本文计算了苯、甲苯、氯苯、苯甲醚4种溶剂作用下HNBP的晶面层与溶剂层的相互作用能,并对附着能进行了修正,预测了不同溶剂作用下HNBP的晶体形貌.结果表明加入不同的溶剂后,HNBP晶体的重要晶面与溶剂都呈吸引作用.苯溶剂使晶体形貌呈长形柱体状,纵横比为8.54;甲苯溶剂使晶体形貌呈片状,纵横比为7.38;氯苯溶剂使晶体形貌呈现出长方体状,纵横比为4.53;苯甲醚溶剂使晶体形貌呈菱柱状,纵横比为4.15.  相似文献

提出了一种红外反射器件,通过载体液晶在电场下的转向控制胆甾型液晶聚合物粒子在器件中的排布方向,实现红外反射与透射之间切换.其中,胆甾型液晶聚合物粒子是实现红外反射关键.介绍了胆甾型液晶聚合物薄膜的制备方法,并采用超声波破碎的方法制备液晶粒子.研究了液晶混合物中不同比例的交联剂液晶1对液晶聚合物薄膜脆性和反射波段的影响,发现当液晶1占100%时,液晶聚合物薄膜的脆性最大,且其清亮点最高,并且薄膜的反射波段随着液晶1比例的增加而向短波方向偏移.同时,研究了薄膜厚度对液晶聚合物粒子的影响,发现液晶薄膜厚度越小,制备的液晶聚合物粒子越小且越均匀,其制成的器件电驱动性更好.该研究有利于帮助电响应红外反射窗的性能优化.  相似文献

The monodisperse polystyrene spheres are assembled into the colloidal crystal on the glass substrate by vertical deposition method, which is aimed at the so-called photonic crystal applications. The structural information of the bulk colloidal crystal is crucial for understanding the crystal growth mechanism and developing the various applications of colloidal crystal. Small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) technique was used to obtain the bulk structure of the colloidal crystal at Beamline 1W2A of BSRF. It is found that the SAXS pattern is sensitive to the relative orientation between the colloidal sample and the incident X-ray direction. The crystal lattice was well distinguished and determined by the SAXS data.  相似文献

利用相场晶体(phase-field crystal)模型,采用有限差分法,模拟了过冷熔体中晶体生长过程,研究了不同相区、不同过冷度对晶体生长过程的影响.结果表明,在共存区中,随着演化的进行,晶体生长被抑制,液-晶边界层逐渐变厚;在单相区中,随着过冷度的增大,晶态区面积显著增加,液-晶边界层逐渐变薄.晶体生长速度和过冷度成近似线性的关系. 关键词: 相场晶体 自由能函数 过冷熔体 晶体生长  相似文献

The novel nonlinear optical chalcone derivative (2E)-3-[4-(methylsulfanyl)phenyl]-1-(3-bromophenyl)prop-2-en-1-one (3Br4MSP) crystals have been grown by slow evaporation technique at ambient temperature. The crystal was subjected to different types of characterization method in order to study its possible application in nonlinear optics. The structure determination of the grown crystal was done by single crystal X-ray diffraction study. The morphology of the crystal is studied. The crystal was subjected to thermal analysis to find its thermal stability. The grown crystals were characterized for their optical transmission and mechanical hardness. The second harmonic generation (SHG) efficiency of the crystal is obtained by classical powdered technique. The laser damage threshold for 3Br4MSP crystal was determined using Q-switched Nd:YAG laser.  相似文献

设计了一种胶体光子晶体修饰的光纤. 采用恒温快速蒸发法直接在经切割刀处理后的光纤端面生长胶体晶体,再与另一根切割后的光纤在毛细玻璃管中完成对接,制备成胶体光子晶体修饰的光纤. 用扫描电子显微镜和光谱分析仪对样品的形貌、结构以及光学特性进行分析. 实验结果表明,粒径为640 nm、体积分数约为0.5%的SiO2胶体微球溶液在60 ℃的情况下沉积,大约12 h后可得到质量较高的胶体光子晶体. 在SEM下,观察到端面的胶体晶体为面心立方(fcc)结构. 透射光谱证明,该结构在(111)面上  相似文献

Based on electro-optic switch effect in crystal, a novel laser ranging method is proposed. CW-laser emitted by laser transmitter propagates forward to the measured target, after being reflected by the target, and then goes back to the transmitter. Close to the transmitter, a special mono-block LiNbO3 crystal is added into the round-trip light beams. High-voltage pulses with the sharp enough changes in rising edges are loaded on the crystal. Based on electro-optic effect, double refraction and internal double reflection effect in crystal, the crystal cuts off the round-trip light beams, and reflects a light pulse cut out by the crystal to a detector aside from the original beam path. The pulse width T is the period that laser propagates forward and back between the crystal and the target. The feasibility of the new idea is proved by our experiments and a brand-new way for the laser ranging is provided.  相似文献

