利用流变仪研究了甲基纤维素(MC)溶液在NaCl、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HTAB)以及两者共存下MC溶液的凝胶化行为,发现其凝胶化温度随着NaCl浓度的增加而下降,随着HTAB浓度的增加而上升;但是MC/NaCl的凝胶化温度保持不变,与HTAB浓度 无关,而MC/HTAB溶液的凝胶化温度则随着NaCl浓度的增加而下降.以上的实验结果表明,在NaCl存在下,HTAB将被诱导形成胶束,因此MC/NaCl的凝胶化温度保持不变;反之,当NaCl不存在时,HTAB将优先吸附到MC上而不会在溶液中形成胶束,尽管其浓度  相似文献

Non‐destructive and non‐contact analysis has been in demand on numerous occasions. Confocal micro X‐ray fluorescence analysis enables depth‐selective elemental analysis of solid samples in the laboratory. In this paper, we applied this technique for imaging elemental distributions in solutions. A low‐carbon steel sheet was placed in artificial seawater (NaCl: 3.5 mass%), and the corrosion process in the solution was observed. A depth image of Fe Kα intensity in the NaCl solution was obtained by using this technique. The Fe Kα intensity in the solution was measured with corrosion time by sequential line analysis at a fixed lateral position. The corrosion of Fe from the steel sheet, the migration of Fe ions in solution, and their condensation near a polymer window were successfully monitored. DNP parameters relevant to Overhauser-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (OMRI) are reported for a few nitroxyl radicals and their corresponding (15)N and (2)H enriched analogues, used in simultaneous imaging by OMRI. DNP enhancement was measured at 14.529 mT, using a custom-built scanner operating in a field-cycled mode, for different concentrations, ESR irradiation times and RF power levels. DNP enhancements increased with agent concentration up to 2.5 mM and decreased above 3 mM, in tune with ESR line broadening measured at X-band as a function of the agent concentration. The proton spin-lattice relaxation times (T(1)) measured at very low Zeeman field (14.529 mT) and the longitudinal relaxivity parameters were estimated. The relaxivity parameters were in good agreement with those independently computed from the linear region of the concentration dependent enhancement. The leakage factor showed an asymptotic increase with increasing agent concentration. The coupling parameters of (14)N- and (15)N-labeled carbamoyl-PROXYL showed the interaction between the electron and nuclear spins to be mainly dipolar in origin. Upon (2)H labeling, about 70% and 40% increases in enhancement for (15)N- and (14)N-labeled nitroxyl agents were observed, respectively. It is envisaged that the results reported here may enable better understanding of the factors determining DNP enhancement to design suitable 'beacons' for simultaneous molecular imaging by OMRI.  相似文献

In the present work the influence of reducing agent dithiothreitol doping on photoluminescence spectra of nanotubes with adsorbed biopolymers (single-stranded DNA and polyC) in aqueous suspensions and films was studied. It is revealed that greater intensity enhancement at 10?3 mol/L dithiothreitol concentration is observed for (7,5) and (6,5) nanotubes in suspension with single-stranded DNA (by more than 150% of initial intensity) comparing to polyC suspension (less than 60%) while for (6,4) and (9,1) nanotubes enhancement is less than 50% for both suspensions. Photoluminescence intensity increasing for nanotube film with DNA is less than 50% without noticeable dependence on nanotube chirality. It is assumed, that different influence of biopolymers on nanotube luminescence intensity enhancement is due to their different coverage of nanotube surface.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to test whether an empirical mathematical model (EMM) of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) can distinguish between benign and malignant breast lesions. A modified clinical protocol was used to improve the sampling of contrast medium uptake and washout. T(1)-weighted DCE magnetic resonance images were acquired at 1.5 T for 22 patients before and after injection of Gd-DTPA. Contrast medium concentration as a function of time was calculated over a small region of interest containing the most rapidly enhancing pixels. Then the curves were fitted with the EMM, which accurately described contrast agent uptake and washout. Results demonstrate that benign lesions had uptake (P<2.0 x 10(-5)) and washout (P<.01) rates of contrast agent significantly slower than those of malignant lesions. In addition, secondary diagnostic parameters, such as time to peak of enhancement, enhancement slope at the peak and curvature at the peak of enhancement, were derived mathematically from the EMM and expressed in terms of primary parameters. These diagnostic parameters also effectively differentiated benign from malignant lesions (P<.03). Conventional analysis of contrast medium dynamics, using a subjective classification of contrast medium kinetics in lesions as "washout," "plateau" or "persistent" (sensitivity=83%, specificity=50% and diagnostic accuracy=72%), was less effective than the EMM (sensitivity=100%, specificity=83% and diagnostic accuracy=94%) for the separation of benign and malignant lesions. In summary, the present research suggests that the EMM is a promising alternative method for evaluating DCE-MRI data with improved diagnostic accuracy.  相似文献

Butyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate-acrylic acid terpolymer was synthesized by suspension polymerization with benzoyl peroxide as an initiator and poly(vinyl alcohol) as a dispersing agent to absorb organic liquids, and then the terpolymer was modified to absorb distilled water, NaCl aqueous solution, and toxic metal ions by swelling in isopropyl alcohol and hydrolysis in sodium hydroxide aqueous solution. The morphology changes during the liquid absorption process were observed via a polarizing light microscope. The thermostabilities of the original and modified terpolymers were tested in a thermogravimetric analyzer. The test results indicated that the unmodified terpolymer could absorb a certain amount of toluene, trichloroethylene or tetrachloroethylene to become a swollen system, and its remaining (residual) ratio was more than 75% after absorbing the organic liquids for 24 h. The modified terpolymer not only had a marked capacity to absorb distilled water and NaCl aqueous solution, but also showed a significant absorption of toxic metal ions; e.g., its saturated absorbency of Cu2+ could reach 421.0 mg/g. The morphology changes demonstrated that the modified terpolymer could be swollen in distilled water, forming a gel-like structure. The results obtained from thermogravimetric analysis revealed that the thermal stability of the modified terpolymer was better than that of the unmodified terpolymer.  相似文献

抑制共晶产生对低温保存非常重要。本文利用差示扫描量热法研究了加低温保护剂(DMSO、乙二醇、 1,2丙二醇、甘油和1,3丁二醇)的NaCl水溶液的共晶行为。得到以5%、10%、15%NaCl水溶液为母液的五种保护剂溶液热流曲线图。研究发现,溶液共晶是过冷、随机过程。低温保护剂有抑制NaCl水溶液共晶的作用。低温保护剂浓度越高, 共晶焓越小,对共晶的抑制作用越大。不同种类保护剂的抑制共晶的能力从强到弱依次是甘油、乙二醇、 DMSO、 1,2 丙二醇和1,3丁二醇。升温过程中,溶液发生共晶反玻璃化现象和玻璃化现象。  相似文献

In this paper results for liquid media are presented, which are used the first time as liquid jet for cutting of silicon with laser chemical processing (LCP). The liquids contain a perfluoro-carbon compound as solvent and elemental chlorine as etching agent for silicon. Experiments were performed to investigate its influence on groove form and maximum achieved groove depth. It is shown that with the addition of low-concentration chlorine, the groove depth can already be significantly increased. The groove shape could be changed from a V-profile to a U-profile. Furthermore, an about four times greater groove depth was achieved by applying a saturated chlorine solution compared to groove depths without using chlorine. Finally, a theory is given and discussed to describe the phenomena observed.  相似文献

Abstract: Gamma dose response curve for phosphate (pi) release from dilute aqueous solutions of thymidine monophosphate (TMP) has been extended for very low and high doses, viz. 3 K rad to 200 K rad. Results show that Pi release in nitrogen saturated solution increases as dose increases. Possible reasons are discussed. The oxygen enhancement ratio for low doses is higher thaft what is reported earlier; whereas for high doses It is less than 1.  相似文献

There is growing interest in investigating the role of subtle changes in blood-brain barrier (BBB) function in common neurological disorders and the possible use of imaging techniques to assess these abnormalities. Some studies have used dynamic contrast-enhanced MR imaging (DCE-MRI) and these have demonstrated much smaller signal changes than obtained from more traditional applications of the technique, such as in intracranial tumors and multiple sclerosis. In this work, preliminary results are presented from a DCE-MRI study of patients with mild stroke classified according to the extent of visible underlying white matter abnormalities. These data are used to estimate typical signal enhancement profiles in different tissue types and by degrees of white matter abnormality. The effect of scanner noise, drift and different intrinsic tissue properties on signal enhancement data is also investigated and the likely implications for interpreting the enhancement profiles are discussed. No significant differences in average signal enhancement or contrast agent concentration were observed between patients with different degrees of white matter abnormality, although there was a trend towards greater signal enhancement with more abnormal white matter. Furthermore, the results suggest that many of the factors considered introduce uncertainty of a similar magnitude to expected effect sizes, making it unclear whether differences in signal enhancement are truly reflective of an underlying BBB abnormality or due to an unrelated effect. As the ultimate aim is to achieve a reliable quantification of BBB function in subtle disorders, this study highlights the factors which may influence signal enhancement and suggests that further work is required to address the challenging problems of quantifying contrast agent concentration in healthy and diseased living human tissue and of establishing a suitable model to enable quantification of relevant physiological parameters. Meanwhile, it is essential that future studies use an appropriate control group to minimize these influences.  相似文献

