The Crystal Structure of Bis(N,N-diethyl-N′ -benzoylselenoureato)nickel(II) Ni(C12H15N2OSe)2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c. The cell parameters are a = 11.399(3), b = 16.016(4), c = 14.910(6) Å, β = 104.64(3)° and Z = 4. The structure was solved with Patterson and direct methods and was refined to a final R-value of 5.43%. Nickel is coordinated to two N,N-diethyl-N′ -benzoylselenourea molecules to form a bidentally coordinated chelate complex with cis arrangement of the donor atoms. Coordinaton around the nickel atom is planar while the chelate rings diverge from planarity. The ethyl groups of one diethylamino group are disordered. The Ni? Se bond lengths are 2.244(1) and 2.264(1) Å, the Ni? O bond lengths are 1.871(4) and 1.883(4) Å, respectively.  相似文献

The title compound, C36H44N6O4+·2Cl?·2ClO4?·0.132H2O, is shown to be protonated at all the pyridine N atoms; the two chloride ions are hydrogen bonded to three pyridine N atoms and to the phenolic O atom of the same cation [Cl?N = 3.045 (2)–3.131 (2) Å and Cl?O = 2.938 (2) Å], and the remaining pyridine N atom is hydrogen bonded to the phenolic O atom [N?O = 2.861 (2) Å]. The mean value of the C—N—C angle of the protonated pyridine rings is 123.4 (1)°, which is significantly larger than that found for unprotonated pyridine rings.  相似文献

The tris‐bidentate complex [Ni(C12H8N2)2(CO3)] was synthesized by the reaction of Na2CO3, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen = C12H8N2) and NiSO4 · 6 H2O in the presence of succinic acid in a CH3OH–H2O solution. The compound crystallizes as heptahydrate. The crystal structure (monoclinic, P21/c (no. 14), a = 9.897(1), b = 26.384(2), c = 10.582(1) Å, β = 105.87(1)°, Z = 4, R = 0.0505, wR2 = 0.1029 for 3166 observed reflections (F ≥ 2σ(F ) out of 6100 unique reflections) consists of hydrogen bonded water molecules and [Ni(phen)2(CO3)] complex molecules. The Ni atoms are sixfold octahedrally coordinated by the four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and by two O atoms of the bidentate chelating carbonate group with d(Ni–N) = 2.092–2.100 Å, d(Ni–O) = 2.051, 2.079 Å. The complex molecules are stacked into 2D corrugated layers parallel to (010) via two types of intermolecular π‐π stacking interactions. One occurs between two quinoline rings of neighboring phen ligands at the distance of 3.63 Å in [010] direction and the other results from 1D π‐π stacking interactions through partially covered phen rings at alternative distances of 3.26 Å and 3.33 Å in [001] direction. The water molecules are sandwiched between 2D layers.  相似文献

The self‐assembly of NiCl2·6H2O with a diaminodiamide ligand 4,8‐diazaundecanediamide (L‐2,3,2) gave a [Ni(C9H20N4O2)(Cl)(H2O)] Cl·2H2O ( 1 ). The structure of 1 was characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Structural data for 1 indicate that the Ni(II) is coordinated to two tertiary N atoms, two O atoms, one water and one chloride in a distorted octahedral geometry. Crystal data for 1: orthorhombic, space group P 21nb, a = 9.5796(3) Å, b = 12.3463(4) Å, c = 14.6305(5) Å, Z = 4. Through NH···Cl–Ni (H···Cl 2.42 Å, N···Cl 3.24 Å, NH···Cl 158°) and OH···Cl–Ni contacts (H···Cl 2.36 Å, O···Cl 3.08 Å, OH···Cl 143°), each cationic moiety [Ni(C9H20N4O2) (Cl)(H2O)]+ in 1 is linked to neighboring ones, producing a charged hydrogen‐bonded 1D chainlike structure. Thermogrametric analysis of compound 1 is consistent with the crystallographic observations. The electronic absorption spectrum of Ni(L‐2,3,2)2+ in aqueous solution shows four absorption bands, which are assigned to the 3A2g3T2g, 3T2g1Eg, 3T2g3T1g, and 3A2g3T1g transitions of triplet‐ground state, distorted octahedral nickel(II) complex. The cyclic volammetric measurement shows that Ni2+ is more easily reduced than Ni(L‐2,3,2)2+ in aqueous solution.  相似文献

For the synthesis of mixed crystals of 2 with the heterometal complex [(BMIK)Pd(α-pyridonate)2Pt(BMIK)](NO3)2 · 4H2O ( 3 ) (a = 12.430(4) Å, b = 12.648(3) Å, c = 12.907(4) Å, α = 89.64(2)°, β = 74.57(2)°, γ = 68.65(2)°) α-pyridone was reacted with [Pd(BMIK)(H2O)2](NO3)2 in a molar ratio of 2 : 1 followed by addition of [Pt(BMIK)(H2O)2](NO3)2. The dinuclear cations consist of two M(BMIK) moieties (M = Pt, Pd) bridged by the N- and O-atoms of α-pyridonate, forcing the heterocyclic ring into head-head-orientation. Within the dinuclear cation, the two metal atoms are between 2.840 Å and 2.860 Å apart. The intermolecular distances are between 4.762 Å and 4.837 Å. The coordination geometry of both metal atoms is square-planar with the metal atoms being diplaced slightly from their respective coordination planes toward each other. 1H and 195Pt NMR spectra are reported for the complexes.  相似文献

