Diaryliodonium triflates have been directly prepared by reaction of some iodoarenes with aromatic substrates in good yields by using K2S2O8/CF3COOH/CH2Cl2. Treatment of a variety of iodoarenes with iodobenzene under the same conditions resulted in ligand transfer, and (4-iodophenyl)(phenyl)iodonium triflate was obtained. This procedure avoids the use of high temperature and severe reaction conditions.  相似文献

A mild and metal‐free approach to C?N coupling is described that employs diaryliodonium salt electrophiles and secondary aliphatic amine nucleophiles. This reaction results in direct ipso‐substitution of the iodonium moiety and unsymmetrical aryl(TMP)iodonium salts are primarily employed. Moreover, arene substituents and substitution patterns that currently pose a challenge to classical metal‐free methods are accommodated and the alicyclic amine nucleophiles used here are unprecedented in other contemporary metal‐free C?N coupling reactions.  相似文献

trans-Dichloro-, trans-dibromo-, and trans-diiodoosmium(IV) tetraarylporphyrins were obtained by extremely facile synthetic routes directly from the reactions of the corresponding (carbonyl)osmium(II) complexes with CCl(4), CBr(4), and CI(4), respectively. At short reaction times, appreciable amounts of intermediates-one for each reaction-were observed by spectroscopic investigations. These intermediates were shown to be (carbonyl)(halo)(porphyrinato)osmium(III) complexes by independent preparation of an authentic (carbonyl)(bromo)(porphyrinato)osmium(III) complex, which was identical to the reaction intermediate in the reaction of CBr(4) and very similar to those of the other reactions. This provided strong evidence for the reaction mechanism, two stepwise one-electron oxidations of the metal ion. The relatively strong binding of carbon monoxide to osmium(III) is proposed to be an important factor in avoiding dimerization of the reaction intermediates.  相似文献

Alkali-metal-ion extraction reactions using poly(tetrafluoroethylene) (PTFE; AEP reactions) were performed on two kinds of α-NaFeO(2)-type layered compounds: Na(0.68)(Li(0.68/3)Ti(1-0.68/3))O(2) and K(0.70)(Li(0.70/3)Sn(1-0.70/3))O(2). At 400 °C in flowing argon, these layered compounds were reacted with PTFE. By these reactions, alkali-metal ions in the layered compounds were successfully extracted, and TiO(2) and SnO(2) with rutile-type structure were formed. The structural similarity between the alkali-metal-ion-extracted layered compounds and the binary metal oxide products in these unique alkali-metal-ion extraction reactions was interpreted in terms of their interatomic distance distribution by atomic pair distribution function analysis. The results of this study indicate that PTFE is an effective agent to extract alkali-metal ions from layered compounds, and AEP reaction is not limited to the previously reported γ-FeOOH-type layered titania K(0.8)(Li(0.27)Ti(1.73))O(4), but is also applicable to other layered titania and other non-titanium-based layered metal oxides. Therefore, it was clarified that AEP reactions are widely applicable routes to prepare various compounds, including those that are difficult to synthesize by other reactions.  相似文献

A new versatile method has been developed for the electrochemically assisted grafting of carbon materials. The approach is based on the reduction of iodonium salts and allows the immobilization not only of aryl groups, such as phenyl or nitrophenyl, but also of alkynyl groups under mild conditions. In particular, the immobilization of alkynyl groups is important because such grafting cannot be accomplished using any other known reductive procedure. The electrochemical properties of the grafted surfaces with estimated coverages of (4-6) x 10(-)(10) mol cm(-)(2) are investigated against the ferrocene and Fe(CN)(6)(3)(-) solution probes. The analysis of the surfaces is carried out by means of cyclic voltammetry and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.  相似文献

A series of diruthenium compounds, Ru2(DArF)3(L")Cl (2), where the auxiliary ligand DArF is DmAniF or D(3,5-Cl2Ph)F and L" is one of the diarylformamidinate ligands containing at least one biphenyl, were prepared from Suzuki reactions between Ru2(DArF)3(L')Cl (1), where L' is (4-I-Ph)NC(H)NPh (N-(4-iodophenyl)-N'-phenylformamidinate) or D(4-I-Ph)F (N,N'-di(4-iodophenyl)formamidinate), and ArB(OH)2 (Ar = Ph and 4-CH3C(O)Ph) in satisfactory yields. Alkynylation of the type 2 compounds with LiCCPh yielded the alkynyl derivatives Ru2(DArF)3(L")(CCPh) (3). Alternatively, type 3 compounds can be prepared from the Suzuki coupling reaction between Ru2(DArF)3(L')(C2Ph) and ArB(OH)2. A structural comparison between the type 1 and 2 compounds revealed minimal changes in the coordination sphere of Ru2 core. Cyclic voltammograms of Suzuki derivatives resemble those of the parent compounds, indicating the retention of the electrophore characteristic of diruthenium species upon peripheral modification.  相似文献

