利用化学方法合成纳米银,调节pH值,加入赖氨酸溶液,通过紫外光谱和动态光散射法研究pH对纳米银及纳米银-赖氨酸体系稳定性的影响,利用表面增强拉曼光谱考察赖氨酸与纳米银的相互作用方式。紫外光谱显示纳米银和纳米银-赖氨酸体系在pH值为5~10时,均具有较强的吸收峰;应用动态光散射测定了不同pH的纳米银及其赖氨酸体系的粒径及强度自相关函数,在pH值为5~10时,粒径分布均匀,DLS自相关曲线平滑,说明纳米银和纳米银-赖氨酸体系稳定性良好;SERS研究了pH为4、7、10时,赖氨酸在银粒子表面的吸附作用,体系出现比较明显的赖氨酸特征峰,当pH为4时,为δ(NH3+)的1444cm~(-1)谱峰和δ(COO-)的1576cm~(-1),此时赖氨酸通过氨根和羧酸根共同与银纳米粒子发生相互作用,当pH为10时,NH_3~+发生去质子化,此时赖氨酸只出现COO-的伸缩振动在1576cm~(-1)处,说明此条件下赖氨酸以羧酸根吸附在银粒子表面。  相似文献

We examined the effects of metallic silver island films on resonance energy transfer (RET) between a donor and acceptor bound to double helical DNA. The donor was 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) and the acceptor was propidium iodide (PI). Proximity of the labeled DNA to the silver particles resulted in a dramatic increase in RET as seen from the emission spectra and the donor decay times. Proximity to silver particles results in an increase of the Förster distance from 35 Å an to an apparent value of 166 Å. These results suggest a new type of DNA hybridization assays based on RET over distances much longer than the free-space Forster distance.  相似文献

通过电沉积方法 ,以气 /液界面上形成的硬脂酸单分子膜为模板诱导沉积金属银膜 .考察了镀液 pH值、单分子膜表面压及沉积电位对银膜形貌及结构的影响 .实验发现 ,酸性镀液的气 /液界面上形成的单分子膜不能诱导沉积银 ,而在中性和碱性镀液的气 /液界面上可以诱导银膜的生长 .当单分子膜处于液态或固态时 ,气 /液界面有银膜形成 ;液态单分子膜上的银膜生长速度较快 ,且银膜的结构一致 .随着电极电位的升高 ,银膜沉积的速度加快 ,呈环状向外生长的圆形银膜逐渐变得不规则 .将不同实验条件下的银膜转移出来 ,采用扫描电镜 (SEM )、透射电镜 (TEM )对银膜的结构与形貌进行了表征 .研究表明 ,银首先在单分子膜上异相成核 ,由八面体构型逐渐发展成星型 ,最终在气 /液界面形成具有松枝状微观结构的光亮银膜 .  相似文献

A novel water-soluble solvatochromic molecule, 7-(dimethylamino)-2-fluorenesulfonate (2,7-DAFS), was prepared by a three-step reaction from 2-nitrofluorene in good overall yield. The pH and solvent effects on the UV-VIS absorption and fluorescence spectra of 2,7-DAFS have been studied. Protonation of the dimethylamino group switches the absorption from intramolecular charge-transfer (ICT) to π → π* transition. The ground state pKa value of 2,7-DAFS was determined as 4.51. The fluorescence spectrum of the excited basic form, *(DAFS), shows a structureless single band with a large Stokes shift, whereas that of the acidic form, *(+HDAFS), exhibits a structured band with a small Stokes shift. The emission intensities of the basic and acidic forms versus pH/Ho plots show stretched sigmoidal curves and indicate that (1) the rate of deprotonation of *(+HDAFS) is comparable to the fluorescence decay of the species, and (2) the efficient proton-induced quenching of *(DAFS) fluorescence occurs. The pKa* was estimated as −1.7 from the fluorescence titration curve. The fluorescence maximum of *(DAFS) is blue-shifted as the polarity of solvent decreases. However, no clear dependency of the emission intensity and spectral half width, and thus fluorescence quantum yield, on the solvent polarity was revealed. It appears that the fluorescence sensitivity of 2,7-DAFS is 15 ∼ 25 times greater than the sensitivity of a widely utilized fluorescent probe, 5-(dimethylamino)-1-naphthalenesulfonate. This higher sensitivity, together with the ease of derivatization, would provide the fluorene-based fluorescent molecules significant advantages for a variety of applications.  相似文献