Nonasodium Bis(hexahydroxoaluminate) Trihydroxide Hexahydrate (Na9[Al(OH)6]2(OH)3 · 6H2O) – Crystal Structure, NMR Spectroscopy and Thermal Behaviour The crystal structure of the nonasodium bis(hexahydroxoaluminate) trihydroxide hexahydrate Na9[Al(OH)6]2(OH)3 · 6H2O (4.5 Na2O Al2O3 · 13.5 H2O) (up to now described as 3 Na2O · Al2O3 · 6H2O, 4Na2O · Al2O3 · 13 H2O and [3 Na2O · Al2O3 · 6H2O] [xNaOH · yH2O], respectively) was solved. The X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis (triclinic, space group P1 , a = 8.694(1) Å, b = 11.344(2) Å, c = 11.636(3) Å, α = 74.29(2)°, β = 87.43(2)°, γ = 70.66(2)°, Z = 2) results in a structure, consisting of monomeric [Al(OH)6]3? aluminate anions, which are connected by NaO6 octahedra groups. Furthermore the structure contains both, two hydroxide anions only surrounded by water of crystallization and OH groups of [Al(OH)6]3? aluminate anions and a hydroxide anion involved in three NaO6 coordination octahedra directly and moreover connected with a water molecule by hydrogen bonding. The results of 27Al and 23Na-MAS-NMR investigations, the thermal behaviour of the compound and possible relations between the crystal structure and the conditions of coordination in the corresponding sodium aluminate solution are discussed as well.  相似文献

The six‐membered chelate ring is in a chair conformation, with one axially and one equatorially oriented methyl substituent [mean Co—N = 1.948 (2) Å]. The `opposite' chelate ring (N4 and N7) is in an eclipsed conformation [mean Co—N = 1.928 (2) Å], and the `side' chelate rings have gauche conformations. The mean Co—NNCS distance is 1.928 (2) Å. Both cations have one Co—N—C group nearly linear and the other appreciably bent, with mean Co—N—C angles of 178.7 (1) and 160.4 (1)°, respectively. The [Zn(NCS)4]2− anion is approximately tetrahedral, with Zn—N = 1.951 (1)–1.986 (1) Å, N—Zn—N = 104.5 (1)–111.9 (1)° and Zn—N—C = 152.5 (1)–179.4 (1)°. The crystal structure of 2 (P1 (no. 2), a = 14.289(2) Å, b = 15.182(2) Å, c = 15.913(2) Å, α = 67.108(7)°, β = 87.27(1)°, γ = 68.216(8)°, V = 2934.2(7) Å3, Z = 2) is composed of the [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ cations, [Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)] complex molecules, (C4H4O4)2– anions, and H2O molecules. The (C4H4O4)2– anions and H2O molecules form 3 D hydrogen bonded network and the cations and complex molecules in the tunnels along [001] and [011], respectively, are assembled via the π‐π stacking interactions into 1 D supramolecular chains. Methyliminodiacetic acid (H2Mida) and imidazole react with copper(II) to form crystals of the square pyramidal complex [Cu(Mida)Im]. One N and two O atoms of the Mida ligand (Cu-N 2.010(1) Å, Cu-O 1.955(1) Å, and 1.978(1) Å) and the imidazole N atom (1.950(1) Å) lie at the base of the pyramid. The carboxyl O atom of the neighboring complex lies at the apical position (2.411(1) Å); in this way the individual complexes are linked into infinite zigzag chains. Substitution of imidazole by 1,10-phenanthroline gave [Cu2(Mida)2(Phen)H2O]·2H2O crystals with two nonequivalent centrosymmetric octahedral anions [Cu(Mida)2]2? of face type (Cu-N 2.023 Å and 2.028(2) Å, Cu-Oax 2.579 Å and 2.530(2) Å, Cu-Obas 1.952 Å and 1.936(2) Å). The anions serve as bridges in chains between the [Cu(Phen)H2O]2+ cation fragments to which they are bonded by their axial carboxyl groups. The Cu atom of the cation has a [4+1] environment (with the H2O molecule lying on the axis of the pyramid, and with two N atoms of the ligand and two O atoms of the anions lying at the base).  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of doubly protonated tetraazamacrocyclic complex of gold(III) [Au(C14H24N4)][H3O](ClO4)4 has been determined. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 11.158(2) Å, b = 8.243(1) Å, c = 14.756(2) Å; β = 98.65(1)°, V = 1341.8(3) Å3, Z = 2, ρ(calc) = 1.134 g/cm3, space group P21/n. The structure is built of almost flat centrosymmetrical Au(C14H24N4)]3+ and [H3O]+ cations and [ClO4]? anions. The gold atom is coordinated with four nitrogen atoms of the ligand forming a flat square. The coordinated ligand is protonated at its γ-carbon atoms of the two six-membered chelate rings. The Au-N bond lengths are almost identical (the mean value is 1.994 Å). The six-membered rings of the complex contain C=N diimine bonds. The [H3O]+ oxonium ion has H-bonds with the oxygen atoms of perchlorate ions.  相似文献