水热法合成水晶是依据天然水晶的物理化学性质并模拟其形成环境制得,常规检测方法无法鉴别。本论文采用法国(HORIBA Jobin Yvon)OLYMPUS BX41激光拉曼仪测试分析,并对天然水晶与水热法合成水晶拉曼谱466 cm~(-1)谱峰进行高斯线性拟合,发现水晶半高宽均大于6.5 cm~(-1),而合成水晶半高宽均小于6.5 cm~(-1)。拉曼光谱半高宽值的差异可对天然水晶和水热法合成水晶的鉴别提供依据。  相似文献

The semiorganic crystal of sodium acid phthalate (NaAP) single crystals was grown in the solvent of water by slow evaporation method at room temperature. The single crystal X-ray diffraction studies showed the crystal belongs to orthorhombic system. The optical absorption spectrum reveals that the crystal has good transparency in entire visible region. The hardness number of the material is measured by microhardness tester. The fluorescence green colour emission exhibits is semiorganic. The SHG efficiency of NaAP crystal confirms NLO behaviour of green colour emission to provide frequency doubling process for photo electronic applications.  相似文献

A simple way to realize a fast tunable quasi-phase-matched optical parametric generation without crystal rotation, temperature changing or multi-grating periodically poled crystal translation is presented. The key is to translate a segmented crystal which is stacked by a lithium niobate crystal with three teeth and a single grating periodically poled crystal. The signal wavelength is tunable near 1.55 μm with the signal power of 90 mW.  相似文献

The effect of heat treatment of trans-1,4-polybutadiene single crystals prepared from dilute benzene solution was studied by dilatometry, X-ray diffraction, and dynamic viscoelastic measurement. The crystal transformation temperature of the single crystal is 55.5[ddot]C, 20[ddot]C lower than that of the bulk crystallized sample. After heat treatment of the single crystal above 55.5[ddot]C, their crystal transformation temperature increases to 69.5[ddot]C. At the same time, thickening of the lamellae suddenly occurs and the viscoelastic primary absorption observed in the single crystal mat disappears. It is suggested that this means that the amorphous region attached to the single crystal rapidly crystallized above this temperature, in particular the loose loops attached to the end surface of the crystal are dragged into the crystalline phase to form tight loops as a result of the sliding diffusion of molecules along their axes. This is accompanied by the sudden thickening of the lamellae at the crystal transformation temperature. These observations confirmed more thoroughly our previous prediction that the single crystal of trans-1, 4-polybutadiene, as formed, contains loose loops. The thickening phenomena and the change in the crystal transformation temperature of the trans-1,4-polybutadiene single crystal by heat treatment are also discussed from the thermodynamic viewpoint.  相似文献

An organic nonlinear optical crystal 4-aminopyridinium 4-aminobenzenesulfonate 4-ammoniobenzenesulfonate monohydrate (4APABS) was grown by slow evaporation solution growth technique. The cell parameters of grown crystal were confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. High resolution X-ray diffraction studies revealed the crystalline perfection of grown crystal. The functional groups present in title compound were confirmed by FTIR spectral studies. UV–vis spectral studies revealed that the grown crystal is transparent in the entire visible region. Single and multiple shots laser induced surface damage threshold values of the grown crystal were measured using Nd:YAG laser. The relative second harmonic generation efficiency of grown crystal was found to be 2.2 times that of KDP crystal.  相似文献

利用电化学结晶的方法制备了高质量的(BEDT-TTF)[FeBr4]单晶, 通过四圆单晶衍射确定了其晶体结构为三斜晶系. 在高温区, 晶体电阻率与电子的热激发效率以及载流子受电离杂质散射的强弱有关. 在低温区, 晶体的导电性只依赖体内杂质缺陷等的电离. 由于电子受到Lorentz力的作用增加了与晶格的碰撞次数, 晶体的磁阻率表现为正值. 晶体的磁性主要由三价铁离子决定, 晶体中三价铁离子之间不具有铁磁耦合或反铁磁耦合. 电子顺磁共振谱中同时发现πup 电子和d电子的共振信号, 温度降低可使πup 电子和d电子的耦合作用增强, 晶体沿着不同轴旋转, 其共振信号随旋转角度的变化存在着巨大的差异.  相似文献

Sodium p-nitrophenolate dihydrate (NPNa.2H2O) is a highly polarisable non linear optical material. It has a deff about 1.45 times than that of potassium titanyl phosphate. Single crystals of (NPNa.2H2O) have been grown successfully by slow solvent evaporation having water and methanol as solvent. The structure of the crystal is verified by single X-ray analysis. Optical absorption shows that the crystal is highly transparent between 1500 and 300 nm. Microhardness of the crystal is found to increases with increase in load and the hardness number is found to be high for methanol grown crystal as compared to the water grown crystal. Electrical conductivity as evaluated from the cole-cole plot is found to be 1.26 × 10−5 mho m−1. The dielectric constant of the crystal is low and independent at higher frequencies. The crystal has prominent photoconduction in the presence of trap energy levels formed by the Na+ ions. The SHG efficiency of the crystal is studied by performing Kurtz powder test and the results of scanning electron microscope analysis indicate that the major part of the crystal surface is free from inclusion and dislocation.  相似文献