厚度低于5 m的AlMg合金箔材可作为带材切割的原材料应用于Z箍缩物理实验。利用热蒸镀方法,通过控制沉积速率在超光滑的NaCl基片上获得了AlMg薄膜,最终在脱膜后获得了厚度低于5 m的无支撑AlMg箔材。实验对该箔材的厚度均匀性、表面粗糙度、衍射峰位、晶粒尺寸及距表面不同距离下的成份进行了分析表征。实验发现,此热蒸镀法制备的AlMg合金箔材的厚度均匀性优于8%,两面的表面粗糙度均小于180 nm,晶粒尺寸约20 nm;不同厚度样品的衍射峰位未明显偏移,箔材内应力很小;不同深度下Mg含量稳定分布,而在箔材表面杂质含量较高,在距表面6 nm以下合金含量达到预期值并趋于稳定。热蒸镀法制得的无支撑AlMg合金箔材具有厚度可控且均匀、成分稳定、内应力小的特点,适用于制备Z箍缩带阵负载。  相似文献

The pulsed-laser pumped photothermal deflection spectroscopy (PPDS) is applied to measure liquid thermal diffusivity in a modified collinear configuration. Here the pulsed beam is regarded as in the form of a Dirac delta function. The experiment setup used is described. 水下激光主动成像系统的探测能力不仅与探测系统自身参数有关,还与水质等环境因素有关。为评估水质对水下激光成像系统探测能力的影响,根据圆盘透明度成像模型,研究了吸收系数、散射系数、漫射衰减系数等水体水质参数与圆盘透明度的关系,给出了圆盘透明度与水下激光主动成像系统最大探测深度的表达式。实验表明,ICCD距离选通水下激光主动成像系统最大探测深度值与理论计算值相对误差小于20%。基于成像理论的圆盘透明度模型反映了水下激光成像系统探测能力与水体水质参数的关系,可用圆盘透明深度来评估水下激光成像系统的探测能力。  相似文献

In a canine model the signal dynamics of a new oligomer-based MR contrast agent (NMS60, 2158 Da) were compared to Gd-DTPA to investigate the agents' potential for magnetic resonance angiography (MRA). Twelve male mongrel dogs were imaged sequentially under anesthesia with two different MRA sequences (Tlw 3DSPGR). Initial enhancement was measured every 9 s for eight points in time. Thereafter, spatial highly resolved MRAs were obtained at 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45, and 60 min post-injection of two different dosages. Over the first 20 s following bolus administration the average arterial enhancement of 0.1 mmol(Gd)kg NMS60 was 44% greater than Gd-DTPA. Twenty minutes post-injection the relative signal intensity of NMS60 was as high as the peak signal intensity with Gd-DTPA at the same dosage level (0.1 mmol(Gd)/kg). In the animals that received NMS60 injections the vascular conspicuity was overly superior to those who received Gd-DTPA. No significant toxicity effects were noted for either dosage level. The intermediate weight contrast agent NMS60 offers greater vascular enhancement and retention time than Gd-DTPA. For a given set of optimized imaging parameters this offers improved spatial details, less arterial/venous overlap, and better vascular contrast.  相似文献

Ionic motions at solid-liquid interface in supersaturated NaCl solutions have been investigated by molecular dynamics (MD) simulation for understanding crystal growth processes. The density profile in the vicinity of the interfaces between NaCl(100) and the supersaturated NaCl solution was calculated. Diffusion coefficients of water molecules in the solution were estimated as a function of distance from the crystal interface. It turned out that the structure and dynamics of the solution in the interfaces was different from those of bulk solution owing to electric fields depending on the surface charge. Therefore, the electric field was applied to the supersaturated solutions and dehydration phenomenon occurring in the process of the crystal growth was discussed. As the electric field increased, it was observed that the Na+ keeping strongly hydration structure broke out by the electric force. In supersaturated concentration, the solution structure is significantly different from that of dilution and has a complicated structure with hydration ions and clusters of NaCl. If the electric fields were applied to the solutions, the breakout of hydration structure was not affected with increasing the supersaturated ratio. This reason is that the cluster structures are destroyed by the electric force. The situation depends on the electric field or crystal surface structure.  相似文献

An electrochemical study for the evaluation of corrosion behavior using potentiodynamic and Tafel techniques was conducted in 0.9% NaCl solution on Ni-Ti and Ni-Ti-Al shape memory thin films. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) and electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA) were applied to observe morphology of the surface film and elemental distribution, respectively, prior to and after immersion in 0.9% NaCl solution. The concentration of dissolved Ni from Ni-Ti-Al thin films in the electrolyte, measured with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES), was significantly lower after immersion for 7 days, as compared to Ni-Ti thin film. This demonstrated that a better corrosion resistance and lower corrosion current density were revealed for Ni-Ti-Al thin films than that for Ni-Ti thin film. The improved corrosion performance of Ni-Ti-Al thin films would be potentially beneficial for related biological applications. This was attributed to the introduction of aluminum after exposure to an aqueous environment.  相似文献
