A series of novel 1,2,4-triazoles containing 1,2,3-thiadiazole derivatives were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by melting points, IR, 1H NMR, and elemental analysis and ESI-MS or HRMS. Preliminary bioassays indicated that these compounds exhibited very good insecticidal activity against Aphis laburni at 100 μg/mL, with mortality no less than 95%. Compounds 6a, 6c, 6f, 61 showed higher curative activity against TMV and compound 6h showed a higher induction effects against TMV in vivo at 100 μg/mL. Collectively, our data demonstrate a new strategy for control of insects and viruses.  相似文献

A series of novel quinazolin-4(3H)-one derivatives (6a6y) containing a 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole moiety were designed and synthesized, and their structures were fully characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HRMS and IR spectra. Among them, the structure of compound 6u was unambiguously confirmed via single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The obtained bioassay results showed that compounds 6h, 6k, 6l and 6y had the EC50 (half-maximal effective concentration) values of 34.8, 28.2, 41.5 and 42.5 μg/mL against the phytopathogenic bacterium Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo), respectively, which were significantly better than commercial bactericide Bismerthiazol (EC50 = 95.8 μg/mL). Additionally, compounds 6a and 6b exhibited the strong inhibition activity against the pathogen Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri (Xac).  相似文献

A new series of febrifuginol analogues was prepared from l-glutamic acid. An antimalarial activity evaluation against chloroquine-sensitive (T96) and chloroquine-resistant (K1) Plasmodium falciparum indicated that all the tested compounds had very strong inhibitory activity. Compounds 4 and 17b′ were inactive against KB, MCF7, HepG2 and LU1 cell lines even at a concentration of 100 μM, while they exhibited significant inhibition towards P. falciparum. Comparison of the antimalarial activity and the cytotoxic properties revealed that the 2′S isomers were more active than the corresponding 2′R isomers for this series of febrifuginol analogues, indicating that the C-2′ position is critical for the biological activity of this class of compounds.  相似文献

A series of enantiopure and racemic p-alkylphenyl glycerol ethers 1ak were synthesized. A new, sensitive, and pictorial method of comparison of the IR spectra of solid enantiopure and racemic samples was developed to obtain preliminary information on the crystallization types of these compounds. In order to detect the subtle differences in the organization of the chiral solid phase, a new easily implemented approach, based on a chromatographic measuring of the relative abundance of the enantiomers in a single solution in equilibrium with a solid sample of arbitrary (0 < ee < 1) composition, is reported. One new conglomerate compound (Alk = n-Pr) and one borderline case (Alk = n-Bu) are disclosed. Higher members of the series of 1 (starting with an n-Bu derivative) are turned into liquid crystals upon melting; no significant differences between racemic and non-racemic samples were found. Only enantiopure methyl-, n-butyl, n-pentyl, n-hexyl, and n-heptyl substituted 1 were able to form supramolecular gels in hydrocarbon solvents; all racemic ethers 1 did not show such ability.  相似文献

A series of methyl-substituted bis(2-(hydroxyphenyl)benzothiazolate)zinc derivatives [Zn(n-MeBTZ)2, n = 3 (1a), 4 (1b), 5 (1c)] were synthesized to investigate the correlation between molecular structures and optical properties. The results indicate that the blue-emitting (λmax = 470 nm) complex 1b is monomer with a higher PL quantum efficiency than complexes 1, 1a, 1c. Two green-emitting (λmax = 507 nm and 499 nm) complexes 1a and 1c have special bi-molecular structures. The molecular structure for Zn(BTZ)2 (complex 1) is dimer. Bilayer organic light-emitting devices were fabricated by using these complexes as emitting layer. The maximum emission wavelengths of the devices are in the range of 501–553 nm. The devices show turn-on voltages at 9.2, 12.7, 2.3 and 10.7 V for complex 1, 1a, 1b, and 1c, respectively. In particular, the device with complex 1b shows a higher brightness than the other complexes under the same conditions.  相似文献

A series of copper(II) complexes 1 derived from unsymmetric 1,3,4-thiadiazoles 2 exhibiting mesogenic properties are reported. All the precursors 2 and 3 exhibited smectic A or/and smectic C phases, whereas, copper complexes formed nematic, SmA or SmC phases. The mesophases formed by derivatives 2 and 3 were probably attributed to the H-bondings induced both intramolecularly or/and intermolecularly between amide (-NH) and phenolic (-OH) groups. The crystal and molecular structures of mesogenic 2-(5-(2-(hexyloxy)naphthalene-6-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-yl)phenol (2; n=6, m=6) were determined by means of X-ray structural analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P-1, with a=7.4255(18) Å, b=8.209(2) Å, c=17.315(5) Å, and Z=2. An intermolecular H-bond (d=1.89 Å) between N2 and H1A atoms with an angle of 161.5° was observed. All molecules were packed as tilted layer arrangement and a π-π interaction (ca. 3.56 Å) was observed. Variable temperature FTIR and 1H NMR spectroscopies were also used to probe the possible H-bondings formed in compound 2 (m=0, n=6). The fluorescent properties of these compounds 2 were examined. All λmax peaks of the absorption and photoluminescence spectra occurred at ca. 359-363 nm and 519-537 nm, respectively. Excited state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) reaction in this type of ortho-hydroxy-1,3,4-thiadiazole was also observed.  相似文献

