Algae cells were the main sources of dissolved organic nitrogen (DON) in raw water with plenty of algae, and ultrasonic pretreatment was one of the algae-controlling methods through the damage of algae cells. However, the variation of DON concentration during the ultrasonic treatment process was not confirmed. Variation of DON concentration during the processes of low frequency ultrasound treatment of Microcystis aeruginosa was investigated. In addition, the effect of sonication on the metabolite concentration, algae cellar activity and the subsequent coagulation performance were discussed. The results showed that after a long duration of ultrasonic (60 s), nearly 90% of the algal cells were damaged and the maximum concentration of DON attained more than 3 mg/L. In order to control the leakage extent of DON, the sonication time should be less than 30 s with power intensity of more than 1.0 W/cm3. In the mean time, ultrasonic treatment could inhibit the reactivation and the proliferation of algal, keep the algae cell wall integrity and enhance coagulation effectively under the same condition. However, ultrasound frequency had little effect on DON at the frequency range used in this study (20–150 kHz).  相似文献

To solve the difficulty of introducing traditional ultrasonic transducers to welding molten pool, high frequency current is used to modulate plasma arc and ultrasonic wave is excited successfully. The characteristics of the excited ultrasonic field are studied. The results show that the amplitude-frequency response of the ultrasonic emission is flat. The modulating current is the main factor influencing the ultrasonic power and the sound pressure depends on the variation of arc plasma stream force. Experimental study of the welding structure indicates grain refinement by the ultrasonic emission of the modulated arc and the test results showed there should be an energy region for the arc ultrasonic to get best welding joints.  相似文献

This study analyzes the effects of ultrasonic waves on the drying kinetics of Tremella fuciformis during microwave vacuum drying. The physicochemical properties and structural characteristics of T. fuciformis polysaccharides (TFPs) were studied by drying tremella samples using hot air drying (HAD), microwave vacuum drying, ultrasonic pretreatments with microwave vacuum drying (US + MVD), and air-borne ultrasonic pretreatments combined with microwave vacuum drying (USMVD) under acoustic energy densities of 0.14, 0.28, and 0.42 W/mL. The results showed that USMVD and US + MVD accelerated the mass transfer process of T. fuciformis. Compared with HAD treatment, TFP samples obtained by USMVD and US + MVD had a reduced molecular weight to a certain extent, and they had stronger shear thinning ability. In addition, USMVD-TFPs at 0.42 W/mL retained higher total sugar, reducing sugar, and uronic acid, and the degree of reduction in the monosaccharide component content was small.  相似文献

The structures and evolution of Smoker in a 20 kHz ultrasonic field were investigated experimentally with high-speed photography. The spine-plume structure of Smoker was discovered. A few large bubbles align themselves along the central line and form the spine of Smoker. Numerous small bubbles move towards the spine and form the plume structures. The size of large bubbles differs almost by an order of magnitude from that of small bubbles. The evolution of cavitation structure from Flare to Smoker was found. When a Flare appears near a Smoker, the Flare may merge into the plume structures of the Smoker, or form a double-tipped Smoker. A double-tipped Smoker seldom splits into two Smokers, while two separate Smokers tend to merge as one. The large bubbles (or dense plume structures) in the middle part of the two separate Smokers attract each other, driving the two Smokers to bend towards each other and merge.  相似文献

超声波有望强化双水相萃取分离过程。本文研究了超声波对聚乙二醇(PEG)/磷酸盐双水相系统(ATPS)组成及牛血清白蛋白(BSA)在其中分配的变化规律。在超声波作用下,由于PEG6000的分子量增大,引起PEG600010%(w/w)/PO43-6%(w/w)ATPS在混合过程的Gibbs自由能变化增大,所形成的两相间差别变大,相图节线变长;而且,PEG分子量增大改变了BSA在双水相系统的静电作用和盐析作用,超声波作用提高了BSA在ATPS上相中的含量,增大了分配系数,减少了下相分配率。  相似文献