半胱氨酸在银基底表面吸附机理的拉曼光谱研究   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:3  
以具有表面增强拉曼散射 (SERS)活性的银镜为基底 ,将半胱氨酸组装到银基底表面 ;主要通过调整氨基酸溶液的pH值控制该组装过程。利用表面增强拉曼散射光谱对半胱氨酸小分子在银基底表面的吸附方式、作用机理进行了详细的探讨和研究。结果表明 ,只有当溶液的pH值接近或高于等电点时 ,半胱氨酸分子才能以 -COO- Ag+形式被有效组装到银基底的表面 ,形成表面带有自由疏基 (-SH)的半胱氨酸单分子膜 ,从而为硒代环糊精以 -S-Se-键形式组装到上述组装体系的表面提供了可能。本文的研究将为利用分子光谱探索含硒酶活性机理和进一步提高酶活性奠定基础。  相似文献

制备了两种不同电性的纳米银粒子的胶体,发现当碱性品红分子分别吸附的在这两种纳米银上时,其表面增强拉曼谱在谱线的强度及谱线数目上均有有明显的不同。在正电性纳米银上,主要是面内模式得到增强,且碱性品红特征峰的强度是I1589>I1524>I1371。而在负电性纳米银上,面内伸缩模式及面外弯曲模式均得到增强,且碱性品红特征峰的强度是I1588<I1520=I1371,通过分析增强谱的差异表明,分子在这两种不同电性胶态纳米银表面上可能分别以垂直及倾斜方式吸附。  相似文献

考察了纳米银胶制备中的一系列影响因素。用TEM和UV-Vis表征了水溶性高分子PVP,PVA和强电解质NaCl对纳米银胶的影响,发现不同制备方法和不同介质中得到的纳米银胶的分散性质和粒径大小不同,吸收光谱有差别。NaCl的加入对纳米银胶的吸收光谱影响显著,尤其是对于没有PVP,PVA保护的体系,当溶液中NaCl浓度达到某一临界值时,纳米银胶的吸收光谱出现突变。  相似文献

应用近红外光谱法、动态光散射法及透射电镜扫描法,研究了pH和NaCl浓度对丝胶蛋白聚集微观结构的影响。近红外光谱显示丝胶蛋白在酰氨Ⅰ带1 700~1 600 cm-1附近有较强吸收峰。通过zeta电势法测定丝胶蛋白的表观等电点为pH 3.7。应用动态光散射法测定了在不同pH和NaCl浓度下丝胶蛋白颗粒的分散粒径,pH 4及高NaCl浓度时,丝胶蛋白聚集颗粒粒径大且分散系数大;pH 3或pH 8及低NaCl浓度时丝胶蛋白聚集颗粒粒径和分散系数相对较小。采用透射扫描电镜观察丝胶蛋白在pH 3或pH 8条件下聚集形成松散的松针状微观结构,在pH 4或者高NaCl浓度下会聚集形成相对紧密的微观结构。pH 4时可以观察到丝胶蛋白的椭圆形单聚体大小约为(60±6)nm(n=10)。并探讨了静电斥力、氢键和范德华吸引力对丝胶蛋白微观结构形成的影响,为丝胶蛋白作为生物材料的应用提供了理论依据。  相似文献

制备了两种不同表面电性的胶态纳米银 ,选取阴离子型染料分子荧光素钠、既有阴离子基团又有阳离子的染料分子罗丹明B ,研究其在两种纳米银表面的荧光增强及荧光猝灭现象 .当罗丹明B(RhB)分子分别吸附在这两种纳米银上时 ,对负电性纳米银 ,观察到荧光猝灭、荧光峰红移现象 ,且在分子的浓度适当时 ,加入KBr可获得较强的表面增强拉曼光谱 ;在正电性纳米银上 ,当分子的浓度较大时观察到荧光猝灭 ,当分子的浓度较小时观察到荧光增强 .而当荧光素钠分子 (FS)分别吸附在这两种纳米银上时 ,在负电性纳米银 ,观察到荧光猝灭 ;在正电性纳米银上观察荧光急剧增强现象 .从分子的结构及纳米银表面局域场增强或无辐射通道的增加对增强和猝灭的原因作了讨论 .  相似文献

以乙二醇作为溶剂 ,氢氧化钠 (1mol· L-1)、氯化锌 (1mol· L-1)为原料 ,在非水体系中 ,15 0℃温度下化学沉淀法制备纳米级氧化锌粒子 ,反应时间为 2 h。用 XRD、FT- IR、TG- DTA、TEM表征粒子的结构和特征 ,德拜 -谢乐公式计算粒子的平均粒径。在实验条件下 ,前驱体生成与氧化锌粒子形成同步实现 ,粒子粒径为 2 0 nm左右 ,其表面被有机物包覆。  相似文献