The mechanism of the Cu(I)-catalyzed and uncatalyzed intramolecular cyclopropanation of ketoesteric and diesteric iodonium ylides has been thoroughly explored by means of electronic structure calculation methods (DFT). All crucial reaction steps encapsulated in the entire catalyzed and uncatalyzed reaction pathways were scrutinized, while the elementary steps, the intermediates and transition states were identified through monitoring the geometric and energetic reaction profiles. It was found that CuCl efficiently catalyze the cyclopropanation of iodonium ylides only for their diesteric derivatives and their diazo analogues via stabilization of the respective carbene upon complexation with the metal center. For the ketoesteric iodonium ylides the CuCl catalyst does not affect the kinetics of the intramolecular cyclopropanation reactions which could proceed easily without the catalyst, in line with available experimental observations.  相似文献

1,10-Phenanthroline (phen) was reacted with various combinations of two and in one of the cases with three alkaline earth metal cations taken in equimolar ratio. In all the competitive reactions it was obtained only one product free of any impurities, which is in accordance with the theory of self-assembly processes. The compound [Ca(phen)2(H2O)2(NO3)]NO3 was synthesized in all the reactions where Ca(2+) was involved. In contrast, none of the reactions led to the preparation of a strontium complex. Two of the reactions, in which participated Be(2+), resulted in the compound (phen)3(H+)2(NO(-)(3))2. The second group of competitive reactions was carried out with 1,10-phenanthroline and a given alkaline earth metal cation in the presence of the anions NO(3)(-) and BF(4)(-). These led to the compounds Mg(phen)4(BF4)2(H2O)3, [Ca(phen)2(H2O)2(NO3)]BF4, Sr(phen)4(OH)(BF4)(H2O) and Ba(phen)3.5(BF4)2(H2O). All the newly synthesized substances were characterized by elemental analysis, IR- and FAB-mass-spectra.  相似文献

以室温下Zn/Me2SiCl2/DMA还原体系代替传统低温下(-78 ℃)有机锂试剂体系,高收率合成了4-乙酰巯基碘苯(6)和4-碘苯甲硫醚(7)。 分别将二者与二茂铁乙炔偶联合成了二茂铁乙炔基苯硫酚衍生物1和2。 研究了衍生物1和2的光谱和电化学性质,将其自组装到金电极上,获得了电活性较好的修饰电极。 衍生物1修饰Au/GCE电极对芦丁有良好的催化电氧化作用,在生物/电化学传感器领域有潜在应用前景。  相似文献

The reactions of [AuClL] with Ag(2)O, where L represents the heterofunctional ligands PPh(2)py and PPh(2)CH(2)CH(2)py, give the trigoldoxonium complexes [O(AuL)(3)]BF(4). Treatment of these compounds with thio- or selenourea affords the triply bridging sulfide or selenide derivatives [E(AuL)(3)]BF(4) (E=S, Se). These trinuclear species react with Ag(OTf) or [Cu(NCMe)(4)]PF(6) to give different results, depending on the phosphine and the metal. The reactions of [E(AuPPh(2)py)(3)]BF(4) with silver or copper salts give [E(AuPPh(2)py)(3)M](2+) (E=O, S, Se; M=Ag, Cu) clusters that are highly luminescent. The silver complexes consist of tetrahedral Au(3)Ag clusters further bonded to another unit through aurophilic interactions, whereas in the copper species two coordination isomers with different metallophilic interactions were found. The first is analogous to the silver complexes and in the second, two [S(AuPPh(2)py)(3)](+) units bridge two copper atoms through one pyridine group in each unit. The reactions of [E(AuPPh(2)CH(2)CH(2)py)(3)]BF(4) with silver and copper salts give complexes with [E(AuPPh(2)CH(2)CH(2)py)(3)M](2+) stoichiometry (E=O, S, Se; M=Ag, Cu) with the metal bonded to the three nitrogen atoms in the absence of AuM interactions. The luminescence of these clusters has been studied by varying the chalcogenide, the heterofunctional ligand, and the metal.  相似文献