A new technique to uniformly align liquid crystal molecules is presented. The technique is based on producing an anisotropic surface on the glass substrate coated with photo-polymers by photo-polymerization of linear polarized UV-light. The orientation of liquid crystal molecules is governed by the direction of the polarized vector of UV-light. Using this method, we have studied the photo-polymer PSi-CM aligning LC 6710A molecules. The liquid crystal microscopic texture between crossed polarizers, optical retardation from liquid crystal layers and electro-optical properties of twisted nematic liquid crystal display cell are obtained, which was prepared with one side -photo-alignment and the other side-rebbed substrate.  相似文献

本文在国产六面顶压机上,在5.6 GPa, 1250—1450℃的高压高温条件下,分别选用边长0.8, 1.5和2.2 mm三种尺寸的籽晶,系统开展了Ib型宝石级金刚石单晶的生长研究.文中系统考察了籽晶尺寸对宝石级金刚石单晶生长的影响.首先,考察了籽晶尺寸变化对宝石级金刚石单晶裂晶问题带来的影响.研究得到了籽晶尺寸变大,裂晶出现概率增加的晶体生长规律.其次,在25 h的生长时间内,考察了上述三种尺寸籽晶生长金刚石单晶时,生长时间与单晶极限生长速度的关系.得到了选用大尺寸籽晶,可以提高优质单晶合成效率、降低合成成本的研究结论.借助扫描电子显微镜和光学显微镜,对三种尺寸籽晶生长金刚石单晶的表面形貌进行了标定.最后,傅里叶微区红外测试,对三种尺寸籽晶生长宝石级金刚石单晶的N杂质含量进行了表征.研究得到了选用大尺寸籽晶实现快速生长金刚石的同时,晶体的N杂质含量会随之升高的晶体生长规律.  相似文献

为改善晶体相变界面形态,提高晶体品质,提出了一种融合浸入边界法(immersed boundary method,IBM)和格子Boltzmann法(lattice Boltzmann method,LBM)的二维轴对称浸入边界热格子Boltzmann模型来研究直拉法硅单晶生长中的相变问题.将相变界面视为浸没边界,用拉格朗日节点显式追踪相变界面;用LBM求解熔体中的流场和温度分布;用有限差分法求解晶体中的温度分布.实现了基于IB-LBM的动边界晶体生长过程研究.得到了不同晶体生长工艺参数作用下的相变界面,并用相变界面位置偏差绝对值的均值和偏差的标准差来衡量界面的平坦度,得到平坦相变界面对应工艺参数的调整方法.研究表明,相变过程与晶体提拉速度、晶体旋转参数和坩埚旋转参数的相互作用有关,合理地配置晶体旋转参数和坩埚旋转参数的比值,能够得到平坦的相变界面.  相似文献

提出了一种调节液晶光子晶体光子带隙的方法。二维三角介质柱形光子晶体位于2块熔凝石英片之间,在介质柱之间填充各向同性排列的液晶,受偏振紫外光照射后,光诱导液晶分子定向排列,通过光诱导液晶分子取向改变液晶的折射率。数值模拟结果表明:通过外界光场控制所填充的向列相液晶分子的方向可以对这种二维三角形介质柱光子晶体的禁带结构进行调节。该可调光子晶体可控制波导中TM模和TE模的选择性传输,因而可应用于制作全光光开关。  相似文献

In this paper, a plasma photonic crystal (PPC) for infrared radiation modulation which is composed of indium tin oxide (ITO) and plasma is proposed. The performance of plasma photonic crystal in near infrared radiation modulation is researched by transfer matrix method (TMM). The simulation results show that the near infrared radiation pass band can be adjusted by the changing of plasma frequency of plasma. The reflection to near infrared radiation by plasma photonic crystal increases with plasma frequency and that of absorption decreases. In addition, the modulation performance of the plasma photonic crystal at different incidence wave angles is also studied. The results show that the incident wave angles have little effect on the transmission of plasma photonic crystal in near infrared band. The reflection of the plasma photonic crystal to near infrared radiation decreases with increasing of the incident wave angle, but that of the absorption increases with the incident wave angle. Therefore, the proposed plasma photonic crystal has a potential application in tunable near infrared filter devices.  相似文献

In this paper, we report the synthesis, growth and characterization of a new organic NLO single crystal of 4-amino-5-mercapto-3-[1-(4-isobutylphenyl)ethyl]-1,2,4-triazole (AMIT). The title compound is synthesized and single crystals were grown by the slow evaporation technique at room temperature. The grown crystal was characterized by powder XRD, FTIR, UV-Vis. and microhardness studies. The thermal analysis of the crystal was carried out by TGA, DTAand DSC. FromDSC, the melting point of the crystal is found to be 168°C. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) provides information about the surface morphology of the crystal. The SHG efficiency has been estimated as 0.3 times that of KDP using Kurtz powder method and is found to be a phase-matchable NLO crystal.  相似文献
