1-芳基-3-苯甲酰基-2,5-二苯基吡咯的合成及其性质

文献报导[1],1-芳基-2,5-二甲基3-醛基吡咯和3-亚氩烃甲基吡咯,具有降血压效应。我们曾报导1-芳基-2-甲基-3-乙酰基-5-对氯苯基吡咯和1-芳基-2-甲基-3-乙酰基-5-间硝基吡咯化合物。1-取代-2,5-二苯基吡咯具有止痛作用。     

Synthesis of 1-Benzoyl-3-aryl-4-hydroxy-4-phenylimidazolidin-2-thiones

l-Benzoyl-3-aryl-4-hydroxy-4-phenylimidazolidin-2-thiones can be synthesized readily from the cyclization of 1-benzoyl-3-arylthioureas with bromine-acetophenone in the presence of excess triethylamiqe.     

1-苯甲酰-2-苯磺酰肼类化合物的合成

以苯磺酰肼为原料,在低温下滴加苯甲酰氯,方便地合成了7个1-苯甲酰-2-苯磺酰肼类化合物,收率40.3%～75.8%。其结构经1H NMR表征。     

Chelating Behaviour of Substituted 1-Benzoyl-4-Phenylthiosemicarbazide

The preparation and characterization of a series of new coordination compounds of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) containing o-methyl- or o-chlorobenzoyl-4-phenyl-3-thiosemicarbazide (HMBPT, HCBPT=HL) are reported. The reaction products were investigated by analyses, electrolytic conductance, magnetic susceptibility, reflectance and IR spectral studies. The IR spectra show that HMBPT and HCBPT coordinate with the metal ions via different coordination sites (NS and/or NO). The spectral data support the suggestion that the ligands form his-chelates with Ni(II) and Cu(II) of square planar stereochemistry and of general formulae ML₂·H₂O, where L is the uninegatively charged bidentate ligand. The Co(II) ion forms octahedral and tetrahedral structures with HMBPT and HCBPT, respectively. The ligand field parameters (D₄, B and β) for the Co(II) chelates were calculated using the averaged-ligand-field approximation. The influence of the benzene ring substituents (o-chloro or o-methyl) on the stereochemistry are discussed. Also, the formation of the complexes in solution was tested by the pH-metric method.     

1-Benzoyl-2-aryl-3-arylmethyl-1,3-diazacyclanes — New products of the acylation of bis-azomethines

Conclusion The benzoylation of bis-azomethines derived from ethylenediamine and cis-1,3-diaminocyclohexane gives 1,3-dibenzoyl-1,3-diazacyclanes and 1-benzoyl-3-benzyl-1,3-diazacyclanes.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 5, pp. 1132–1134, May, 1987.     

3-Benzoyl-1,2,4,5-tetraphenylpentane-1.5-dione. A molecular paddlewheel

Racemic (2R,4R)-, (2S,4S)-3-benzoyl-1,2,4,5-tetraphenylpentane-1,5-dione results from the alkali-induced condensation of acetophenone with desoxybenzoin in the presence of air. The structure which resembles that of an irregular five-bladed paddlewheel is confirmed by X-ray crystallography.     

Reaction of 3-Benzoyl-2,3-dibromopropionic Acid with Substituted ortho-Phenylenediamines

3-Benzoyl-2,3-dibromopropionic acid reacts with 4-substituted o-phenylenediamines to give 3-aryl-2-carboxymethylene-1,2-dihydroquinoxalines.     

1-苯甲酰基-1-甲硫基甲醇与硫脲和芳胺的反应研究

1-苯甲酰基-1-甲硫基甲醇(2)与硫脲(3a)和芳基取代硫脲(3b-3i)在弱酸性条件下回流反应1h,得到5-苯基咪唑啉-2-硫酮-4-酮(4a)和1-芳基-5-苯基咪唑啉-2-硫酮-4-酮(4b-4i),产率72%～89%.而化合物2与芳胺(5a-5f)在弱碱性条件下回流反应3h,则得到2-芳胺基-2-甲硫基苯乙酮(6a-6f),产率为64%～88%.
