The oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane into ethylene using CO2 as an oxidant at temperatures of 650–750 °C was carried out over Fe/C, Cr/C and Fe–Cr/C catalysts deposited on a carbon support. Before and after the reaction the catalysts were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), in situ magnetometry and transmission electron microscopy methods. The correlation between activity of Fe/C, Cr/C and Fe–Cr/C catalytic systems and their phase composition was established.  相似文献

This paper describes the preparation of dispersed onion-like Pd–Bi–Au/C catalyst with average diameter of 13 nm obtained by consecutive chemical reduction of precursor gold, bismuth and palladium salts in aqueous solution and immobilization on active carbon. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Auger electron spectroscopy experiments were performed to analyze the structure and to characterize the Pd–Bi–Au/C catalyst. The onion-like morphology is composed of high content of gold inner core, a Bi-rich intermediate layer and a Pd-rich external layer. The catalytic activity of the catalyst was subsequently investigated and they were found to be efficient catalysts for the aerobic liquid phase oxidation. The results showed that the catalytic activity of Pd–Bi–Au/C was higher than that of Pd–Au/C bimetallic catalyst, indicating that bismuth plays an important role in synergistic effect between gold and palladium.  相似文献

Samples of Pd/C and Pd–Ag/C, where C represents carbon nanofibers (CNFs), are synthesized by methane decomposition on a Ni–Cu–Fe/Al2O3 catalyst. The properties of Pd/CNF are studied in the reaction of selective hydrogenation of acetylene into ethylene. It is found that the activity of the catalyst in hydrogenation reaction increases, while selectivity decreases considerably when the palladium content rises. The obtained dependences are caused by the features of palladium’s interaction with the carbon support. At a low Pd content (up to 0.04 wt %) in the catalyst, the metal is inserted into the interlayer space of graphite and the catalytic activity is zero. It is established by EXAFS that the main share of palladium in catalysts of 0.05–0.1 wt % Pd/CNF constitutes the metal in the atomically dispersed state. The coordination environment of palladium atoms consists of carbon atoms. An increase in the palladium content in a Pd/CNF catalyst up to 0.3 wt % leads to the formation of highly dispersed (0.8–1 nm) Pd particles. The Pd/CNF samples where palladium is mainly in the atomically dispersed state exhibit the highest selectivity in the acetylene hydrogenation reaction. The addition of silver to a 0.1 wt % Pd/CNF catalyst initially probably leads to the formation of Pd–Ag clusters and then to alloyed Pd–Ag particles. An increase in the silver content in the catalyst above 0.3% causes the enlargement of the alloyed particles and the palladium atoms are blocked by a silver layer, which considerably decreases the catalytic activity in the selective hydrogenation of acetylene.  相似文献

Carbon fibre reinforced carbon and silicon carbide dual matrix composites (C/C–SiC) show excellent tribological properties and are promising candidates for advanced friction materials. A pressure infiltration/carbonization combined with liquid silicon infiltration was developed for fabricating C/C–SiC composites. The carbon fabric preform was fabricated with the three-dimensional needling method. In the pressure infiltration process, the carbon fibre reinforced plastic was prepared by infiltration of the fabric preform with the furan resin. Then the carbon fibre reinforced plastic was carbonized which was pyrolysed to form a porous carbon/carbon composites. Finally, the porous carbon/carbon was infiltrated with molten silicon to obtain C/C–SiC composites. The composites exhibit excellent friction behavior, including a good stability of brake, and the average dynamic μ is 0.38 and static μ is 0.50, in combination with the linear wear rate of about 5.6 μm cycle?1. Moreover, the friction surface was covered with friction film which is about 10 μm in thickness. These results show that the C/C–SiC brake composites are promising candidates for advanced brake and clutch systems.  相似文献

A convergent synthesis of bullatanocin is envisaged by the union of C18–C34, C3–C17 and the butenolide subunits. The synthesis of the C3–C17 and C18–C34 subunits is disclosed that takes advantage of the chirality of tartaric acid for 1,2-asymmetric induction, chloro sulfides for carbon chain elongation and [2,3] sigmatropic shift for the preparation of 1,4-diol moiety via efficient 1,3-chirality transfer. Alkylarenes, obtained from abundant hydrocarbon feedstock sources, are an attractive starting material for the formation of complex molecular architectures. Conventional activation strategies of the relatively inert sp3-hybridized benzylic C–H bonds usually require relatively harsh conditions and are difficult to apply to the synthesis of fine chemicals. The present review describes recent strategic advances for the activation of benzylic C–H bonds for the catalytic formation of C–C bonds. In particular, two activation methods, i.e., strategies that generate benzylic radicals or benzyl anions, are discussed.  相似文献