Natural organic matter is an important component of the aquatic environments, which has attracted wide attention to its influence of interaction with other pollutants. The present work aimed to investigate its fluorescence quenching (FQ) by coated metallic silver particles (AgNPs). In this work, using fluorescence spectroscopy in conjunction with UV-Vis spectroscopy and dynamic light scattering, the effect of coated AgNPs on fluorescence quenching intensity (FQI) of humic acid (HA) was assessed. In addition, the influence of electrolytes (NaCl, NaNO3 and CaNO3) in the FQI was observed. Results showed that with AgNPs dosage increased (>1.17X10?3 mM), fluorescence quantum yield of HA gradually decreased, which implies that the FQ occurred. Furher observation showed that the FQ process followed both first-order and second-order Stern–Volmer functions. The FQ process was affected by the electrolytes: NaCl had an effect on reduction of FQI, possibly resulting from dissolution of AgNPs; Both of NaNO3 and Ca(NO3)2 had an effect on the FQ of HA but Ca(NO3)2 presented greater degree. As a result, the FQ degree of HA by alone electrolyte was listed in descent order as Ca(NO3)2 > NaNO3 > NaCl, which also implies the subsequent experimental results, indicating the FQ degree of HA by mutual electrolytes as Ca(NO3)2 + NaNO3 > Ca(NO3)2 + NaCl > NaNO3 + NaCl.  相似文献

在水相体系中以柠檬酸钠和硝酸银为反应物,利用可见光诱导的还原过程在室温下制备盘状的银纳米粒子,通过紫外-可见光谱监控了不同反应条件下银纳米粒子的生长过程及体系的稳定性.吸收光谱随时间的变化表明,在一定的反应条件下早期的产物为球形粒子;随着反应时间延长盘状产物开始逐渐生成并长大,球形粒子数也进一步增加;而到了后期盘状粒子则通过粒子间的Ostwald熟化过程进一步长大.研究还发现,过量的柠檬酸根离子无助于稳定胶态体系,而适量的PVP(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)的加入则能起到有效的稳定作用;严格控制的搅拌对于保证体系良好的分散稳定性不可缺少.进一步的研究还表明,在反应体系中引入大量的氢氧根离子能大大的加快反应速度.  相似文献

采用柠檬酸热解法制备了石墨烯量子点(GQDs),研究了非极性溶剂戊烷,极性溶剂乙醇、丙酮、乙二醇对GQDs荧光性质的影响。透射电子显微镜(TEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)图像表明,制备的GQDs尺寸分布在2~12 nm(平均尺寸为4.9 nm),分散均匀,高度分布在0.5~2 nm。吸收光谱表明,GQDs具有明显的紫外吸收特性,吸收峰位于259 nm和274 nm。光致发光谱表明,GQDs的发光具有明显的溶剂依赖性。GQDs在极性溶剂乙醇、丙酮、乙二醇中,发光峰的位置依赖于激发波长,发射波长在可见光区。而在非极性溶剂戊烷中,GQDs表现出对激发波长不依赖的荧光性能,且发射波长在近紫外。  相似文献

采用表面自组装方法在聚赖氨酸修饰ITO电极表面和对巯基苯胺修饰光滑银表面组装了纳米银粒子的二维结构。FT -SERS光谱结果表明 ,巯基苯胺的吸附取向垂直于金属银表面 ,其中电磁增强机理起主导作用 ,但同时也存在化学增强的贡献。纳米银粒子的“体积效应”使其与吸附分子间的电荷转移更为有利。耦联于纳米银和光滑银表面间的巯基苯胺的拉曼散射增强则与纳米银粒子和光滑银表面的耦合而导致的局部电磁场增强直接相关。  相似文献

We report on the results of analysis of the mean kinetic energy and the pair correlation function of polymer particles in a plasma–dust structure under the action of laser radiation. We have observed experimentally the crystal–liquid phase transition in the monolayer of particles levitating in the near-electrode layer of a capacitive high-frequency discharge. The coupling parameter of the dust system has been estimated. The results of analysis of the modification of the polymer dust particle surface after holding in the plasma are considered. We propose an explanation of the phase transition taking into account the role of the photophoretic force in the motion of macroparticles. The effect of the photophoretic force is associated with the modification of the dust particle surface in the plasma, as a result of which the particles can effectively absorb laser radiation.  相似文献