In the present work, we investigated the effect of employing ultrasonic waves during pulse electrochemical deposition on surface topography, chemical composition and biocompatibility of calcium phosphate (Ca-P) coatings. The SEM and 3D AFM images showed that the anodized titanium surface was covered with the uniform and refined size of plate-like Ca-P crystals, when the ultrasonic treatment of the electrolyte with power of 60 W was carried out during deposition. In contrast, for the Ca-P; 0 W coating applied under only the magnetic stirring of the electrolyte, the microstructure was non-uniform and some Ca-P crystals with the larger size were randomly observed in different regions, causing a rougher surface. The FTIR results also revealed that employing the ultrasound increases the deposition of a coating involved in only the most stable Ca-P phase of carbonated hydroxyapatite (CHA). However, in the absence of ultrasound, besides the prominent phase of CHA, some less stable Ca-P phases like octa calcium phosphate (OCP) and brushite were also formed in the Ca-P; 0 W coating. The Ca-P; 60 W coating showed the higher ability for apatite biomineralization after a 7-day immersion in the simulated body fluid (SBF). This coating also provided a better surface for the cellular activity, as compared to the Ca-P; 0 W coating.  相似文献

The ultrasonic horn and bath reactors were compared based on production of angiotensin-converting-enzyme (ACE) inhibitory peptides from defatted wheat germ proteins (DWGP). The DWGP was sonicated before hydrolysis by Alcalase. Degree of hydrolysis, ACE-inhibitory activity, surface hydrophobicity, fluorescence intensity, free sulfhydryl (SH), and disulfide bond (SS) were determined. The highest ACE-inhibitory activity of DWGP hydrolysate was obtained at power intensity of 191.1 W/cm2 for 10 min in the ultrasonic horn reactor. The fixed frequency of 33 kHz and the sweep frequency of 40 ± 2 kHz resulted in the maximum ACE-inhibitory activity. The combined irradiation of dual fixed frequency (24/68 kHz) produced significant increase in ACE-inhibitory activity compared with single frequency (33 kHz). The ultrasonic probe resulted in significant higher ACE-inhibitory activity compared with ultrasonic bath operating at single or dual fixed and sweep frequencies. The changes in conformation of the DWGP due to sonication were confirmed by the changes in fluorescence intensity, surface hydrophobicity, SHf and SS contents and they were found in conformity with the ACE-inhibitory activity in case of the ultrasonic horn reactor but not in bath reactor.  相似文献

超声导波检测技术作为一种新兴的无损检测技术广泛应用于圆管类结构。为选择合适于不同缺陷检测的导波模态,推导分析了圆管导波传播的运动方程和频散方程;利用数值计算的方法得到了超声导波在圆管中传播的频散曲线和各模态沿壁厚方向的位移分布图,分析得出各个模态对不同缺陷的敏感程度;以一种特定的圆管为例,建立圆管缺陷有限元模型,对不同类型圆管缺陷对导波传播特性的影响进行仿真计算。结果表明,纵向模态对周向缺陷比较敏感,而扭转模态则对轴向缺陷更敏感,仿真结果与理论分析结果相吻合,为圆管缺陷检测的超声导波模态选择提供了理论依据。  相似文献

In this paper, the technique of ultrasonic flexural vibration assisted chemical mechanical polishing (UFV-CMP) was used for sapphire substrate CMP. The functions of the polishing pad, the silica abrasive particles, and the chemical additives of the slurry such as pH value regulator and dispersant during the sapphire's UFV-CMP were investigated. The results showed that the actions of the ultrasonic and silica abrasive particles were the main factors in the sapphire material removal rate (MMR) and the chemical additives were helpful to decrease the roughness of sapphire. Then the effects of the flexural vibration on the interaction between the silica abrasive particles, pad and sapphire substrate from the kinematics and dynamics were investigated to explain why the MRR of UFV-CMP was bigger than that of the traditional CMP. It indicated that such functions improved the sapphire's MRR: the increasing of the contact silica particles’ motion path lengths on the sapphire's surface, the enhancement of the contact force between the contact silica particles and the sapphire's surface, and the impaction of the suspending silica particles to the sapphire's surface.  相似文献

