Derivatives of 1,4-dihydroxypiperazine-2,3-dione were obtained by reaction of cis-1,2-bis(hydroxyamino)cycloalkanes with diethyl oxalate. Their alkylation with CH2N2 or Mel afforded 1,4-dimethoxypiperazine-2,3-diones. Hydrolysis of the latter gave 1,2-bis(methoxyamino)cycloalkanes.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Bromination of 3-phenylthio-2-sulfolene (2) with N-bromosuccinimide gave 2-bromo-3-phenylthio-2-sulfolene (3) which was converted mainly to 2,3-bis(phenylthio)-2-sulfolene (4) by treatment with sodium phenylthiolate. Thermal desulfonylation of 4 at different temperatures in the presence of a base (DBU) yielded stereoselectively the (Z)- and (E)-1,2-bis(phenylthio)-1,3-butadiene (6). These two geometric isomers could be thermally interconverted. The Diels-Alder reactions of 6 were also investigated. Only the (Z)-diene 6a could undergo the Diels-Alder reaction; the (E)-diene 6b was in situ converted to the Z isomer before undergoing (he Diels-Alder reaction. The reaction of 6a with N-phenylmaleimide gave the cycloaddition product 7 with complete endo selectivity, but under daylight or during chromatography it readily underwent a thioallylic rearrangement to yield 8 with inversion of configuration. The cycloaddition of 6a with methyl acrylate proceeded regiospecifically, but generating a mixture of endo and exo isomers. The endo/exo ratio could be increased by using ZnCl2 as the catalyst.  相似文献

Via direct oxidative addition of 1,1-dichloroethylene to adamantane or 1,3-dimethyladamantane one obtains diethanoic acids of the adamantane series, which are useful in themselves or for preparation of other functional derivatives. Preparation and Crystal Structure of Tetramethyltitanium-1,2-bis(dimethylphosphino)ethane The title complex 1 was synthesized by addition of 1,2-bis(dimethylphosphino)ethane to a solution of tetramethyltitanium in diethylether. The complex was characterized by 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectra and by X-ray crystal structure analysis. 1 consists of two independent molecules with distorted octahedral structure.  相似文献

We have studied the 1H NMR spectrum of the synthesized 1,3-bis(3-benzoxazolonyl)-2-hydroxypropane. The nature of the splitting of the signals in the spectrum and computer modeling indicate that free rotation is possible about all non-ring bonds in the compounds.  相似文献

1,3-二(三甲基硅基)-2-叔丁基锂与氯化镍或四氯化钛反应合成了内消旋的1,3-二(三甲基硅基)-2-叔丁基偶联化合物(1);与氯化钴和氯化亚铁反应分别生成了二配位的1,3-二(三甲基硅基)-2-叔丁基钴和铁配合物(2,3)。用NMR,元素分析和X-射线衍射对其单晶的结构进行了分析,结果表明:化合物1属三斜晶系;化合物23均属单斜晶系,配合物2中心钴为六配位畸变的八面体构型。配合物32结构相类似。  相似文献

The quantitative synthesis and complete characterization of 1,2-bis(p-vinylphenyl)ethane (p,p-BVPE) and its meta-, para-mixed isomers are reported. These crosslinkers copolymerize randomly with p-methylstyrene, leading to random crosslink distributions. The crosslinkers are prepared by Grignard coupling of (m,p)-vinylbenzyl chloride in tetrahydrofuran at low temperature to give the statistical mixture of m,m-, m,p-, and p,p-isomers in quantitative yield. Pure p-vinylbenzyl chloride is converted to pure p,p-BVPE. p,p-BVPE has also been separated from the mixture of isomers. The isomers are characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR and by reversed-phase HPLC. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

