Chiral C2-symmetric N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) palladium diaquo complexes 5ac and the chiral C2-symmetric NHC-palladium complexes 5d and 5e prepared from (R)-BINAM or H8-(R)-BINAM could be used as the catalysts for the enantioselective arylation of arylaldehydes with arylboronic acids in which NHC-Pd complex 5a was found to be fairly effective in this reaction to give the corresponding adducts in moderate enantioselectivities along with moderate to good yields.  相似文献

The first copper-catalyzed asymmetric silylative cyclization of cyclohexadienone-containing 1,6-enynes has been accomplished through a tandem process: regioselective silylcupration of terminal unactivated alkynes and subsequently enantioselective conjugate addition to cyclohexadienones. This reaction proceeded smoothly to afford the cis-hydrobenzofuran and cis-hydroindole frameworks bearing two consecutive chiral carbon centers in high to excellent yields and moderate enantioselectivities. Additionally, the cyclization products could be readily subjected to several transformations for elaborating synthetic utilities.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Reaction of enyne 1 with catecholborane catalyzed by a 1:1 mixture of [Rh(COD)(2)](+)SbF(6)(-) and (S)-BINAP (5 mol %) followed by Pd-catalyzed arylation with p-IC(6)H(4)CF(3) gave benzylidenecyclopentane 5 in 65% yield with 88% ee. Rhodium-catalyzed asymmetric cyclization/hydroboration followed either by Pd-catalyzed arylation or by oxidation was applied to the synthesis of a number of chiral, nonracemic carbocycles and heterocycles.  相似文献

Chiral, C(2)-symmetric imidazolium and imidazolinium ions, as well as the corresponding copper- or silver-bound carbenoids, have been prepared. Structural study of these compounds by X-ray crystallography reveals a chiral pocket that surrounds the putative carbene site or the metal-carbene bond, at carbon 2, in three of the four ligands prepared. Preliminary investigation into the application of these complexes has shown one of them to be highly enantioselective in the hydrosilylation of acetophenone.  相似文献

Abstract

The catalytic activity of a series of chiral heteroaryl coordinated chelating N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) palladium complexes towards asymmetric allylic alkylation (AAA) were presented here. The effects of different N-substituents, NHC backbones and chelate rings on the catalytic activity and the enantioselectivity of the alkylation of (E)-1,3-diarylallyl acetates with dialkyl malonate were investigated. The results showed that, under the optimized conditions, complexes 3a, 3b, and 3i carrying the pyridinyl-coordinated five-membered chelate ring showed high catalytic activity and chiral induction efficiency. The corresponding alkylated products were obtained in high yields with moderate ee. Furthermore, it was found that the substituents of (E)-1,3-diarylallyl acetates and the type of the nucleophile affect the results as well.  相似文献

Asymmetric hydrogenation of 1,6-enynes using chirally modified cationic rhodium precatalysts enables enantioselective reductive cyclization to afford alkylidene-substituted carbocycles and heterocycles in a completely atom economical fashion. Good to excellent yields and exceptional levels of asymmetric induction are observed across a structurally diverse set of substrates. Mechanistic studies involving hydrogen-deuterium crossover experiments, along with the observance of nonconjugated cycloisomerization products 14c and 15c, suggest rhodium(III) metallocyclopentene formation occurs in advance of hydrogen activation. This oxidative coupling-hydrogenolytic cleavage motif should play a key role in the design of related hydrogen-mediated couplings.  相似文献

The efficiency of a Au(III)/chiral ligand system has been studied. The association of several chiral mono- and bidentate phosphanes with gold has been tested in the formal addition of an oxygen nucleophile to an alkene followed by a cyclization process, namely the hydroxycyclization reaction of 1,6-enynes. The use of (R)-4-MeO-3,5-(t-Bu)2-MeOBIPHEP ligand led to clean cycloisomerizations and afforded the highest enantiomeric excesses. The enantiomeric excesses were highly dependant on the substrate/nucleophile combination. A 31P NMR study of the catalytic species tends to prove that Au(III) catalyst may be reduced to Au(I) intermediate in the presence of phosphanes.  相似文献

DIANANE (endo,endo-2,5-diaminonorbornane) is a novel chiral C(2)-symmetric diamine, based on the rigid bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane scaffold. Schiff-base ligands derived from DIANANE have already found use in asymmetric catalysis, e.g., in the highly enantioselective Nozaki-Hiyama-Kishi reaction. We herein describe a practical synthesis of enantiomerically pure DIANANE, starting from norbornadiene in four steps: (i) Pd-MOP catalyzed Hayashi-hydrosilylation/Tamao-Fleming oxidation, (ii) oxidation to norbornane-2,5-dione, (iii) endo-selective reductive amination with benzylamine, and (iv) hydrogenolytic debenzylation. None of the steps involves chromatographic purification. For the Tamao-Fleming oxidation, the use of hydrogen peroxide in the form of its urea clathrate instead of aqueous solution proved beneficial. By the above sequence, enantiomerically pure (ee >or=99%) DIANANE was obtained from norbornadiene in 40-50% overall yield. The relative and absolute configuration of DIANANE was confirmed by X-ray crystallography of the DIANANE bis-tosylamide, and of its bis-camphorsulfonamide. Furthermore, the synthesis and X-ray crystal structure of the Schiff-base ligand derived from DIANANE and 3,5-di-tert-butyl salicylic aldehyde are reported.  相似文献

1,6-Enynes reacted with arylboronic acids in the presence of a catalytic amount of a rhodium(I) complex under mild conditions to give (Z)-1-(1-arylethylidene)-2-vinylcyclopentanes. The regioselective addition of an arylrhodium(I) species across the carbon-carbon triple bond triggered the cyclization process. Intramolecular carborhodation onto the pendent alkene in a 5-exo mode furnished a five-membered ring. Finally, the rhodium(I) methoxide generated by beta-methoxy elimination reacted with the arylboronic acid to promote the next catalytic cycle.  相似文献