Employing the intermediate derivatization method (IDM), a series of 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives containing arylpyrazoloxyl moiety were designed and synthesized. In vitro bioassays showed that these compounds have moderate to significant fungicidal activity against rice sheath blight and sorghum anthracnose. Furthermore, compound 20 is a promising fungicide for further development.  相似文献

Two new gephyromycins (12), belonging to angucyclinones, were identified from Streptomyces sp. SS13I. Their structures were elucidated by analysis of HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data, and the structure of 1 was further elucidated by X-ray diffraction data. The absolute configurations of compounds 12 were evidenced by ECD calculations. To our best knowledge, Compounds 12 were the second reported gephyromycin-type angucyclinones. Compound 2 exhibited significant cytotoxicity against PC3 cell lines with IC50 values of 1.38 ± 0.47 μM.  相似文献

A series of new 5α-cholestano [5,6-b] benzothiazines (46) has been synthesized by the reaction of 5α-cholestan-6-one (13) with 2-aminothiophenol in the presence of iodine. The structures of newly synthesized compounds have been established on the basis of spectral and analytical data. Compounds (16) were screened for in vitro anticancer activity against the human cancer cell lines; SW480 (colon adenocarcinoma cells), A549 (lung carcinoma cells), HepG2 (hepatic carcinoma cells) and HeLa (cervical cancer cells) using MTT assay during which the products (46) showed marked increase in anticancer activity and in particular, compound 6 showed IC50 = 13.73 μmol L−1 against HeLa cells, being more effective than Doxorubicin against the same cells. Compounds 4 and 6 also showed minimum IC50 of 15.83 μmol L−1 and 16.89 μmol L−1 against HepG2 and A549 cells, respectively. Compounds (16) were also tested for in vitro antimicrobial activity against different bacterial as well as fungal strains during which newly synthesized compounds (46) were found more potent than starting compounds (13). Compound 4 was found to be more potent than the reference drug, Chloramphenicol, in the case of Escherichia coli while compound 5 was found almost equally potential antifungal agent against P. marneffei in comparison with the reference drug, Nystatin.  相似文献

Two new tetrahydrofuran derivatives, mucorinic acids A (1) and B (2) as well as the three known secondary metabolites dehydroabietic acid (3), Δ8-dihydroabietic acid (4) and 8-pimarenic acid (5) were isolated from a solid culture of the fungus Mucor spp. isolated on insect Acalymma bivittula. The structure of these compounds was elucidated by analysis of NMR and MS spectroscopic data. Compounds were tested in antimicrobial and insecticidal assays. Dehydroabietic acid exhibited moderate larvicidal activity on Aedes aegypti larvae with 65% mortality at 10 ppm. Both new compounds 1 and 2 showed interesting antibacterial activity on Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin resistant S. aureus with MIC values in the 8–16 μg/ml.  相似文献

Six organophosphine/phosphite stabilized N-silver(I) succinimide complexes of the type Ln · AgNC4H4O2 (L = PPh3; n = 1, 2a; n = 2, 2b; n = 3, 2c; L = P(OEt)3; n = 1, 2d; n = 2, 2e; n = 3, 2f) have been prepared by reacting [AgNC4H4O2], which can be synthesized from succinimide and excessive Ag2O in boiling water, with triphenylphosphine or triethylphosphite in dichloromethane under a nitrogen atmosphere. These complexes were obtained in high yields and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H, 13C{H} NMR, IR spectroscopy and thermal analysis (TG and DSC). The molecular structure of 2c has been determined by X-ray single crystal analysis, in which the silver atom is in a distorted tetrahedral geometry.  相似文献