A new zinc coordination polymer, [Zn2(bpp)(tpa)2H2O] 1 (bpp=1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)-propane and tpa=terephthalate) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray crystal structure analysis reveals that complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2/c with a=18.348(2), b=10.9080(14), c=13.7924(18), β=98.156(2)°, V=2732.5(6)3 , Z=4, C29H24N2O9Zn2 , Mr=675.24, Z=4, F(000)=1376, Dc=1.641 mg/m3 , μ=1.815 mm-1 , the final R=0.0443 and wR=0.0769 for 2715 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)). The title complex exhibits a two-dimensional (4, 4) sheet structure which is further stacked through face-to-face π-π interactions between the monodentately coordinated pyridine ring of bpp ligand and the phenyl ring of terephthalate ligand to form a 3-dimensional supramolecular structure. Thermogravimetric analyses show that the host framework of the complex is thermally stable up to ca. 400 ℃.  相似文献

Claisen condensation of 1,3-bis(methoxycarbonylmethoxy)benzene with acetone and acetophenone afforded new chelating ligands consisting of two β-diketonate fragments, viz., 1,3-bis(acetylacetonyloxy)benzene and 1,3-bis(benzoylacetonyloxy)benzene, which are linked to each other through the resorcinol spacer. In the crystal, 1,3-bis(acetylacetonyloxy)benzene, unlike the starting ester, adopts a planar conformation and exists in the enol form. The acidities of these compounds and their complexation with lanthanide ions in aqueous ethanolic solutions were studied by pH-potentiometry. Depending on the concentration conditions and pH, the La3+, Gd3+, and Lu3+ ions form 1 : 1, 1 : 2, or 1 : 3 complexes with bis(β-diketones). The stability of the complexes increases as the atomic number of the lanthanide increases (La3+ < Gd3+ ≤ Lu3+). The complexation constants and selectivity of complexation substantially increase with increasing degree of deprotonation of the ligands, which indicates that both chelate groups of the ligands are simultaneously involved in coordination. The Ph substituents in bis(β-diketone) have a considerable effect on the composition and stability of complexes with lanthanide ions due to additional noncovalent inner-sphere interactions.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The synthesis of the title molecule was achieved by the reaction of 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl chloride with potassium thiocyanate in 1:1 molar ratio in dry acetonitrile to afford the corresponding isothiocyante in situ followed by the treatment with 2-aminobiphenyl. The structure of the target compound was established by elemental analysis, FTIR, 1H, 13 C NMR and mass spectroscopy and unequivocally confirmed by the crystallographic data. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 13.356(2), b = 7.0761(11), c = 20.539(3) , β = 105.723(4)°, V = 1868.5(5) 3 and Z = 4.  相似文献

Dithienylethenes containing the thiophene rings with benzothiazolyl substituents in position 2 were synthesized. 1,2-Bis[2-(benzothiazol-2-yl)benzothiophen-3-yl]hexafluorocyclopentene and 1,2-bis[2,5-di(benzothiazol-2-yl)-3-thienyl]hexafluorocyclopentene possess photochromic properties. The open forms of 1,2-bis(2-benzothiazolylhetaryl)ethenes fluoresce, but introduction of the benzothiazole rings into dihetarylethenes significantly lowers the fatigue resistance of photochromes and favors thermal reversibility.  相似文献

Certain unsymmetrical 1,2-bis(dithienyl)perfluorocyclopentenes have been synthesized containing alkylthio, bromo, carboxy, and benzothiazolyl substituents in the thiophene rings. It was shown that on irradiation with UV light they all display photochromic properties, with the exception of the derivative containing an alkylthio group in the reaction center of one of the thiophene rings.For the anniversary of Academician N. The construction of acyclic, non-adjacent 1,3-stereogenic centers, prevalent motifs in drugs and bioactive molecules, has been a long-standing synthetic challenge due to acyclic nucleophiles being distant from the chiral environment. In this study, we successfully synthesized highly valuable 1,2-bis(boronic) esters featuring acyclic and nonadjacent 1,3-stereocenters. Notably, this reaction selectively produces migratory coupling products rather than alternative deborylative allylation or direct allylation byproducts. This approach introduces a new activation mode for selective transformations of gem-diborylmethane in asymmetric catalysis. Additionally, we found that other gem-diborylalkanes, previously challenging due to steric hindrance, also successfully participated in this reaction. The incorporation of 1,2-bis(boryl)alkenes facilitated the diversification of the alkenyl and two boron moieties in our target compounds, thereby enabling access to a broad array of versatile molecules. DFT calculations were performed to elucidate the reaction mechanism and shed light on the factors responsible for the observed excellent enantioselectivity and diastereoselectivity. These were determined to arise from ligand-substrate steric repulsions in the syn-addition transition state.  相似文献

