Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and optical studies have been carried out on Cu(II)-, VO(II)- and Cr(III)-doped strontium tetraborate glasses to understand the distortion and substitution of these ions. The EPR results of Cu(II) glass indicate that g > g , typical for the tetragonally elongated octahedral site of the Cu(II) impurity. The evaluated covalency parameter 0.788 suggests a moderate covalency for the bonding. By correlating EPR and optical results, the in-plane π-bonding β1 2 is evaluated as 0.715. In the vanadium-doped glasses, the distortion must be a tetragonally elongated octahedron, similar to Cu(II). However, the EPR studies show that g > g indicating the tetragonally compressed octahedral site for the ion. The site symmetry is C 4V. Supported by the optical absorption, evaluated parameters propose a moderate covalency. The EPR and optical results for Cr(III) glass indicate the distorted octahedral site symmetry in the host lattice. These results further suggest that the bonding between Cr(III) and the ligands is covalent. Authors' address: Renduchintala V. S. S. N. 在室温下测量了在空气中灼烧掺杂Dy2O3的SrB3O7的发射光谱。观测到了由Dy^3 到Dy^2 氧化态的变化。经优化,当在空气中灼烧温度为650℃时为产生Dy^2 的最佳温度。在457.9nm的激发下测出了两个峰位分别位于550和660nm的宽发射带。我们认为这两个宽发射带是由Dy^2 离子由5d态向4f基态能级(^5I8)跃迁产生的。讨论了几个有益于在这种基质中还原Dy^3 离子的条件。为了实现Dy^3 离子的还原,我们还在Ar/H2(4%)气氛中制备了Dy2O3掺杂的SrB4O7比较了这种样品和在空气中所制备的样品的光学特性。本文还对标专SrB4O7还原性和稳定性的g-因子由Tm^2 的[E0(Tm^3 /Tm^2 =-2.3V]推导出Dy^2 的[E0(Dy^3 /Dy^2 )=-2.6V],但对这种还原过程的局限性尚未确定。  相似文献

运用ZEMAX设计了一款大孔径、小畸变微弱光信号检测镜头,与高灵敏近红外CCD图像传感器匹配,实现了对微弱单态氧1O2信号的实时、快速、高准确度的检测.检测镜头相对孔径1:0.86,半像高为6.3 mm,光谱范围为1 250~1 290 nm,放大倍率为1X,畸变小于0.1%.运用AutoCAD设计光学系统的机械结构,采用双高斯对称式结构以降低成本,手动聚焦、直插式滤片切换机构方便实验的调节,检测镜头研制成功并在实验中采集到较好的微弱单态氧1O2信号.  相似文献

采用高温固相法通过掺杂不同种类的镧系元素以及改变掺杂元素的浓度制备了系列SrB_4O_7∶Re~(2+)(Re代表Ce,Nd,Gd和Lu)荧光材料,利用实验室自建的非偏振显微共聚焦荧光/拉曼测量系统重点研究了其荧光光谱特性。研究发现,SrB_4O_7∶Re~(2+)和SrB_4O_7∶Sm~(2+)具有相似的荧光特性,最强单峰对应~5 D_0-~7 F_0电子跃迁所产生的荧光峰(0-0峰),峰位为685.41nm;在700和730nm附近还对应有~5 D_0-~7 F_1和~5 D_0-~7 F_2电子跃迁所产生的两条强度较弱的荧光带;在相同条件下,SrB_4O_7∶Re~(2+)的0-0峰强度较SrB_4O_7∶Sm~(2+)的0-0峰强度至少要弱一个量级。对SrB_4O_7∶Re~(2+)荧光光谱分析结果显示,掺杂元素种类和掺杂元素浓度是影响荧光光谱强度的关键因素,两者直接决定了能参与发光的Re~(2+)离子的总量。  相似文献

The two–dimensional orthogonal representation of electromagnetic waves in crystals is developed. Simple expressions determining the directions of optical axes and dependence of group and phase velocities and polarization vectors on the direction, in the general case, of triclinic crystals of magnetic dielectrics are obtained. A solution of the Maxwell equations in the form of two isonormal harmonic waves is found to be directly related to the exponential, two–dimensional spinor, and three–dimensional tensor representations.  相似文献

Recently, we demonstrated rigorously the stability of charge-stripe phases in 2D quantum-particle systems that are described by extended Falicov–Kimball Hamiltonians, with the quantum hopping particles being either spinless fermions or hardcore bosons. In this paper, by means of the same methods, we show that an arbitrary small anisotropy of nearest-neighbor hopping eliminates the π/2-rotation degeneracy of dimeric and axial-stripe phases and orients them in the direction of the weaker hopping. Due to the same anisotropy the obtained phase diagrams of fermions show a tendency to become similar to those of hardcore bosons. PACS numbers: 71.10.Fd, 71.10.−w, 71.27.+a, 67.40.Db  相似文献

We have made spectral studies of induced optical anisotropy (its quantitative measure is the difference of refractive indices of the ordinary and extraordinary beams n = n on e) of Rhodamine 6G and 4C solutions in glycerol upon excitation in the UV region of the absorption spectrum. The observed spectral dependences of n of the above dye solutions excited in the UV (short-wavelength) and visible (long-wavelength) regions of the absorption spectrum are explained from the point of view of the molecular model. The proposed methods for investigating induced optical anisotropy of solutions of organic compounds make it possible to reliably determine the relative orientation of molecular electronic oscillators in the molecule skeleton and, consequently, the mutual orientation of the dipole moments of transitions.  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了Sr3SiO5 : Eu2+黄色发光材料,研究了Eu2+浓度及共激活剂等对材料发光性能的影响。结果显示,随Eu2+浓度的增大,Sr3SiO5 : Eu2+材料发射强度先增强后减弱,即存在浓度猝灭效应,根据Dexter理论,其浓度猝灭机理为电偶极-偶极相互作用。掺入共激活剂Yb、Tm均能提高材料的发射强度。利用InGaN管芯分别激发Sr2.98Eu0.01Tm0.01SiO5和Sr2.98Eu0.01Yb0.01SiO5材料,获得了很好的白光发射。  相似文献

提出并演示了一种由两光纤构成的杨氏干涉解调系统的全光纤低相干光纤位移传感器系统。该技术从根本上避免了光源频率、光强的波动,及光在传输过程中由系统带来的损耗、光的偏振方向的改变引起的信号衰落问题。其结构简单,易于调整,测量分辨率可达0.054mm。  相似文献

The behavior of an octahedral center created in alkali chloride and bromide single crystals by doping with divalent lead is analyzed using the experimental results from absorption and luminescence measurements.