The photochemical reactions of the moderately strained sila[1]ferrocenophane [Fe(eta-C(5)H(4))(2)SiPh(2)] (1) and the highly strained thia[1]ferrocenophane [Fe(eta-C(5)H(4))(2)S] (8) with transition-metal carbonyls ([Fe(CO)(5)], [Fe(2)(CO)(9)] and [Co(2)(CO)(8)]) have been studied. The use of metal carbonyls has allowed the products of photochemically induced Fe-cyclopentadienyl (Cp) bond cleavage reactions in the [1]ferrocenophanes to be trapped as stable, characterisable products. During the course of these studies the synthesis of 8 from [Fe(eta-C(5)H(4)Li)(2)TMEDA] (TMEDA=N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine) and S(SO(2)Ph)(2) has been significantly improved by a change of reaction solvent and temperature. Photochemical reaction of 1 with excess [Fe(CO)(5)] in THF gave the dinuclear complex [Fe(2)(CO)(2)(mu-CO)(2)(eta-C(5)H(4))(2)SiPh(2)] (9). The analogous photolytic reaction of 8 with [Fe(CO)(5)] in THF gave cyclic dimer [Fe(eta-C(5)H(4))(2)S](2) (10) and [Fe(2)(CO)(2)(mu-CO)(2)(eta-C(5)H(4))(2)S] (11), with the former being the major product. Photolysis of 1 with [Co(2)(CO)(8)] afforded the remarkable tetrametallic dimer [(CO)(2)Co(eta-C(5)H(4))SiPh(2)(eta-C(5)H(4))Fe(CO)(2)](2) (13). The corresponding photochemical reaction of 8 with [Co(2)(CO)(8)] gave a trimetallic insertion product in high conversion, [Co(CO)(4)(CO)(2)Fe(eta-C(5)H(4))S(eta-C(5)H(4))Co(CO)(2)] (14). These reactivity studies show that UV light promotes Fe-Cp bond cleavage reactions of both of the [1]ferrocenophanes 1 and 8. We have found that, whereas the less strained sila[1]ferrocenophane 1 requires photoactivation for Fe-Cp bond insertions to occur, the highly strained thia[1]ferrocenophane 8 undergoes both irradiative and non-irradiative insertions, although the latter occur at a slower rate. Our results suggest that such photoinduced bond cleavage reactions may be general and applicable to other related strained organometallic rings with pi-hydrocarbon ligands.  相似文献

Reduction of H(+) by TiO(2) electrons (e(TiO)(2)(-)) in aqueous colloidal solution takes place in the presence of surface metal catalysts. The catalytic reduction gives rise to adsorbed hydrogen atoms. In the presence of Pd(0) or Pt(0), material balance shows that most of the adsorbed H atoms combine to molecular hydrogen. When the TiO(2) nanoparticles are partially coated with Au(0) instead of Pd(0) or Pt(0), a higher than expected molecular hydrogen level is observed, attributed to a short chain reaction involving hydrogen abstraction from 2-propanol. This unusual hydrogen abstraction reaction has not been reported before. The mechanism and energy balance are discussed. The surface modification of TiO(2) nanoparticles was carried out by reduction of K(2)PdCl(4), H(2)PtCl(6), or HAuCl(4) with e(TiO)(2)(-). The latter had been generated through electron injection from hydrated electrons, hydrogen atoms, or 2-propanol radicals, produced by gamma or pulse radiolysis prior to the addition of the metal compounds. Upon addition of the metal compounds, immediate reactions take place producing metals clusters (M(0)) by multistep reductions reactions on the TiO(2) surface. The chemical kinetics involving the different metals and the reaction rate constant of e(aq)(-) and e(TiO)(2)(-) with AuCl(4)(-) is also reported.  相似文献