In our previously reported method for the construction of the IJKLM-ring of ciguatoxin 3C (CTX3C), the lengthy synthetic process for the intermediate C42–C52 (L-ring) segment was problematic. Therefore, a new and improved procedure for the C42–C52 segment, having modified protecting groups, was developed. The new route includes a chirality transferring Ireland-Claisen rearrangement for the construction of the vicinal dimethyl branching at C47–48, a one-pot cyclization process for the establishment of the stereocenters at C45 and C46 as well as the γ-hydroxy δ-lactone framework corresponding to the L-ring, and Brown’s asymmetric crotylboration for the installation of the stereocenters at C43 and C44. The new C42–C52 segment was successfully coupled with the previously reported C32–C41 (I-ring) segment to produce the IJKLM-ring.  相似文献

This research is aimed to increase the activity of anodic catalysts and thus to lower noble metal loading in anodes for methanol electrooxidation. The Pt–Ni–Pb/C catalysts with different molar compositions were prepared. Their performance were tested by using a glassy carbon disk electrode through cyclic voltammetric curves in a solution of 0.5 mol L−1 CH3OH and 0.5 mol L−1 H2SO4. The performances of Pt–Ni–Pb/C catalyst with optimum composition (the molar ratio of Pt/Ni/Pb is 5:4:1) and Pt/C (E-Tek) were also compared. Their particle sizes and structures were determined by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD). The XRD results show, compared with that of Pt/C, the lattice parameter of Pt–Ni–Pb (5:4:1)/C catalyst decreases, its diffraction peaks are shifted slightly to a higher 2θ values. This indicates the formation of an alloy involving the incorporation of Ni and Pb atoms into the fcc structure of Pt. The electrochemical measurement shows the activity of Pt–Ni–Pb/C catalyst with an atomic ratio of 5:4:1 for methanol electrooxidation is the best among all different compositions. The activity of Pt–Ni–Pb (5:4:1)/C catalyst is much higher than that of Pt/C (E-Tek).  相似文献

The paper deals with the study of phase transformation temperatures of the model Fe–C–O based metallic alloys in the high temperature region (above 1,000 °C). Six model alloys with graded carbon and oxygen content were prepared and studied. Temperatures of phase transitions were obtained using DTA method (differential thermal analysis). The Setaram SETSYS 18? (TG/DTA/DSC/TMA) modular experimental system was used for measurements. Influence of composition change (carbon and oxygen content) on shift of phase transformation temperatures is investigated in this paper. New original data (phase transformation temperatures) were obtained in this study. Controlled heating of the alloys was conducted at the rates of 2, 4, 7, 10, 15 and 20 °C min?1. Comparison of the obtained experimental data with the data presented in the literature was also carried out. It follows from comparison of the obtained results with the data accessible in the literature that a lack of experimental data exists, and these available data significantly differ.  相似文献

The paper deals with the study of phase transformation temperatures of Fe (Fe–C–O) based metallic alloys. Six model alloys with graded carbon and oxygen content were used for experimental investigation. Low-temperature region (<1000 °C) was the investigated area. Phase transformation temperatures were obtained using Differential thermal analysis and Setaram Setsys 18TM laboratory system. Controlled heating was conducted at the rates of 2, 4, 7, 10, 15, 20 °C min?1. Region of eutectoid transformation (Feα(C) + Fe3C → Feγ(C)), alpha–gamma (Feα(C) → Feγ(C)) and transformation Feα(O) + Fe0.92O → Feγ(O) + Fe0.92O was studied. New original data (phase transformation temperatures) were obtained in this study. The relationship between shift of phase transformation temperatures and chemical composition (mainly carbon and oxygen content) is investigated in this paper. To achieve good approximation to the equilibrium conditions, the extrapolation of the obtained phase transformation temperatures to the zero heating rate was performed. The influence of experimental conditions (heating rate) on temperatures of phase transformations was studied as well. Comparison of the obtained experimental data with the data presented in the accessible literature and IDS calculations (Solidification Analysis Package) was carried out. It follows from literature search that there is a lack of thermo-physical and thermo-dynamical data on Fe–C–O system.  相似文献
