In the presence of a Lewis acid (AlCl3, InCl3, GaCl3), acyl chlorides react with allyltrimethylsilane to give the corresponding allyl ketones, CH2CHCH2COR, in good yields.Substituted allylsilanes, synthesized by 1,4-disilylation of conjugated dienes, give a similar reaction. The electrophilic substitution of SiMe3 by a COR group occurs with allylic rearrangement and therefore silylated β,γ-ethylenic ketones,
, are obtained. In most cases the allylic ketones prepared isomerize easily to the corresponding conjugated ketones; ketones having the formula CH2CHCH2COR lead uniquely to the trans-,propenylketones, MeCHCHCOR.  相似文献

β-Alkoxyvinyl bromodifluoromethyl ketones 1a, 1b and 1c were synthesized by the reaction of bromodifluoroacetic anhydride with appropriate vinyl ethers in high yields. The acyclic enone 1a reacted with amines to give the corresponding β-aminovinyl bromodifluoromethyl ketones 2 in good yields. The reaction of 1a with electrophilic reagent ICl yielded α-iodoenone 4. The substitution reaction of the cyclic enones 1b and 1c with thio-nucleophiles gave the corresponding difluoromethylene thioethers 6. The three-component reactions of 2 with primary amines and formaldehyde gave multifunctional 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidine 3 in moderate yields.  相似文献

Substituted benzyl alkynyl ethers, prepared from the corresponding α-alkoxy ketones in a two-step sequence involving enol triflate formation and KOtBu-induced E2 elimination, undergo [3,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement/intramolecular 5-exo-dig cyclization at 60 °C to form substituted 2-indanones in good overall yields. 1,3-cis-Disubstituted-2-indanones are formed preferentially when the benzylic substituent R(1) is bulky. Substituted indenes may be prepared from 2-indanones in high yields by Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons reaction.  相似文献

Diallyl ethers bearing an enol ether react in the presence of PdCl2 as catalyst to give α-allyl α-alkoxy ketones by selective isomerization via formal 1,2-H migration at the more substituted allyl group, followed by Claisen rearrangement. This rearrangement is also promoted by AuCl3 and IrCl3, although the yields are lower with these catalysts.  相似文献

It was demonstrated that the outcome of the reaction of hexafluoropropene, sulfur and vinyl ether strongly depends on the catalyst and reaction conditions. The reaction of HFP and Sx leading to the formation of 2,2,4,4-tetrakis(trifluoromethyl)-1,3-dithietane (1) when it is catalyzed by CsF, proceeds under milder conditions and is easier to control compared to KF catalyzed process. The order of addition of reagents plays a crucial role on the outcome of the reaction. For example, the addition of vinyl ether to pregenerated solution of 1 in DMF solvent results in slow reaction, leading to the corresponding 2,2-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4-R-thietanes in 8-91% yield, and it is catalyzed by either by KF or CsF. The addition of second mole of sulfur to the solution of 2,2-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4-R-thietanes in the presence MF catalyst leads to insertion of sulfur into thietane ring with the formation of the corresponding cyclic disulfides—3,3-bis(trifluoromethyl)-5-R-1,2-dithietanes. On the other hand, the addition of second mole of sulfur to the solution of 1 in DMF in the presence of CsF catalyst, followed by addition of vinyl ether results in exothermic reaction, and it produces the corresponding 2,2-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4-alkoxy-1,3-dithiolanes in good yield.It was also demonstrated that 2,2-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4-R-thietanes can undergo disproportionation under action of fluoride anion, producing a mixture of the corresponding 1,2-dithiolane and CF2C(CF3)CH2CFHOR. The nucleophilic attack of fluoride anion in this case proceeds selectively on the carbon of the thietane ring, bearing alkoxy group.The structure of 2,2-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4-R-thietanes forming as the result of 2 + 2 cycloaddition reaction between hexafluorothioacetone generated “in situ” from dimer 1 and vinyl ether was firmly supported by single crystal X-ray diffraction data, obtained for thietane bearing t-BuO-group.  相似文献

