文献报道还缺乏。此外,发展一个新的、高效的和通用的氨解方法仍然显得极为迫切。  相似文献

A visible‐light‐promoted iridium photoredox and nickel dual‐catalyzed cross‐coupling procedure for the formation C?N bonds has been developed. With this method, various aryl amines were chemoselectively cross‐coupled with electronically and sterically diverse aryl iodides and bromides to forge the corresponding C?N bonds, which are of high interest to the pharmaceutical industries. Aryl iodides were found to be a more efficient electrophilic coupling partner. The coupling reactions were carried out at room temperature without the rigorous exclusion of molecular oxygen, thus making this newly developed Ir‐photoredox/Ni dual‐catalyzed procedure very mild and operationally simple.  相似文献

A general and efficient coupling of aryl bromides with diethyl malonate is presented. The reaction provided the α-arylated diethyl malonates in moderate to good yields with a low loading of CuCl2(5%, molar fraction) and 8-hydroxyquinoline(5%, molar fraction).