Chlorins bearing synthetic handles at specific sites about the perimeter of the macrocycle constitute valuable building blocks. We previously developed methodology for preparing meso-substituted chlorin building blocks and now present methodology for preparing several complementary beta-substituted chlorin building blocks. The chlorins bear one or two beta substituents, one meso substituent, a geminal dimethyl group to lock in the chlorin hydrogenation level, and no flanking meso and beta substituents. The synthesis involves convergent joining of an Eastern half and a Western half. New routes have been developed to two beta-substituted bromo-dipyrromethane monocarbinols (Eastern halves). A new beta-substituted Western half was prepared following the method for preparing an unsubstituted Western half (3,3-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrodipyrrin). Chlorin formation is achieved by a two-flask process of acid-catalyzed condensation followed by metal-mediated oxidative cyclization. beta-Substituted chlorins have been prepared in 18-24% yield bearing a 4-iodophenyl group at the 8-position, a 4-iodophenyl group or a 4-[2-(trimethylsilyl)ethynyl]phenyl group at the 12-position, and a 4-iodophenyl group and a 4-[2-(trimethylsilyl)ethynyl]phenyl group at diametrically opposed beta-positions (2, 12). The latter building block makes possible the stepwise construction of linear multi-chlorin architectures. The chlorins exhibit typical absorption and fluorescence spectra. A systematic shift in the absorption maximum (637-655 nm for the free base chlorins, 606-628 nm for the zinc chlorins) and intensity of the chlorin Q(y)() band (epsilon up to 79 000 M(-)(1) cm(-)(1)) is observed depending on the location of the substituents. The characteristic spectral features and location of substituents in defined positions make these chlorins well suited for a variety of applications in biomimetic and materials chemistry.  相似文献

Several synthetic approaches for the preparation of double metal cyanide (DMC) derivatives of iron(II) and zinc(II) are described. These include (1) metathesis reactions of ZnCl(2) or ZnI(2) with KCpFe(CN)(2)CO in aqueous solution, (2) reactions of KCpFe(CN)(2)CO and its phosphine-substituted analogues with Zn(CH(3)CN)(4)(BF(4))(2) and subsequent displacement of acetonitrile at the zinc centers by the addition of a neutral (phosphine) or anionic (phenoxide) ligand, and (3) reactions of the protonated HCpFe(CN)(2)(phosphine) complexes with Zn(N(SiMe(3))(2))(2), followed by the addition of phenols. All structures are based on a diamond-shaped planar arrangement of the Fe(2)(CN)(4)Zn(2) core with various appended ligands at the metal sites. Although attempts to replace the iodide ligands in [CpFe(mu-CN)(2)PPh(3)ZnI(THF)](2) with acetate using silver acetate failed, two novel cationic mixed-metal cyanide salts based on the [CpFe(PPh(3))(mu-CN)(2)Zn(NC(5)H(5))](2)(2+) framework were isolated from pyridine solution and their structures were defined by X-ray crystallography. The anionic ligand bound to zinc in these derivatives, which serve as an anionic polymerization initiator, was shown to be central to the catalytic copolymerization reaction of CO(2)/epoxide to provide polycarbonates and cyclic carbonates. The structurally stabilized phosphine-strapped complexes [CpFe(mu-CN)(2)Zn(X)THF](2)(mu-dppp), where X = I or phenolate, were shown to be thermally stable under the conditions (80 degrees C) of the copolymerization reaction by in situ infrared spectroscopy. Both of these derivatives were proposed to serve as mimics for the heterogeneous DMC catalysts in the patent literature, with the derivative where the initiator is a phenolate being more active for the production of polycarbonates.  相似文献

Synthesis and applications of fluoroalkyl and fluoroalkenyliodonium salts are summarized in this account article, focusing preferably to the reagents designed in our laboratory in the last decade. Among these reagents trifluoroethyl(aryl)iodonium salts have been used most frequently to build carbon-carbon and carbon-heteroatom bonds in simple nucleophilic substitutions and through transition metal catalyzed coupling reactions. Iodonium salts equipped with unsaturated fluorinated function showed diverse reactivity due to their electron deficient character, and these molecular motifs enable cycloadditions and nucleophilic additions to prepare fluorinated carbo- and heterocyclic molecules. Beyond the overview of existing transformations, with the presented collection, we aim to inspire future developments of iodonium reagents and their application in organic synthesis.  相似文献