To explore the machining characteristics of glassy carbon by focused ion beam (FIB), particles induced by FIB milling on glassy carbon have been studied in the current work. Nano-sized particles in the range of tens of nanometers up to 400 nm can often be found around the area subject to FIB milling. Two ion beam scanning modes - slow single scan and fast repetitive scan - have been tested. Fewer particles are found in single patterns milled in fast repetitive scan mode. For a group of test patterns milled in a sequence, it was found that a greater number of particles were deposited around sites machined early in the sequence. In situ EDX analysis of the particles showed that they were composed of C and Ga. The formation of particles is related to the debris generated at the surrounding areas, the low melting point of gallium used as FIB ion source and the high contact angle of gallium on glassy carbon induces de-wetting of Ga and the subsequent formation of Ga particles. Ultrasonic cleaning can remove over 98% of visible particles. The surface roughness (Ra) of FIB milled areas after cleaning is less than 2 nm.  相似文献

A method based on application of ZnO nanorods loaded on activated carbon (ZnO-NRs-AC) for adsorption of Bromocresol Green (BCG) and Eosin Y (EY) accelerated by ultrasound was described. The present material was synthesized under ultrasound assisted wet-chemical method and subsequently was characterized by FE-SEM, TEM, BET and XRD analysis. The extent of contribution of conventional variables like pH (2.0–10.0), BCG concentration (4–20 mg L−1), EY concentration (3–23 mg L−1), adsorbent dosage (0.01–0.03 g), sonication time (1–5 min) and centrifuge time (2–6 min) as main and interaction part were investigated by central composite design under response surface methodology. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was adapted to experimental data and guide the best operational conditions mass by set at 6.0, 9 mg L−1, 10 mg L−1, 0.02 g, 4 and 4 min for pH, BCG concentration, EY concentration, adsorbent dosage, sonication and centrifuge time, respectively. At these specified conditions dye adsorption efficiency was higher than 99.5%. The suitability and well prediction of optimum point was tested by conducting five experiments and respective results revel that RSD% was lower than 3% and high quality of fitting was confirmed by t-test. The experimental data were best fitted in Langmuir isotherm equation and the removal followed pseudo second order kinetics. The experimentally obtained maximum adsorption capacities were estimated as 57.80 and 61.73 mg g−1 of ZnO-NRs-AC for BCG and EY respectively from binary dye solutions. The mechanism of removal was explained by boundary layer diffusion via intraparticle diffusion.  相似文献

An all-optical regeneration scheme for DQPSK and QPSK signals using phase-sensitive amplifiers (PSAs) is studied and its effectiveness is investigated through numerical simulations. By leveraging the ability of PSAs to provide phase and amplitude regenerative amplification, we show significant simultaneous suppression of both phase and amplitude noises of (D)QPSK signals under optimized conditions. The reduction in the phase noise variance of a noise-corrupted DQPSK signal obtained by one such regenerative amplification can be as large as ∼5.5 folds, showing its good potential for distributed optical regeneration of (D)QPSK signals.  相似文献

鉴于风力发电机组主轴的复杂工作情况和疲劳断裂失效形式,提出一种基于表面强化技术的超声辅助滚压加工系统;首先基于运动合成原理,获得了滚轮接触线的运动轨迹特征,并应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件分析了加工过程的特点;之后,基于一维振动理论、等效波长理论与牛顿迭代理论,推导了并求解了复合变幅杆的频率方程,实现了该复合变幅杆的纵向振动。通过对该变幅杆进行有限元仿真分析与振动特性测试,结果表明二者相对设计频率的偏差仅在0.817%以内。最后,通过对40Cr主轴进行超声辅助滚压测试,结果获得了粗糙度Ra 0.085μm和表面硬度32.2HRC的加工表面,较普通滚压加工粗糙度降低了69.1%,显微硬度提高了60%。  相似文献