以水杨醛与1,2-二溴乙烷为反应物, 乙腈为溶剂, 在无水K2CO3存在下合成了2-溴乙氧基水杨醛(1), 1和二-(1,3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-硫酮-4,5-二硫)合锌酸四乙基铵盐在乙腈中回流, 得到新型的四硫富瓦烯(TTF)前体(2). 在Hg(OAc)2存在下, 2可转化为4,5-二[2-(邻甲酰苯氧基)乙硫基]-1,3-二硫环戊烯-2-酮(3), 其结构经1H NMR, FT-IR, 元素分析和单晶X射线衍射分析得到确证.  相似文献

用1,3-双(2-甲酰基苯氧基)-2-丙醇和丙二腈进行反应得到1,3-双(2-(2,2-二氰乙烯基)苯氧基)-2-丙醇配体L,然后将配体与Ag Sb F6进行配位反应,得到配合物[Ag LSb F6]n·n CHCl3(1),并用元素分析,FTIR和X-射线单晶衍射进行了表征。结果表明,配体L属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,晶体学参数:a=0.990 2(11)nm,b=2.181(2)nm,c=1.012 2(11)nm,β=109.374(10)°,V=2.062(4)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.277 g·cm-3,Mr=396.40,μ=0.087 mm-1,F(000)=824,R1=0.064 2,w R2=0.117 4(I>2σ(I))。配合物1属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,晶体学参数:a=1.270 57(11)nm,b=1.456 44(13)nm,c=1.669 85(14)nm,β=105.643(3)°,V=2.975 6(4)nm 3,Z=4,Dc=1.918 g·cm-3,Mr=859.39,μ=1.907 mm-1,F(000)=1 664,R1=0.0417,w R2=0.1 032(I>2σ(I))。在配合物1中,配体L表现为四齿配体分别与4个银(Ⅰ)离子配位,同时,每一个银(Ⅰ)离子与4个相邻配体配位形成2D层状结构。同时,研究了配体和配合物的固体荧光性质。  相似文献

A general and efficient approach for the preparation of 1,3-bis-(boryl)alkanes is introduced. It is shown that readily generated vinylboron ate complexes react with commercially available ICH2Bpin to valuable 1,3-bis-(boryl)alkanes. The introduced transformation, which is experimentally easy to conduct, shows broad substrate scope and high functional-group tolerance. Mechanistic studies reveal that the reaction does not proceed via radical intermediates. Instead, an unprecedented boronic ester induced sequential bis-1,2-migration cascade is suggested.  相似文献

Preparation of bis-heterazolidines bonded by a CH2, CH2–S–CH2 or CH2SCH2SCH2 groups through their nitrogen atoms is reported: 3-(1,3-oxazolidin-3-ylmethyl)-1,3-oxazolidine 1, 3-(4,4-dimethyl-1,3-oxazolidin-3-ylmethyl)-1,3-oxazolidine 2, 3-(1,3-diazolidin-3-ylmethyl)-1,3-diazolidine 3, 3-(1,3-thiazolidin-3-ylmethyl)-1,3-thiazolidine 4, 3-(1,3-thiazolidin-3-ylmethylsulfanylmethyl)-1,3-thiazolidine 5 and 3-(1,3-oxazolidin-3-ylmethylsulfanylmethyl-sulfanylmethyl)-1,3-oxazolidine 6. The solid state structures of 4 and 5 were determined by X-ray diffraction analyses. BH3–THF reduction reactions of compounds 1–6 were investigated. N→BH3 mono- and di-adducts of 1–6 were prepared and their structures calculated (ab initio 3-21G*).  相似文献
