A method for characterisation of structure-borne sound sources is proposed and investigated for the special but common case of machines in heavy-weight homogeneous building structures. The method is based on the concept of the reception plate where the total structure-borne sound power from the machine under test is assumed equal to the power dissipated by a plate attached to the machine. The method is relatively simple and allows comparison of sources on a power basis, and of tests results at different laboratories. Additionally the data obtained is in a form suitable for transformation into an installed structure-borne power and thence for the resultant sound pressure generated in buildings. The method is validated by cross-spectral and mobility methods. A study of the uncertainty of the power estimate was performed by numerical modelling and measurement. 相似文献

Isolated reception plates provide an engineering approach to quantify the structure-borne sound power input from machinery through the measurement of the spatial-average velocity level and structural reverberation times. For applications in building acoustics there are practical and economic reasons to consider using coupled reception plates formed by solid heavyweight walls or floors that are structurally coupled to other building elements. This paper uses transient and steady-state statistical energy analysis to investigate how the errors depend upon the building structure to which the coupled reception plate is connected. It is shown that the problem is twofold. Firstly, in the low- and mid-frequency ranges, the steady-state velocity level on the coupled reception plate is increased by energy returning from other coupled plates. Secondly, the structural decays on the coupled reception plate have significant curvature due to returning energy; hence short evaluation ranges are needed to minimise the error when determining the total loss factor. This leads to a problematic situation where the coupled reception plate appears to give the correct answer due to the error in the energy cancelling out the error in the total loss factor. An approximate approach is described, for obtaining the source quantities required for the calculation of structure-borne sound power from machines into supporting lightweight building elements. The approach is in two stages, which are based on existing international Standards for measurement. The first stage involves direct measurement of the source free velocity at each contact, to give the sum of the square velocities. The second stage is based on the reception plate method and yields the single equivalent blocked force, which approximates the sum of the square blocked forces. The applicability of the source data obtained has been investigated in a case study of a fan unit on a timber joist floor. The approach contains several significant simplifying assumptions and the uncertainties associated with them are considered. For the case considered, the power transmitted into the floor is estimated by the approximate method to within 5 dB of the true value, on average. 相似文献

提出了一种计算上下面板非对称的三明治夹芯板隔声性能的方法。通过对非对称夹芯梁表观抗弯曲刚度的计算,得到对应夹芯板随频率变化的表观抗弯刚度,代入4阶的控制方程,应用模态展开法可以方便地计算简支非对称夹芯板的隔声量。对4种定制的3层非对称碳纤维夹芯板进行了理论计算和实验测试对比,在频率范围100~3150 Hz内,计权隔声量误差在3 dB以内。着重分析了面板对称性、芯层剪切模量对隔声性能的影响,发现在夹芯板面密度一定时,芯层剪切模量对夹芯板的隔声性能影响最为显著。当芯层剪切模量较小时,上下面板非对称分布导致吻合频率显著降低,对夹芯板的整体隔声亦不利。 相似文献

Structure-borne sound radiation from a double-leaf structure with a porous absorptive layer in the cavity is studied theoretically as well as experimentally. The study is for establishing a countermeasure to reduce the structure-borne noise radiated from an interior leaf into rooms and for clarifying its reduction effect. The sound field radiated from a double-leaf elastic plate with layers of arbitrary media in the cavity set into vibration by a point force excitation is theoretically analyzed. The effect of the bulk vibration of an absorptive layer is also considered by a simple model into the present theory. Radiation reduction of an inner-layer derived from the theory is experimentally validated. Parametric studies reveal that increasing the ratio of an absorptive layer thickness to the cavity depth is effective to reduce the structure-borne sound radiation but high flow resistivity of the absorbent material is not necessarily required. A practical equation to predict the mass-air-mass resonance frequency for absorbent cavity case is given in a simple form. 相似文献

The proposed method is an improvement of the methods for measurement of sound power level, in which the real sound source is represented by an equivalent monopole. It is based on a new concept, the equivalent acoustical centre, which is introduced and defined in the paper. The main assets of the method in comparison with the existing monopole-methods are a higher accuracy, a possibility of measuring at considerably shorter distances from the noise source, and a certain freedom in the choise of the measuring points around the source. Moreover, since the position of the equivalent monopole is obtained, it can be used for more accurate calculations of the sound transmission to the surroundings of the source. The method is particularly suitable for determination of sound power levels and sound transmission of noise radiated from large areas, such as industrial complexes, installations of petrochemical industries and the like. It can be especially useful in disputable cases of industrial plants that produce noise close to the legally permissible limit. Recent progress in the development of European standards has allowed the in situ testing of roadside noise barriers. CEN/TS 1793-5 describes a test method using maximum length sequences (MLS) for the characterisation of airborne sound insulation. However, many barriers are tested according to a laboratory standard, EN 1793-2, based on measurements carried out in reverberant chambers and in the case of timber barriers with a relatively low airborne sound insulation it is not clear to what extent the results of the two tests compare. The paper describes the results of tests carried out using both methods. Six samples of timber barrier were compared including single-leaf and double-leaf constructions and single-leaf constructions with an absorptive core. Very good agreement was found especially when account was taken of the valid frequency range in each test method. The results open up the possibility of routinely evaluating the performance of timber barriers at the roadside where build quality can be variable and there are concerns that the acoustic performance may not match that obtained under laboratory test conditions where typically the barrier is more carefully constructed. 相似文献