The divalent complexes [M(ttfpz)(2)(thf)(4)] (ttfpz = 3-(2'-thienyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyrazolate; M = Yb, 1, Ca, 2, Sr, 3, Ba, 4; thf = tetrahydrofuran) and [M(ttfpz)(2)(dme)(n)] (M = Ca, 5, Sr, 6, Yb, 7, n = 2; M = Ba, 8, n = 3; dme = 1,2-dimethoxyethane) have been prepared by redox transmetallation/protolysis reactions employing the free metals, Hg(C(6)F(5))(2) and ttfpzH in donor solvents and their structures determined. The monomeric structures exhibit η(2)-bound pyrazolate ligands with eight-coordinate metal atoms for complexes 1-7 and a ten-coordinate metal for 8. The pyrazolate ligands in the thf-complexes 1-4 as well as dme-derivatives 5 and 6 are in a transoid configuration, whilst in complex 7 the ttfpz ligands exhibit a cisoid relationship. In 8 the ligands have an intermediate role in between cisoid and transoid.  相似文献

The parent amido complex cis-(PMe(3))(4)Ru(H)(NH(2)) (2) has been prepared via the deprotonation of [cis-(PMe(3))(4)Ru(H)(NH(3))(+)][BPh(4)(-)]. The amido complex is a somewhat weaker base than the DMPE analogue trans-(DMPE)(2)Ru(H)(NH(2)) but is still basic enough to quantitatively deprotonate fluorene and reversibly deprotonate 1,3-cyclohexadiene and toluene. Complex 2 exhibits very labile phosphine ligands, two of which can be replaced by DMPE to yield the mixed complex cis-(PMe(3))(2)(DMPE)Ru(H)(NH(2)). Because of the ligand lability, 2 also undergoes hydrogenolysis and rapid exchange with labeled NH(3). The amide complex reacts with alkyl halides to yield E2 and S(N)2 products, along with ruthenium hydrido halide complexes including the ruthenium fluoride cis-(PMe(3))(4)Ru(H)(F). Ruthenium hydrido ammonia halide ion pair intermediates [cis-(PMe(3))(4)Ru(H)(NH(3))(+)][X(-)] are observed in some deprotonation and E2 reactions, and measurement of the equilibrium constants for NH(3) displacement from these complexes suggests that they benefit from significant hydrogen bonding between X(-) and NH(3) groups. Cumulenes also react with complex 2 to afford the products of insertion into an NH bond. The rates of neither these NH insertion reactions nor the reversible deprotonation reactions show any dependence on the concentration of PMe(3) present, suggesting that these reactions take place directly at the NH(2) group and do not involve precoordination of substrate to the metal center.  相似文献

The reactions of the early-late trinuclear complex [Cp(acac)Ti(mu(3)-S)(2)Ir(2)(CO)(4)] (1) with electrophiles have been found to occur on the iridium atoms with no other involvement of the early metal than in electronic effects. The reaction with iodine gave two isomers of the diiridium(II) complex [Cp(acac)Ti(mu(3)-S)(2)Ir(2)I(2)(CO)(4)] differentiated by the relative positions of the iodo ligands on the iridium atoms. The reactions with iodoalkanes are highly stereoselective to give one sole isomer of formula [Cp(acac)Ti(mu(3)-S)(2)Ir(2)(R)(I)(CO)(4)] (R = CH(3), CH(2)I, CHI(2)) with a carbonyl and the iodo ligand trans to the metal-metal bond. The structures of the symmetrical isomer with the iodo ligands trans to the metal-metal bond and that of the compound with R = CHI(2) have been solved by X-ray diffraction methods. The stereoselectivity of the oxidative-addition reactions can be rationalized assuming the influence of steric effects of the groups on the titanium center and a radical-like mechanism. Reactions of 1 with the activated acetylenes, dimethylacetylenedicarboxylate and methylacetylenecarboxylate, gave the complexes [Cp(acac)Ti(mu(3)-S)(2)Ir(2)(mu-eta(1)-RC=CCO(2)Me)(CO)(4)] (R = CO(2)Me, H), with the alkyne bridging the two iridium centers as a cis-dimetalated olefin and the C=C bond parallel to the Ir-Ir axis. Two isomers resulting from the disposition of the alkyne along the Ir-Ir vector were observed in solution for the compound with the nonsymmetrical alkyne (R = H), while only one was observed for the compound with R = CO(2)Me. An exchange, fast in the NMR time scale, of the apical with the equatorial carbonyls occured in the complexes [Cp(acac)Ti(mu(3)-S)(2)Ir(2)(mu-eta(1)-RC=CCO(2)Me)(CO)(4)], producing their equivalence in the (13)C((1)H) NMR spectra.  相似文献