A tandem three stages process to a series of trifluoromethyl and halodifluoromethyl 2,4-unsaturated ketones 4a-c is described. This process started with the preparation of 2-fluoroalkyl substituted propargyl vinyl ether 3a-d by treatment of a mixture of individual ethyl α-per(poly)fluoroalkyl acetates 1a-d and propargyl alcohol 2 in CH2Cl2 with the mixed base (Na2CO3/TEA) at ambient temperature. When heated in toluene at 80°C, these ethers readily underwent a tandem propargyl-allenyl Claisen rearrangement and isomerization of the resultant 3,4-dienone to give 2,4-unsaturated fluoroalkyl ketones 4a-c (Z/E mixture). The reaction of ethyl α-per(poly)fluoroalkyl acetate 1 with 1-phenyl propargyl alcohol 5 in refluxing CH2Cl2 in the presence of the mixed base (Na2CO3/TEA) directly afforded the corresponding unsaturated fluoroalkyl ketone 6a-c in one pot. In the presence of NaH, the reaction of ethyl 3-halo-3-fluoroalkylacrylates 8a-b with 1,1-dimethyl propargyl alcohol 9 at −50°C to 0°C also gave the unsaturated fluoroalkyl ketones 10a-b in one pot. The difluorovinyl propargyl ether 11 produced by reduction of 2-bromodifluoromethyl substituted propargyl vinyl ether 3b rearranged in hot benzene to give the corresponding allene 12 bearing a gem-difluoromethylene group in the middle of the aliphatic chain.  相似文献

The acid-catalyzed addition of 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and activated olefins (silyl enol ethers and ethyl vinyl ether) to N-Boc-2-methoxypyrrolidine (1a) and N-Boc-2-methoxypiperidine (1b) in SDS/water medium is described. Good yields of the corresponding 2-substituted N-Boc pyrrolidines were generally observed from 1a while moderate yields prevailed from 1b.  相似文献

The synthetic utility of N-heterocyclic carbenes was demonstrated by the trialkylsilylcyanation of aldehydes, ketones and imines. In the presence of a catalytic amount of 3a, the reactions with Me3SiCN proceeded smoothly to give the corresponding cyanohydrin trimethylsilyl ethers or amino nitrile derivatives in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

Vinyl interchange of vinyl phenyl ether with phenols in the presence of mercuric acetate as a catalyst gives the corresponding vinyl aryl ethers in 40–75% yields. The ozonolysis of substituted-allyl silyl ethers or -allyl esters followed by treatment with bases gave the corresponding α-silyloxy ketones or α-acyloxy ketones in good yields. The ruthenium-catalyzed reaction of aryl ethers having a carbonyl group at the ortho position to the ether group with organoboronates (R-B(OCH2CMe2CH2O), R = aryl, alkenyl, and alkyl) resulted in site-selective C-C bond formation. Among the transition metal complexes screened, the RuH2(CO)(PPh3)3 complex showed the highest activity. Several aromatic ketones having methoxy or phenoxy groups at the ortho position can also be used in this coupling reaction. A variety of arylboronates containing electron-donating (NMe2, OMe, methyl, and vinyl) and -withdrawing (F and CF3) groups reacted with methoxy ketones to give the corresponding coupling products in high yields.  相似文献

The structure of vinyl ethers determines the direction of the C-O bond cleavage by alkalide K, K+(15-crown-5)21. Highly reactive organopotassium compounds are intermediate products formed in the system containing phenyl vinyl ether, butyl vinyl ether, ethylene glycol butyl vinyl ether or triethylene glycol methyl vinyl ether. Vinylpotassium and butylpotassium react with 15-crown-5. The oxacyclic ring of the latter is opened in this case. Organopotassium ethers possessing CH2CH2O units eliminate ethylene. It results in various potassium alkoxides. The reaction of 1 with butyl vinyl ether occurs very slow as compared to other vinyl ethers and most of other reagents used till now.  相似文献