Photolysis of azides 14 in methanol, which have a built-in intramolecular triplet sensitizer, yields mainly carbamates 58. Laser flash photolysis of 14 shows formation of their triplet-excited ketone, which decays by intramolecular energy transfer to form triplet nitrenes 1n4n. Irradiating 13 in matrices yields isocyanic acid, whereas photolysis of 4 forms isocyanate 4i. The depletion rate of the azide bands between 2100 and 2200 cm?1 is different than the rate of formation for the isocyanic acid bands at ~2265 cm?1; thus, the formation of isocyanic acid is a stepwise process. Irradiating 1 in matrices produces an absorption band due to nitrene 1n (λmax  343 nm), which is depleted upon further irradiation, whereas the absorption due to 4-acetyl benzaldehyde (λmax  280 nm) increases with prolonged irradiation. We propose that formation of isocyanic acid in matrices must come from secondary photolysis of nitrenes 1n3n. This mechanism is further supported by calculation, which show that the estimated transition state for 1n4n to fall apart to yield alkoxy and cyanato radicals is only ~34 kcal/mol above the ground state of the triplet nitrenes and thus the cleavage can take place photochemically. Thus, nitrenes 1n4n can be formed selectively, but these intermediates are highly photosensitive and undergo secondary photolysis in matrices.  相似文献

Thirteen novel indole derivatives were efficiently synthesized through ultrasound irradiation by using 4-amino-5-(1H-indol-3-yl)-4H-[1,2,4]triazole-3-thiol (8) and 2-mercapto-5-substituted-1,3,4-oxadiazoles (5am). Compared with conventional and microwave methods, yields increased to 82–93%, and reaction times decreased to 15–35 min. The structures of these novel compounds were characterized by spectral data and elemental analysis. Two out of the synthesized compounds (10f and 10l) exhibited excellent activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, and thus warrant further research.  相似文献

Three compounds composed of phenazine and copper chloride have been prepared and studied by infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and variable temperature magnetization. The compounds synthesized and studied are: Cu(phenazine)Cl2 (1), (phenazinium)2CuCl4 · H2O (2), and [Cu(phenazine)Cl2 · H2O]2 (3). A series of glycosidic-pyrroloquinolinone based novel building blocks of camptothecin (2ag) were synthesized via Lewis acid-assisted olefin cross-metathesis reaction using Ti(OiPr)4 30 mol % and 10 mol % of Grubb’s second generation catalyst with good to excellent yields. Most of these compounds exhibited significant growth inhibitory effects on all the tested cancer cell lines and three compounds (2c, 2d and 2e) showed potent cytotoxic activity.  相似文献

Three new series of liquid crystals 1-3 derived from heterocyclic pyrazoles, isoxazoles and 1,3,4-oxadiazoles exhibiting smectic A or C phases were reported. Compound 1a exhibited monotropic smectic A phase, while the other two compounds 2-3a were not mesogenic. In contrast, all other compounds 1-3b bearing longer alkoxy chains exhibited smectic X and C phases, which were confirmed by powder XRD diffractometer. The clearing temperatures decreased in the order of compounds 1b > 2b > 3b, in contrast the temperature range of smectic C phases increased in the order of compounds 1b < 2b < 3b. The smectic phases in 1-3b were formed by a monomeric structure, confirmed and consistent with powder X-ray diffraction data. The formation of mesomorphic behavior might be probably attributed to their exocyclic angles and/or H-bonds. All derivatives showed good stabilities at temperature below T = 346 °C on TGA analysis.  相似文献

A novel series of 5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indoles were designed and synthesized in order to find novel potent anticancer compounds.The structures were confirmed by ~1H NMR and MS.Their antiproliferative activities against two cancer cell lines were tested by the MTT method in vitro.Three of compounds (1e,1g,and 1h) exhibited potent antiproliferative activities,especially compound 1h (with IC_(50) values of 5.2μmol/L and 1.9μmol/L against Bel-7402 and HT-1080,respectively).The preliminary structure-activity relationships of 5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indole derivatives were discussed.  相似文献

Thirteen compounds with ester and amide linkages were synthesized and their mesogenic properties evaluated. Methyl to n‐propyl derivatives exhibit nematic phases, n‐butyl to n‐decyl derivatives exhibit smectic and nematic mesophases, whereas n‐dodecyl to n‐octadecyl derivatives exhibit only smectic phases. All the smectic homologues exhibit smectic C phases. Middle members of the homologous series exhibit polymorphism of smectic mesophase. A plot of transition temperatures versus number of carbon atoms in the alkoxy chain reveals an odd–even effect for nematic–isotropic transition temperatures. Nematic–isotropic and smectic–cholesteric thermal stabilities of the prepared compounds (series I) are higher compared to those of previously reported compounds, series A, B and C. The results indicate that a simple reversal of a central linkage has a dramatic effect on the appearance of smectic mesophase in a homologous series. The structures of the synthesized compounds were characterized using elemental analysis, thin‐layer chromatography and spectral data.  相似文献