冲击相变与熔化作为材料特性的一项重要研究内容,对于多相物态方程构建具有重要意义.本文利用追赶稀疏原理和阻滞法,基于火炮加载技术获得了17.3—28.3 GPa范围内纯铋(Bi)的高精度声速数据和Hugoniot参数,分析了声速软化规律,得到固-液混合相区Bi材料声速随压力的近似线性递减关系C=3.682-0.015p,并进一步确定Bi的冲击熔化压力区间为18—27.4 GPa.同时,Bi/Li F界面速度剖面的预期平台段在固液混合相区表现出渐进爬升的异常特征,分析认为,该现象与Bi材料的非均匀熔化动力学行为及冲击熔化完成时间尺度较长有关. 相似文献

针对北极海域典型声场环境,提出了基于OASES-Bellhop耦合模型的冰下声信道多途结构快速分析方法。模型将海冰等效为具有粗糙界面的弹性分层介质,利用微扰法与Kirchhoff近似,估计海冰界面不均匀造成的散射损失,结合射线传播理论对典型北极冰下声信道多途结构进行分析与预报。数值仿真与实验结果表明,在6 km距离处,典型北极冰下声信道由于海冰与海底反射分别形成多途结构,海冰多次反射路径叠加形成的多途结构较为稳定,时延扩展在14 ms范围内,海底反射路径强度相对较弱。OASES-Bellhop模型对冰下声信道多途结构幅度和时延预测误差较小,能够较好的解释及预报实验观测到的多途结构环境特性。 相似文献

为了对水下无穷大双周期正交加筋板结构模型在简谐面力激励下的振动响应及声辐射特性进行更为合理的理论预测与分析,建立了加筋板结构的数学模型。结合傅里叶变换、泊松迭加公式及空间波数法,将周期加筋板的振动响应及辐射声压表达为关于结构位移谐波分量的函数方程,对加筋板模型提出了高效分析求解方法并进行了谐波分量截断求解。验证了方法的正确性,并分析了结构的振动特性以及加强筋周期间距和扭矩对辐射声压的影响。结果表明,加强筋的扭转作用影响加筋板结构的振动模态频率,对于较高精度要求的工程应用,加强筋的扭转作用不能忽略。通过调节加强筋周期间距及横截面尺寸,可以降低薄板在较低频域区间的远场辐射声压。 相似文献

Sound transmission between adjoining rooms is often influenced by a flanking sound passing through open windows placed in the exterior wall of the two rooms. It is important to predict such flanking sound propagation when considering the sound insulation between the adjoining rooms. In this paper, a chart for estimating the distance attenuation of the flanking sound, which is obtained from analysis using the boundary integral equation method, is first provided. Next, 1:10 scale model experiments are carried out. The experimental results are in good agreement with the chart, the effectiveness of the chart thus being verified. 相似文献

A new method of constructing a sea level pressure field from satellite microwave scatterometer measurements is presented. It is based on variational assimilation in combination with a regularization method using geostrophic vorticity to construct a sea level pressure field from scatterometer data that are given in this paper, which offers a new idea for the application of scatterometer measurements. Firstly, the geostrophic vorticity from the scatterometer data is computed to construct the observation field, and the vorticity field in an area and the sea level pressure on the borders are assimilated. Secondly, the gradient of sea level pressure (semi-norm) is used as the stable functional to educe the adjoint system, the adjoint boundary condition and the gradient of the cost functional in which a weight parameter is introduced for the harmony of the system and the Tikhonov regularization techniques in inverse problem are used to overcome the ill-posedness of the assimilation. The sea level pressure field can be computed from sea surface winds retrieved from satellite microwave scatterometer measurements, based on variational assimilation in combination with a regularization method given in part I of this paper. First, the validity of the new method is proved with a simulation experiment. Then, a new processing procedure for the sea level pressure retrieval is built by combining the geostrophic wind, which is computed from the scatterometer 10-meter wind using the University of Washington planetary boundary layer model using this method. A study of the electronic structure of the three sulphides, SrS, BaS and PuS has been carried out in this work, using the powder X-ray intensity data from JCPDS powder diffraction data base. The statistical approach, MEM (maximum entropy method) is used for the analysis of the data for the electron density distribution in these materials and an attempt has been made to understand the bonding between the metal atom and the sulphur atom. The mid-bond electron density is found to be maximum for PuS among these three sulphides, being 0.584 e/Å3 at 2.397 Å. SrS is found to have the lowest electron density at the mid-bond (0.003 e/Å3) at 2.118 Å from the origin leaving it more ionic than the other two sulphides studied in this work. The two-dimensional electron density maps on (100) and (110) planes and the one-dimensional profiles along the bonding direction [111] are used for these analyses. The overall and individual Debye-Waller factors of atoms in these systems have also been studied and analyzed. The complete diagonalisation (of energy matrix) method is applied in this paper to calculate together the optical and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectral data for Cr3+ ion at the trigonal Ga3+ site of Y3Ga5O12 crystal. The method is founded on the two-spin-orbit-parameter model where in addition to the contributions from the spin-orbit parameter of central dn ion (i.e., one-spin-orbit-parameter model) in the traditional crystal field theory, those from the spin-orbit parameter of ligand ion via covalence effect is also considered. The calculated results propose that by using only four adjustable parameters, the 12 observed spectral data (nine optical band positions and three EPR parameters g//, g⊥ and D) in Y3Ga5O12: Cr3+ are reasonably explained. The impurity-induced local lattice distortion of Cr3+ in Y3Ga5O12 crystal is also estimated through the calculations. The results are discussed. 相似文献