Perfluoroalkylated 4-trifluoroethylidene-1,3-dioxolanes 2a-p were prepared in quantitative yields from the reaction of new stable (trifluoromethyl)ethynylation reagent 1a with TBAF at −15 °C for 10 min, followed by treatment with phenyl perfluoroalkylated ketones at room temperature. The use of aldehydes under the same reaction condition afforded 1,3-dioxolanes 2q-r in good yields. The reaction of 1a with TBAF, followed by treatment with aldehydes or ketones at −15 °C for 10 min and then with trifluoroacetophenone at room temperature provided 1,3-dioxolane derivatives 2s-t in good yields. Tetrabutylammonium trifluoropropynylide [II] was treated with benzaldehyde derivatives at −15 °C for 10 min, followed by treatment with trifluoroacetophenone, to give the corresponding 1,3-dioxolanes 2u-z and 1,3-dioxines 3u-z with different reaction condition.  相似文献

Hexafluoroisopropanol and trifluoroethanol are found to promote imino-Diels-Alder reactions of the N-aryl aldimine 1 with alkyl vinyl ethers to afford the corresponding tetrahydroquinolines in good yields without Lewis acid under mild and neutral conditions. A method of preparing a number of 9-(-alkoxyethyl)-carbazoles by adding carbazole to the corresponding simple vinyl ethers in the presence of acid catalysts is described. Data relating to the effects of various factors on the reaction are given. The synthetic method developed for 9-(-alkylhydroxyethyl) carbazoles differs from that previously used in that reaction conditions are milder, yields of vinyl ethers lower, and yields of products higher.  相似文献

In HF-SbF5, with or without H2O2, a source of ‘OH+’ equivalent, quinidine 1a yields three ethers, the preferred conformation of the substrate favoring the observed cyclization. Under similar conditions, quinidine acetate 1b, epiquinidine 2a, and its acetate 2b give fluorhydrins with or without rearrangement in different amounts according to the nature of the substrate and the acidity. At low acidity, epiquinidine 2a yields selectively a sole nonrearranged fluorhydrin 10a. Quinidine acetate 1b, at high acidity, yields only rearranged fluorhydrins 8b and 9b.  相似文献

3-tert-Butyldimethylsilyloxyalk-2-enylsulfonium salts, generated in situ from the reaction of alpha,beta-enones with dimethyl sulfide in the presence of TBSOTf, underwent a novel nucleophilic substitution with allylindiums to give silyl enol ethers of delta,epsilon-alkenyl ketones in good yields, which correspond to formal Michael addition products. In a similar manner, 1,4-propargylation of propargylindiums onto the sulfonium salts produced the corresponding silyl enol ethers of delta,epsilon-alkynyl ketones in good yields. Organoindium reagents derived from gamma-substituted propargyl bromide and indium afforded the corresponding silyl enol ethers of beta-allenyl ketones in good yields. The reaction proceeds via an addition-substitution mechanism involving the formation of allylic sulfonium salts. The presence of the intermediate sulfonium salt was confirmed by observation of the low-temperature (1)H NMR spectra.  相似文献

Mesoporous aluminosilicate (Al-MCM-41) was found to be an effective and reusable catalyst for 1,3-addition of silyl enol ethers to nitrones. The reaction proceeded under mild reaction conditions to afford the corresponding β-(siloxyamino)ketones in high yields. Furthermore, a unique chemoselectivity of a nitrone over an aldehyde and an acetal, which are more reactive toward silyl enol ether in the presence of Al-MCM-41 than a nitrone, was observed.  相似文献

A palladium-catalyzed highly regioselective ortho-C(sp2)-H alkoxylation of oxime ethers with PhI(OAc)2 as the oxidant and alcohols as the alkoxylation reagents has been developed. Mono-alkoxylated and acetoxylated products could be selectively obtained via tuning the reaction conditions. A series of oxime ethers were tolerated, affording the corresponding products in moderate to good yields. Both primary and secondary alcohols survived the reaction conditions. Moreover, the directing group can be easily removed, thereby providing a straightforward access to substituted aryl ketones.  相似文献
