This paper studies multiobjective optimal control problems in presence of constraints in the discrete time framework. Both the finite- and infinite-horizon settings are considered. The paper provides necessary conditions of Pareto optimality under lighter smoothness assumptions compared to the previously obtained results. These conditions are given in the form of weak and strong Pontryagin principles which generalize the existing ones. To obtain some of these results, we provide new multiplier rules for multiobjective static optimization problems and new Pontryagin principles for the finite horizon multiobjective optimal control problems.  相似文献

We derive necessary second-order optimality conditions for discontinuous controls in optimal control problems of ordinary differential equations with initial-final state constraints and mixed state-control constraints of equality and inequality type. Under the assumption that the gradients withrespect to the control of active mixed constraints are linearly independent, the necessary conditions follows from a Pontryagin minimum in the problem. Together with sufficient second-order conditions [70], the necessary conditions of the present paper constitute a pair of no-gap conditions.  相似文献

In this paper, we are concerned with optimal control problems where the system is driven by a stochastic differential equation of the Ito type. We study the relaxed model for which an optimal solution exists. This is an extension of the initial control problem, where admissible controls are measure valued processes. Using Ekeland's variational principle and some stability properties of the corresponding state equation and adjoint processes, we establish necessary conditions for optimality satisfied by an optimal relaxed control. This is the first version of the stochastic maximum principle that covers relaxed controls.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to derive, in a unified way, second order necessary and sufficient optimality criteria, for four types of nonsmooth minimization problems: thediscrete minimax problem, thediscrete l 1-approximation, the minimization of theexact penalty function and the minimization of theclassical exterior penalty function. Our results correct and supplement conditions obtained by various authors in recent papers.  相似文献

Necessary conditions of optimality are derived for optimal control problems with pathwise state constraints, in which the dynamic constraint is modelled as a differential inclusion. The novel feature of the conditions is the unrestrictive nature of the hypotheses under which these conditions are shown to be valid. An Euler Lagrange type condition is obtained for problems where the multifunction associated with the dynamic constraint has values possibly unbounded, nonconvex sets and satisfies a mild `one-sided' Lipschitz continuity hypothesis. We recover as a special case the sharpest available necessary conditions for state constraint free problems proved in a recent paper by Ioffe. For problems where the multifunction is convex valued it is shown that the necessary conditions are still valid when the one-sided Lipschitz hypothesis is replaced by a milder, local hypothesis. A recent `dualization' theorem permits us to infer a strengthened form of the Hamiltonian inclusion from the Euler Lagrange condition. The necessary conditions for state constrained problems with convex valued multifunctions are derived under hypotheses on the dynamics which are significantly weaker than those invoked by Loewen and Rockafellar to achieve related necessary conditions for state constrained problems, and improve on available results in certain respects even when specialized to the state constraint free case.

Proofs make use of recent `decoupling' ideas of the authors, which reduce the optimization problem to one to which Pontryagin's maximum principle is applicable, and a refined penalization technique to deal with the dynamic constraint.

Necessary optimality conditions for Stackelberg problems   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
First-order necessary optimality conditions are derived for a class of two-level Stackelberg problems in which the followers' lower-level problems are convex programs with unique solutions. To this purpose, generalized Jacobians of the marginal maps corresponding to followers' problems are estimated. As illustrative examples, two discretized optimum design problems with elliptic variational inequalities are investigated. The theoretical results may be used also for the numerical solution of the Stackelberg problems considered by nondifferentiable optimization methods.Communicated by M. Simaan  相似文献

This paper is concerned with first order necessary optimality conditions for state constrained control problems in separable Banach spaces. Assuming inward pointing conditions on the constraint, we give a simple proof of Pontryagin maximum principle, relying on infinite dimensional neighboring feasible trajectories theorems proved in [20]. Further, we provide sufficient conditions guaranteeing normality of the maximum principle. We work in the abstract semigroup setting, but nevertheless we apply our results to several concrete models involving controlled PDEs. Pointwise state constraints (as positivity of the solutions) are allowed.  相似文献

In this paper, necessary conditions of optimality, in the form of a maximum principle, are obtained for singular stochastic control problems. This maximum principle is derived for a state process satisfying a general stochastic differential equation where the coefficient associated to the control process can be dependent on the state, extending earlier results of the literature.  相似文献

In this paper we study bilevel minimization problems. Using the implicit function theorem, variational analysis and exact penalty results we establish necessary optimality conditions for these problems.  相似文献

The abnormal minimization problem with a finite-dimensional image and geometric constraints is examined. In particular, inequality constraints are included. Second-order necessary conditions for this problem are established that strengthen previously known results.  相似文献

We consider a bilevel programming problem in Banach spaces whose lower level solution is unique for any choice of the upper level variable. A condition is presented which ensures that the lower level solution mapping is directionally differentiable, and a formula is constructed which can be used to compute this directional derivative. Afterwards, we apply these results in order to obtain first-order necessary optimality conditions for the bilevel programming problem. It is shown that these optimality conditions imply that a certain mathematical program with complementarity constraints in Banach spaces has the optimal solution zero. We state the weak and strong stationarity conditions of this problem as well as corresponding constraint qualifications in order to derive applicable necessary optimality conditions for the original bilevel programming problem. Finally, we use the theory to state new necessary optimality conditions for certain classes of semidefinite bilevel programming problems and present an example in terms of bilevel optimal control.  相似文献

The paper deals with optimal control problems with only one control variable and one state constraint, of arbitrary order. We consider the case of finitely many boundary arcs and touch times. We obtain a no-gap theory of second-order conditions, allowing to characterize second-order quadratic growth.  相似文献

The Kuhn-Tucker type necessary conditions of weak efficiency are given for the problem of minimizing a vector function whose each component is the sum of a differentiable function and a convex function, subject to a set of differentiable nonlinear inequalities on a convex subset C of ℝ n , under the conditions similar to the Abadie constraint qualification, or the Kuhn-Tucker constraint qualification, or the Arrow-Hurwicz-Uzawa constraint qualification. This paper deals with the necessary optimality conditions for semilinear elliptic optimal control problems with a pure pointwise state constraint and mixed pointwise constraints. By computing the so-called ‘sigma-term’, we obtain the second-order necessary optimality conditions for the problems, which is sharper than some previously established results in the literature. Besides, we give a condition which relaxes the Slater condition and guarantees that the Lagrangian is normalized.  相似文献

In this paper a class of nondifferentiable optimal control problems governed by differential inclusions and subject to state variable inequality constraints is considered. Sufficient conditions using the concavity of the maximized Hamiltonian are given. Furthermore, a counterexample is presented that shows that in the nondifferentiable case the maximum principle does not form sufficient optimality conditions if the adjoint relation is formulated in terms of the ordinary Hamiltonian rather than the maximized one. Finally, it is shown that the sufficient conditions correspond to Clarke's necessary conditions with some additional assumptions such as concavity.  相似文献