Protein oxidation leads to covalent modification of structure and deterioration of functional properties of quinoa protein. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of ultrasonic treatment on the functional and physicochemical properties of quinoa protein oxidation aggregates. In this concern, 2,2′-azobis (2-amidinopropane) dihydrochloride (AAPH) was selected as oxidative modification of quinoa protein. The microstructure of quinoa protein displayed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) indicated that oxidation induced extensive aggregation, leading to carbonylation and degradation of sulfhydryl groups. Aggregation induced by oxidation had a negative effect on the solubility, turbidity, emulsifying stability. However, according to the analysis of physicochemical properties, ultrasonic significantly improved the water solubility of quinoa protein. The quinoa protein treated by ultrasonic for 30 min exhibited the best dispersion stability in water, which corresponded to the highest ζ-potential, smallest particle size and most uniform distribution. Based on the FT-IR, SDS-PAGE and surface hydrophobicity analysis, the increase of α-helix, β-turn and surface hydrophobicity caused by cavitation effect appeared to be the main mechanism of quinoa protein solubilization. In addition, the hydrophobic region of the protein was re-buried by excessive ultrasonic treatment, and the protein molecules were reaggregated by disulfide bonds. Microstructural observations further confirmed that ultrasonic treatment effectively inhibited protein aggregation and improved the functional properties of quinoa protein.  相似文献

The suspension characteristics of water droplet in oil were investigated under ultrasonic standing waves with high-speed photography in this paper. Firstly, the suspension position of droplet was predicted by theoretical derivation. The motion trajectory of droplet was captured and a kinetic analysis was applied to characterize the suspension position of droplet. The effects of droplet size, acoustic pressure, frequency, as well as density ratio of water and oil on the suspension position of droplet were analyzed in details. It was proved that the droplet size had little effect on the suspension position at different frequencies. The suspension zone approached minimum at 39.4 kHz, and the suspension position of droplet was insensitive to acoustic pressure amplitude and density ratio at this frequency. These would be advantageous to maintain the stability of droplet banding and shorten the width of banding. In addition, it was proved that the suspension position of droplet is approximately linear with the density ratio at different frequencies.  相似文献

A novel poly(4-vinylpyridine) supported acidic ionic liquid catalyst was synthesized by the reaction of 4-vinylpyridine with 1,3-propanesultone, followed by the polymerization and the addition of the heteropolyacid. Due to the combination of polymer features and ionic liquid, it acted as a heterogeneous catalyst to effectively catalyze the cyclocondensation reaction of anthranilamide with aldehydes under ultrasonic irradiation and afforded the corresponding 2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinazolinones compounds in good to excellent yields. In addition, the catalyst could be easily recovered by the filtration and reused six times without significant loss of catalytic activity. More importantly, the use of ultrasonic irradiation can obviously accelerate the reaction.  相似文献

A diamond-like carbon film (DLC) was successfully synthesized using a hybrid PVD process, involving a filter arc deposition source (FAD) and a carbon plasma ion implanter (CPII). A quarter-torus plasma duct filter markedly reduced the density of the macro-particles. Graphite targets were used in FAD. Large electron and ion energies generated from the plasma duct facilitate the activation of carbon plasma and the deposition of high-quality DLC films. M2 tool steel was pre-implanted with 45 kV carbon ions before the DLC was deposited to enhance the adhesive and surface properties of the film. The ion mixing effect, the induction of residual stress and the phase transformation at the interface were significantly improved. The hardness of the DLC increased to 47.7 GPa and 56.5 GPa, and the wear life was prolonged to over 70 km with implantation fluences of 1 × 1017 ions/cm2 and 2 × 1017 ions/cm2, respectively.  相似文献

The ultrasonic infrared thermography Non-destructive Testing is introduced for detecting the impact damage of a CFRP specimen for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. The characteristics of thermal images with damage are particularly analyzed. A Local Binary Fitting (LBF) model based on a non-Gaussian kernel function is used to segment the defect edge. In view of the discontinuity of defect in thermal images due to multilayered structure of composite materials, defect merging algorithms are proposed including time domain and space domain methods by using a few thermal images, and the defect geometric distortion during camera imaging is also compensated. The defect in the composite material can be quantitatively analyzed after the defect reconstruction. The experimental result has shown that the proposed algorithm can effectively detect and evaluate the impact damage of thermal images and the accuracy of quantitative assessment is correspondingly increased.  相似文献
